Apple Bloom stared angrily at the notebook on her desk, it’s empty pages seemed to be mocking her inability to finish, never mind even start her one hundred word essay on Starswirl the bearded Miss Cheerilee had assigned them to write by the next day. At first Apple Bloom and Scootaloo had actually been quite hopeful about this particular essay. Figuring they could just ask Twilight for help being she just LOVED talking about Starswirl, and could honestly talk for hours about him. However sadly she was not home, and therefore unavailable to help them.
There was of course another pony who could help her Apple Bloom thought, as her gaze turned toward the window. However she had grown quite tired of Apple Bloom constantly asking for her help, and furthermore ending up with her writing Apple Blooms essay’s for her. Apple Bloom turned back to her empty notebook determined to find another way to finish her homework. She had tried asking her sister for help, but Applejack had insisted Apple Bloom needed to learn to find the information herself. Her brother Big Mac had given her the same bit. Running out of options she realized there was only one way she was getting her homework done. “NO Apple Bloom, I’m tired of always writing your essays for both you and Scootaloo. You can both do them yourselves!!” To say Sweetie Belle was not happy to find Apple Bloom begging for her help, for probably the tenth time that month was an understatement.

Sweetie Belle shoved Apple Bloom off of her and gave her a sour look “I find your lack of work ethic disturbing!! Apple Bloom you are like fifteen years old now, were not in Elementary school anymore!! You need to learn to do this yourself and…..SWEET CELESTIAS CAKE INJECTED BUTTOCKS not you too!!!” She added as an orange Pegasus sheepishly walked up next to Apple Bloom.
“Sweet Celestias what?” Apple Bloom asked raising an eyebrow.
“Don’t tell me, let me guess, you ALSO need my help with your essay right?” she asked the Pegasus.
“Eeeer, yea.” Scootaloo admitted pawing the ground nervously with her hoof. “I’ve been trying to write it for hours, but I got nothing.”
Sweetie Belle face hoofed and sighed in sheer annoyance “What did I ever do wrong to deserve you two?” she asked.
“Oh come on Sweetie Belle, we don’t ask you for help that much!”
“You asked my help just yesterday writing a composition on what we did over the weekend, then there was last week’s essay on the wonder bolts, that report you made me write for you on ancient agriculture, that thesis on how democracy improved Equestrian culture, the researched report on how weather is made, and pretty much every essay or book report we’ve been given for the past several years!!!” Sweetie Belle counted off.
“Ok, ok, so we ask you for help a lot. But that’s just because you’re so much better at writing then we are!!” Apple Bloom exclaimed, hoping the compliment would win her over.
“Yea, plus it’s not our fault Miss Buzzkill loves assigning us useless writing assignments all the time!!” Scootaloo chimed in.
“If you both would just TRY more often to write, you wouldn’t find it so difficult!!!”
“PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE,PLEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASE!!!” Scootaloo and Apple Bloom lunged themselves at Sweetie Belles hooves, completely forgetting their dignity in a last ditch effort to get her to help them.
Sweetie Belle rolled her eyes. “Ok FIIIIIIINE, I’ll help you!!” Apple Bloom and Scootaloo released her hooves, and stood up grinning from ear to ear. “BUT I swear to Celestia this is the FINAL TIME!!! After this you both have to start doing your work by yourselves. Agreed?”
“Agreed” Apple Bloom saluted.
“Pinkie Promise” Scootaloo chimed in, crossing her legs as she said it.
“Alright, come on in then.” Sweetie Belle allowed her friends into the house, and together the three of them made their way into her bedroom. “Ok, let’s see what you’ve got so far!”
Apple Bloom handed her notebook over to Sweetie Belle, who took one glance at it before looking up to give Apple Bloom a look of distain “You haven’t written anything?”
Apple Bloom just shrugged, and Sweetie Belle turned her attention to Scootaloo’s notebook which actually had something written on it. And then Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom kissed, their tongues fighting for room as they continued to make out, Sweetie Belle read aloud. Then Sweetie Belle pushed Apple Bloom back onto the bed, straddling herself on top so their sopping mounds were touching. “Yea, after reading my fic I’m SURE both you an Apple Bloom can’t wait to get in bed” Scootaloo teased earning her a double smack over the head from both her friends.
