"Alright Im coming! yelled Kessler as he rolled of the bed and landed on the floor with a heavy thud. He picked himself up and walked towards the door groggily while yawning. Kessler opened the door and was met by the same guard who escorted him here earlier on.

"The Princess has requested your presence at the dinner table, please follow me" said the Guard with a nervous look in his eyes.

"Alright let me get my things" groaned Kessler as he strecthed his back and extended his arms in the air before closing the door. He walked over to the side of the bed and swung his assault rifle over his shoulder. He then proceeded to the bathroom and looked at himself in the mirror.

"Jesus Christ I look like shit!" exclaimed Kessler as he looked for the knobs to turn on the tap. He looked down and found only one dial, he turned it and the water turned on. Statisfied with the bathroom accomidation, he then put his hands in the water which shocked his tired body awake as the coldness went through his hands and body. He then scooped a handful of water and splashed it onto his face. Kessler immediately gained conciousness again and grabbed a nearby towel and wiped his face. He then exited the bathroom and whistled a high pitch whistle to awaken the Panzerhunds. The moment he whistled, the two Panzerhunds awoke immediatley from their slumber and stood to attention in their aggresive stance. Kessler went to the door and turned around and said.

"Be on your best behaviour boys" said Kessler as he looked at the two dogs who only nodded in response.

"Right lets go" said Kessler as he clapped his hands together. He opened the door and found his escort standing at the side who immediately noticed him and motioned him to follow. Kessler merely complied and stepped outside the large room, he waited for the Panzerhunds to exit and closed the door behind him. He then proceeded to follow the guard through the hallways. The walk was silent and the only thing that could be heard was the loud thumping footsteps of the Panzerhunds which seemed to echo the large palace. As Kessler arrived at his destination, his escort stood to one side and opened the door for him. Inside the room was a large dining table filled with food from end to end. As Kessler made his way inside, he was greeted by Princess Celestia who was sitting at the far end of the table.

"Please have a seat" motioned Celestia to Kessler who merely complied by sitting on the chair at the end of the table.

As Kessler sat down in his chair, he could only marvel at the design of the dining room. The chairs were made of some kind of wood and the cushion was really soft. The ceilings were grandly decorated and the in the Middle hung a chandelier. Kessler was busy admiring the structure when he didn't notice his food was being served by the maid ponies.

"Ahem, so how was your time in the guest room William?" asked Celestia who only got a shocked response from the man.

Kessler was startled, for he hasn't been called William in a long time. As far as memory goes only his superiors call him William in private.

"It was fine Celestia, the beds were great" smiled Kessler as he picked up a fork and knife.

"Glad you enjoyed it, now then let us eat" began Celestia as she levitated her own fork and knife with her magic.

Kessler began digging into his food, there was hash brown and fish and mostly vegetables. But it wasn't troublesome as Kessler continued eating more fish and Hash brown. He grabbed some lettuce and began mixing them together with the fish. He pierced it all together and ate it all together.

"So uhm tell me, what is that big giant that you came out from?" began Celestia as she bit into a celery.

"Well for starters," began Kessler as he swallowed his food before beginning,"that giant out there, is called the London Monitor. It is the great defender of the city of London and is known to punish criminals and rebels"

"So exactly what does it do?" asked Celestia curiously.

"Well It is a machine bullt for war, to put it bluntly we made it for the London Rebellion which caused panic for the civilians and army personal. So in turn we built this thing and hunted down the rebels that so dared to oppose us. After then it is used as a patrol unit for London. But we didn't stop there for it saw action on the russian front, the Monitor destroyed a large Russian battalion consisting of infantry, armor and planes. It even captured a small city for us which allowed us to launch a surprise attack on the remaining Russian forces" said Kessler infromingly.

"Who are these "Russians"? Exactly" asked Celestia, who was more curios in Learning about these humans. Twilight would flip if she found out about this.

"They are our greates enemies who despise us, they are greedy and only want land for themselves, or so thats how I was taught in school" replied Kessler before stuffing another Hash brown in his mouth.

"I see, this London Monitor is quite dangerous indeed" mused Celestia.

"Oh you should see it when it uses its super beam! Thats when its really dangerous" exclaimed Kessler who seemed excited about mentioning the super laser.

"Are these "dogs" machines or living things?" She asked.

"They aren't made of any kind of flesh, they are pure metal beasts that are made to kill and serve the reich. They have the mind of a dog, but also have a very adaptive system, making them even more deadly" he awnsered.

"I see, and exactly how powerful are these dogs?" She asked again, this time with more curiousity.

"Well these bad boys can only be put down by heavy fire power. Small arms to medium arms don't work bugger at all. Even some enrgy weapons still can't put them down. These boys are tough bastards to kill" he replied proudly.

"Very interesting, is there more than these dogs?" asked Celestia, who was now beaming with questions.

"Yes there are more machines aboard the Monitor" he replied courtly.

Celestia could almost squeal in joy as she heard there was more. She just absolutely marveled at the humans creation. They could make non living animals and still make it act like one, "Oh Luna you are missing out on alot of things" thought Celestia.

The moment Celestia thought of that, Luna appeared in the dining room with a tired look.

"Oh Luna, please come dine with us" said Celestia as she motioned her sister to sit down in one of the seats.

As Luna approached the seats she sat down and began grabbing the nearest set of plates an started eating.

"Wow your hungry tonight" said Celestia as she looked at Luna, who continued to eat greedily.

"Planning is tiring work sister. Fortunately the northern front has been stabalized and reserve troops are being sent there immediately. Although things don't look good in the west, for and invasion force by the Minotaurs is immenent" said Luna who continued to stare at her food.

"I see, it seems las pegasus is going to affected badly then" said Celestia with a grim look on her face.

"Maybe we could request more allies?" asked Luna skeptically.

"I doubt anyone would be helping us Luna, the zebra nation has closed off its borders and have isolated themselves from neighbouring factions. The only option I see is a diplomatic solution" replied Celestia.

"Are you insane Tia?! Those Monsters will never resort to peace! The things they did on the northern front was absolutely horrible! They shant be trusted nor negotiated with!" Luna said angrily.

"Calm down sister, we have a guest here. We shall discuss further matters later" said Celestia in a calm tone.

"Uhm do tell me, what is your quarrel with the Grifffons exactly?" asked Kessler from the far end of the table.

"Well you see, the Griffons wan't more land that is rightfully ours, they wan't all the resources up north so they can fuel their growing empire and build more of their weapons. And if that wasn't enough, they have declred war on us which means that they will take all of Equestria if needed be" said Celestia.

"Uhuh, and what about those Minotaurs?" Kessler asked.

"They are one of the allies with the Griffons who make weapons for them, not only that but they are the backbone of the Griffons weapons. The Ram's is another ally of the Griffons they are the ones who make engines that power the Griffons war machines, this type of technological breakthrough is quite astonishing even for my scientist in Canterlot" said Celestia.

"Right, well that covers my history questions for now. So tell me Princess, how exactly do you plan on winning this war?" asked Kessler with a serious look.

Celestia almost jumped at the question,"Well, we don't have any plans yet to win really. But we hope to end this war as soon as possible" replied Celestia.

"Well it seems you are not specialized in warfare right? And how strong is your military?" asked Kessler.

"Your right, we are not war mongers, rather we are a peaceful race. As for our Military might our current standing of troops ready to fight are around 2,000 all in all, we just recieved an extra 2,000 recruits today who will begin training immediately and they will be placed on the borders that will likely be attacked" said Celestia informingly.

"Well what are your weapons exactly?" Kessler asked.

"Well, we have swords, spears, crossbows, lancers, ballistas, battle wagons, explosive orbs and magic" chimed Luna.

"Well..........Are you aware of what kind of weapons your enemies have?" He asked.

"Yes" replied Celestia.

"Well then Princess, since you have medieval weaponry at your disposal............chances of you wining this war is 0-100" said Kessler with a deadpanned look.

"What do you mean? We have the largest standing armies of this land and we the rulers have the ability to raise the sun and moon. How would we lose?" asked Celestia at the absurd question.

"Well for starters, you are all outclassed and out gunned. If you are just going to send your troops to the frontlines in front of those advanced weapons, your troops are going to become meatshields instead. Two, you raise the sun and all but then again it wouldn't do any good if the enemy finds another way to raise it, rendering you useless and executing you anyway. And finally you arent a war mongering race which puts you at a disadvantge since you all have basic knowledge on fighting and your enemy has more knowledge on it? So my point is you are going to lose, if you dont find help soon" said Kessler grimly.

"He does have a point sister, we haven't been to war in over a thousand years. Tis a bad time indeed do declare war, and Im afraid that our economy and our food supply is another problem as well" said Luna with a nervous look.

Celestia pondered for long time in her chair. She was busy evaluating the good and bad points of this war and sadly the bad points were more than the good. Equestria had to worry about a famine if the war continued for more than 10 years that is. Population growth is another thing, if Equestria started losing land, then where would the fleeing ponies go? All these thoughts kept swirling in Celestia's head before Luna snapped her out her trance.

"Sister I believe, maybe we should ask for help from somepony who specializes in this sort of thing" beamed Luna as the she mentioned her idea.

"Who would that be exactly?" asked Celestia.

"Him Tia" Luna said pointing her hoof at Kessler.

"Me?" Kessler blurted out as the hoof pointed at him.

"Yes Leutenant, you seem to specialize in this sort of thing" replied Luna.

"But I can't help you, I don't even know what to do with my life yet!" exclaimed Kessler.

"Please help us, pretty please" said Luna who now made puppy dog eyes which made her even more cuter.

"Damn it these eyes are fucking cute!" he thought, He took a deep breath and sighed,"All right fine Ill help you"

"Huzzah!" exclaimed Luna as jumped in the air. Celestia could only afford a smile as she looked at their new found ally.

"So when do we begin plans Leutenant?" asked Luna as she sat back down in her seat.

"Well then first I must find a place to park the London Monitor and I shall do a demonstration on what we have in store for our enemies" replied Kessler.

"You may use the royal fields to hold the demonstration and park your Monitor there" said Celestia.

"Thank you your highness, If you will excuse me I must tell this to the Monitor" said Kessler as he got up and walked out of the area.

As Kessler walked out of the dinning room he walked towards the end of the hallway an fished out his communications headset.

"Monitor do you read over?"

"Affirmative" came the german voice over the head set

"How did the negotiations go?" it asked.

"Negotiations went fine, the only problem is, that we now hav to help these ponies win their war" said Kessler over the comms.

"Understood, how shall I be of assistance?" It asked.

"Ill meet you later, you will have to move to the royal fields to stay there for the meantime. Oh and prep the pods, we're going to do a weapons demonstration tomorrow" Kessler said.

"Understood" it replied.

"Good" said Kessler as he turned of the comms and stuffed it back in his coat.

"Tia who will be attending tomorrow?" asked Luna as the teo of them were already walking towards the dining room exit.

"I have sent a message to Twilight and the captains down in the barracks, they shall be witnessing tomorrows performance" said Celestia calmly.

"I see, and how about the ponies who will escort the so called Monitor?" asked Luna curiously

"I have already notified them, they shall wait for Kessler to move when he wishes to do so" informed Celestia.

"Well then lets go" said Luna as she and Celestia started walking to the royal field.

As Kessler found his way out of the palace with the Panzerhunds, he told them to follow behind the Monitor and not kill anybody. As Kessler began climbing the ladder the cold nights wind blew against his hands which made him shudder. A Kessler reached the top he was greeted by two pegasi guards.

"We have been told to escort you to the royal fields" said one of them.

Kessler nodded in response and the two of then took off towards the sky. Kessler fished out his commlink and said.

"All right Monitor just follow those pegasi and try not to step on anybody, including our own Panzerhunds" exlaimed Kessler as the Monitor started moving forward.

As the Monitor powered up its mighty legs the ground shook with terror as it started walking. The loud echo of its feet could heard throughout Canterlot. As the Monitor rounded the castle it stopped and looked at the area. The royal fields was about 2km wide and long, big enough for weapons testing and training.

As the Monitor made its way to the middle of the field it came to a full abrupt stop and powered itself down and was put in standby mode. It detached the two attack pods and they both landed on the ground with a heavy thud. The pods both remained in standby mode and the Guard Robots inside were all ready to launch. Kessler started climbing down from the Monitor and reached the groud in no time. At the bottom he was greeted by the two princesses.

"Ah hello your majesties, this here is the mighty London Monitor" beamed Kessler as he pointed a hand towards the giant.

"By faust Tia! Its really big!" exclaimed Luna a she continued to look in awe at the Monitor.

"I seem so tiny, guess if you really stand close to it. You seem like an ant" mused Celestia.

"What are those?" asked Luna as she pointed a hoof at the pods.

"These are the Mk IV attack pods. Capable of deploying troops and robots alike. It was reconverted to carry larger robots such as the Guard Robots, which are now stored inside of those things" informed Kessler.

"I see, can we look at these Guard Robots?" asked Luna.

"Tomorrow Princess, everything shall be revealed tomorrow" replied Kessler.

"Well its getting late now, and Luna you must attend to your night court duties while I overlook the battle plans for tonight" began Celestia.

"I nearly forgot about that, well I must be going thou shall not be lazy in the line of duty" began Luna as she disappeared in a blue flash.

"Well I must be attending to my duties as well, my student and her friends will be arriving during the night. I hope nothing bad happens to them" Celestia said with a worried look on her face.

"Ah they will be fine, I'm sure of it" said Kessler in a cheery tone.

"Well I shall see you tomorrow then William" began Celestia as she disappeared in a white flash.

"Well then I must be going back to my room then, *whistles, come one you two lets go" said Kessler as he began walking to his room with the Panzerhunds.

"Spike?! Where are my quills and paper?!" yelled Twilight as she kept on rummaging through her things.

"I already have them!" yelled Spike from the other side of the room.

"Do we have everything else?" asked Twilight, she wanted to record everything on this new species that her mentor had mentioned in the letter regarding her presence in Canterlot.

As Spike took out the list of things he skimmed it over and over again and finally said,"Yep, we got everything"

"Good lets get moving, the train leaves in half an hour" said Twilight as she levitated the luggage and let Spike handle the rest.

As the two of them walked through Ponyville, the walk was nice and quiet as the cool night breeze blew in the night. When the pair finally arrived at the station, they were surprised to see all their friends there already waiting for them.

"Wow, you guys were quick" said Twilight as she trotted up to them.

"Well we hardly had anything to bring of course, the castle provides most of them" said Rarity with a smile.

"I wonder who were gonna meet! Maybe its gonna be an alien that likes parties! Oh my gosh! I haven't decided what sort of party to throw for him/her!" exclaimed Pinkie as she bounced in the air excitedly.

"Well ah didn't expect anythin good ta happen durin war time" said Applejack in a interested tone.

"Well I can't wait to meet it, oh the joys of seeing a new species is beyond unimaginable" said Twilight joyfully.

"I winder if it will be awesome" said Rainbowdash who was using crutches for her forward hoofs since they haven't been healed yet.

*Train Whistle

"Look theres the train" said Twilight as the train came around the corner and halted to a stop.

"All aboard for Canterlot!" yelled the conductor, as passengers who were also waiting on platform started to board for Canterlot.

As Twilight and her friends made their way over to the first car for royals only the plopped down all their luggage in the compartment area and all took their respective seats. As the train finally unloaded its last passengers, it a slowly moved forward and picked up speed after awhile. As Applejack and Rainbowdash kept on talking about competitions, Rarity, Fluttershy and Pinkie pie were all busy conversing in another seat while Twilight was by herself. Twilight wanted to join but decided to get some shut eye since she was tired, but before she could close her eyes she heard the most terrifying noise in her life.
