Chapters The Xeno That Came to Equestria
He felt angry, sad, humiliated, and worst of all loneliness. He was tricked into running into a escape pod of that ship and was shot out to space. He was so close. So close to killing the one who caused him so much pain. He came close to killing all the humans on that ship. Now here he lays on the floor of the pod waiting for the end.
He eventually got up to look out into the vast space to see the stars. It's funny, he always looked at the stars as a sign as confort, but now they are his enclosure with the pod. Then he felt the gravity shift and looked to see a planet below him. It looks like he got caught in its gravitational pull and is now heading toward the surface. He believes this his second chance to start new.
He decided it was best to move on. His name is Shadow and he is a genetically engineered xenomorph with claws that can be extended to slice through a ship's hull like wet paper, his chitin is able to resist bullets and explosives, he is able to spit acid and extend some type of special skin from under his arms allowing him to fly, and he looks like a predalien with a face that looks like a human skull faceplate.
He promises to himself that he will try and create a hive of his own and try to make his species rise once more.
It was a normal day in Ponyville. The residents were doing their normal routines they usually do. Twilight was out in the town picking up some quills and parchments until she heard a low rumbling. It was getting louder and louder with every passing second and it came from the sky. She looked to see what was causing the noise and saw a meteor going through the sky.
She watched as it crashed into the Everfree Forest and began to rush home. She burst through the library door and yelled, "Spike!" before dropping her saddlebags and began to look through the bookshelves to find a specific book.
There was footsteps heard from the staircase that led upstairs and what came down was the baby dragon and her number 1 assistant Spike. He was rubbing one his eyes showing that he must have been taking a nap before she barged in and called out his name. He asked groggily, "What is it Twilight?"
She answered him without stopping to look over at him, "I need you to find the astronomy book. A meteor crashed and it would make the perfect report for the princess." Books began to pile on the floor as she frantically searched for the book. Spike began to look and found the book in no time.
He tapped her on the shoulder and showed her the book. She took it and thanked him before gathering some things she'll need to have when looking for the meteor. She was nearly done when her friend Rainbow Dash flew in. "Hey Twilight, what have you been up to?" she greeted.
Then she noticed all the books on the ground and Twilight packing. "Geez, what's going on?" she asked wondering why Twilight was being so frantic.
The unicorn stopped her packing and looked toward the pegasus while explaining, "A meteor crashed into the Everfree and I want to go find it and study it so I can send a report to the princess about it." The pegasus nodded in understanding.
"Well you're going to need somepony to watch your back, so I'll go with you, seeing as there's nothing else better to do," she offered wanting to do something to alleviate the boredom.
Twilight thought about and decided that it couldn't hurt to have someone watching her back so she isn't snuck up on by the creatures that reside in the forest. She shuddered at the thought of encountering another cockatrice. She nodded toward Dash to let her know she can come and finished her packing.
Once everything was packed up, they left to go find the meteor.
Shadow was dazed from the crash. First the shift of gravity from the atmosphere then the shaking of the pod as it fell from orbit, and finally being thrown against the windshield of the pod during the landing. Not his best moments. It matters little though seeing as he was on the planet now.
He looked at the door and pushed it with all might. When it didn't budge, he extended his claws and tore it apart. When the hole was big enough he stepped through and felt the warm dirt under his feet. He looked around and saw that he was in a forest of some sort. He felt his stomach grumble indicating that he hadn't eaten in awhile.
He looked around to see if there were any creatures nearby. As expected there weren't any, most likely scared off by the crash. He decided to go hunt for a meal seeing as no creature will be coming around anytime soon. He turned to the right and began to walk in that direction to find food.
He didn't need to walk long to find what looked to be a creature with the body of a red lion, a scorpion tail, and bat-like wings. The creature would make a fitting meal. More importantly the heart must be bigger than a human's do to it's size. He crouched down on all fours and began to stalk up to the creature.
He moved slowly as to not alert the creature of his presence. When he was close enough he pounced onto the creature's back and dug his claws deep into it. The creature let out a roar of pain and tried to knock off the xeno. It was thrashing and bashing into trees trying to knock him off to no avail.
Shadow was holding on tight not wanting to be thrown off by this creature. After a couple of minutes of thrashing the creature began to grow tired and slowed down. Shadow used this window to deliver the final blow and took hold of the creatures head. He opened his mouth and shot out his secondary mouth right into the creatures skull.
The creature's whole body went limp and fell to the ground with a thud. He got off of it and proceeded to eat the brain of the creature first. When he finished he used his tail to cut it open from the gut to the bottom of its neck. He ripped open the giant cut to reveal the creature's organs. He grabbed to stomach first and made a small cut to allow the acid to spill out over the other organs.
He liked the organs better with stomach acid covering it to give it more flavor. Once the stomach was empty he threw behind him and began to eat. He started with his least favorite organ which is the lungs. He hated to eat those seeing as they have too much space in them to not be considered filling. Once he was done those he moved onto the liver and gall bladder seeing as the two are pretty much combined.
He then moved on toward the large and small intestines. Finally he reached his favorite organ he enjoyed the most. The heart. He picked it up held high above his face and crushed it letting the blood pour into his awaiting mouth. After it was fully drained he began to consume the empty heart savoring the taste.
After he was done eating, he had blood covering his hands and face. Being satisfied with the meal he had, he turned in a random direction and began to walk through the forest to see if he could find any inhabitants of this planet.
Twilight and Dash were making their way to the meteor crash site when Dash asked in boredom, "How much farther is it?
"It shouldn't be much longer," the unicorn said irritated before perking up upon seeing some destroyed trees, "Look there are some tree right there that could have been in the meteor's path."
"Meaning?"
"Meaning it's just past these trees."
She picked up the pace with the pegasus following. Once they broke out into a clearing they saw what was supposed to be the meteor. Their jaws dropped when it was instead a alien space pod of some sort. The first one to snap out of their shock was Dash, "What is that?"
The question snapped Twilight out of her shock. She shook her head and answered, "Some sort of alien ship. This is even better than a meteor!" She was ecstatic. This will surely be a better report.
That's when she noticed the jagged edges of where the door was supposed to be. It probably was stuck and had to break out. She went inside to see that it wasn't inside at all. She walked back out and began to take notes. She took notes on the crash, what she discovered, and what the pod looked like. When she finished with her notes she put them in her saddlebags and looked over to her friend who was looking at some tracks that led away from the pod.
"Hey Twilight, if you want to meet the alien we should follow these tracks. Their leading this way," she said pointing in the direction the tracks led.
Twilight smiled trotting ahead and saying, "Let's go."
They followed the for a few minutes until they reached another clearing. What they saw in the clearing nearly made them puke. Laying in the middle was a dead manticore with a hole in its head and its body cut open with several organs missing. They approached the corpse to investigate.
"I really hope this alien is friendly. Because if it isn't, there's no telling what it will do to ponies," the daredevil said trying hard to not keep down her lunch.
Twilight nodded in agreement. Whatever caused this amount of damage surely was a force to be reckoned with. She shook away that thought and said, "Maybe it needed food. Or the organs for something else. Who knows but what i know is that it's carnivorous."
She looked the manticore over and saw that it was still fresh. So what ever killed it was close. When she looked around she saw nothing but trees. The alien didn't leave any tracks this time due to the ground being grass and not dirt. She let out irritated sigh and decided that it was best to head back to the library to go over what they learned.
They began to make their way back while Shadow made his way through the forest heading in the direction of small cottage.

This will be a great story in my opinion. Let's see how this ends shall we?
The Xeno That Came to Equestria
Shadow was still making his trek through the forest. He had reached a part of the forest that seemed to change immediately from sinister to a normal forest. He wondered why but brushed the thought off and continued to walk. Eventually he came across a river with many animals near it. He decided to wash himself of the blood that still stained his hands and face.
He stuck his hands in the water and began to wash them free of the dried blood. After he washed his hands he began to wash his face. Once he was done cleaning himself, he took a drink from the river enjoying the cool and refreshing water. After rehydrating himself he began to follow the river to see if he could any civilization.
As he continued he ran into a bear that was trying to catch a salmon. Shadow decided to get one for it. He turned to the water and when a salmon jumped out, he speared it with his tail. He went over to the bear and offered the fish to it. It looked at him and growled at him before noticing the fish on his tail.
It grabbed the fish's tail and pulled off the xeno's tail. It ate the fish and left now satisfied. Shadow continued to follow the river until he heard voices to his left. He went into some bushes and stealthily made his way to the source of the voices. When he was close to voices he peeked out of the bushes to see the inhabitants.
What he saw confused him. Talking horses? Where did they come from? He shook his head. The inhabitants are either these creatures or humans had enslaved them a long time ago. It doesn't matter though. He looked over the creatures before him. One was yellow and had pink mane and tail with three butterflies on the side of its hind quarters. It also had wings surprisingly.
The other one was white with purple mane and tail, both in a spiral. It had diamonds on the side of its hind quarters and had a horn. Another surprising feature. It seems that they were talking about something but he couldn't make out what they were saying. Something about a spa and new treatment they provide.
He didn't know what a spa was and didn't know what this treatment is. He watched as they talked until they left to go their separate ways. He decided to not follow any of them and went back into the forest to find some shelter. It's getting late and it looks like it's going to start raining soon.
He stumbled across a small cave that looked abandoned and decided to rest there for the night. Once inside he heard a thunderclap and it began to pour down rain. He was glad to be out of the rain. He enjoyed it but sometimes he doesn't like being in it unless necessary.
He looked around the cave and found a small area he could sleep on without getting wet. He went over to it, lied down, and began to think. This world would be perfect for his species. Creatures that can test their might, new species that can be made as hosts, and best of all, no humans in sight. It's a dream come true.
He wondered if the creatures of this planet would react the same as any other human would: try to kill him and fail. That seems to be something that might happen. He couldn't help but wonder. He seen how humans treat other animals with care and others with violence. He never understood why humans were so cruel, but then again his species didn't give a damn about other species.
He remembered how he was created in the first place.
FLASHBACK
He was eating a meal when he heard the scientists talk, "He is extraordinary! Having many abilities of known xenomorph types."
"Yes he is capable of many things, but there is one thing that has been bugging me," the other scientist said.
"What's that?"
"The fact that he is able to feel more emotions than any other xenomorph. It makes me wonder that he may be able to care about humans if showed good examples of good people," the scientist explained.
The other scientist let out an 'oh' and said, "Ah yes, the xenomorph was given traits all humans have."
"What might that be?"
"The ability to feel other emotions and be able to think freely."
Shadow couldn't believe what he just heard. He has more emotions than any other of his species! He tried to listen in to find out more, but the scientists left the room they were in to continue their conversation.
FLASHBACK END
He shook his head. Now he remembered why he felt so many emotions when he was born. He had human DNA that resulted in him being curious more than expanding the hive, and from what he remembers, he is the only one with these type of emotions. Now everything was much clearer.
He looked outside to see sunlight. He must have fell asleep when remembering his past. He got up and headed out to see the sun in all its glory, shining high in the sky. He felt his stomach grumble, asking for food to put in it. He began to start hunting for food. He eventually came across a small cottage that looked to have been meant to blend in with its surroundings but still be noticeable.
He looked around the area to see multiple animals. He saw a bear and it looked to be a different one than the one he helped. He found his target and got ready to pounce. He waited for the right moment and pounced at the bear. It must have heard him because it managed to dodge him at the last second.
That never happened before. No creature that big has ever dodged him before. He got back to his feet and began to hiss while the bear growled. They began to circle each other to find a weakness in the other's defense. Shadow struck first and grazed the bear as it dodged. It swiped at him and he dodged the attack.
He was quick enough to grab the bear's paw and through the bear over his shoulder. He tried to deliver the finishing blow when the bear swiped at his leg creating a gash. He screeched in pain and backed away to inspect the damage. That definitely was enough to draw blood. He smirked and looked up to see the bear's paw was burning from the acidic blood.
He used this opportunity to run up and create a large deep gash on the side of bear with his tail. Then he pinned the bear down crawled over to its head and opened his mouth ready to end it before the sound of a door opening and a quiet yet hearable gasp was heard. He closed his mouth and looked over to what caused these two noises to see that same yellow creature he saw from before.
Fluttershy was awoken from the sound of birds chirping outside her window. She got up with a yawn and got out of bed. The storm last night was pouring hard. She should go and check up on the beaver dam to see if got destroyed or suffered any serious damage.
She went to her bathroom to do her business then made her way to the kitchen to get some food to feed her animals. She got Angel his carrots, the birds their feed, and the mice their cheese. As well as fed the rest what they ate. After she was done she made her breakfast and ate. She knew that there were some of the bigger animals, that couldn't stay in her home, needed to be fed, but she needed to have her breakfast first, not wanting to end up like last time.
She was almost finished when she heard a loud screech outside her cottage. She flew to the door, opened it, and gasped at what she saw. Grumpy the bear was pinned down by a strange creature with mandibles, skin as black as night, an exoskeleton body, a tail with a spear-like blade, and a face that had a skull faceplate look.
It must have heard her because it looked straight at her for a few moments before aiming its tail above Grumpy's head. She swallowed her fear and ran over to the bear and blocked the tail from being plunged into the bear's eye. The creature looked at her when she got in the way before ending this bear's life.
That's when she gave him the stare. It didn't give the desired effect at first when the creature tilted its head in confusion before getting off the bear. She released her stare and focused back on Grumpy to inspect his injuries. He had a large gash on his side that's deep. There were a few bruises here and there, but what got her attention the most was his paw.
It was severely burned and looked like it could fall off at any moment.
While she was inspecting the bear Shadow was curious about this creature before him. It seems to be female due to its mane and tail color. She also seems to care about animals by the looks of it. She might give me a place to stay. I always wondered what the hives of other creatures looked like. He was as curious than ever.
He looked at the cottage and decided to head inside and take a look around. His stomach had objections but he ignored it for now. He'll eat later, but right now he wanted to explore a bit.
Fluttershy watched the creature walk toward her house. She was afraid that it might try and eat her animals so she chased after it. After all she needed to go back in anyway to get her medical equipment. She followed it inside and saw that it was looking around. She hoped that it doesn't cause too much trouble and got her medkit.
Once she was back outside she began to help Grumpy to the best of her ability.
Shadow's theory about this creature was true. She cared for animals a lot. There were birdhouses and some mouse holes in the walls. There even some beds laid out for some animals too. He was impressed to say the least. He made his mind up and decided to live here for awhile whether the creature outside liked it or not.
Meanwhile Fluttershy finished bandaging up Grumpy the best she could. He had a cast on his paw while having a large amount of bandages wrapped tightly around him to stop the bleeding from the gash he got. Once satisfied with her work she grabbed the medkit and brought back inside.
She saw the from before and it was still looking around. It heard come in and turned to her for a few seconds before kneeling down and looking into a mouse hole. She decided it was best to feed the animals outside first before dealing with her new guest. Once that was done she checked up on her new guest.
She found him searching her kitchen, probably looking for something to eat. When it found the fish she had stowed away in the fridge, for when she used to feed the carnivorous animals with, he grabbed it and was about to eat all of it when she took it away from and said 'no.'
She figured that it would only eat this and took a few for it. She put them in a bowl and placed it on the ground for it.
Shadow was annoyed when this creature took his meal from him. That was the only source of meat he could find while the rest was fruits and vegetables. He never tried those types of foods before and decided to try them later. For now he watched the creature before him lay a bowl down with some fish in it.
He looked at it like it was poisoned. The creature sighed and said timidly, "This is for you since this might be the only thing you'll eat. That is if it's okay with." He didn't need to be told twice before grabbing a fish from the bowl, ripping it in half, and eating it from the inside out.
Fluttershy watched as it ate each fish the same way until it reached the last one. It took the fish and used its secondary mouth to eat the head whole before eating the rest the fish. She was curious to know what it is and what its capable of doing. She decided to let Twilight know about it for now.
She decided to let it stay here for now. She told it, "You can stay here for now. If you want to that is." It looked away from its meal to nod at her before it finished eating. She was glad that it would stay and made her way to the door so she could go and talk with Twilight. She told she'll be back before exiting her cottage.
Shadow is glad that the creature let him stay. He looked around and decided to make his own resting place. He began to make the cottage feel more a hive as well.
He couldn't wait to see the creatures face when she returned.

The Xeno That Came to Equestria
A lone space vessel, with big yellow letters that read WY, slowly made its way toward a planet. The ship had suffered catastrophic damage when a lone xenomorph broke out killing 93% of the crew and destroyed 76% of the ship's engines and power systems before being jettisoned toward the planet they're heading to now.
On the bridge of this vessel stood a man in his late 50s watching the planet slowly come closer. He was thinking to himself when his thoughts were interrupted by one of the last remaining crewmen, "Mr. Weyland we are closing in on the planet the xenomorph landed on. At the pace we're going now we'll be there within two days."
"Good. I want you to monitor the our progress. I'm going to go speak with the doctor," Weyland said before walking to the bridge exit, not letting the crewman respond. He made his way to the elevator and pressed the button labeled 'containment cells.' Once the elevator stopped he went to the only active cell there was.
Inside sat a woman that was giving him a death glare. He chuckled at her and said, "It seems that we'll be reaching that planet soon. It won't be long now before we have the xenomorph you created."
"He won't ever listen to you," she threatened, "I made him be able to feel more emotions than the ones a xenomorph usually feels."
"And that's why he considers you to be his mother, seeing as he will only listen to you."
"You aren't going to get him no matter what you try. He will try to save me and kill everybody on this ship," she said smirking.
Weyland just chuckled and began to walk away while saying, "We'll see." Once he was in the elevator he pressed the button labeled 'bunks' and went to his room to rest up. Not only is he getting back the xenomorph, but he'll also have a planet to put a facility on.
Fluttershy made her way through town to the library where her friend Twilight lived. Once she arrived she knocked on the door and waited for a few moments before the door was opened by Spike. "Oh hey Fluttershy. What are you doing here?" he greeted.
"I'm here to see Twilight about something important," she said.
"If you're here for a book about animals we have a few somewhere."
"Oh no, it's not about that it's about something I found."
"What did you find?" a voice asked from behind her. She was startled and turned around to see Twilight with Dash. The unicorn was wondering what Fluttershy found hoping it could be the alien from the pod they found.
Fluttershy was about to answer when she remembered her fear that she swallowed when meeting the alien. She let out scream(though not very loud) and jumped so high she ended up clinging to one of the branches of the library. Her friends looked at her in confusion before she explained everything that happened.
Twilight looked like she was about to faint from excitement while Dash made sure the timid pegasus wasn't hurt. Once they all calmed down they made their way to Fluttershy's cottage to go meet this alien.
They arrived and walked in to have their jaws drop at what they saw. One of the walls were covered in a black substance that looked as if it was made of bone and tubing. They something crunch and turned to see Shadow munching on a fish bone. Fluttershy looked and saw that he ate the rest of the fish that she kept for the other animals.
She turned back when she heard hiss-like laughter coming from him. The first one to speak was Twilight, "It's amazing! Just look at its body structure! Oh and its tail and the second mouth it has! How does it even have that?!" He was startled by this new creature. It was like the white one he saw before except there weren't any diamond pictures on its hindquarters and it had a different color mane and tail as well as purple fur.
He wasn't comfortable around her at all. He immediately didn't like being around her when she pulled a syringe from her bag. It was empty which made him feel better knowing he wouldn't be knocked out. He shuddered at the thought of remembering the restraints he was in when waking up.
His thoughts were interrupted when he felt the needle prick his chitin-like skin. Twilight drew some of his blood and was about to put it under the microscope she brought when it began to burn through the syringe and drip onto the floor. She and her friends stared wide eyed at the floor as his blood began to eat away at the wood.
"How is he even alive?!" Dash clearly surprised to see such a creature have blood capable of hurting someone.
"I don't know, but I think it's best that we shouldn't try to see what else is in its blood. We don't want somepony to get hurt," the unicorn informed. Ponies? he thought, Now I know what they are, but now I need to know what types they are. He decided to wait a bit to see if they mention what they are.
"Fluttershy what do you know about this thing?" Twilight asked wanting to know what other things she should know just in case.
"Oh well its carnivorous. It has a lot more intellect than a normal manticore. It also is able to see somehow without eyes," she informed seeing as this information and prove useful. After some more talk about what he is they began to talk about his gender and species.
"We need to find out if its a he or she and know what species it is," the unicorn said looking toward Shadow as watched them with interest. She wondered what the thing was thinking about everything that has happened. It seems to be curious at the moment and wondered if it would let her check its gender.
He knew that they needed to what he was but having to know gender would be a bit embarrassing seeing as there is only one way to know. He decided to try and communicate with them. So he went to one of the walls and began to carve his name into it with his claws. They all watched amazement as he did this.
Once he was done he pointed at his name then to himself. They seem to have understood. Dash spoke first, "Okay so that its name but that doesn't tell us anything about its gender." They looked back to see that he had facepalmed at what she said and carved 'male' into the wall. He was annoyed at how the cyan one wasn't that bright.
He then carved something else. Once he was done he showed them what it read, My species is called the xenomorph. They now knew what he was and what his species is. Now the only question is how he got here. Twilight gave him a pen and paper for him to write on. Then she cleared her throat and asked, "You can understand me right?"
He wrote down 'yes.'
She gave him a smile and asked, "How did your ship crash here?"
It isn't mine.
"Then how did you get here?"
I was a test subject to some humans that imprisoned me. I escaped and killed a extremely large number of them before their leader launched me into space in that escape pod you found.
The three mares stood there in shock looking at what he wrote. They thought humans were a myth, but not only that he killed a lot of them when he escaped before being launched here. Now they knew that it wasn't best to put him in a confined area or try to experiment on him.
The unicorn gulped knowing that he could end her at anytime. She then asked hesitantly, "Are you the only one that came here?"
She regretted asking that after what he wrote down. Yes. My hive was killed by these humans. I'm the only survivor. He was looking at the floor remembering what happened. The humans coming in shooting up the hive, him fighting to try and stop anymore from coming in, being caught and dragged onto the dropship, and the hive being destroyed in an explosion.
He dropped the pen and paper, went into a fetal position, and began to whimper. He always tries to avoid showing weakness, but every time he remembers what happened to the hive, he couldn't control himself. The yellow one was in a flash by his side stroking the side of his head.
He was visibly shaking. He hates being like this. He knows he has to be strong and move on but it's hard when those memories come back to haunt him. After a few minutes had passed of his whimpering he was back on his feet feeling much better. He was glad to have got that off his chest.
He grabbed the paper and pen and began to write down the questions he needed to know. Where he was, what type of pony they were, and who they were.
The unicorn answered them all, "You're in Equestria. I'm a unicorn, and my here are pegasi. My name Twilight Sparkle, this is Fluttershy, and Rainbow Dash."
He nodded at them all before writing down 'nice to meet you all.' Dash decided to leave to go do something instead of talking and asking. Once she was gone, Fluttershy decided to go and get some more fish so she could feed the carnivorous animals including her new guest. The only ones left are Shadow and Twilight.
After a few moments of awkward silence Twilight spoke up, "I'm amazed that you're able to communicate with us. Is all of your species this nice?" He gave her a look that read 'it's obvious' before writing something down.
She looked to see what he wrote, No. My species would have either killed you or taken you to a hive to become hosts. She shuddered at that writing. She thought all of his species would be nice. Looks like she was wrong.
"Hosts?"
Hosts are used to make more of my kind. The queen lays eggs that hatch out facehuggers. These facehuggers latch onto a host's face and puts an embryo into the host's chest. After a certain period of time has passed the youngling bursts out of the chest.
The unicorn was scared that something like that would happen to her if he was like the rest of his species. She shook off the thought and decided to stop asking questions. They talked a bit or rather she talk, him write. They continued doing this before the unicorn decided to go back to the library to message the princess about this.
She left leaving him alone to think. These ponies treat me better than any other human did. Well except one. He decided to go to sleep seeing as the days events had tired him out.
Fluttershy came in with two baskets full of fish and saw that Shadow had begun to crawl into a crevice in the strange muck. He practically blended in with it well. She went over to her fridge and poured all the fish in one basket into a drawer of her fridge. She did the same with the other and poured it into a different drawer.
Once she was done she went back outside to do some of the things she needed to do that day before being interrupted by Shadow attacking Grumpy. She looked up at the sky and saw that it was midday. She looked back in one more time before heading out the door.
Author's Note
Amazing how things work out isn't it. Do note that you need to pay close attention to how Shadow acts. Remember that he lost those dear to him in order get how he feels. Oh and I couldn't think of a better title for this.
Edit: I finally realized that a error about Shadow being the only one in Equestria was the answer no not yes. I fixed so it makes a bit more sense. I really need to proofread my stories or get an editor.
The Xeno That Came to Equestria
Shadow woke up unexpectedly and fell out of the crevice he made out of the resin he put on the wall and slept in. He got up and wondered how he managed to fall out of it before remembering the dream he had. It was more like a nightmare. He went to the door and opened it to go outside. Once outside he closed the door quietly as to not wake Fluttershy.
He saw that it was the middle of the night and was glad it was. He looked at all the stars there were helping ease his mind. It didn't help him stop remembering the nightmare though. His nightmare was about all that happened to him. He decided that the best way to ease his mind is to remember all the good times in his life.
That's what kept him from letting his primal instincts get the better of him. That also was what was told to him by mother. He began to remember the good times with her.
He walked around his cell bored out of his mind. The humans that have been watching him have only been writing down everything he did. He thought about taking a nap when he heard the door open. He looked to see someone that he recognized all too well. He ran over to her with excitement.
She was an average height woman with some gray streaks in her black hair. She was around her 60s but looked to be around her 40s surprisingly. She wore a white lab coat with a patch that looked to be sewed over something. She laughed at how he acted stroked the side of his head. He knew she had something on her judging by the scent.
She knew he smelled what she had on her and took out of her coat pocket. It was a heart of an animal she got from the slaughterhouse in in the colony she lived in. She took off the plastic wrap and gave it to Shadow who was happy to take. It was fresh and he liked it when his meals were fresh.
He raised it into the air above him, opened his mouth, and pierced the heart with his claw to let the blood flow out into his awaiting maw. After it was drained of blood he devoured the empty heart. The woman laughed at how he acted before sitting down and taking some sharpies. He saw what she pulled out and knew it was time for his lesson.
He sat down in front of her and was given a sharpie. "Let's see if you can write my name shall we?" she said before using her sharpie and writing down five letters, S-A-R-A-H. He looked at the writing for a few seconds before crudely writing the same letters down. After he did that she looked over at it and nodded seeing that the letters matched each other.
She then pointed to the letters while saying, "Sarah." He watched and listened as she did this. When she finished he tried to do the same. He pointed at the letters that spelled sarah and tried to speak it. It resulted in it being more of a hiss than an actual voice saying the word.
She laughed at his attempt. She then said, "My name is Sarah. Do you understand that?" He looked at her for a few seconds before nodding. Sarah smiled seeing he knew what she was saying. She then watched has began to write something down. When he was done he drew an arrow toward her.
She looked over and saw that it said 'mother.' She couldn't help but smile at what he wrote. That smile turned into a frown though. He wondered why. Before being able to write the question she stood up quickly and left the room. He was confused. What made her leave? Was it that bastard who had him locked in here? Or was it something else? He didn't know. He awoke when he felt something nudge him. He looked to see Fluttershy standing over him. He must have fallen asleep when remembering mother. He knew that she wasn't supposed to be his mother because the queen is his mother, but he knew who created him and gave him the ability to feel.
That's what pained him more. Sarah was his creator and he believes the creator would be his mother not the queen of his species. He was the only xenomorph that didn't have some type fail safe put in his head to prevent him from going anywhere. He wondered why though. HIs thoughts were broken when he was nudged by the yellow pegasus again.
He looked at her again and wondered what she want. She gestured to the something and he looked to see a bowl of fish with a bowl of water. He took the fish first and ate each at a time. Then he drank the water last. Once he was done he went to the chicken coop Fluttershy had to watch the chickens.
He couldn't even watch them for long when they began to freak out and head back in the coop when they saw him. He couldn't help but burst into hiss-like laughter when a few of them laid eggs when they saw him. He knew what that meant because he had caused humans to do the same thing except it wasn't eggs.
After his laughter died down he saw Fluttershy walking toward the wooded area he was going to follow when he remembered that these animals will be scared upon seeing him. He decided to just stay at the cottage. He went into it and began to look around, impressed at how creatures like the pegasus are able to be just like humans. Well kinda sorta.
They seem to not use violence on everything they encounter. Well except that blue pegasus with the rainbow mane and tail. She threatened to knock him out if he hurt Fluttershy. He was about to hiss at her when the timid pegasus managed to get the blue one out of his face and stop making threats that weren't going to do anything.
Still this world isn't that hostile. He was still surprised to see mice and rats running around the cottage not causing any trouble. He remembered how humans hated that type of vermin. Some were scared of such vermin while others didn't like them in general. Then again Fluttershy cares for all animals so that doesn't mean all ponies in this world care for animals.
He looked around a bit more before looking in drawers to try and find some paper. He found a pencil then the paper in a drawer in one room. After having what he needed, he went into the living room and sat down at the coffee table. He put down a sheet of paper and began to draw with the pencil.
He drew the hive he was a part of and Sarah sitting against one of the walls while stroking his head as he lay beside her with his head in her lap. He knew that would never happen. One the hive would try to kill her or make her a host, and two the hive is destroyed. He was taught how to draw by her as well.
She was teaching him many things that humans did. He began to remember when she first started to teach him how to draw.
He was watching the scientists as they looked into the room taking notes on his behaviour. He could tell that they weren't happy with what they were recording. Especially when he covered the window that allowed them to look in to observe him. He still found it amusing when he covered it up that one day to see what their reactions would be. It was priceless. Their confusion and anger when they saw what he did. He was knocked out after they activated the gas made to knock out xenomorphs without killing them.
When he awoke, he was in his restraints watching as they removed the substance. As he watched them he heard the door open knowing who it was. He turned to see Sarah coming in with some type of object. When she sat it down she put a white canvas on it. She began to explain what it was and what it was used for.
She left the room for a few moments before returning with 3 cans of something, a screwdriver, and some brushes of all sizes. She placed them down by the easel which holds the canvas. She opened the cans with the screwdriver. Each can had a different color. One was red, one was blue, and the other one was yellow.
He was curious to know why she brought all these items in his cell. He watched carefully as she explained. "The cans contain a substance called paint. Humans use paint to create pictures. These pictures created by paint are called paintings." She then took one of the brushes and dipped the hair-like part into blue paint, and then painted a circle.
He watched as she did these actions before grabbing a brush and doing the same thing. He saw how she smiled when he began to learn new things. She explained other ways paint is used such as mixing colors to make new colors. Eventually they stopped painting when he decided to have a bit of fun and dumped one of the cans of paint over her head.
She yelped when he did that and tried to get her revenge by pouring paint over his head. She failed with the can but succeeded with the other. He had to admit that for her age, she was rather fit. They eventually calmed down from the fun they had from covering each other in paint and she had to leave to get cleaned up.
He had to molt because it was time to and it helped him not have to be sprayed with water. He hated the way he was cleaned whenever he got covered in something. They always sprayed him with a powerful jet of water that hurt from the amount of pressure it delivered. He was glad he had to molt when it was required. At least he didn't have to deal with powerful water spray.
His molted skin was retrieved to be studied. That is if they manage to wash it. He lied down and began to fall asleep. The next day Sarah came back with the easel and a new canvas. This time they drew with a pencil. The other scientists forbid her from using paint to teach him how to make art. They had fun drawing many things. He was extremely happy that day. He looked at his finished drawing. He would have tears in his eyes if it wasn't for the fact that he didn't have any eyes. He left the drawing where it was on the table and went to the resin-covered wall and climbed into the crevice he made and went to sleep. He managed to sleep soundly that night.

I made this chapter so you all can learn more about Shadow and his memories. He has had a troubled past. Between the good and bad parts of that past that woman that created him helped him be happy. Oh and these memories are before the queen and other xenomorphs were there. Remember that! Hope you're enjoying the story!
The Xeno That Came to Equestria
The Weyland Yutani vessel that was heading to the planet has been stopped by engine problems. Problems like half of the engines exploding to pieces. The remaining crew was working hard to fix the problem. To prevent anymore engine problems they were shut down while power was redirected to the other engines and emergency systems.
Weyland was in the bridge holding onto a railing so he wouldn't fall over from the explosions. He wasn't happy that their trip to unknown space was stopped by half of the remaining engines going up in flames. He was so close to getting back what he wanted.
He looked over at the crew in the bridge who were frantically trying the ship from going into more pieces. Preferably from becoming large pieces. He walked over to one of the crewman to see what he was doing. The crewman was keeping the only containment cell from being drained of power and releasing Sarah.
He saw one of the crewmen walking toward him. The man stopped and stood straight while saying, "Sir the dropship is ready. The synthetics are ready to go to the planet to scout it out and find the xenomorph."
"Good go ahead and send them out. I want all the intel I can get on the planet and the whereabouts of the xenomorph as soon as possible."
"Yes sir!" the crewman said before saluting and walking to the elevator while using his communicator to give the all clear for launch. Weyland looked through the bridge's windshield and watched the planet. He then saw the dropship heading toward the planet after a few minutes. He smiled knowing how close he was to getting back the xenomorph that got away.
Shadow woke up the next morning having slept peacefully. He was glad he didn't have anymore nightmares. He felt great. He felt that today was going to be a good day. He climbed out of the crevice he slept in and walked into the kitchen to see Fluttershy preparing some food for him and the other animals.
He saw a white bunny that was giving him a death glare. He ignored him and went over to the pegasus to get his food. She didn't even notice him until she was startled when he tapped her on the back. She let a breath of relief when she saw it was just him. "Oh Shadow. I didn't hear you come in. Here's your food. If you want you can come with me to help the animals," she said while handing him his food.
He has only been there for few days and he's already sick of eating fish. Maybe he'll go back into that one forest and hunt another large creature. He ate his fish and shook his head. He felt that the animals would be scared of him the moment they saw him. Besides he wanted to explore the town nearby.
She understood and took the now empty bowl and put it with the other dirty dishes. She grabbed her bags and said that she was going to go now. He waved her a goodbye before she went out the door. Once she was gone he went over to the fireplace and began to climb into the chimney. He climbed all up to and out the top of the chimney. It was rather clean seeing as it wasn't used at all. Then again it was warm enough that you wouldn't need to light the fireplace.
Pushing those thoughts aside he decided to fly to his destination. He never got to fly that often when he and the hive were out and about. He extended his 'wings' with was just extra skin under his arms that was thin enough to allow him flight. He began to flap his arms and began to get some lift.
He got enough lift and began to fly toward the town. He liked how everything looked from a bird's eye view. It was great scenery. He approached the town in no time and managed to avoid the pegasi that flew around. He landed on the roof of some type of building. He looked over to one side, careful not to get seen, and saw foals playing on a playground.
He saw pictures of this before and was told that these type of playgrounds were usually by schools. He must have landed on the roof of a school. He retracted his wings and crawled into a shadowy area of the playground. He was camouflaged by the shadow the building gave off from where the sun was in the sky.
He watched the foals laughing and playing with each other. He watched as all the foals had fun. He looked over and saw 3 fillies sitting at a table talking to each other. He wasn't able to them that well from where he was. He stuck to the shadows and crawled closer to hear what they were saying.
Once he was close enough he began to hear their conversation. It seems they're trying to find out how to get their cutie marks. He was intrigued to find out what they plan on doing. The orange pegasus wanted to try rock climbing. The white unicorn suggested store assistants. The cream colored earth pony suggested animal caretakers.
What the earth pony suggested got his attention. If they were going to try that then they would meet him. Well that was a kind of possible. He decided to listen further. They chatted a bit on ways to get cutie marks before they heard a snide comment, "Why don't you get your cutie marks for being blank flanks? Oh wait you already did!" The comment was followed by laughter.
The three fillies turned to see who said the comment. Shadow turned to look and saw two other fillies with smirks on their face. He had to admit, that comment wasn't nice at all. He listened in more. "What to ya want Diamond Tiara?" asked the earth pony.
"Oh I don't know maybe to let you know that you'll never get your cutie marks," Diamond Tiara said.
The orange pegasus spoke up, "That doesn't mean anything."
"Yes it does. You are a flightless chicken, you and your family don't bathe, and you aren't special just because your sister runs a boutique," Tiara said laughing. He was getting annoyed by those comments. Something like this happened to him in his past that made him hate something like this.
Tiara's companion decided to press further, "You three shouldn't even be the Cutie Mark Crusaders because you all don't have a special talent." The two bullies laughed as the three looked down with sadness on their face.
"What you think Silver Spoon? Should they even try or give up?"
Before Silver Spoon could reply, everyone on the playground heard a hiss-like growl. They turned to the source and saw Shadow stalk out of his hiding place. He stood to his full height with his sights set on the bullies. They turned to run but he ran in front of them when they turned around. He was hissing menacingly with his saliva dripping from his mouth.
They backed away from him trying to get away. He grabbed the two the throats and brought them to eye level with him. They struggled to get away and failed to. He roared loudly into their faces before dropping them. They ran away screaming. He didn't know why he thought he was bullied before but it felt like he had felt that feeling before and he didn't understand why. He decided to leave and extended his wings and began to fly into the air and flew back towards Fluttershy's cottage.
"W-well it would be best to let you all go home after an incident like that. You're all dismissed," said the adult earth pony mare. Everyone left the playground to go home and tell their parents about this.
Shadow arrived at Fluttershy's cottage in no time due to the fact he didn't need to avoid anyone at all. He was told by Fluttershy that the princess was wanting to meet him. He agreed to the meet and was told that they were going to Canterlot tomorrow morning. He decided to get some sleep so he had more energy.
He climbed into his crevice and began to fall asleep. Before he did Fluttershy told him that the rest of her friends will be coming with them. He nodded before falling asleep. The dreams he had that night was confusing. Dreams he never thought he would ever have.
Author's Note
May be short but good. Weyland has synths making their way to Equestria, Shadow scared two bullies that will surely have nightmares, he'll be meeting the princess, and he had dreams that didn't seem to be something he usually dreams. We are going into more depth with Shadow's history and maybe how he was created. Also the name of the chapter was all I could think of.
The Xeno That Came to Equestria
The Scout Team and the Trip to Canterlot
The dropship slowly made its descent to the planet's surface below. The synths were geared up and ready to gather as much intel as they could for their superior. Among the combat synths there was a more human looking synth. He was forced to go on the mission because he was the only scientist left.
He didn't want to encounter the xenomorph they came here for. He knew it was suicide to step foot on unknown ground, and it was a death sentence to step onto a planet with a xenomorph on it. One that killed a large portion of the crew. There's no telling if the world below had its inhabitants slaughtered or if they managed to at least least condemn it.
He knew it was very likely there would be a slaughter but he knew of Sarah's work on this xenomorph in particular. She didn't say much, but it was made from the strands of different types of xenomorphs that they only had one of each type. Sarah did mention something else that was put in its DNA.
He wanted to find out what else was put into the DNA of the xenomorph that caused it to not and try to kill her the moment she walked into its cell. He'll probably not find out anytime soon seeing as he could be dead as soon as they land. The dropship landed in a small clearing in a forest with a strange creature's corpse decaying in the middle of clearing.
He saw that it resembled the manticore from Persian legend. It was interesting to say the least. He had more pressing matters though, matters such as the xenomorph lurking around this world. The corpse was its handy work and judging by its decaying form it was here for a while. He turned to see the research synths collecting samples of the environment while the combat synths stood watch.
In all honesty, he was scared. Scared that he'll be killed, scared that he'll be attacked by any of the inhabitants that live here, but most of all he's scared of encountering the xeno. He looked back to the corpse and made a silent prayer to himself.
The morning that came went a bit quickly. Shadow could've swore he saw something land in the Everfree. Fluttershy said that it must have been shooting star that went behind the treeline of the forest. He knew it wasn't a star and that it was something else. He decided to drop it for now and get ready for the trip.
Him and the pegasus ate their breakfast. He helped her feed the animals to help them be on time. Once they finished feeding the last animal they began to head to the train station. He hid while following Fluttershy the best he could while she walked to the train station. They arrived with no trouble at all.
Fluttershy saw all of her friends at the station. The CMC was there too, and by the looks of it they wanted to come along. It seemed the mares gave up and let them come making the fillies excited. The pegasus and saw Twilight and Dash talking to each other. She approached them, and as she got closer she heard what they were talking.
"-we don't know what will happen when the princess meets him. Maybe she'll have him researched to find out more about him or let him stay or I don't know," Twilight said worrying what might happen. She saw Shadow's attitude when she wanted to research him to learn more about him.
"Don't worry Twi I'm sure he'll be fine. Look here's Fluttershy now," Dash said pointing to the timid pegasus. They smiled at her and she smiled back. Their smiles turned to confusion when they didn't see Shadow anywhere.
They were going to ask but were interrupted by when one of the train employees yelled, "All aboard!" They boarded into a private car that the princess reserved for them while the other passengers went into the other cars. Once inside they sat down and asked the first question that came to mind.
Applejack asked it, "So what is it that the princess wants? Ya said that she wanted to meet someone. Who is it?" Her question was answered when the train car's hatch was opened and Shadow dropped in the middle of them all. The CMC hid while the others except for Twilight, Dash, and Fluttershy went into defensive stances. Well Pinkie was the only other one who wasn't in a defensive stance seeing as she started to get excited.
"What is that terrible creature?! Keep it away from me! It'll ruin my mane!" Rarity whined not wanting to get near Shadow.
The others looked toward Twilight for an explanation. She chuckled nervously while rubbing the back of her head. "Well you see this is an alien from another world. He crashed here and me and Rainbow went to go look for him. Well the thought the spaceship was a meteor until we found it," she explained.
Fluttershy took over from there, "I found him when he attacked one of my animals. My animals are all okay thankfully. He was probably hunting and saw that my animals were something to eat. He ended up staying with me for awhile. He never left my home or if he did he didn't go far."
That was when the CMC came out of their hiding places rushing in front of her and simultaneously saying, "WHAT?!" Shadow looked over to the fillies and saw that they were the same fillies that he helped. Though his help could easily not have been understood right. These three were being bullied. I helped them. I still don't understand why. What caused me to do that action?
He began to ponder why. While he pondered the CMC were explaining how they saw him at the playground of their school. They explained everything that happened. They laughed a small bit when he made Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon run scared. They explained how he flew off and what they did afterwards.
Fluttershy was surprised to hear that he actually left to explore, but was more interested on how he flew back to her cottage. She wondered what was under his arms before he climbed into the crevice of the resin covered wall. She needed to ask about it later.
Applejack spoke up after the explanation the CMC gave, "Well he better not cause trouble or he'll get a good whoopin." He heard what she said and saw a tall candleholder. He extended his claws and sliced through it with ease. They all watched he reached over and tipped it causing the sliced pieces to fall to the floor.
They all couldn't help but gulp seeing that fighting him would be suicide. His head up to the air when he caught the smell of something. He looked toward the door from where the smell was coming from. They wondered why until the mouthwatering smell reached their noses. They realized what he was smelling.
"I think the food they have is ready to be served," Dash said ready to eat. They began to make their way to the door until they realized that they couldn't let Shadow be seen by the other passengers.
He wasn't going to miss out on good food plus it would be new to him and he might enjoy it. So he over to the hatch and was about to jump out onto the train car roof when he was stopped by Twilight using her magic to hold his tail. He looked at her annoyed that he was stopped. She explained while rolling her eyes, "You can't be seen by other ponies. Who knows what they'll do once they see you. You need to stay here. We'll see if we can get you some food."
She let go of his tail and he jumped through the hatch. Before she could yell for him to get back a stallion walked through with a cart full of food. The mares and fillies looked at it with confusion. He explained how the train operator forgot to connect a dining car so they are delivering food to the passengers. He left the cart with them so they could decide what they wanted. He said he'd be back for the cart in an hour. He left without another word.
After the stallion left Shadow jumped back into the train car and looked over at the food before him. The others were went ahead and got what they wanted. There was enough for all of them. Especially a very hungry xenomorph. He wanted to try what ponies eat and the fish he was given wasn't enough to satisfy his hunger. He grabbed the first thing he saw and took a bite out of it.
He had grabbed apple cobbler. He was amazed at how delicious it tasted. He didn't think he would like any of the food that wasn't meat related. It seems that he was wrong. He had to admit that it tasted great. He devoured it as well as the rest of the apple cobblers. He kept trying new food and found that he liked all of them.
Once he was finished he turned to see the surprised expressions on all of the ponies' faces. They had finished before him and watched as he devoured everything that was on the cart. He just shrugged off their expressions jumped back through the hatch. They wondered why until the stallion from before walked back in.
He was surprised to see the cart empty of food. He eyed all the mares and fillies suspiciously before leaving with the cart. Once he was gone Shadow jumped back down. They were wondering how he knew when to hide. They pushed the thought off for another time and decided to talk about him more. They talked about what he could do, where he came from, and how he lived as well as introduce him to everyone.
Twilight had given him a paper and pen so he could explain anything they had questions about. He explained why he scared the bullies and his past life. They all couldn't believe what they read. He had a very painful past. They gave him some comforted him when he began to start showing signs of sadness.
This continued until the train stopped in Canterlot. They all agreed to head straight to the castle. Shadow went through the hatch and into the shadows of the train station while the rest of them stepped off the train. The group of ponie made their way to the castle with a hidden xeno following behind.
The scout team was was on the move again. They picked up some reading that belonged to an xenomorph. It appeared to be on the move as well. The human looking synth didn't like this one bit. The combat synths were programed to scout the planet and capture the xenomorph should they find it.
They found it and were flying to the location now. He knew there was no time left for him and the other synths. One glance from the xeno and lights out. He took off his name tag and looked at it. It read C5-77. He always hated his designation name. He never really enjoyed being apart of Weyland Yutani even though they created him.
The reason why was because he witnessed one of the other human looking synths be killed by Weyland himself. He wanted a way out. He thought about it and decided that if he lives through this ordeal he'll help the xeno's creator. He looked out to the pilot. The pilot was actually the only human on the scout team.
His name was Drake. He was an expert pilot and knew how to get out of a jam. When he heard what they were doing he got excited then scared. He was happy to be off that ghost ship, but when heard that the xeno will be captured if found he began to rethink his decision. It was too late to go back now.
C5 watched Drake as he piloted the dropship toward a city on the side of a mountain. They had observed the creatures they found as well as the structures. The structures looked to be back in medieval times but were modern as well. They hadn't found any of the inhabitants and decided to not worry about it.
They were getting close and the combat synths set their guns to stun. The ramp opened while they were still flying. C5 knew what that meant. They were going to do a flyby drop. He only did it once and didn't like it at all. The synths went over to the ramp and got ready for the drop. All C5 could think of is 'fuck.'
Author's Note
The WY scout team finally arrived and the trip to Canterlot went by without a problem. One thing to know when I add ocs is that when they are introduced they won't be gone just as quick. I think Weyland will be none too happy when something happens to the scout team if you get what I'm getting at.
The Xeno That Came to Equestria
The group of ponies arrived the castle in no time. They went inside to see the princess while hoping that Shadow found a way inside. He did get inside when he found a vent access. By the looks of the vent it looked to be recent. He began to make his way through the ventilation to try and find his way to his friends.
He found them from a vent above them in what appeared to be a throne room. He saw a white pony with a mane and tail flowing in a nonexistent wind and had a horn and wings. That was very confusing. He never saw anything like that. She was speaking to his friends as well. He decided to give the strange pony a scare.
He busted the vent off and jumped out. He landed gracefully on ground and heard screams. He grabbed a pegasus in gold colored armor that tried to attack him and threw the pony into a wall. Another tried to attack as well but failed and ended up going face first into the ground. He was lifted into the air by an invisible force causing him to flail a bit before looking to see the strange pony's horn glowing.
Not his best prank ever. Pinkie was on the ground laughing while Rarity was trying not to have a heart attack. Fluttershy was hiding behind a statue with the CMC. They were scared easily due to the fact that one was timid while the others were just fillies. He had to admit he really scared them.
"Please tell what this thing is," the strange pony said while glaring at him. He was just playing a prank but then again he doesn't exactly belong to this world.
"That was what I was getting princess. He is the alien I was talking about. He was playing a prank seeing as he succeeded, but the guards attacking him ended up making it seem he was doing the opposite. His name is Shadow and for what he is well he's called a xenomorph," Twilight explained while taking deep breathes to calm herself.
The princess understood and set him down but kept an eye on him. He went over to Fluttershy and pulled her from her hiding spot as well as the CMC. The pegasus was still shaking but smiled at him. He looked at the CMC who were also shaking and they scooted closer to the pegasus. His own fault on scaring them.
He went over to the rest of his friends and listened to them conversate with the princess. "He shouldn't have scared us like that. Tell me what you know about him and his species," the princess said in serious tone. The purple unicorn explained everything he told her. The princess was shocked at what she heard. When Twilight finished explaining the princess felt a bit sorry for him and a bit wary of him as well.
His species are dangerous and that doesn't help the fact that they use living creatures of other races as hosts to make more of him. The princess spoke, "Well Shadow it's nice to know who you are and what you are. My name is Celestia and I'm a alicorn." He nodded at her to acknowledge he understood.
He knew what she was and her name now and wanted to reply but couldn't. Twilight saw that he couldn't reply summoned up a paper and pen for him. He nodded his thanks and began to write down something. He gave to Celestia.
It's nice to meet you.
"Why are you here?" Celestia asked wanting to know how he got here. It was clear that he didn't explain everything that got him here. He looked away for a bit before writing something down.
I said I was an experiment and killed a large number of humans but that doesn't explain everything. I was released from my restraints by Sarah, the one who created me. When she released me she told me to not let anyone stop me from what I want. I did just that. I killed all those I found to get revenge. I killed to avenge my hive. I killed to get to the one man who caused me the most pain. I nearly killed him when he tricked me into that escape pod and launched me here.
He was filled with rage when he remembered how he got here. He wanted to destroy the company. He wanted to kill them all. He wanted to kill Weyland the most. That name always sent fury through his body. He turned to a statue and shot acid at it. They all watched as the statue began to erode away from the acid.
Celestia had decided to best not get on his bad side if you want to be out of the hospital. She shook the thought away before asking, "Who is this man you are talking about and who is Sarah?" She knew it was a risk to ask such things but she needed to know.
He wrote hard at first but the writing became softer as he went. The man is named Weyland who owns a company known as Weyland Yutani. He caused me so much pain. Sarah was the only one who showed me kindness. She brought me happiness and would do anything to keep me happy. She hated her job and wanted nothing more than for Weyland and his followers to perish.
He remembered how she talked to him about how she never really liked working for company but only did it to get close with his species. Those thoughts really get to him because he won't be able to see her again anytime soon. He shook his head to get rid of that thought. The last he needs is to be on the floor whimpering like last time.
The princess looked at him for a bit wondering what was going on in his head before saying, "You really have a troubled past by the looks of it. Perhaps you can try to focus on other things and look to the future. That should help you from getting too caught up in the past."
He thought about she said. The future could always be better and the more he looks to the future and remember certain things from his past he should be okay. He began to write again.
You're right. I can't keep living in the past. I need to move on. It will take time though.
"Don't worry. I'm sure Twilight and her friends can help you through this," Celestia stated cheerfully.
"Yeah we won't those meanies get you!" Pinkie declared.
"Despite only knowing you for a few hours I'll help you darling," Rarity said.
"I kick those Weyland Yutani guys flank if they try to get you," Dash said bravely.
"You can count on me to help you through this Shadow... that is if you want me to," Fluttershy said timidly.
"Ah will help ya too," Applejack stated.
"I'm sure we can help you to the best of are ability. After all the magic of friendship has worked many times," Twilight stated ready to help him when he needs it.
He looked at them all. He wrapped them into a hug to Rarity's dismay. He was glad to have such good friends like them. He put them down and looked at them with hope. They smiled at him. He was about to right his thanks when the throne room doors burst open.
Shadow's rage came in an instant once he heard the programmed voice, "XENOMORPH TARGET ACQUIRED" They all looked to the combat synths with their weapons raised and two bloody and dead guards behind them.
The scout team have arrived.

This website plus bad internet equals long wait for this chapter. The scout team has arrived and things are about to go down. It will be a one hell of a ride for C5. He is probably hoping that he'll live to see another day. Let's see who'll survive and who'll fall.
The Xeno That Came to Equestria
Synth Takedown and C5 Betrayal
Everything was quiet when the programmed voice finished its sentence. The only sound that was heard was the hissing growl that Shadow made at the synths who stood there emotionless all except for C5 who tried to hide in the very back of the group behind one of the research synths.
They all stood there for few more moments until the xenomorph screeched loudly and charged at the group. The combat synths opened fired with the bullets being able to stun instead of kill. Shadow felt several of the bullets hit him and shock him. He began to dodge them to the best of his ability until he finally reached the synths.
He grabbed the one closest to him and used it as a shield to block and ram into the other synths. The combat synths lost their bearing giving him a chance to stab one with his tail and lift it in front of him to finish it off. He opened his mouth and shot his dagger-like tongue into the head of the synth.
The white blood tasted horrible, but he ignored it and ripped off the synth's arms. It began to spit out white blood from its mouth before deactivating. Shadow removed his tail from the destroyed synth and grabbed the next that tried to shoot him.
He was quicker and grabbed the gun. He pulled the synth closer to impale it with his claws that extended. He then moved his claws upward and created large deep slashes in the synth as it began to spit out blood and fall to the ground to deactivate. Shadow turned to see the three remaining combat synths charging him with stun batons.
He jumped over them and brought his tail down one of the synths head going, slicing down to where it was almost split in half. The synths turned around struck him with the stun batons. He screeched in pain from the electricity going through his body and grabbed both of the synths by their arms and throwing them away from him.
He spat acid at one them and hit it the leg. It began to erode away and the synth fell to the ground unable to do anything but watch. The other synth charged at him again and got impaled by his tail. The synth used this to its advantage and used its stun baton to shock Shadow's tail. He screeched in pain before grabbing the stun baton and shoving it in the synths mouth causing it to begin convulsing.
The white blood began coming out of its mouth as he continued to shock the synth showing no signs of stopping. He eventually let go of the stun baton, leaving it in the synth's mouth, and pulled his tail away from the synth's stomach. It was convulsing nonstop until the stun baton lost all of its charge.
The synth fell to the ground and convulsed some more before going motionless. He looked at the other synth that watched with no emotion at all. He walked toward it and smacked its baton away with his tail once he was close enough. It continued to look at him as he glared down at it. He leaned down and got in the the synth's face.
He used the sharp fangs at the end of his mandibles, lodged them into synth's skull and lifting it up off the ground. It was beginning to bleed its white blood over his mandibles and leak from its mouth. Shadow opened his mouth and shot out his dagger-like tongue into the its skull killing it.
He removed his mandibles and let the synth body hit the ground with a loud thud. He looked to the the research synths picking up the combat synths weapons. They had an equal number of research synths to combat synths. Before he could do anything the synths began to convulse violently.
Electricity began to be seen on them before they fell to the floor and catching on fire. The everyone looked from the burning synths to the only one left in the room. C5 had something in his hand with a button flashing red. He saw that all eyes were on him and he dropped the device he had and fell to his knees.
He was scared and looked to be begging for his life, "Please don't hurt me! I helped you get rid of the other synths! Just don't hurt me!" Shadow looked at him then to the burning synths. He remembers this synth from his imprisonment. He ran experiments on him that hurt. He hissed at the cowering synth before walking slowly toward him.
C5 was petrified and didn't dare move seeing as it would be pointless. He was grabbed by the neck and brought up off the ground to look face to face with Shadow who was hissing menacingly.
The ponies were in shock at what just happened. They had just witnessed Shadow destroy the combat synths as if it was nothing. The first one to break out of her shock was Fluttershy. She saw that he was about to end C5. She spoke loud enough for him to hear her, "Shadow please don't kill him. He didn't do anything. He didn't try to hurt you so please put him down."
He looked over at her before turning back to C5 and screeching in his face and throwing him to the ground. C5 was relieved to say the least. He was about to die and he was saved by that pegasus. He was about to say thanks when guards came in after hearing the gunshots and screeches from Shadow.
They grabbed C5 and pinned him down. "Let him up. I want him to explain what he and these strange beings were doing here as well as tell us what that device he had was," Celestia ordered. The guards hesitated before doing what they were told but kept a close eye on him to see if would try anything.
He got up and looked at the ponies with a look of thanks and confusion before looking over at Shadow that was still hissing at him. They were all wanting an explanation so he should talk now before the xenomorph decides that he isn't worth keeping alive. He began to explain, "Hello my name is C5. I am a synth and that's what the dead things are as well."
They all gave confused looks. He knew seeing as he doesn't look anything like the synths lying on the ground. "I'm a type of synth that looks more human. Me and my team were sent here to scout this world and, if possible, capture the xenomorph that ended up here."
He looked at Shadow who was ready to end him then and there. He gulped from just looking at the xeno. He continued to explain, "We have scouted the crash site of the pod that was sent here and the tracks leading away from it. It lead to a dead creature I identified to be a manticore from Persian mythology. We then began to pick up readings coming from this area. Are pilot went back to our space vessel until we needed to call him back to pick us up."
"The synths that began to short circuit did that because of the remote in my hand. I had tampered with it to do that to try and gain this xenomorph's trust. I want to be rid of Mr. Weyland. His company may have created me but I was given free will. I want him dead because he hurt a friend of mine. Her name is Sarah and he has her imprisoned on that vessel," he finished.
They were amazed to say the least.Twilight looked like she was about to faint from this information and Celestia was in deep thought. He looked over at Shadow to see that he was in deep thought as well since he stopped hissing at the synth.
She's still alive! I thought she was killed after I was sent into space. Why would they keep her alive and for what reason? Shadow couldn't believe that Sarah was still breathing, but not only that, C5 wanted to get rid of Weyland too. This could prove useful. They all looked at Celestia who cleared her throat before speaking, "It seems that this information can help us in the future. C5 will stay here with me while I teleport the rest of you back to Ponyville."
They all nodded and waited for the spell to be cast. Once it was they all found themselves in Twilight's library. Shadow felt dizzy from the teleportation spell. He didn't understand how it worked nor did he care at the moment. While was recovering the mane 6 were talking to each other.
"Ah don't know about this Twi. Those things proved to be dangerous and could have harmed us if they wanted to," Applejack stated a little worried.
"Maybe if we show them a good time by throwing them a party! Right Mr. Author person?" Pinkie said while breaking the 4th wall when she isn't supposed to!
"Oops my bad!"
The others looked at her strangely before putting it aside as a Pinkie thing. "These things that attacked weren't that strong. After all Shadow put a beating on them without trouble," Dash said believing it was simple.
Rarity gave her a look that said 'you're kidding right.' Sighing, Twilight looked at Dash began to list the obvious, "Rainbow Dash those had weapons. Weapons that can shoot faster and farther. They are well trained and won't stop until they have completed their orders. They are dangerous and shouldn't be messed with."
Dash was about to say something when Rarity interrupted her, "I have to agree with Twilight. How could we fight such uncivilized beings that could easily beat us?"
"By throwing them a-" Pinkie began.
"Shut up Pinkie!" the others all said in unision. Pinkie kept quiet knowing that wouldn't have told her to shut up unless this was serious. She shrugged it off before pulling out a batch of cupcakes and beginning to devour them. They all sighed at how Pinkie was acting before deciding that she is just doing what she does best.
Fluttershy spoke after a long silence, "What are we going to do? How would we be able to defeat this type of evil? If you don't mind me asking that is."
"Fluttershy just stick by me and you'll be okay. Promise," Dash claimed. The others couldn't help but facehoof at Dash for thinking that she could take on the synths. Shadow heard what she said and couldn't help but quietly laugh in a hiss-like way at how she thinks that she could beat synths easily. It had taken 2 months before he could beat a group of synths when he was in captivity, in open combat.
"Rainbow you can't expect to beat these ruffians do you?" Rarity asked worried that Rainbow Dash would try to beat them on her own.
"Once I beat up a few of them they'll leave us alone," Dash declared. She felt a tap on her shoulder and turned to see a page that had some writing on it being held by Shadow, who found paper and pen.
It read, Synths aren't to be taken lightly. They are programmed to follow their orders without question. Weyland is also a man that won't give up until he gets what he wants. Your species is in danger as well as any other species that lives on this world. You can't beat him unless you had help.
Dash rolled her eyes at what she read. The others read it and agreed that was the confirmation they needed to prove that they were right. Shadow was glad that the rest of them saw reason while Rainbow was being stubborn. Fluttershy decided it was time to go home with Shadow. He nodded in agreement knowing it was best to get some rest.
They said their goodbyes before leaving. Of course Shadow staying out of sight. Once they left the CMC decided to go to their respective homes. They left as well. That left Twilight, Rainbow, Applejack, Rarity, and Pinkie. All was quiet for a few moments until Pinkie broke it, "I hope we can still throw a party after the bad guys are gone!"
The others shook their heads at Pinkie. "Girls it would be best if came up with some type of plan to prepare us for what's to come," Twilight said not wanting to know what would happen if they were caught by Weyland. They began to plan on what to do.
Weyland was watching the footage repeatedly. He watched the video the research synths recorded. The fight and C5's betrayal. He was pissed. He watched one of the synths turn to C5 to see him press a button then the video going to static.
The crew didn't dare talk to Weyland when he was angry. He always lashed out when someone tried to get him to calm down. He stood watching the video one last time before turning to one of the crewmen. "Is the ship able to continue to the planet?" he asked wanting a good answer.
One of the crew stepped up nervously and answered, "Y-yes sir. The planet can be reached within 2-3 days. More if we have to reroute power to any other systems."
Weyland smiled at how good that sounded and turned to the crew. They all looked at him waiting for their orders. "Everyone I want all power put into the engines. We should get on that planet as soon as possible. No excuses," he commanded. The crew began to work and he felt the ship jerk forward a bit as it began to continue its journey.
He wanted to be on the planet as soon as possible and nothing can stop him now.

The Xeno That Came to Equestria
Learning about Weyland Yutani
Celestia and C5 have went to the royal observatory to try and find the company ship heading to the alicorn's home planet Equus. He had told her that the ship could probably be seen by a high powered scope to allow them to be able to calculate the arrival of Weyland and his followers. She needed to know when they arrive so she could see if she can make peace with them.
C5 would adjust the telescope to find the ship seeing as he knew the direction it was coming from. Celestia had her sister try and learn about Weyland from Shadow.
C5 was in the middle of adjusting the telescope when asked him about what the company is. He sighed and answered the best he could, "The company was around for over 2 centuries. Space travel was discovered on Earth around 2079. The ones to discover space travel was the company before it became what it is now. I wasn't created back then because synths of my make weren't made until 2104. The company had ascended in popularity over the years until they met their composition known as Seegson. They had formed to protect all life that lived in the universe. They became more popular for a time until in 2122 a vessel named the Nostromo discovered a derelict alien vessel containing eggs in the cargo bay. Those eggs were xenomorph eggs."
Celestia nodded before asking, "Then how are the facehuggers made? From what Twilight told me in her letter with Shadow's explanation, he said that more of his kind are made from hosts that these creatures find."
He explained, "Shadow is right for a hybrid. The facehuggers come from the eggs. There are 2 types of facehuggers. The original and the royal facehugger. The royal facehugger are a rare type that are used to make praetorian and queen xenomorphs. The praetorians are like the royal guard of the hive while the queen makes more of the eggs. Xenomorphs can be anything when they come from certain hosts. Humans are a common source for xenomorphs and the type of xenomorph is usually a drone or a warrior. Xenomorphs take some genes from the hosts that usually change their appearance or what they can do."
Celestia was surprised to hear that Shadow's species has such a way of creating more of his species. Not only that but they take traits from the hosts they grow in. She needed to ask about the Nostromo, "What happened to the Nostromo after discovering the eggs."
"One of the eggs hatched when a crew member went too close to it. It latched onto his face and refused to let go. He seemed fine when it finally let go of him. It was dead when it let go. The entire crew was enjoying their dinner glad that their fellow crewman was okay or so they thought. His chest burst open to reveal that a embryo was implanted in his chest. They tried to kill it but one of crewmen thought that it would be best to keep it alive so they could study it. It went into the ventilation of the ship and was lost until it was found again. There was a problem when they found it though. It was fully grown even though it has been an hour since its burst. It killed everyone until the last survivor managed to launch it into space and be burned to a crisp from the ship's engines. She made one last message before going into hypersleep. There was a stowaway facehugger hiding there and got her. Then the Nostromo went missing for 15 years until its flight recorder was found," he explained.
Now Celestia a little afraid of Shadow. One xenomorph killed all but one of the crew members on the Nostromo before being stopped. Shadow was a hybrid xenomorph as well. That meant that he could be stronger than a normal xenomorph. She shook her head to clear away the fear. C5 had finished his adjustments on the telescope and saw the company vessel in its worst condition.
It had fire on the outer hull still blazing, scorch marks from where the explosions and fires had at, and it was still moving forward. He never got a good look at it when on the way to the planet but now he could see how much the ship suffered when Shadow escaped. Systems that needed constant maintenance had exploded all over the ship. He was glad that he wasn't on that death trap anymore. It looked like it would fall apart at any moment.
He moved away from the telescope to let Celestia look. Her mouth hung open when she saw the ship and the damage it had. She backed away and asked the question she knew the answer to but had to make sure, "Did Shadow do all that?"
C5 nodded sadly reminiscing everything that happened on the ship. He remembered how he had a team of hired guards go to the reactor to reboot and find Shadow waiting for them. He remembered their screams and the xenomorph's loud screech over the comms. He shook his head trying to shake away the thoughts and focus at the task at hand.
"The ship should be here within 2 days at the rate it's going at. That should give us time to prepare for Weyland," he informed. Celestia nodded and began to leave.
She turned back and said to C5, "Keep an eye on that ship. If anything happens that would spread concern tell me immediately." He nodded before watching the ship again. Celestia left and began to think. Weyland proved dangerous by the synths he sent. Hopefully he will see reason and leave Shadow alone as well as Equestria. She's worried for her subjects. Hopefully Luna will be able to get some information from Shadow.
Shadow was having a great dream. He dreamt of Weyland's demise by his own hands. In the dream he fought through a horde of elite combat synths with little effort and plunge his tail through Weyland's skull. The dream repeated after that.
After the 16th cycle everything didn't revert to the beginning of the dream. Instead it was just a misty forest with no synths at all. He was confused until he sensed something behind him. He turned around cautiously. What he saw was a alicorn with a blue coat with a night looking mane and tail that flowed with no wind.
He could tell that it was a she. She spoke, "Greetings Shadow, are name is Luna. Thou has information that you could lend us about Weyland." He was generally surprised to know that there was another alicorn. She said that she needed information about Weyland.
Before he could do anything Luna spoke again, "We are aware that thy can't communicate with us. We cast a spell that will allow thou to speak telepathically."
He didn't think that was true but tried anyway, "Can you hear me?" She nodded confirming that she heard him. His voice was deep and sounded like a stallion in his early 20s.
He was surprised to know that she can understand him without needing a paper and pen to write. He thought a minute before deciding to ask, What do you need to know about Weyland?
"Anything that can help us and our sister stop him if he doesn't respond peacefully. It would help to know any weaknesses to use against him should he try and hurt ponies," she said sternly.
He thought for a moment and tried to remember any type of weakness that Weyland showed that could help her and her sister. He then remembered some things that could help. "The combat synths have body armor. They can be deactivated by destroying its limbs. Those are the only weak spots on them. The research synths have basic combat features but have no body armor making them weak enough to kill. Weyland himself is a coward. He isn't afraid when he believes he will win. When he knows he's not going to win he tries to run," he informed.
Luna took a few moments to absorb this information. She turned to him and said, "Well that will prove useful. We will inform our sister soon but we need to know more about thou species if you wouldn't mind."
"I don't mind at all." He began to explain what his species did such how they reproduce. He explained how his species is known to be the most dangerous if you let it grow. Luna looked to be disturbed on how his species burst from the chest of a host. She didn't know that such a species existed to even do such a thing. After he finished explaining Luna looked like she was sick.
She never knew that his species could be so lethal. Then again she saw the carnage that he did to the combat synths. She shook away the thought and looked at him wondering why he was so different. She had to ask, "How is thou so different from your species?"
He hesitated before explaining why. Luna was surprised to hear that he had human DNA in his genes allowing him emotions. Luna then asked for more information about Weyland. He explained what he believed about that man. Once she heard enough she told Shadow goodbye and left his dreamscape.
Celestia was in her room reading a book to pass the time to when it was time to raise the sun. She heard the door open and turned to see Luna walking in. She smiled at her and put down her book. "Luna I'm glad you came here. I'm sure that you got some information from Shadow," she said.
"Indeed sister. Shadow has been able to give us some useful info that can help us," Luna informed. She walked over to her sister and sat beside her. She breathed in deeply before letting it out.
"Tia we need to not let this Weyland character harm anypony."
"I know Lulu, I know," the solar sister assured. She herself was worried. She had gotten a report from C5 that the Weyland Yutani ship will arrive during midday within the 2 day limit. She was a little stressed having to increase security around Canterlot and having a dispatchment of troops ready to go to Ponyville in the morning to guard the small town.
The night sister could tell that Celestia was stressed from having to do such things to prepare. "Sister I know you're stressed and it would be best if you relaxed after you raise the sun. It would help you keep a clear mind," Luna said wanting her sister to not continue to worry.
Celestia shook her head, "I can't relax when a possible threat is heading straight for our homeworld!" She was nervous about what would happen when Weyland arrives. She was scared to think about what would happen if he doesn't agree to peace.
Luna hugged her sister and said some comforting words to help her calm down. It worked and the solar sister managed to calm down. She nodded her thanks to Luna before looking at the clock seeing it was time to raise the sun. She got up and motioned for her sister to follow her to the balcony. They both began to begin the process of raising the sun and lowering the moon.
Luna left after that was done to get some rest. Celestia looked from her balcony and onto Ponyville hoping that everything will be okay. Little does she know that everything will not be okay when the company arrives.

Another chapter done. My typing has gotten a whole lot better. That's good. Weyland is closing in on the planet and C5 revealed some of the history the company had. If my dates for the history of Weyland Yutani is wrong don't forget to tell me. Also the date on Earth is 2287. That should help you understand what the date is for the company. Anyway enjoy!
The Xeno That Came to Equestria
The entire town of Ponyville was a buzz with activity. The dispatchment of guards had arrived and set up positions around and in the town. Many ponies thought that it had something to do with the rumors of a monster. That was what they thought. Little did they know is that the guards were sent to protect Ponyville from the upcoming danger.
Shadow had been jumping from roof to roof and watched the guards arrive. That was one of the many things done that would prepare them for Weyland Yutani. He made his way to the town square where the most commotion was at this time of day. He sat on a roof of a building and watched the citizens do their daily activities.
He wished that all of them were warned about the upcoming danger so they would be prepared. He shook his head before heading to the library to see what Twilight was up to.
Twilight was looking through countless spell books to try and find a spell that could help her defend against the company. She was having a panic attack about the whole thing while Spike was trying to help with the best of his ability. The little dragon didn't know why the unicorn was so worked up. Sure the guards arriving would cause that but she was was looking for a very powerful shield spell.
That's when he heard the window open. He rolled his eyes expecting it to be Rainbow Dash so he didn't turn around. The purple unicorn stopped looking to see Shadow stepping through the window. "Hey Shadow don't mind me just trying to find a strong shield spell," she said frantically.
Spike was confused when Twilight said Shadow instead of Rainbow. He turned and dropped the books he was holding and his mouth wide open. He felt fear course through his body when he saw the xeno standing there looking back at him with curiosity. He started to shake and turned to Twilight to ask, "Twilight w-what is t-this thing and how do you know it?"
Twilight stopped her search and smiled at the baby dragon. She pat him on the head and explained, "This is Shadow Spike. He is a xenomorph. He doesn't come from our world and he is going to stay here. The reason for the spell I'm searching for is to stop some bad guys who want to take Shadow and probably ponies as well. That's why we need the spell, to protect ponies from being taken away."
The baby dragon looked back at Shadow who had turned his attention to the books scattered across the ground. He looked at the xeno for a few more moments before swallowing his fear. He approached the xeno as he was trying to read what the book said. Shadow turned to the drake when he heard him approach.
Spike took a step back nervously then cleared his throat and said, "H-hi Shadow my name is Spike. I'm a dragon and Twilight's number one assistant." He held out his hand. Shadow looked at him then to his hand then back at him before realizing the gesture and shaking the drake's hand.
He could easily tell that the baby dragon was scared of him. Not a surprise when you don't exactly look friendly at all. When he released Spike's hand he turned back to the book he was trying to read. The text didn't even look like anything but marks. He kept flipping through the pages until he reached the back of the book. He dropped not able to understand anything it said and began to look around.
The first time he was here was when Celestia teleported him here with his friends. He smelled the air and found that the smell of old books was what he expected. He didn't like that type of smell but the unicorn's scent was a mix of other smells with the old book smell. He's beginning to think that he should take the scent of his friends into mind just in case something were to happen to them.
He watched Twilight and Spike go through countless books before they gave up. "Uh it's hopeless! We can't find a strong shield spell. We might as well hope that the princess can make peace with Weyland," Twilight said exhausted and worried. She was scared of what might happen.
Shadow thought for a moment before a idea came to his mind. He remembered hearing his captors say something about how the resin his species use to make hives are strong enough to resist bullets and a few explosions. The more he thought about it the more he seemed to like the idea of some sort of stronger protection. That's when he thought about the armor the guards had.
It would protect them but the spaces in between the pieces would prove to be a problem. He grabbed a paper and pen to explain everything to Twilight. She was surprised to read that he could provide the resin he used to make his resting place in Fluttershy's home.
The more she thought about it the more supporting of the idea seemed. "This could actually help. The guards be able to have more protective armor and would be able to have more of a fighting chance to stop Weyland. Shadow you're a genius!" she exclaimed. She asked him if he would be up to the task and he nodded.
She told him to come with her to Rarity's while Spike stayed at the library to keep an eye on things. Twilight traveled in the direction of her friend's boutique while Shadow traveled on the roof tops. They arrived in a couple of minutes. Twilight knocked on the door while Shadow found a window to go into undetected.
After a few moments of waiting Rarity answered the door. "Ah Twilight, how are you darling? What brings you here today?" she asked with a smile.
"Hi Rarity I'm doing fine, and I came here with Shadow. He should already be inside so he can avoid attention. I'll explain why I'm here once were with Shadow," Twilight informed. Rarity nodded and stepped to the side to let the purple unicorn in.
Once she was inside and Rarity shut the door, Shadow came down the stairs. Rarity was about to ask until she remembered that he was trying to stay out of sight. She turned back to Twilight and asked again, "What brings you here darling?"
The purple unicorn was silent for a few seconds before answering, "I want you to try and improve the royal guards' armor so that they're better protected." Rarity gave her a look that said 'you can't be serious.'
When she saw that her friend was serious she shook her head a little and replied, "Twilight dear you can't expect me to be able to strengthen the armor the royal guard has right now. I learned how to make all types of armor but not know how to strengthen it."
"That's just it Rarity, Shadow knows how to strengthen it. The resin his kind uses are strong enough to defend against a few explosions. That could give the guard an advantage against the possible threat."
"I don't know but I guess that if it helps us when those ruffians arrive we might be able to stand a chance. Alright I'll give it a shot. I just need the resin. Hopefully it doesn't get in my mane and ruin it," the white unicorn said.
Shadow had found a piece of paper and a pencil and began to write down a response.
This will surely help. I will need to cover one of walls entirely so you have enough to work with. You can grab some of the resin if you're strong enough to pull it off or use something humans call a blowtorch to cut off pieces.
Rarity looked a little conflicted on letting him cover one of the walls in the resin or just not helping at all. She decided that it was best to make a sacrifice rather than worry about the pleasant look of her home. She told him to make the resin in her work room so that the customers don't start asking questions about it when they see it.
She told him the way and he made his way upstairs to begin. The two unicorns chatted for a half hour until he came back down again nodding to confirm that he was done. Rarity told Twilight and him farewell while she went upstairs to begin gathering some of the resin so she had some ready.
Twilight and Shadow went their separate ways so he could go around and find other ways of preparing the town. He traveled from the rooftops and ended up looking over a market place. He watched as ponies used some gold circles to trade for food or other items providing what the stand was.
He tilted his head in confusion wondering why they don't provide the food equally to each other. That was the same way with humans and that confused him more. In a hive his species help each other creating the perfect economy with the worry of trading for things and working as one. He continued further down the roofs and saw the same school house he saw from the other day.
He decided to not go near after what happened last time. Then again no one tried to attack him. He shook away the thought and began to make his way through the town again. He watched the guards as they patrolled the streets. He wondered if there was a way to help the patrols in fighting against synths.
He looked at the weapons they had, and was disappointed to see that they had spears and swords, and nothing that could travel fast enough to destroy synth limbs from a distance. He looked to the sky to see that it was midday. He was bored and couldn't find other ways to help the guard. The clouds could provide cover for an ambush and the pegasi could use their weather abilities from what he learned from Twi-wait a second.
He just got another idea that could help the guard. He extended his wings and flew high in the sky to go find Rainbow Dash. He didn't need to look long to see her practicing tricks in a field. A small group of ponies were watching her which proves to be a problem for him. He needed to the ponies to go away.
His silent prayer was answered when Dash stopped doing tricks and told the group that she was done practicing. The group let out a small 'ahhh' before heading back to finish their daily needs. He flew over to Dash who was about to nap on a cloud but heard him when he flew over to her. She rolled her eyes and said annoyed, "What do you want Shadow? Can't this wait so I can take my nap?"
He grabbed her by his tail and flew her to the ground while she protested. Once on the ground he began to write what he wanted to say in the dirt while Rainbow waited for him to finish with her forelegs crossed. When he was finished she read what he wrote.
It got her attention and she began to think about it carefully. She actually like the idea. Weather vs. bad guys sometimes doesn't bode well...for the bad guys. She smiled and agreed to do this. She waved him goodbye as she flew to gather the pegasi guards in the town. He liked how he had managed to further prepare the ponies for Weyland Yutani.
He flew back to the town and landed on a roof before putting away his wings. He watched as the town continued to bustle with activity. He looked at the sun to see that it was still midday and was annoyed that he couldn't think of other preparations. He saw the schoolhouse again and thought about it.
He decided to check it out. He managed to get to it without any trouble. He climbed to the roof and down the bell tower to get inside. Once in he hugged tightly to the shadows to not get seen. He checked the classrooms and saw many colts and fillies watching and listening to the teachers. He heard each teacher talk about something different when he went by.
He got too caught up in listening to the teachers that he didn't sense the presence behind him until he heard something hit the floor. He turned to see the same pink filly with tiara on her head staring right at him with fear in her eyes.
Before she could scream bloody murder he managed to hold her mouth shut and put a finger to his mouth in a 'be quiet' fashion. He let go of her mouth and she sat there whimpering in fear. He ignored her and made his way out before anyone else found him. He decided to go back to Fluttershy's cottage so he could think and rest.
Shadow began to make his way to the cottage until he landed on top of a old balcony that couldn't support his weight and broke. He fell with it until he hit the ground. He felt dizzy after hitting his head on the ground. Once his senses cleared he saw a large group of ponies looking at him.
Before they could start screaming he made a large leap that allowed him to grab the roof of the building he tried get on and ran off to Fluttershy's home.
He knew that this could spark problems for the future but knew that the guards are to fight Weyland not him. He wasn't that worried.
Weyland looked out the window of his room watching the stars go by. The life support system had been damaged by a small explosion on the interior of the vessel having everyone that was human to where a space suit until they landed. He had a team go and douse the fire manually because he didn't want a single drop of power to be put into it.
It was doused before it caused any more problems could occur. He sighed in his suit as he turned to leave. He had some synths deliver a space suit to Sarah so that she was still alive when they arrived on the planet.
He left his room and went into the laboratory to see what the scientists were doing. When he arrived he saw that they were messing with a egg. A xenomorph egg genetically engineered by Sarah herself. Sadly they couldn't learn how it's made when she torched her work to prevent them from creating more of their own design.
He shook his head and thought 'what a waste.' He watched as the scientists tried to learn its properties without destroying it by accident. He could see that they were frustrated since they couldn't take off the suits to do more. He left to head to the bridge.
Once there he saw the planet had gotten closer. At least that didn't change at all. He turned to see a crewman approach him. "Reporting sir," he said saluting, "The target planet is getting closer and we will be ready to land as soon as we reach the atmosphere. This world is somewhat like earth since its time of day and years work the same and are in perfect alignment for the the times to match."
"Thank you. Dismissed," Weyland said. The crewman saluted one last time before heading back to his station. He turned to the planet in thought.
He thought aloud, "What mysteries does this planet hold for us?" He stood there watching the planet with a new interest.

Another chapter done. It seems that Weyland has gotten a new interest on Equus. Let's hope that the guard are prepared to fight upcoming threat.
The Xeno That Came to Equestria
For the last 2 days the preparations for Weyland have went well. Aside from the town trying to get the guard to try and hunt down Shadow everything was prepared. The guard had better armor with the helmets having faceplates so that their faces were more protected thanks to the resin Shadow provided. Pegasi guards were hiding in the clouds so they were ready to spring a trap should it be needed.
The entire town was ready for Weyland.
Shadow had woken up from his rest to find that Fluttershy was having trouble getting Angel to eat the food she wanted him to eat. "Come on Angel Bunny please eat it. You have put on a few pounds and I want you to eat healthy. Please eat it," the timid pegasus said trying her best. The white rabbit just stuck out his tongue at her and tossed the salad out the window.
"Angel don't waste food like that. That's a bad bunny," she said disappointed at him. He didn't feel ashamed at all. He turned to leave only to run into something. When the bunny looked he had to look up and see he ran into Shadow who was looking down on him. He began to shake in fear.
Fluttershy had prepared another salad for Angel and set it down for him. He turned to see it and was about to throw it through the window when he heard Shadow hiss at him. That caused him to grab one of the pieces of lettuce and shoved it in his mouth and began chewing. This continued until the salad was finished.
Angel hopped off wanting to get away from Shadow now that he finished his salad. Fluttershy smiled at Shadow grateful that he managed to get her pet bunny to eat his salad. He turned to the door and gestured her to come with him. She knew why because today was the day that Weyland Yutani lands on her home planet.
She was nervous about everything that's going to be happening in just a few hours. Who knows what the company will do once they land. All that they can do is wait until they land. Though she and Twilight have been learning more about his species while they prepared. They couldn't help but be amazed at how successful his species is when they aren't being hunted nor captured.
He and the timid pegasus made their way out and fed all the animals before heading to the town. He hid in the shadows as to not draw attention and waited. Fluttershy had gone off to go find her friends.
She found them all at the library with Celestia and C5. They were talking about Weyland Yutani. "The company will be coming after me and the xenomorph. He knows that if I'm still alive then the beacon built in my body is still active and will possibly come here where I am to find the xenomorph. This will help us bring them to one place and let the pegasi in the clouds ambush them when they least expect it," C5 planned.
The princess nodded in agreement that this would prove useful but still couldn't shake the feeling away that something bad is going to happen. After all Pinkie Pie's pinkie sense has been acting in a bad way that couldn't calm her nerves. She looked toward the synth and said, "This should help us should they attack us. I hope we can come to peace rather than having to fight them."
C5 shook his head knowing that was most likely not going to happen. He knew Weyland and he knew that this man is ruthless, never taking no for an answer. He even killed someone that told him that he couldn't have just a small piece of land for a small research facility. Peace is definitely something that won't happen because of another reason, one vengeful xenomorph.
Shadow is actually going to kill Weyland even if peace is achieved. He doesn't care about peace at all because all he cares about is revenge. He could care little about anything than having Weyland's head. C5 figured that it's best that Celestia learned the hard way on how the company works.
"You know these guys are going to go down easily seeing as I'll be around when they show up," Dash boasted with a cocky smile. Everyone groaned at her.
"What?"
"Dash...no just,,,no," Twilight said annoyed at her rainbow maned friend's arrogance. She turned to see that Fluttershy arrived unnoticed.
She smiled and greeted her friend, "Hey Fluttershy I see you managed to make here on time. We were just discussing about what to do when Weyland arrives."
Fluttershy smiled back and went to stand by her friend. "Hey Fluttershy!" greeted Pinkie Pie who nearly scared Fluttershy out of her skin.
"Oh hello Pinkie. Nice to see you," the pegasus greeted gently flying down to the floor. The pink mare smiled bigger and began bouncing back to where she was standing. After the timid pegasus got over the scare the party mare made she went to stand by Twilight. They all discussed what they will do when the company arrives.
Pinkie suggested a party and to make author make the bad guys nice. This caused them all look at her strangely before deciding not to ask about it. This continued when C5 looked at the time. He told them all that it was time and they all went to the town square.
Once they arrived Fluttershy looked around carefully to try and find Shadow. She eventually found him hiding on top of a roof. Before she could make a small wave, a loud humming noise was heard. Even the residents stopped what they were doing to look at the source of the noise. It had come from a space vessel that was slowly lowering to the ground.
It's scorch marks and hull breaches visible as it got closer. The towns ponies were afraid but stayed calm thinking that the royal guard would be able to protect them. The town was rocked a bit when a explosion came from the bottom front of the vessel. The nose of the vessel began to tip downward slowly.
This continued until the ship was at slant before the front collided into the ground with the rest following afterward. The ship now rest on the outskirts of Ponyville. Many were as to why it crashed the way it did.
A few hours earlier.
The company vessel was beginning its descent onto the planet surface. Once they broke the atmosphere, the remaining human crewman took off their suits to finally breath in fresh oxygen. They shivered for a while since they were up so high which made it cold.
The ship stayed at the same height until given further instructions. Weyland walked in after a few minutes spoke loudly so everyone could hear him, "Everyone this is the day we take back our lost experiment. C5 has betrayed us and knows where the xenomorph is. He is still alive because his built in beacon still works. Once we capture this xenomorph again we will try everything in our power to control it and become untouchable. We shall not let anything stand in the way of this creation Doctor Sarah has made. Nothing will stop us for we will show the universe what true power looks like. It's time for us to claim our prize. Take the ship to C5's signal."
He finished his speech causing the crewmen to erupt in cheers before turning back to their duties to have the ship reach C5's signal.
It had taken a hour or two but know they were in the process of landing the ship on the outskirts of a small town. Everything was going well until a explosion rocked the ship. Weyland asked angrily, "What happened?!"
"The bow bottom thrusters just exploded we won't be able to stop the ship from tilting forward so brace for impact," a crewman answered as he his seat tightly. Everyone except the synths grabbed a hold of something as the ship began to tilt forward.
The ship creaked loudly as it hit the ground with the rest following. Once the ship settled everyone got back up and looked out the bridge to see the beauty of this world. It was similar to earth yet different. Weyland couldn't help but wonder what made this planet so unique. He turned to one of the crewman and commanded him to have a dropship ready to go C5's signal. The crewman saluted before running off.
After a few minutes of looking at the landscape before him, Weyland made his way to the hanger. Once he arrived he saw a group of scientists, troops, and combat synths. He smiled knowing that the time has come. He turned to see Sarah struggling against some combat synths. Oh how he loved it when his followers knew what he wanted to come with him.
She glared at him after stopping her useless struggling. "You aren't going to get Shadow you heartless monster. He probably knows that you're here and went somewhere safe," Sarah said with venom leaking into her voice. All he did was chuckle.
"I highly doubt that and C5 still functions meaning that the xenomorph is still nearby. It isn't that long before we capture him," he said with a cold smile. He turned to see the xenomorph egg being loaded onto the dropship.
Sarah's eyes widened when she saw it go on the dropship. "You can't mess with that egg! Leave it alone! That's my work you're messing with!" she yelled before being gagged. Her muffled threats and insults were all that were heard as she was brought aboard the dropship with Weyland following. He turned back to take another look before getting on the dropship.
It began to take off and head toward the town. Weyland couldn't stop smiling.
The princess, mane 6, C5, Shadow, and the rest of Ponyville watched as a ship flew over the town. Something opened up on its back that extended to look like wings but weren't. They had large square blocks at the ends with many holes in it. C5 backed away to a safe distance from the fountain. The others were confused but did the same.
They were glad they did because after they got to C5 a missile launched out one of the large blocks and destroyed the fountain before the ship retracted them and landed where the fountain used to be. Once it landed the bottom door opened and a whole group of combat synths as well as some human troops came out.
The last person to come out was a man with his hands behind his back. He had gray hair and looked to be a bit old. He had a big smile on his face. He looked at his surroundings and saw the residents looking at him with fearful eyes. He looked in front of him to see 7 of the species though one of them had both a horn and wings. His smile disappeared when he saw C5 but not Shadow.
He looked around again and still didn't find Shadow. He turned back to the human looking synth and spoke, "C5 you should have never betrayed me. I will so you some mercy if you tell me where that xenomorph is. I know that it's not dead and I know you didn't capture it."
"Mr. Weyland I'll never tell you. I recommend that you leave now or else," C5 threatened doing his best to not appear scared but his act wasn't that good. Celestia walked foward in front of C5.
"So you must be Weyland," she said with a stern and flat voice.
"Yes I am. I see C5 told you about me. Let's get straight to the point. I want my xenomorph and I'm not leaving until I get it as well as some live subjects from this planet. It's best to do what we say or else we'll take it all by force," Weyland commanded in a tone that said he already won.
Celestia shook her head, "I can't let you take the xenomorph nor any of my little ponies."
"Then you leave me no choice," Weyland said calmly before snapping his fingers. That little action caused the synths and troops to aim their weapons at the residents and princess.
The princess got in a defensive stance as the royal guard in the clouds got ready to strike. Before the synths and troops could squeeze the trigger a loud screech was heard. Everyone turned to see what it was.
Weyland smiled at what he saw. Shadow had been the one who screeched loudly. He jumped from the roof he was on and landed in front of the sun princess. Weyland couldn't help but feel a little disappointed that Shadow didn't try to kill anyone at first sight. A synth aimed its pulse rifle at him but was unable to fire it when Shadow cut off its arms with his tail. He then proceeded to grab its head and rip it off.
The synth's body sputtered out its white blood before its joints went stiff and fell over. A few bangs were heard and the xenomorph felt bullets hit his body. It did nothing but anger him and he turned to see a human with his pistol out. He was scared and made a turn to run but failed to get away as Shadow grabbed him and shoved his tail up the man's rear and out his mouth.
Shadow turned to see some more synths charge at him and start shooting at him. He was quick knocked the guns out of the hands of the synths before proceeding to rip them apart. The first synth had its limbs torn off and smashed over its head until it deactivated. The next synth had its eyes stabbed out by his tail before twisting its head all the way around so it was facing the opposite direction. The final synth had managed to get its weapon and activated the stun mod it had.
Shadow screeched in pain when the synth fired electrofied bullets at him. He managed to fight through the pain and grabbed the synth before ripping it in half. The upper torso was thrown to the side before he jumped on it and proceeded to rip it apart. After he was finished he left the remains of the synth torso on the ground.
He looked at Weyland to see he was still smiling and slowly clapping making him his at the sick bastard. "Well done Shadow but you fail to track one last scent. Do you know the scent? Do you recognize it?" Weyland asked mockingly. Shadow didn't understand why until he began sniffing the air. What he found was a familiar scent that caused him to tense and slowly look at the dropship.
Weyland nodded toward the dropship and as soon as he did two synths walked down the ramp with Sarah in their grasp but also the xenomorph egg from before was being pushed out by a troop. Shadow felt his blood run cold as he watched the egg and his creator, his mother be brought off the ship to Weyland.
He looked back to see Weyland pulled out a revolver and aim it at Sarah's head and threatening, "You have a choice. You can either surrender or watch as your creator is killed right in front of you. Choose wisely."
Shadow couldn't believe what was happening. Weyland had just made him have to choose between Sarah's life or captivity. He was conflicted. His choice was made when he heard the hammer of the gun be pulled back with a click. He knelt down and hung his head in defeat as Weyland smiled devilishly at him. "Good now get in your restraints," Weyland ordered as the restraints were wheeled off the dropship.
Shadow did as he was ordered and got in them. After he was in they locked in place. Celestia, C5, and the mane 6 watched with wide eyes at what just happened. Shadow killed 4 synths and 1 human before Weyland used Sarah to convince him to stand down. Rainbow shook her head from the shock and put on a angry look.
Her friends saw the look in her eye and were about to stop her but it was too late. Rainbow as fast as she could to try and knock Weyland off his feet. When she was about to hit him she smirked. That was replaced with surprise when he dodged her the last second. She turned around to go for another attack. BANG! Rainbow fell to the ground clutching her wing that was shot.
The bullet went through the bone close to the joint that connected her wing to her body. She looked at him in disbelief and pain. All he did was laugh at her before shooting her again in her back leg causing her to shout in pain. He then shot her left forelegs kneecap shattering it. This caused Dash to scream in pain and try to crawl away.
She only got away by a few inches before she was grabbed by her mane and lifted into the air. She yelped in surprise and pain when this happened before the barrel of the revolver was pressed against the side of her head and a click was heard as the hammer was pulled back. Her eyes widened in panic upon feeling the barrel against her head.
"I know you don't want her to die so either you have those five come with me as well as this one I have here or she dies," Weyland commanded the princess with a smirk while pressing the gun harder against Dash's head.
Celestia didn't know what to do. He'll kill her either way but she couldn't do anything. She looked to see the guards in the clouds leap from them for the ambush but were gunned down. Some managed to land and attack before they were killed while others were injured severely. She knew it was useless. She lowered her head in defeat. "Go ahead and take them but please bring them back alive. I couldn't bear the thought of them being killed and I'm to blame for it," she said solemnly.
"Good choice," was all he said before nodding to some troops grab Twilight, Rarity, Fluttershy, Pinkie, and Applejack. They didn't even resist seeing as it was pointless. If they did their friend would be killed and/or they would be killed. They were lined up to the dropship and sat down while hanging their heads in defeat.
Rainbow was thrown onto ground in front of them and stayed there in fear of being shot again and the pain she had. The town couldn't believe that all this was happening. Everything has gone down badly and no one could do a thing about it. Shadow had his head down and hissing a little. Sarah was saddened at how easily Weyland managed to capture Shadow as well as get some more test subjects.
This has went to shit.

Sorry for the long wait but here you are. This took a lot of time to think up. Hope a lot of you are still into the story because it's not over yet.
The Xeno That Came to Equestria
Everyone had given up hope. Shadow had surrendered without giving much of a fight, the mane 6 were captured because the princess couldn't bring herself into sacrificing a life that would probably happen anyway. Yes this day has gone to the worse and there was nothing to do about it.
Shadow was sulking in his restraints and occasionally looking around to see the saddened faces on the town ponies faces as they witnessed Twilight and her friends be captured. Celestia was sitting down where she was with her head down low and her wings touching the ground in sorrow. Tears threatened to fall from her eyes.
He looked at the mane 6 to see they weren't doing any better. Rainbow was nursing her injured wing and foreleg. Applejack had tipped her hat to hide her face so no one could see the tears coming down her face. Pinkie's mane and tail weren't their normal bright and puffy look but instead deflated and dull looking that showed the sorrow she felt. Rarity was sobbing loudly as she knew that there was no way out of this while Twilight had her eyes closed to prevent her tears from falling and trying to think of a way out of this.
Fluttershy looked the worst out of all of them. She visibly shaking in fear trying to comfort herself with tears streaming down her face. He felt his heart wrench at the sight. This is one of the moments he wished that he was the same as his siblings: heartless monsters who want to expand the hive.
He heard footsteps and turned to see his mother approach him. She showed him kindness and taught him many things. She helped his escape and she cared for him deeply. Once she was close enough she rubbed the side of his head. At her touch, he began to purr. She had tears in her eyes. "Shadow you should have stopped Weyland. You didn't have to worry about me because I knew that you were happy here and that you would do anything to protect these creatures," she said in a calm, motherly tone.
"No one, not even these creatures, deserves to be under Weyland's influence. I just wish this all didn't happen." She put her hands on each side of his face and pressed her forehead against his while closing her eyes, tears threatening to fall any moment.
"The point of me releasing you is because I wanted to get you somewhere safe and let you use the egg to begin another hive. A hive of your own," she explained with a pained voice.
"The egg is something I made with your DNA Shadow. I made it so that it can make an unlimited amount of facehuggers to allow you to make your hive. I wanted to do that because I wanted to see you happy one last time before I left you to live a happy life." Tears were streaming down her face by now as she struggled to say each word.
With each word more tears streamed down her face. "When I made you I used human DNA yes but not just random human DNA. I used the DNA of my deceased son. He was killed by Weyland for trying to expose the company for who they really are. You were somewhat like a way of revenge and a replacement for him. I saw as your anger toward Weyland as he tortured you. I knew you wanted to kill him because that would make you happy."
"That... That is what I wanted for you. Now that can't happen. Unless..." she trailed off as her hand slowly moved from the side of his head to the release button.
"I don't think so," a dangerous sounding voice said before a loud bang was heard. Shadow froze up when he felt the bullet hit his forehead as it went all the way through Sarah's skull. He watched her body drop. It landed on its back with eyes wide in surprise with tears and blood staining her face. Blood was pooling under the head from where the bullet entered and all he could do was stare at the lifeless form of his mother.
"What a waste." Shadow turned to see Weyland wiping the blood that was on him from shooting Sarah. He gave him a small but maniacal smile before walking over to the dropship. The xenomorph turned to see his friends with wide eyes. The only ones that weren't staring in shock were Rarity and Fluttershy. They were both crying. Fluttershy was sobbing louder than Rarity. She has been scarred for life of this event, something that such a innocent pegasus shouldn't have to witness.
He looked at Celestia who was also in shock from seeing Sarah's body. She turned to the mane 6 in fear as to what might happen if Weyland finds that he doesn't need them anymore. Shadow knew that this world has seen too much of Weyland's deeds. He began to seethe with anger as soon as he snapped out of his shock. Weyland just killed his mother, captured him and his friends, scarred his friends for life, smiled about all of it.
He used his mind to reach out to the egg to only utter one command, "Hatch." It did what he told it and the top of the egg opened up in a like a blooming flower with the four leathery petals.
He issued his next command, "Make the human troops hosts." Once it was issued four facehuggers and a royal facehugger crawled out of the egg and lept at the unsuspecting troops. They hit their targets and the troops muffled screams were silenced as they passed out. Before anyone could do anything he screeched the loudest he ever screeched before causing everyone to hold their ears.
When he stopped he pulled hard against his restraints and before anyone could do anything, the restraints gave out and broke from the amount of strength he suddenly had. Now he was free again he looked at the synths keeping his friends captive while hissing menacingly with spit dripping from his mouth.
Celestia knew what he was going to do and tried to use her magic on the synth's weapons. It did nothing no matter how hard she tried so she decided to blind them. She succeeded when they began to frantically swing their weapons around which allowed the mane 6 to escape from them. Shadow used this advantage to extend his claws and slice the synths into bits.
He felt bullets hit his back and turned to see some troops firing frantically at him. He screeched at them before charging at them. The one in front of the other troops was unlucky to be the first one to die. He had his spine ripped out and beaten across the head with it until the troop died. The next troop tried to save his fellow troop but ended up having the front part of his ribcage ripped out and his organs following afterwards. The last troop tried to run away. He didn't have time to react when Shadow got in front of him shot his dagger-like tongue into the troops eye.
After the troop's body dropped to the ground he turned to see the impregnated troops getting up. They looked to see the dead facehuggers and began to panic. Shadow was over to them in a flash and knocked them all out to make sure they didn't do anything drastic. After knocking them out he proceeded to deal with all the synths and troops.
The mane 6 were trying to get away until they saw that Pinkie Pie wasn't with them. They looked around to try and find her until Applejack found her, "There's Pinkie!" The rest of them turned to see Pinkie only to have their jaws drop at what she was doing. She had got a hold of one of the fallen synths shotgun and was fighting another synth with it.
Everytime she pulled the trigger she would be launched onto her back while the pellets from the spent shell went into a wide spread hitting a lot of places on the synth. Mainly on its arms and legs because everytime she got back up she aimed at an arm or leg before firing again. The other mares suddenly remembered what Shadow wrote about these synths.
Twilight tried to blast off one of the limbs with her magic but it didn't do anything at all. She tried as hard as she could but it did nothing. She gave up and tried to levitate a human weapon over to her with the same result occurring again. She eventually had to grab it as quick as possible and it was a pulse rifle. A synth was in front of her once she got the weapon and it tried to take it from her.
She didn't let it and aimed at the synth's leg quickly before firing. She struggled to keep control of the weapon as the automatic weapon shot away at synth's leg. Eventually the leg came off from the abuse and the synth fell to the ground. It tried to reach out and grab her but she ended up shooting its head off.
The unicorn tried to calm and convince herself that it wasn't a real person and just some type of robot. While she tried to comfort herself Applejack and Rarity were dealing with a few other synths. Rarity held a battle rifle while Applejack bucked synths out of cover to allow Rarity a chance to shoot off a limb. They both knew that this was dangerous but it was necessary to defend their themselves and their home.
Like Twilight they weren't comfortable with this but were willing to do it to stop Weyland.
Dash was using a semi automatic pistol despite being injured. She protected Fluttershy while using a nearby crate as cover. The timid pegasus was crying hard and tried to block out the sounds of gunfire.
Even the princess picked up a human weapon to help defeat Weyland. Unlike the mane 6 she wasn't affected by the death she was bringing to not only the synths but troops as well. She had battled the griffons a long time ago and had to end lives in those battles. This let her be able to fight with no remorse seeing as these humans are heartless.
She flew above the battle using her weapon to pick off troops and synths one by one. She used a very strong shield to protect herself but was always destroyed when only 2 bullets hit it which further showed that magic won't work well against these enemies.
Eventually they ran out of ammo for the clips in their guns and had to go to cover. They all went into cover inside a building with a large group of ponies hiding inside. The town center had become a free fire zone and many ponies who were unlucky enough to not get inside in time were injured.
Celestia felt sorry for her subjects for she knew that they didn't need to witness battle. She turned to the mane 6 who were still shaken up about all this. She wanted to make sure they were okay, "Are you six okay? You don't have to be in this battle if you don't want to."
"Oh please princess just because I have some minor injuries doesn't mean I can't stop fighting haha," Dash chuckled despite the pain.
Applejack shook her head, "Ya'll need some medical attention. This here battle is goin' to get ya killed if ya don't take it easy ya hear."
"I agree with Applejack. This battle has ruined my coat and mane. It'll take forever until it's back the way it was," Rarity complained causing the orange earth pony to roll her eyes. Celestia was just glad that each of them were all okay. She couldn't live with herself knowing that they could die from a fatal injury. Especially Twilight since she sees her as a daughter. She turned to C5 was helping some ponies stay calm to which she smiled at him for doing so.
Outside the battle was now focused on Shadow as he weaved his way through the hailstorm of bullets and tearing apart any synth or troop stupid enough to be in his path. He was focused on one thing only: Weyland. That man had disappeared somewhere during the battle and know Shadow had caught his scent followed it.
After ripping out a troop's spine he found Weyland looking back at him in fear before boarding the dropship. He wouldn't let Weyland get away this time. He jumped onto the windshield of the dropship where pilot screamed in surprise and fear before being pulled out of the dropship and ripped in half.
Once the two halves of the pilot were disposed of Shadow extended his claws and sabotaged the controls. He got down and dealt with any troops and synths that tried to stop him. It wasn't long until Weyland ran off the ship and in the direction of the research vessel. He didn't get far when something tripped him.
He landed face first into the dirt and turned to see a different xenomorph hissing at him. It grabbed him by the neck before throwing him at some more xenomorphs. Once he landed he got up quickly and backed away from the xenomorphs. He was stopped when his back hit something and turned out to be the xenomorph who threw him.
He looked over the xenomorphs and saw that the one that threw him was a warrior. The other xenomorphs were 2 warriors and one drone. The last one was the biggest and is a praetorian. He never felt fear like this before. What surprised him is that they ran away from him only to finish off the remaining troops and synths.
His surprise turned back into fear when Shadow stepped in front of him. He began to back away from the hybrid xeno. That's when he noticed five of his troops dead on the ground with gaping holes in their chests. That explains where the other xenomorphs came from.
Hissing brought his gaze back to Shadow who was hissing loudly at him. Before he knew it the xenomorph extended his claws and rammed them into Weyland's gut and pulling out causing a large amount of blood to pour out onto the ground. He then used his tail and stabbed Weyland multiple times in the chest breaking bones and puncturing organs. The hybrid's tail wrapped around the man and flew him over his shoulder with his head the ground hard enough to break his neck. Shadow then finished him off by climbing onto his back and shoving his dagger-like tongue through his skull.
That finally ended Weyland once and for all. Shadow got off Weyland's dead form and made sure it wasn't a synth like last time. He saw red blood pooling under the body which confirmed that it was the real one. He let out a very loud victory screech out to the heavens. The gunfire had stopped and ponies began to come out to see the carnage.
Many gasped at all the dead bodies but also when they saw five new xenomorphs around piling the bodies into a pile. Celestia couldn't believe there were more of them yet they had stopped the enemy. Some of them had some wounds with their acid blood trickling out to the ground. The mane 6 were also surprised to see these creatures.
They saw ridges on three of their heads while one had a smooth head. The biggest one had a head crest. They all looked around and found Shadow dragging Weyland's body behind him. He went over to his friends glad to see that they were okay. He nodded to Celestia who nodded back. He turned back to his friends only to be tackled by Fluttershy who was into his and hugging him tightly.
He dropped the body he was dragging and hugged Fluttershy back while stroking her mane to try and calm her. It did stain some of it in a mixture of white and red blood. The same is to be said about her coat. A small cough caused him to look up at C5 who had his hands behind his back. They stood there for a few moments before the synth held out his hand.
Shadow looked at it for a few moments while glancing at C5 before shaking it. C5 just nodded to him and walked past him and toward the restraints where Sarah's body rested beside. He eventually broke the hug with Fluttershy and went over to C5. They both looked down at Sarah's body before he looked toward two of the warrior xenos, You two take my mother's body to the space vessel on the outskirts of the town.
The two warriors nodded and did as they were instructed. They were careful to pick up her body and carrying it to Weyland's vessel. He watched them until they were gone before turning to Celestia and walking over to her and writing in the dirt.
Take the dropship and parts of the vessel. Let it help you species advance and be prepared to fight anything that threatens your home.
The princess nodded and summoned a quill and parchment to write down some orders for the royal scientists then sending it to them. He turned to Fluttershy who was still shaking. He leaned down and wrote in the dirt.
Don't worry Fluttershy this is all over now. Everything is going to be okay.
She managed to smile a little when he wrote the comforting words. It went away at what he wrote next.
I won't be coming back to the cottage with you sadly. I have to use the vessel as a new home as to let my hive grow. I hope you understand.
"I understand," she told him not trying to hide the sorrow in her voice.
Don't worry. I promise to come visit whenever I can.
Her smile returned and asked, "You really promise?" He nodded. She hugged him one last time. He hugged back before breaking it and turning to the remaining xenomorphs. They kneeled down and spoke in his mind.
"We will serve you father."
"The humans are enemies. These creatures are friends.
No one will be able stop the hive from growing. Not even humans can touch us with the help from these creatures.
Shadow couldn't help but feel touched by their words. They already accept him as their king and are calling him father. He looked at them for a few seconds before speaking to them, "Rise my children. We have finally been freed of my nemesis. Weyland now burns in a place humans call hell. Let us begin the process of making a hive and grow our species to the point that we are one of the most dominant species in the universe.
"This body belongs to Weyland, he announced while picking up the body and showing it to his newly made children, I shall make a trophy out of it to allow us to admire it and remember this day to be known the day Weyland met his demise." After he finished his telepathic speech to his children, he started to rip of Weyland's head from his body. Soon Shadow was holding Weyland's high above his head letting a loud screech of triumph with the other xenomorphs soons screeching with him.
He turned to look at C5. The synth nodded at him and walked toward Celestia. Shadow looked over at his friends waving a farewell and took both the head and body with him while commanding that the egg be brought with them. The drone carefully picked up the egg and followed its king and father with its siblings following behind.
Shadow knew that it would take time for the ponies to get used to the space vessel outside of their town with his species using it as a hive. He knew, despite those who refuse to accept his species, that this world will be a safe haven from Weyland Yutani. He never he would be able to say but now is the time.
He found his true home.

Glad to have this finished. Those who didn't like how I typed this will have to suck it up. That is if they still like the story. Everything ended with a happy ending. I will be making the epilogue soon. It may be short but it fully ends the story.
The Xeno That Came to Equestria
3 Years Later
Shadow looked from the bridge of the research vessel, which had been covered in the resin to make the hive, and was thinking about everything for the past 3 years. He had kept his promise to Fluttershy and visited her once a week. His hive has grown more as volunteers were willing to sacrifice their lives to help his species grow. They all survived when Celestia had some doctors be around to surgically remove the chestburster before it kills its host.
Surprisingly they were able to counteract the effects of the carapace the chestburster leaves behind. Thanks to this the same volunteers were willing to become hosts again when they make a full recovery. A large team of scientists had taken the dropship to study it and come into his hive to take some of the equipment off the ship.
They somehow managed to take off one of the intact engines and transport it to Canterlot to study. As the the second year began Twilight had become a princess. A few months after that a centaur named Tirek attacked and the entire hive took the egg, that has been producing the facehuggers to grow the hive, to a safe location incase Tirek hits the area where the egg was.
After he was defeated by Twilight and her friends she had gotten her own palace and is known as the princess of friendship. As soon as she got her palace and when she became a princess in the first place there were ponies who demanded that he and his species to be gone. She denied them and said that it wasn't her choice because Celestia was the one who allowed them to stay.
Overall he was happy over the past years. He learned the terms his species uses. Facehuggers are known as seekers and the egg is known as a carrier. He didn't mind these terms and started using them more while maintaining his hive.
A loud thumping in the vents and something jumping out of them interrupted his thoughts. He didn't need to turn around because he knew who it was thanks to the hive mind. "What is it Slash?" he said in a tired tone. He hadn't been resting for a few days ever since his big change.
You have visitors father. They haven't seen you for awhile and wanted to check up on you seeing as you missed your weekly visit with Fluttershy, Slash informed.
"Thank you Slash. I go to them shortly. You may go.
Slash left through the vents leaving Shadow alone again. He looked out the window for a few more minutes before looking at his reflection in the glass. He had grown a least a foot and now possessed four arms. He had the head crest a queen has indicating that he leads the hive. He had been feeling irritated for awhile before needing to cocoon himself to help the irritation.
He emerged like he is now and had been quite tired for the past few days because he barely got any rest with all the voices of the hive becoming stronger and being able to feel the emotions of all the other xenomorphs. It hasn't been helping him but Slash assured him that he'll get used to it eventually and he'll be able to get some rest.
He looked at his reflection for a few more moments before staring down at a few pictures for a few seconds then heading out of the bridge to greet his friends.
The first 3 pictures were of him and Sarah during the happy times they spent together. The other pictures were of him and his friends. One showed him and Dash neck and neck in a race. Another showed him with Twilight enjoying a good book. There was one with him having shoving a piece of cake in the princess's face though she didn't mind because of the smile on her face. There was also one where he was trying to figure out how Pinkie got from one place to another so fast.
One showed Rarity trying to measure him for a gift she wanted to give while he made a game out of it. The next one showed him carrying a large basket of apples while helping Applejack. Next was one that showed him and Fluttershy. She was smiling while he had a arm around her and ruffling her mane with the other. The final picture showed him and all of his friends together when Twilight got her palace.
These pictures show that he will always have friends no matter what. They all bring him happiness and he won't ever forget it.
