Ice Cream WON'T Fix Depression
Twilight opened the door to the boutique, she got a message to come there at 10 am, which, it is now. Rarity wanted Twilight to come here to write to Luna to update her on Sweetie Belle. She has not exited her room since she found out what happened three days ago. It sat in Sweetie Belle's mind, heavy as an anvil, Sweetie Belle being unable to move it out of her mind, it was hitting her, and hitting her hard.
"Oh there you are Twilight!" Rarity said, walking towards her, still having that worried look on her face.
"Sorry I'm late, Spike's ill, so I had to quickly have everything ready for him. How's Sweetie Belle?" Twilight responded, having concern in her voice.
"Well, she hasn't come out of her room yet, the only thing's she been eating and drinking is ice cream and soda. I had to build a stairway to the bathroom via her room, it's been, very, very stressful..."
"I see, have you been able to talk to her?"
"No, I haven't, she's just been ignoring me by putting cotton in her ears."
"Okay then, let me try talking to her."
Twilight walked to Sweetie Belle's room, and knocks on the door, Sweetie Belle ignoring, pretending no one is there.
"Sweetie Belle? It's me, Twilight. Do you wanna open the door and talk?" Twilight asked, with concern in her voice. Sweetie Belle walks to the cotton and puts it in her ears, blocking out quite a bit of sound. "Sweetie Belle? Can you come out? I think you need to talk to somepony to get it out your system."
"I don't think this is working darling" Rarity told Twilight, as politely as she could. Twilight sighed and sat down.
"I don't think anything can get her out of there... she's being too stubborn." Twilight said, disappointment in her voice, she understood why Sweetie Belle would lock herself away from the outside but not ignore her own friends.
Sweetie Belle lays down in the corner and cries for the tenth time that day. Ever since Featherweight died she has not been the same happy filly she is. Her mind keeps flashing back to the on stage accident when Featherweight broke his bones and drowned, and also when she saw Featherweight failed to live through his surgery, how Redheart was very distraught and wanted to quit her job. The thoughts she had were endless, ending in either life locked away in her room, or ending it. Things, a filly her age never should deal with. But she can't help it, she can't do anything about it, there is nothing she can do to get it to go away. She'll just be trapped forever, in her room, sad, and right now she doesn't care one bit.
