A thousand years waiting. A thousand years gathering his strength, waiting for the one moment he needed to escape his accursed prison. A thousand years with only fading memories for company all for absolutely nothing.

Tirek was back where he started. No, that was a lie: he was even less than he was before.

This changes nothing. He is and always will be a proud warrior, and there is one thing he will never do.
