In a planet far beyond, forgotten by time, lived a brutal and powerful race known as the saiyan race. They’ve gone from planet to planet, conquering, murdering and devouring each race that had been on their hit list to depopulate.
No planet was speared. All species went up in flames of the saiyans unforgiving rage sent down upon them, you were part of this deadly race and all its benefits of conquering planets with no consequences what so ever. Yet, you were merely a low level saiyan among your race with a low power level of 2100. Regular saiyans had a power level of 4300 and because of your low power level you were taunted and made fun of. Ordered to only take out planets with strong inhabitants but not too strong, which insulted your pride, you were disgusted with yourself of how weak you were. Every day you woke up you could never look at that weakling in the mirror. How you loathed yourself and your parents for not being strong like the rest.
Which led to your current situation, in your space pod sent to a planet not from your universe but from another, your coordinates had been locked on to the wormhole that led to the planet known as Equis. The name spoke for itself, scout cameras that were sent through the portal came back with the Intel of a humanoid horse race known as ponies. The image of the creatures almost made you burst out laughing with the rest of the sayians, but that cheerful laugh was cut short as the general assigned you to dispose of the race in which led all the other saiyans to laugh even harder at you, the general stating that it should be easy enough even for you.
You were dragged out of your thoughts from the shaking of your space pod exiting the wormhole, the planet coming into view as the space pod roughly descended into the planet’s atmosphere, the inside of your pod glowing a soft orange throughout the trip as finally exited to clear air skies floating in place for a mid-moment as you tried to figure out a safe spot to land your pod, the pods navigational system locked on to a dark forest away from the populace but near enough to get them by surprise.
Your pod had quickly descend into the dark forest known as the Everfree, the impact had caused the trees bent over from the forceful will of your arrival, the ground giving way to your space pod alone.
“Finally on this damned planet.” You grumbled. As you started pressing the buttons on your dash, the pod had expelled its artificial air into the Everfree , the door opening up as you leaned over to step out of your pod. You rubbed your hind quarters as you grumbled once more.
“Kuhh! Always giving the low level sayans the pods with less cushioning!” You grit your teeth as the sensation of sand was leaving your hindquarters. “Don’t they know what that could do to my ass after months of sitting on a seat of that low-“you were cut from your thoughts as the sound of a twig snapped from behind, you turned only to see a hideous beast emerging from the darkness into the canopy you created. Its form showing that it was some type of hybrid with its scorpion tail and bat liked wings, both on a lion twice your size. It bared its teeth at you with saliva connecting both half’s, its breath made its way to your nostrils as it growled deeply of your intrusion of its home. Nothing about it fazed you though, you have been from planet to planet, and you’ve practically seen it all, this beast was no different from the ones that tried to defy you.
“How cute, you’re really going to fight me eh?” You cracked your knuckles as you snorted with a smirk. “What’s your power level little beast?” You activated your blue lensed scouter as the machine examined the beast’s level of strength, speed, and endurance. The numbers appeared on your scouter of a low power level of fifteen. “Fifteen huh?” You walked towards the beast with your hands on your hips, a wolfish grin spread across your face. The beast took your actions as a sign of threat so it leaped toward you with a roar, it claws starched out to maul you to pieces. You sighed boringly as you swiftly grabbed the beast’s throat, stopping it in its tracks, including its roar as it began to choke. It flailed it claws angrily at you, but the cuts weren’t even cuts, merely scratches that itched your skin. “This is getting boring.” You sighed as your fingers squeezed the beasts wind pipe even tighter. “And it’s been months since the last time I ate meat from my trip.” You examined the beast’s body, your gaze locking with the beast’s eyes. “You seem like you pack a hefty amount of meat, you’ll have to do for now I guess.” You snapped the beast’s neck with your fingers alone as the ‘struggle’ finally stopped and the beast lay limp on the cold forest ground. “Now then…” You grabbed a handful of its pelt; the skin began tearing off. “…to eat.”
A half hour had passed as you sat on a stray rock biting off the last pieces of raw meat from the fallen beast, you had carelessly tossed the bones to a pile, the flies salvaging what they could from the remains. You tossed the last bone piece aside as you began to make your way through the forest, following the scouter's acquired destination to where it had pin pointed the low power levels just outside the Evefree.
"Ptoo!" You pat a small piece of meat aside as you began to pick your teeth. "Next time I'll just cook the damn meat." You popped your neck as you propelled from the ground and into the sky, tearing through the tree branches and into the skies. You propelled yourself once again forward towards the locations of the power levels, your speed was at great intensity as the houses shortly began to appear, between the houses was a huge grass filed that stood out. You reduced your speed as you landed on the soft green grass, you fiddled with your scouter as it picked up almost a few hundred beings with low power levels. "Fifty two....thirty one....eleven.....nine, god damn it! Are all the beings on this planet puny little weaklings?!" You shouted out loud, unaware the you had caught the attention of two unicorns.
"Say there friend, are you all right?" One of the spoke out in the most annoying tone that made your tail shiver around its waste.
"Say there! you look like you could use a pick me up!" Another most annoying voice that sounded exactly the same, the chill ran over your body as you felt your anger level rise.
"Excuse me?" You said with gritted teeth as you slowly turned around only to see to horse like creatures standing on two legs, their legs different from yours but their upper body similar, besides the colorful fur. Their mas were red and they had horns that stuck right out of their heads, you wondered hoe in the world they are still alive.
"Oh pardon us, allow us to introduce ourselves, This is Flim!" The one with the moustache pointed to his brother.
"And this is Flam." They both then began to speak in unison. "And we are!!!"The one lacking facial hair pointes to the other, they both did a strange choreography, as if it would help with their introduction. "The Flim, Flam brothers!!!" they shouted with wide smiles on their faces as they shook their hands ecstatically.
Everything they had just done in front of you had left you dumbfounded, your eyes wide, the right twitching angrily. You sighed deeply as your rubbed your temples, alleviating the stress. An idea had popped to your head as you inhaled through your nose and morphed your facial expression to a smile.
"Well, it's awfully good to meet you Flim, Flam brothers!" You opened your arms wide. "I take it from that cart behind you two you must sell some pretty important products!" You spoke out with feigned interest.
"But of course my monkey friend!" Flim spoke out. "Only the finest! Would handsome ape such as yourself be interested in purchasing our fine product?" The excitement grew into the brothers, would they finally snag a sucker into their faulty product.
"Of course! In fact, I have to look at the product myself to see how good it is! Just bring me a handful and I'll pay everything you bring me." The brothers had wasted no time as they ran to their cart and rummaged throughout what they had, and hurryingly trotted back with the 'product' they had been trying to sell. Your tail loosened around your waist, preparing yourself for your next move. "so what do you fancy friend? Apple cider? Remedy? Ointment for fur and skin?"
The product before looked awful, the conditions they where in spoke mostly for itself. The fact they were trying to pass this off as product was vulgar and insulting, thinking that you would so easily fall for something so cheap.
"Well boys it looks rather wonderful, I could pay for all of this right now!!!" You feigned you excitement, the slight glance of their faces told, you proceeded to the next phase of your plan as an unsettling grin spread across your face. "Or I could..." The brothers faces had slowly turned quizzical. And in a split moment you swiftly swung your tail across the brother's faces as a loud smack could be heard, the force of the hit had sent them flying backwards to their cart as their bodies impacted with it, smashing it to pieces. "...do that." You said as you approached to wreckage you had caused, some of the pieces of the cart pierced through the limps of the brothers as they groaned in pain.
You crossed your arms and clicked your tongue as you shook your head disappointingly at them. "You shouldn't sell faulty products to your customers, they'll get mad and...well...this is what happens." You gestured a hand at both of them, th3e one known as Flim wearingly raised his head to look at you as he choked out.
"W-why did you do that..." He said as he laid his head back down.
"Why did I do that?" You chuckled at the question. "Well, that's the first time someone has asked me that." You placed both hands on your chest as you smiled. "Because I'm as sayian, it's what I do." You knelt down, you reached for his heat and placed it on his head. "And If I were you I'd stay still, lest you want those fragments to tear more of your flesh." You said kindly as you stood upright and continued to the small town. Normally you would have killed any being you came across that wasn't saiyan, but it just made you feel good deep down to leave a being slowly dying painfully. You began to sing a song your heard from a planet known as earth that was conquered a few months ago, singing in a deep growling way as you trekked over to the small town.
"Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream, bum, bum, bum, bum. Make him the cutest that I've ever seen, bum, bum, bum, bum. Give him two lips like roses and clover..." You arrived to your destination as into the town as the civilians noticed you and stared you down, your shadow towering over a small colt that was playing with his toy train until he noticed you and stared at you with curiosity. "Then tell him that his lonesome nights are over..." You fished your ominous song as you stood silently, the civilians confused as to what you were doing. "Hello...friends."
A few days ago the night goddess known as Luna tossed and turned in her sleep, a troubled look on her face as she sweated, her troubled moans becoming louder and louder until she finally awoke as she shot up from the horrific nightmare she had endured.
"Gods beyond!" her breathing was deep and erratic as she trembled, the nightmare still lingering in her thoughts like a parasite. "What in Faust's creations was all that?!" She uttered as she slide her legs over the bed, leaning over from the weight of how real the dream felt. Such power, such destruction. That being with the strange armor and its tail around its waist, and worse was that wicked grin on its face as it stared down at the fallen, burning remnants of Equestria. She remembers how the beings turned its attention to her and shot a bright green beam at her and killed her.
That was when she woke up from her slumber. She was the goddess of the night and dreams, and that dream wasn't like anything she had seen or felt before. It was like it actually happened, no much worse.
Like it was going to happen.
Very soon.
