I Kissed a Girl

What I do, Rarity thought while her breath and pulse were accelerated more and more. She is the girl from the Sirens, Adagio. What a shame, I can’t let her to see me.

"Excuse me," said Adagio after to knock the door again, "I know that this situation is awkward but I must deliver this package to its destiny. Please I request you that open the door and receive it."

Rarity was doubtful but she had to open the door. "I see, you can let it there, later I go by it." Her voice sounded nervous.

Adagio after to a mild laugh answered, "I thought the same but you must sign as received. Please don’t extend more this, to me is awkward too," though the truth was that she felt a great adrenally.

"Ah… Ok, you’re right." Rarity opened the door, she hurried to take her package and ask her where she should sign, Adagio beamed and said her where it was.

When she finished to sign Rarity was almost going to close the door without thank her when Adagio stopped her and said, "Please wait…" beamed again "forget your receipt."

"Oh right ha ha ha!" Her laugh was nervous; but she stopped at notice what Adagio did.

She wrote something back of the paper; ripped it and gave her it. Rarity was very confused.

"See you soon Rainboom girl." Adagio turned around with a hussy smile and excited by the moment.

Rarity without reply her closed the door leaving the package on a stool near to the window, turned the receipt to read what Adagio wrote. The words that were there made her blush and began to sweat.

I loved that kiss, and I know you too.

"Oh why why why… Why she had to remember that," Rarity was reproaching while walked around making circle in the floor. Opal followed her with a look of confusion, "She doesn’t understand that it was an accident; well I don’t deny that was some exciting but it was an accident and it will never happen again. Besides, she and her friends tried to control everybody, how she can think that there’s something after that, though maybe she was just teasing of me, yes that is; it’s not possible that a girl like her can interest in someone like me, well we are so different, plus we are girls, and I’m quite sure that I don’t like girls. Also she is bad, I don’t think she has changed, even with Sunset I didn’t believe her enough, finally she showed that changed, but I talk about the sirens and not anyone, she’s their leader. I hope do not see her again. Anyway, back to the work. It’ll be better that I check the news fabrics out that I ordered to my new clothing line, that’s it, the job will distract me of this imbroglio."

Rarity took the package and gave it a little kiss like she’d found something that she was searching a long time ago. Came back to her site to work and broke the envelope with a penknife.

She took the fabrics from the package and said triumphant, "Magnificent! Those fabrics are awesome, better than I hoped. I think that my new clothing line will be ‘Unforgettable’. Of course yes."

Some hours later Adagio came back to her department where Aria already was - the three sirens have to work to survive, like everybody in this world, well at least in this dimension.

Aria looked her come; she made a mild smile and said sarcastically, “Look who came, our favorite girl mail, how were the deliveries, Adagio? Didn’t lost you again?" Aria bothered Adagio because once she got lost by the stubbornness of not want to request indications. She came to her home after of midnight without to deliver the package, fortunately it was the last.

"Very funny Aria, you’ve got me delighted," she wasn’t so, "as your job was the big deal."

"Nobody forced you to work in correspondence," she laughed, "besides, it seems to me that my job is good, I don’t have to deal with the beings from this world… ok I do but not directly. If you know that some humans are so sillies, they don’t know order a pizza hahaha… don’t annoy me, it amuses me."

"Yeah right, yeah," Adagio answered some distract, actually she didn’t listen any word from Aria.

"Are you ok?" Aria asked her, "I’d never seen you so, you look anxious."

"Happened some pretty strange today when I was delivering the mail."

"What happened?"

"Do you remember one Rainboom girl, purple hair, very refined and melodramatic?"

"Of course, how forget her; you kissed her very passionately hahaha." Aria got up and took a chips bag that was on the table. Back to her sofa and changed the channels of the TV, "What about her?"

"Today I went to deliver one package to her home, I don’t read owner’s name of the packages until they open the door to receive it, and I never imagined that she was." Adagio walked from side to side.

"Fate got you together" Aria finally decided one channel, apparently she had some taste by the police series, "and what, now did you slide with a banana?"

"Seriously Aria, don’t joke" she complained irritated due to the fatigue and situation.

"Hahaha sorry, it’s unavoidable. Continue, what did she tell you? Did she talk about that occasion?"

"No, when she opened the door and saw me she was very surprised and closed the door very fast. I was surprised too."

"Oh, and what more happened?"

In that moment Sonata came at the department dancing, "Guess who was promoted," she said them while spun like a dancer.

"Don’t tell me that the old man sweeper took your place," Aria replied her joking to her friend. Aria liked to annoy her partners.

"Bravo, so funny Aria," said Sonata ironically, "you are everyday sitting taking orders of pizza, big deal."

"Hahaha relax Sonata it was a joke, and I like my job. Anyway, you came in a good time, Adagio has something to tell us."

"Now where did she get lose?"

"She didn’t get lose, again, actually I asked her the same, that’s something else. Come on, sit down we’re gonna hear her."

Adagio was totally distracted, looked into space like she wouldn’t be in this world.

"I tell you quick," Aria said to Sonata while surrounded her with her left arm and extended the another one pointing to the horizon "do you remember the Rainboom girl, dramatic with purple hair?"

"Right, you mean who kissed with Adagio by accident, how forget her."

"Well, Adagio in one of her delivers by coincidence came to her home and she saw her again".

"Hahaha what?!" Sonata laughed like it was a joke, "and what else happened?"

"She was going to say it but you entered Sonata, now we’re gonna hear her."

Adagio was leaned on the wall with her arms crossed. She didn’t hear them.

"Hey Adagio!" Sonata told her again.

Adagio turned to see her surprised, "What?"

"Follow with your history, what else happened?"

"Oh right, sorry girls."

Adagio told to her friends what happened after Rarity closed the door. Sonata was watchful and Aria sometimes made an ironic comment and laughed.

When the history finished, Sonata completely excited said, "I can’t believe that you said her that hahahahahaha.”

"Seriously Adagio I admire you by what you did it," Aria said without joke, though she laughed it wasn’t teases, "it was awesome because that girl is funny when is madden hahaha I’d love to see her".

"Sure, sure," Adagio said while looked down.

"But I don’t understand," Sonata added, "why are you so thoughtful? Don’t tell us that…"

"That’s right Sonata, just what you think," Adagio answered.

"You like her right!" Sonata shouted and got up with a jump. Aria looked her and covered her mouth for left to shout.

"Adagio, she is a Rainboom, they humiliated us, remember?" Aria was speaking seriously understanding the situation was there.

"It’s not that I love her, only was that moment, it left me wanting more. I know that they humiliated us, I remember it very fine, thanks to

that our pendants are shattered and now we have to work. It happens that I feel strange by what I felt in that instant, but I don’t like that girl."

"Are you sure?" Aria asked.

"Of course. Actually in the way to back home, I was thinking… If I get become myself in her friend she maybe, only maybe can bring at Twilight Sparkle and help us to repair our pendants."

"I doubt that happens," Aria replied moving her head saying not, "they know that our power comes from the pendants, they will never want to help us, and I still hate them, even to your beloved."

"Yes and also they hate us," Sonata said more serious.

"For that I have to become myself in her friend, Rarity if I remember correctly her name," Adagio said with tone more characteristic of her, more malicious,  "and though Twilight doesn’t want to come here, she has magic yet when plays her instrument. At least I could get that she plays to me."

"I doubt it much that she wants," Aria said while sat down, Sonata and Adagio did the same, "How do you know that Rarity liked that kiss too?"

"I’m not sure but I’m gonna find it out. Tell me girls, how can we to find out what Rarity feels? On this depends that our power comes back."

"I don’t know," Aria replied, "but we have the whole night to think how we can."

"Hey, don’t remember that we have to work tomorrow," Sonata reproached them, "as you weren’t promoted," she raised her fist like she had done a great feat.

"Sonata… get close to me please," Aria said her, Sonata approached lowly to Aria confused by her request, "tomorrow… is… SUNDAY! We don’t work in Sundays."

"Oh you’re right" Sonata answered passing a hand back from her hair "I’m sorry, well, ongoing."

The Sirens were about to plan out their return.

It was 11 pm; Rarity was sitting in front her desk with a canvas… in blank! And some leaves on the ground. It had passed 5 hours since the incident of the package.

Rarity’s hair was a little slovenly and she seemed despaired. "It can’t be Opal," she said to her kitty that slept placidly, "I can’t focus, why I can’t leave to think about of the afternoon, perhaps I like… NO! Of course not, that’s impossible, but I can’t focus." She stood up and went to the kitchen for something to drink. She was thirsty. "Maybe a good beverage helps me" found in this order: milk, soda, apple cider, of course made by Applejack, finally she decided by the cider.

While she drank in her mind passed that moment, the slip, she fell like in slow cam over Adagio and suddenly… a kiss! Her eyes opened quite and began to inspire. The ideas began to come.

"Of course!" she ran to the phone and dialed.

"Hello," answered Applejack with sleepy voice, "Who’s there?"

"Thank you!" Rarity shouted and Applejack woke up completely, "your cider opened my mind. Prepare me one full barrel!"

"What!" Applejack said confused, "Rarity? What did you say? One full barrel, really?"

"Bye!" Rarity shouted again and hanged up.

"Whatta hay was that?" Applejack said, "oh right, she must be inspired. That girl is crazy haha," she slept again.

"The ideas are coming up, I can’t lose this chance." She went to her workshop, took a pencil. "Time to start."

As whether the pencil thought by itself it slid by the paper. One, two, three, four sketches of design without stop. Rarity drank the cider again, the cider of inspiration and she continued.

It was 2:30 am; Rarity, exhausted, stood up from her chair, walked to her bed and ready to finally sleep smiling with satisfaction. "Yes! Thanks Applejack, but more than anything, thanks Adagio."

Adagio? Whatta hay – Applejack would say - about Adagio with this? To know the answer only was enough to look the seventeen sketches that Rarity finished in one night, actually in some hours. Seventeen sketches for a clothing line that was totally different than she usually made with her beautiful designs.

The designs had a unique style, they were darker, looked more tough than usually, proud and with obvious reference to the sirens figure. All in the rear extended subtly like the siren’s tail. All was clear, Adagio inspired the new Rarity’s clothing line, a line that was out from the traditional scheme and own of Rarity that she’s known make to work without fall in redundancy, without stagnate; despite it exploring a new style felt her fine, at least until that moment, because definitely she’d request the opinion of the rest Rainbooms.

At the next day Rarity was quite busy since early, despite to sleep late she got to wake up and began the line. She worked the whole day but finally got to finish, at least first half; but with that was enough to show to her friends her new masterpiece. Nine outfits finished in one day.

Monday, Rarity exhausted due to excessive job arrived to the school. She entered and looked at Sunset with Applejack.

"Hi Rarity!" Sunset greeted freindly, but later she noticed her strange, "Are you ok?"

"Hi girls," Rarity answered with her eyes a bit closed, "yes I am, don’t worry, only that was so much job that I had this weekend, that’s all".

"Look, I told you," Applejack said to Sunset doing reference to the anecdote of the phone; they laughed, "so, were you inspired, Rarity? What with the barrel of cider, it’s ready; when do you want it?"

"Of course and right, that night the ideas that passed beyond of my mind were unique. I’d never created something like now. You’ve got to see it."

"Right, we’d like; I can’t wait," Sunset said smiling, "we can go after the classes, what do you say, Applejack?"

"Oh Right! It’d be interesting the kind of inspiration that gave you my cider."

"In fact the cider wasn’t what inspired me, it was something more; the cider was because I was thirsty."

Sunset and Applejack are look mutually and after at Rarity.

"Now what do you mean?" Applejack asked.

"Haha I’m not going to tell you, you’ll find it out," she said this last phrase singing it with her beautiful voice while walked away.

Sunset and Applejack also walked to their classrooms.

"What did Rarity mean?" Sunset asked.

"Don’t worry Sunset; she’s so, this happen each year, it’s her favorite season."

"Ok, but even so, I noticed her strange."

"Right but maybe only was for the fatigue. Relax Sunset, she’s fine."

Suddenly joined them Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash.

"Hey girls," Rainbow greeted, "where are Fluttershy and Rarity?"

"Rarity went to classes and I have no idea where Fluttershy is," Applejack answered.

"Oh I see."

"By the way, Rarity wants that we go to see her new clothing line after the school" Sunset informed to both.

"What?!" Pinkie shouted surprising them.

"Rarity wants that we see her new clothing line after…"

"What?!" she shouted again and surprised them again.

"Rarity wants we see her outfits!" Rainbow said irritated.

"…… Oki doki loki. I hadn’t listened." she followed walking, when something stopped her. "Wait, when did she finish a new line? She usually is obsessed one week or more, why didn’t we know? Maybe she already doesn’t consider us her friends; doesn’t she trust in us?!" Pinkie began to upset. "Does she have new friends? Doesn’t she love us? Why Rarity!" she screamed like crazy, "what have we done you?" she gasped.

"Pinkieeee!"  the three shouted her at unison.

"She is fine Pinkie, we still are friends," Applejack said, "she only had a special moment of inspiration, she wants that this afternoon we see her ‘creation’ that she dedicated it this last weekend."

Pinkie looked her fixedly, Applejack began to feel awkward.

"Oki doki loki" Pinkie finally answered, everybody breathed relaxed, Pinkie beamed.

In the break they were gathered, but this time with Fluttershy that she hadn’t been in the morning, all except Rarity.

"Where is Rarity?" Fluttershy asked, after she drank her orange juice.

"I have no… oh she just come" Rainbow answered.

Rarity sat down without any tray with food, she looked anxious.

"Won’t you eat anything?" Applejack asked her.

She didn’t answer.

"Are you ok, Rarity?" Fluttershy asked her while she approached, she noticed that she was sweating and some uptight.

"You look sick; if you want that I accompany you to the infirmary," Fluttershy proposed standing up ready to go.

"NOO!" Rarity screamed and the Rainbooms looked her with other guys that passed aside the table, "NO, I don’t want to leave"

"What happens with you Rarity?" Rainbow asked while the others looked her fixedly.

"They are here," she finally answered after four seconds.

"Who are you talking about?" Sunset asked.

"The Sirens…"

"What! What are they doing here? They don’t have anything to do here." Rainbow was angry; hit the table with her right fist. "Don’t know that if they try anything else we can defeat them easily again. Well neither they have their pendants, are useless destroyed," she said more relaxed, "don’t worry girls, won’t happen anything."

"You don’t understand," Rarity said, everybody turned to look her, "something happened the afternoon of this Saturday when my order of fabrics came. Did you know that Adagio works in the mail?" they look her surprised, "well me neither until this Saturday when she delivered me the package, this was not the worst; the worst was what she said me."

"Tell us what she said you that crazy Adagio, I’m going to handle that she doesn’t annoy you anymore," Rainbow exclaimed showing her strong arms.

"Seeing it yourselves," Rarity showed them the receipt which has the massage that Adagio wrote.

All put a face of what but quick they remembered the situation between the two; that kiss that they hadn’t mentioned since it happened.

"What was she thinking?" Sunset asked to all, "What does she want?"

"I don’t know, but they’ve come back and I don’t believe that something good," Applejack answered.

Suddenly the loudspeaker from the cafeteria turned on, that was the vice-principal Luna that said, "Students from Canterlot High, we’ve got to inform you that due to reason of repairs in the electricity we’ll suspend the classes since now. You can go to your home. Tomorrow resumes normally".

Everybody made an ovation and left to strides from the school. This was actually good for the Rainbooms which went to the Rarity’s house. Fortunately they didn’t see again to the sirens in that day.

When they arrived to Rarity’s house, Fluttershy talked about the topic again, "Maybe they just want change, like another girl that got it not long ago." she looked and smiles to Sunset, she smiled her too.

"Mmmhh I don’t think so,” Rainbow said while played with a thread ball, "those girls aren’t so, probably they’re just lying.”

"Yes but maybe, just maybe they might change, well, I think," Fluttershy insisted again.

Rarity came back where Rainbooms were and told them some insecure, "With what happened this morning what I’m going to tell and show you will confuse you."

"What do you mean?" Rainbow asked while walked to Rarity.

"If you look my new line you’ll understand."

She let them enter to the workshop and when they looked the designs everybody put an expression like what they’d seen was a joke.

"They are… cute… I guess," Fluttershy broke the silence after a few seconds.

"Is this the great inspiration that you said?" Applejack asked, "this doesn’t seem made by you Rarity, what were you thinking when you made this?"

"In Adagio," Rarity answered.

"What!" Everybody shouted to unison.

"Why she," Pinkie took her by her arms, "remember that she wanted control us, she and her friends, do you remember?" Pinkie was too close to the Rarity’s face.

"Pinkie Pie’s right, why she, Rarity? Don’t tell us this is due to the kiss that you had with her," Applejack asked.

"In fact Darling, the kiss was what inspired me," Rarity answered moving back because Pinkie was too close and she hadn’t let her go yet.

The Rainbooms looked her but don’t tell any word.

"What!" Pinkie shouted again. "You like her, right? You like Adagio. That kiss got in love you."

"Of course not Pinkie, well that kiss was… I never said you but was… exciting.”

Everybody looked her stunned.

"Well… you are our friend and we’re going to support you even with all your Rarities," Pinkie hugged her with too strong and smiling. "If you like girls it’s ok."

"I don’t like girls… Pinkie," Rarity said almost without breath.

"Ahh… but you said…"

"It was only the kiss, only the kiss though it was an accident I… I."

"You liked it," Pinkie completed

Rarity didn’t answer looking down.

"It came from a girl Rarity," Pinkie talked again, "ok, we’re going to love you at the same way, doesn’t matter that you kissed with a girl and liked you," Pinkie hugged Rarity again but this time was a soft hug, lovingly. Rarity smiled and hugged her too.

The Rainbooms were to the expectation; nobody said anything until Sunset began, "Ok then this is inspired in Adagio?"

"Yes, when I drunk the cider, that scene passed in my mind and began to come the ideas, I remembered that she actually is a siren and I made it, though it’s not my style I’m proud by it. In fact they aren’t all the outfits, this is only the half."

"The half?" Fluttershy turned to see her and the others looked and touched the outfits.

"I made seventeen… I’d never inspired so much"

"Seventeen only in this last weekend!" Applejack exclaimed surprised, "woow, I see that you really were inspired my friend."

"Something like that he he."

The Sirens walked in the street and Aria said, "Well, bad luck, exactly when we back suspended the classes."

"We’ll try tomorrow," Adagio answered, "but meanwhile girls, we have time. What do you think if we practice again?"

"Right," Aria and Sonata answered at the same time.

"Fine, go to a quieter place." Adagio said pointing to park near from them.

When they arrived to a park where didn’t pass too many people, they began to practice their singing, without their pendants of course.

After several melodies Sonata said, "I didn’t think that sing without our pendants would be so complicated." she drank from a bottle with fruits punch made by her. She looked to both and said them, "Do you want punch?" she extended the bottle.

"Yes, I do, do you brought glasses?" Aria asked.

"Yeah, I knew that you wouldn’t resist to my punch," Sonata said like she was a psychic.

Both drink the punch and Adagio talked, "If we continue so I figure that we’ll get to recover our voices at most this weekend. Practice in your free time, it’s very important that you dedicate time to it. Sure it won’t be like before, it’ll just be the nice voice but we won’t be able to do any spell."

"We know it Adagio," Aria replied, "when do you want that we talk with the Rainbooms?"

"We can do it that tomorrow."

"Girls, it’s time to go to the job, see you later" Sonata said with her usually happiness.

"Right see you later and Sonata please, remember to practice," Adagio reminded it her.

"Of course" Sonata answered.

"Wait Sonata." Aria stopped her. "We’re going almost to the same place, so go together. See you later Adagio."

Adagio said goodbye and she went to the correspondence office.

Aria and Sonata walked together to the bus stop, when Sonata said, "Ah, you liked my punch right."

"It’s there" Aria answered.

"What do you mean with ‘it’s there’."

"I’ve proved betters, I’ve proved worse."

"You’re bad Aria; you should search a beloved like Adagio, look how she’s changed since that kiss." Sonata said her upset.

"You realized, Sonata," Aria said, "I think that you aren’t so distracted."

"Of course I realized it, anybody would realize it."

The bus arrived and both got in and took their seat until back. Aria continued the conversation, "I don’t know if Adagio has another plans apart to recover our power."

"Do you think that actually Adagio likes Rarity?"

"Maybe, well I’m not sure, maybe she is a very good actress that even we doubt if actually she’s interesting in her, if she gets it with us, Rarity won’t be problem, but maybe not."

"Either way, I follow thinking that they still hate us yet. Maybe not even Adagio could get anything."

"Ok then we’ve got to help her, put from our part, we must not leave to Adagio alone; though it might that Adagio has another plans apart this, anyway I want to recover my power and with the magic that have those girls we can get it. Of course first than anything we’ve got to find our pendants; I hope Sunset has them. We’ve got to help, Sonata, that’s our job; do you understand what I say?"

"Of course yes, I want that my power back too. With this progress without pendants maybe our power will be bigger than before. Maybe we can defeat the Rainbooms."

"That’s impossible Sonata, they have too much power, apart they have with them two magical creatures, though Sunset don’t have her real magic here, Twilight Sparkle is very powerful and might come back anytime. It’s better continue the plan as we agreed, if it works, the Rarity’s magic definitely will help us to defeat them. After this I don’t care what happen whit them. You see it, Sonata; maybe we can go back to Equestria and increase our power even more."

"A lot time ago that we aren’t in Equestria, I wonder if it changed, and what about the wizard that banished us?"

"I don’t know and don’t remember him me; I don’t want to think in that occasion. I’ll get of here Sonata, see you later and remember to practice."

"Ok see you later Aria, bring pizza to the house."

Aria and Sonata said goodbye.

When Aria came to the department looked that Sonata is already there and that surprised her. "Didn’t you go to work, Sonata?" Aria asked while took off her uniform.

"I did Aria, but remember that I was promoted," Sonata answered while massages her neck, "now I can leave earlier."

"What happen with you? Why are you doing that?" Aria asked approaching her.

"Happened that I practiced quite and my throat hurts, I don’t know if this works but I’m trying all."

"I see, sorry I don’t know how to help you," Aria said seeing her movements.

Aria walked to the refrigerator and got the orange soda, she was going to dine, as Sonata requested, Aria brought pizza.

"Great, you brought pizza." Sonata ran quick like a bullet to the table for a slice of pizza. "That’s delicious."

Adagio came to the department and said, "Damn, I thought that the day would never finish."

"Come here, eat, Aria brought pizza," Sonata said her giving her a chair.

"Yes, I’m hungry."

The Sirens ate the pizza while talked about their day that they had, Aria bothered Sonata as usual; Adagio seemed more relaxed, even sometimes she joined to Aria and bothered at Sonata.

"Happen that you don’t have grace for the jokes," Sonata said.

"Sonata… you don’t understand, you are the joke," Aria said and after laughed.

"Say whatever you want, you follow without grace," Sonata answered.

"Hahaha relax girls," Adagio said, "It’ll be better that we rest, tomorrow will be interesting and we’ve got to be to the 100%. Rest girls"

It was 10:30 pm, the eve of a day that the Sirens longed but Rarity was full of nerves.

In the school Sunset was with Applejack and Rainbow, she began to talk with them, "We hope that the sirens don’t try anything bad; it would be ridiculous that they do it; don’t have chance against us."

"They’ll try something definitely; I hope that Fluttershy‘s right and only they try to change" Applejack said while she closed her locker.

"Did you talk me?" Fluttershy came in that moment.

"We told that we hope that you’re right about the sirens," Sunset answered.

"Though they try anything bad we can defeat them easily. Not even I think that would be needed Twilight comes to helps us," Rainbow

Dash said while she did movements like martial arts.

"I think it’s fine give them second chance if it’s that what they want," Fluttershy said, "as Rainbow said, they don’t have power so they are inoffensive."

Rarity and Pinkie Pie came with another Rainbooms.

"Hi everybody," Rarity greeted with a smile.

"Hi Rarity," all of them answered except Rainbow that continued with her movements, but immediately stopped for that was coming.

The sirens came to the school; Rarity moved back three steps to be shoulder to shoulder between Sunset and Applejack. The sirens ware approaching decided to the Rainbooms, they came until them and Rainbow walked ahead their friends.

"Look who are here, the Rainbooms, how have you been, Rainbooms? How have been, Rarity?" Adagio said; Sonata and Aria smiled but no teasing, their smiles were friendly; Rarity looked down without answer.

Rainbow Dash walked toward Adagio and said, "What the hell do you want? You think that can persuade someone with your fake kindness; Why are you here?" Rainbow Dash said some rough.

Sunset joined her, "Don’t tell us that you want to fight with us again because it would be useless."

The Aria’s look expressed displeasure and Sonata answered, "It’s true girls, we are here in peace, we don’t want to do anything bad."

"Yes, we only want to apologize to you for our previous behavior and we hope, seriously, we hope you give us another chance to show you that we are here in peace," Adagio said looking sometimes to Rarity that did the same.

"I don’t believe any word of you," Rainbow answered walking ahead even more doing that Adagio moved back.

Fluttershy stopped Rainbow and said, "Maybe, remember." Rainbow still skeptical just looked them.

"Well, how do you plan show us that you are here in peace?" Applejack asked them leaving back to Rarity and Pinkie Pie.

"Maybe we could make something together, whatever you want for you don’t think that we have some kind of trap," Adagio answered, Sonata nodded with her head and Aria just looked.

Rainbow noticed that Aria didn’t participate and complained, "And you, why don’t say anything?"

"We tell that… I’m agreed with Sonata and Adagio," answered with voice pacific but hard.

"Yeah sure I doubt it."

"Rainbow Dash," Fluttershy interrupted her, "it would be nice to be with you hanging out sometime," Fluttershy said kindly "when do you want that we do that?"

"You can choose the day," Sonata said.

"What do you think girls?" Fluttershy asked to everybody.

"We might make a party, to celebrate that you’ve chosen a good way" Pinkie Pie said to the sirens "What do you think?"

"Right, I like your idea, do you think the same?" Adagio asked to the Rainbooms.

Quick Rainbow Dash answered, "I don’t trust in you but I’ll be there watching over you."

"Ok," Fluttershy said and smiled them and Sonata smiled too.

"Why not," Sunset and Applejack looked themselves mutually.

"Are you agreed, Rarity?" Sunset asked her.

"Ah maybe I won’t be there," Rarity answered while in her mind thought one excuse, and found the perfect one, "I have a lot designs that I’ve got to finish quick so I’ll be busy, but enjoy it girls."

"So, do you design?" Adagio asked her.

"Eh… I do," Rarity answered nervous.

"We’d like to see your designs someday, maybe we buy some of them; we need new clothes," Sonata said and approached to Adagio and surrounded her with her left arm, "Right, Adagio?"

"Right, I don’t doubt that we’ll love them," Adagio said; Rarity blushed and Aria smiled since back analyzing coldly the situation.

"Well… in that case you can see them whenever you want… how I can deny the service to interested clients" Rarity said more secure.

"We’re interested," Sonata answered.

"It would be better that we go to classes girls," Adagio said to Aria and Sonata, "see you later Rainbooms."

"See you later," Sunset, Pinkie, Applejack and Fluttershy answered.

Rainbow dash still skeptical said, "Well, I’ve got to admit that I didn’t see bad intention but it’s the beginning and I won’t let to watch over them."

"We’re totally agreed with you Rainbow,” Sunset said, "we neither trust them completely but it’s not bad giving them another chance."

"Rarity," Applejack said, "when they go to see your designs, do you want that we’re with you?"

"Of course I do, I don’t want that you leave me alone with them."

"Ok then tell us when it will be," Applejack said her while gives a pat her friendly in her back, "Class time."

Beginning the break, the Rainbooms were gathered in the cafeteria, they were on a table near to the window.

Pinkie was talking passionately about the new recipe of pie that she’d proved, she said that it was the best of the history.

"Woow, if it’s as delicious as you say I’d like to prove it," Applejack said, "I’d want to know if it overcomes the Apple family’s traditional apple pie"

"Oh! Almost I forget the Apple’s pie, it’s delicious too but you’ve got to prove this new pie because…" She stopped suddenly, "Hi girls, do you want to sit with us?"

Everybody turned immediately and looked the sirens in front them, they had trays with food.

"Yes thank you, if you want too," Adagio said them.

The Rainbooms were doubtful until Fluttershy talked, "Of course, sit down, there are here seats," smiled them friendly and moved to the left to leave seats free.

Aria and Sonata sat at the right of Fluttershy while Adagio was in front them and her right was Sunset.

There was awkward silence a few seconds until Sunset began to do conversation. "Well… and… how are you in your return to Canterlot High? How have the people treated you?"

"Nothing special, we weren’t out a lot time; though the people look us with contempt, they think that we’re gonna attack them in anytime, just look around" Sunset turned and noticed that someone looked them until another corner exactly with the same expression, "you better than nobody know what it feels eh, Sunset."

"You have no idea…" Sunset answered and after bites her vegetarian hamburger.

There was silence again 4 seconds until Applejack broke the silence, again. "Pinkie, you were telling us about the new pie recipe that it’s delicious, do you want continue?"

"Oh right, I tell you girls, you’ve got to prove it, its flavor will make you feel the magic in each bite," she savored the pie.

Magic, this word caught Adagio’s attention which turned to see to Aria, she smiled and raised an eyebrow.

"Talking about magic, your friend Twilight Sparkle, where is she? Does she come usually here?" Adagio asked.

Everybody turned to see her confused for change the theme, even Pinkie.

"Well…" Applejack said with an interrogative expression, "she has duties in her world, it’s the same that you came from, I guess. I thought that you knew it."

"Right we knew it," Adagio answered "you’re from Equestria too, right Sunset?"

She nodded and asked her, "Why do you have special interest in Twilight?"

"You see, we want to make the peace with everybody, this includes to Twilight, right?" Adagio said.

Rainbow Dash that hadn’t been much participated looked to Sunset with a disbelief expression; Sunset made a signal to keep calm.

"Actually we want to request you something girls," Adagio said and everybody listen her, "we hope that you help us to improve our voices to sing, don’t worry, you know that without our pendants we can’t do any spell. We only want to sing again because well… it makes us united, makes us to feel ourselves."

Rainbow Dash looked her fixedly with an eyebrow raised, finally Sunset answers, "Eh… I think that’s fine I guess… what do you say girls?"

"Are you sure that it’s only that?" Rainbow asked with curtness.

"Of course, we actually don’t have so much technique; the voice arose from the pendants. What do you think if each one of us practices separately with two of you? So we might put attention better."

The Rainbooms looked mutually.

"Who do you want to you in the singing?" Applejack asked.

"I noticed that all of you have an amazing voice but I think that I can learn most quickly with… Rarity" she looked her and Rarity’s skin turned pale, more than she already is.

"ARE YOU KIDDING?" Rainbow shouted standing up, "what do you want with her? EHH! Confess, what do you want to do her?"

Adagio was intimidated.

"Relax Rainbow," Fluttershy said, "let her to say her reasons."

Rainbow crossed her arms and sat down angry.

"I just like her style, apart I promised that I’d buy some clothes, it would be good moment to do it" Adagio answered still intimidated.

Rarity looked down but didn’t say anything.

"If you’re going to practice with her then I’ll be with you too," Rainbow said with challenge expression, "I won’t leave her alone, you heard me."

"Sure Rainbow Dash, as you choose," Adagio answered quietly, "what do you think, Rarity?"

She took a few seconds to answer, "Will you be with me?" asked to Rainbow.

"Of course I will, I’m not going to leave you alone," Rainbow surrounded her with her arm; Rarity looked fixedly to Adagio.

"Well, then, that’s it," Adagio said.

Finally they decided who practice with whom: Sonata would practice with Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie, Aria with Sunset and Applejack and Adagio with Rainbow and Rarity.

Somedays have passed since that moment in the cafeteria and the first day of practice came.

"Are you ok, Rarity?" Rainbow asked her.

"I am, it’s just I’m nervous."

"Don’t worry; while I’m here she won’t hurt you."

"Thank you for accompany me Rainbow."

"You’re welcome, we’re friends right, this make the friends."

Someone knocked the door and Rarity shook.

"Well," Rainbows said while she stood up "seems that she’s come."

Rarity opened the door and saw Adagio.

"Hello Rarity, nice house," Adagio greeted with a friendly smile.

"Eh… Thank you, come in."

She got into the house and saw at Rainbow that greeted harshly her, "Adagio…"

"He he Hello Rainbow Dash," Adagio said.

They startet with the practice and so passed two hours. This first practice was quite strained by the Rarity’s nervousness, as the Rainbow’s curtness.

"Well, I think that would be all by today; you don’t sing wrong after all," Rarity said.

"Thanks to you two. You’re good teachers, both."

Rainbow only looked.

"Ok as we finish to practice I’d like to see your designs Rarity, I promised you" Adagio stood up and put her hands on her waist.

Rarity’s eyes sparkled at hear her words. "Ok follow me, they’re over here."

Rainbow followed them too.

"Look," Rarity said, "you can prove any you most like."

Rarity’s new line, already finished, inspired precisely in the girl that was looking all, was saved. She couldn’t see it.

"That’s amazing, I see that you have talent and I’m being honest," she said seriously, "not even in Equestria I’d seen something like this."

"Really? Is it true?" Rarity asked taking each time more confidence.

"Right of course, I’d tell you that they are the better designs that I’ve seen in the world but I’d be lying; they are the better designs that I’ve seen in two worlds."

Rarity was blushed and laughed mild. "Oh haha thank you, that means so much. I didn’t think that in your world there would be things like this too."

"A lot time has passed that I’m not there, but I’m sure that nobody overcomes this."

Rarity laughed again feeling relaxed almost completely.

"Oh come on stop, don’t be so," Rainbow said with a displeasure face, "I didn’t think that you are so… so… girly, Adagio."

"Haha well, we’re actually girls after all. By the way I saw your goal in the last match, not bad eh…"

"Were you there?"

"Yes, we were there. Now I understand why you are the captain."

Rainbow surprisingly smiled. "Eh well thanks, Adagio"

Passed several minutes, they were talking and laughing sometimes.

"Well, I want all this." Adagio said taking at least 10 designs.

"Do you want all of those? Seriously?" Rarity said surprised, Rainbow was equal.

"I do, would you think that I was kidding with to buy something?"

In fact any Rainboom believed her that she’d buy something; that was a surprise.

"Well, thank you very much Adagio, you’ve helped me quite" Rarity said smiling.

"You’re welcome," Adagio said also smiling, "it will be better that I go. Bye Rainbow Dash, follow training and bye my favorite designer."

Rarity beamed some shy and after said goodbye; Rainbow said goodbye too but this time friendly.

"Well, it seems that she isn’t as bad as I thought," Rainbow Dash said with her hands on her waist.

"Yes, it seems that she is trying it. You looked all that she carried, I didn’t even hope it."

"Nobody believed her. Well it will be better that I go too. See you tomorrow Rarity, be careful."

"See you tomorrow Rainbow, you too, oh and thank you for to be with me."

Rainbow smiled and left running from Rarity’s house.

“Perhaps, it’s true and she isn’t already bad," Rarity said to herself without avoid smile.

Adagio arrived to her department where Aria and Sonata already were.

"What happened? Did you get she fall in love with you?" Aria asked seeing the bunch of clothes Adagio brought.

"Shut up, you know that’s not the target."

"If you say so…"

"That wasn’t so bad, they began to treat me better. What about you?"

"At the beginning was bored, but Sunset and Applejack are nice, unlike Rainbow Dash that wants kill us with her look."

"Talking of her, begins to relax"

"Well well well, Adagio, you’re amazing, if you follow so even she’s going to fall in love with you"

"So funny Aria. What about you Sonata?"

"Great, they’re pretty funny, I think we’re already friends.” she beamed.

"Of course you are," Aria said, "that girl Pinkie Pie is as crazy as you. You’re as twin souls."

"Whatever she is we get along, and she has a delightful voice as Fluttershy, they surprised me."

"Don’t waste this chance Sonata," Adagio said, "that girl Fluttershy is the only one that trusts in us. You must not miss the chance."

"I know… I know," Sonata answered like she had repeated a hundred times, "but that doesn’t mean I can’t have fun."

"Do whatever you want but remember your part. Well girls this week is going to be hard. We’ve got to go to the school, practice our singing and work; that will be better go to sleep."

"Very well," Aria answered, "seem that everything goes good, hopefully we get it soon, don’t we Sonata?"

"Yes, but girls you should enjoy this in special you Aria, remember that the plan depends on it too."

"I know and I think isn’t going to be hard to get it, they aren’t so bad."

"Well," Adagio says, "good night."

Both nodded.

And so four weeks passed, almost one month since the incident of the package. It seemed that the Sirens and the Rainbooms were getting along as friends. Just as Sonata said, she’s become good friend of Pinkie and Fluttershy, seemed that Aria was relax already and found interesting chatting with Sunset, with Applejack talked about animals; even Rainbow Dash had had a big change, there had been five times that she couldn’t assist at the practice because she had to train, so Adagio and Rarity had practiced by their own. That was the sixth time that she couldn’t assist. The team was in play-offs and they have to train quite.

"Take a break" Rarity said a bit tired.

"Fine," Adagio answered.

Adagio looked nervous. She didn’t know how to begin saying what she was going to say but Rarity asked, "Are you Ok? You seem anxious."

"Yes just that… well, may I ask you something? It’s serous."

"Eh… right, why not," Rarity put her complete attention.

"That occasion in the gym, that occasion with the banana, that slip and later the… the…" Rarity begun to sweat, she didn’t think that she was going to mention that, "you know the… kiss."

"Eh… why do you ask me that?"

"Well… do you remember that note? I didn’t lie with what I wrote, it’s true that I liked it but I’d like to know what you felt."

Rarity felt a chill. "Well… that was an accident I’ve got to clear up, but that was something… how say it…" she doubted if confess or not "eh…"

"Just say it."

"Ahh…" she giggled, "well that was… excited."

"Really you think that?" Adagio smiled and approached her slowly.

"Well, it only was that moment; I’d never experienced something like that, but it finished already."

"I see, I’d neither experienced something like that," she was too close at Rarity already.

Rarity begun to move back but she didn’t noticed she was pretty close to the wall, so that didn’t work for nothing, in fact that worsened everything because she was cornered.

"You know," Adagio said with a seductive voice, "I must recognize that in part of my intention to come here to practice was to know what you had felt in that moment."

She was a few centimeters of her face and Rarity was paralyzed; she didn’t know what was going to happen, she didn’t answer, not even blinked, she looked her directly to her eyes.

"I don’t know if only was that moment Rarity," Adagio said to her ear and felt her shudder, "I haven´t let to ask myself. I can’t wait to know if it would feel the same… or whether the magic passed already."

Rarity’s pulse was speeding up when she felt Adagio’s lips on her cheek, while her left hand took her by the waist approaching her completely to Adagio’s body. Adagio carried on exploring with her lips the Rarity’s cheek and later her neck at the same time that with her free hand took her long and perfect hair.

"Wh... what… are you doing… Adagio?" finally Rarity could said something. She took shyly Adagio’s hand that has her hold to set herself free but Adagio used a bit force to impose in the situation.

"Nothing that you don’t want."

Then Adagio put her face in front of Rarity that she looked her; her pupils were completely delated and she noticed a shudder. Adagio smiled and kissed her in the lips, Rarity was paralyzed again and she felt her heart was going to explode each time it throbbed.

One, two, three, four, five? Six?! Seven seconds! And the kiss carried on. Finally Rarity ceded, closed her eyes and with her arms surrounded Adagio’s neck that she took her with her free hand by her waist.

A very long kiss, until Rarity like she’d come back to the reality after that ecstasy that Adagio made her felt, with her petting, and her lips she pushed Adagio aside.

"NOOO! Get away! Let me alone, go away NOW!" Rarity shouted crying.

"Relax Rarity I just…"

"I SAID GET AWAY!" She screamed and covered her head with her hands messing her hair.

"Listen to me please," Adagio removed her hands with effort due to Rarity was resisting, "listen to me Rarity."

She let to make effort but on her cheeks there were tears and sometimes she sobbed. She was looking down and Adagio lifts her head softly.

"I’ll go to home but listen to me before." Adagio said.

Rarity opened her eyes with tears and barely agreed.

"I just realize, not only today, all the time that we’re spending time together, that first kiss though was an accident, was real." Rarity looked her fixedly, "Rarity… I love you…" Rarity let to sob but didn’t answer. She looked her completely surprised. Adagio carried on, "Also I just check that you feel the same by me, this wasn’t anything."

Rarity tried to say something but she couldn’t, her voice cut each time she tried to speak.

"Don’t tell anything." Adagio interrupted another failed attempt. "Let this so by today. I’ll go to home and please don’t cry anymore, I know this is confused but I don’t want see you sad, no after that just happen. I don’t want to see your beautiful blue eyes full of tears. Please Rarity, let this moment so." Adagio let her go softly and walked to the door, before to leave she told her a last thing, "You are fascinating," she beamed, turned around and she left from there.

Rarity just remained standing in front the door. A big amount of crossed feelings she had at that moment.

"She kissed me," she said to herself, "why she kissed me. I was afraid by this situation, how I didn’t see it come. I was afraid to find out something that I didn’t want to find out. But how deny it… it happened and now I don’t have any doubt. I like her… I like Adagio. I understood with the kiss but why! She’s a girl! Why I like a girl. What’s going on with me, this must not be so, but how I can’t fool myself."

She took seat on a couch and looked at the empty quite time, just reminding that moment. Finally Rarity realized that born something special among them, but the question was why Adagio, why had to be her, she was her foe, was it true that from the hate to the love there’s only one step? Or well, a slip.

"Nobody must know what happened," she said to herself while stood up, "this must stay among her and me, nobody else."

Adagio arrived to home, nobody had arrived; she was thoughtful when Aria came to the department and said, "Adagio, great you’re here, I have something amazing."

"What is it?"

"I was talking with Sunset about how was her life when she lived in Equestria. She told me that she was student of Celestia, a princess pony. Well the case is that I found out how was they called to Twilight Sparkle."

"What?! How do they do that?"

"Thanks to a magic book that Sunset has. If you write a message on that the message appears on another book that’s in Equestria. Do you understand? That might be our path to come back to Equestria, but before we’ve got to restore our pendants and as we thought Sunset had them. They’re here; I stole them from Sunset’s house."

"That was amazing, Aria! You found them." Adagio congratulated to Aria by her perfect job finding their pendants. "Now we only need the magic."

"Thanks, I know this is amazing," Aria said, "but the magic is your job, what happened today with Rarity? Did she already fall in love with you?"

"So I’m afraid to tell you my dear Aria that this time your jokes won’t work for anything."

Aria looked her confused. "What do you mean?"

"Today… in the practice, I knew that was the perfect moment to ask her directly about that kiss and I did it."

"Oh I see, what did she say?"

"She said that was excited but that was thing from the past."

"That doesn’t help so much, Adagio" said Aria crossing her arms.

"I haven’t finished yet."

"Is there more? Say it."

"It was how she said it instead what she said it. She looked nervous so I decided take a risk. Indeed, what she said wasn’t true and I finished by kissed her again."

"WHAT!" Aria stood up with a jump. "You kissed her again, just like that?" She couldn’t to believe what she’s listening.

"Well, this time she really fell in love with me."

"But tell me how that happen" Aria’s attention was completely in Adagio that had a superiority shape.

"Actually I didn’t plan anything, everything happened spontaneously. The things were going happened and she didn’t stop me. The kiss was quite long until she pushed me and begun to cry."

"So dramatic."

"Something so, but I think that I got calm her; I told her something before to leave and I think she stayed alright."

"Awesome Adagio, I can notice that you are really involved with our strategy, now the question is, when do you think she can play for you to use her magic?"

"Maybe soon."

Just in that moment Sonata came to the department.

"Hi girls, what’s up?" she greeted with her usual happiness.

"Come here Sonata, Adagio just tell me something that approach us each time more to recover our power."

Adagio told them her story with more details, but Sonata’s expression wasn’t what they hoped.

"How that you tell us I think that Rarity actually loves you Adagio," Sonata said it with a tone serious, "though I want to recover our power too, I think that you’re going to hurt her quite."

"Sonata, don’t tell me that you’re taking affection them," Aria said annoyed.

"They’re good. I understand that they humiliated us but we weren’t so good. I only say that might there’s another way to recover our power, maybe being really their friends."

"No way," Aria said, "I don’t care their friendship, I don’t care those girls; it’s true they are good, but the only thing that I’ve hoped anxious since we were banished here is get out here, isn’t  it Adagio?"

Adagio took a little while to answer, "I’m sorry… Sonata… Aria’s right. All of us were agreed that the strategy would follow so. We can’t stop right now."

"But please, girls…" Sonata tried to persuade her mates but they didn’t want hear.

"No more words, if we carry on this conversation we’ll finish fight between us and that impede us go back to Equestria. Do you understand Sonata?" said Adagio.

"Fine," answers disappointed, "Still I think there’s another way, but well, go ahead."

Next day and Sonata called to Pinkie by the phone; they had more than a hour chatting. "Right… yes… hahahahahhahaha poor Fluttershy, we warned her… oh yes they’re here," she turned to see her partners, "what, really? I’ll tell them right away. See you later Pinkie." hanged the phone up. "Girls, Pinkie told me that she already has everything planed to the party she promised. I think is time Adagio."

"Really? When did she tell you it would be?" Adagio asked.

"Saturday, next week, just 6 days."

"Well Adagio," Aria said, "time that your girl plays to you, time that she gives us her magic. Our voices are stronger than ever, I think when we recover our power we’ll be undefeatable, but first, go back to Equestria."

"The time is here, girls, I’ve got to visit to Rarity." Adagio said.

"Hey Adagio," Sonata said, "it’s true that Aria said, our voices are stronger than ever, why don’t you sing with Rarity? Perhaps you acquire magic too and not only the pendants."

"Great idea Sonata," said Aria surprised by her brilliant look, "If you sing with her it’ll be easiest."

"You’ve surprised me Sonata," said Adagio while shook Sonata’s hair with her hand, "I thought you wouldn’t want help us when you began to say there was another way."

"I still think that but I want go back to Equestria too, this is the way easier."

"Aria try to get Sunset’s book, Sonata keep the Pinkie’s party without setbacks."

Both agreed

"Well," Adagio said while stood up, "it will be better that I go to Rarity’s house right now."

"You don’t fool me Adagio," said Aria while laughed, "you want another kiss right."

"Be nice with her, Adagio," Sonata requested.

Adagio only smiled and left from the department path to Rarity’s house.

Meanwhile Rarity, between lots of confusion due to that happened the previous day, thoughtful while she took a shower. She left and sat down on the edge of her bed, she said herself, "Maybe… she did change. Yes, now I notice her different. I can’t fool to my heart. I feel that I love her but I shouldn’t call her, or maybe yes, what would to tell her 'Hey Adagio, that kiss you gave me was something… magical'," she said it with a seductive tone but she regret immediately, "no, that sounded awful."

Rarity stood up and walked around her house, saw her kitty Opal and she leaned to caress it, unbelievable Opal let do it, seemed that she realized the happiness from her owner.

"I can’t let to think on her, I’d wish she’d be here. Well probably tomorrow see her. Now I’ll eat something, I’m hungry."

Rarity ended to eat her breakfast, brushed her teeth and later she went to her workshop, sat in front her desk, but she didn’t draw anything, she only wrote “Adagio” over and over on one of her sketches that she had about the line she made. She finished to write because there wasn’t more space, looked the paper and beamed.

"I can’t to believe that I’m falling in lo… Ehh, who’ll be?"

Rarity stood up with all the calm, let the sketch on the desk and went to open the door; big surprise, as she had invoked her.

"Hello Rarity, may I come in?" Adagio greeted smiling.

Rarity remained paralyzed with that surprise.

"Is that a yes?"

"Eh right… come in."

"Thanks."

Adagio came in and looked her that she was already blushed; Rarity couldn’t avoid beaming her.

"I’m sorry by yesterday,” said Adagio, “I shouldn’t…"

"Don’t tell anything," Rarity interrupted her, "as you said, let that moment so. It was perfect."

"But you cried."

"Yes I did, but… I liked that… you kissed me."

Adagio beamed, she hugged her at the same moment she kissed her on her forehead; Rarity just looked down smiling.

"Pinkie’s going to make the party she promised," Adagio said after fifteen seconds that they remained so, "do you still have too much work to do for that day?"

"Of course not," Rarity answered very fast, "I mean… I do but that can wait, beside I have a surprise to you and I think there it will be the perfect moment."

"What is it?"

"If I tell you it won’t to be a surprise Darling."

"Haha you’re right. Hey Rarity, in sign of gratitude and for you see that this time we’ve been practicing isn’t a waste, would you like that we sing together? You can to play your strange keyboard and sing with me."

"Of course, you already recover your amazing voice; I go by it right away."

"NOO!" Rarity stopped surprised, "I mean, no yet hehe, It’ll be better in the party, for entertain to everybody we can give a mini show

together."

"Yes, I like it." Rarity beamed.

"Fine, and what were you doing?"

"Oh nothing, I just was in my workshop, if you want we go in."

Adagio followed her. When they were inside, Adagio looked some Rarity’s designs that she had on paper. Rarity soon reminded that she had that sketch full with Adagio’s name and ran to take it.

"What’s that?" Adagio asked.

"Ehh… nothing… hehe… ehh the surprise," answered Rarity trying to hide it.

Adagio could see a little part of it that something was written there, her name, and then she beamed but didn’t make any comment about anymore. Adagio was almost the whole day in Rarity’s house.

"I think it’s time to go, it’s done late," said Adagio while she walked to the exit.

"Ok," Rarity answered accompanying her to the door, "be careful"

"Right," Adagio said in front of her.

"What happens?" Rarity asked smiling.

"Nothing," Adagio made a movement like she was going to turn around, but suddenly turned to her and gave her another kiss that was faster.

"See you later, Rarity," said Adagio turning around.

Obviously Rarity couldn’t answer until after a several seconds later, "See you later Adagio."

Adagio was back in her department and told to Aria and Sonata that remained there whole the day, "I think Sonata’s right," turned to see her, "Rarity really is falling in love."

"I told you," Sonata said reproachful, "I didn’t tell it joking, Fluttershy has told me that she’s changed since you practice together, she doesn’t know it completely but she suspected that Rarity is falling in love with you; Fluttershy knows pretty good at Rarity."

"It’s late to regret Adagio," said Aria, "we’re pretty close to get it, you’ll have to forget her, don’t tell me that you’re also falling in love with

her."

"Of course not. I just feel pity by her, she has no idea, and she already agreed that we sing along in the party, as you say Sonata."

"Poor Rarity," she only said that. She really looked disappointed.

"Whatever," said Aria, "the life is so; we were already humiliated, now it’s their turn."

The days were passing; Adagio and Rarity carried on dating together. Rarity looked pretty happy, but Adagio though in front of her looked equal, with her mates she hesitated sometimes, it was momentary due to Aria didn’t miss any chance to remind the strategy.

The previous day of the party, Aria said something at her mates, "I was with Sunset when she called to Twilight, she said that apologize her because she won´t come, seems that they have been telling her all about us since we began to be friends. It’s better for us that Twilight isn’t here, thanks to that they won’t so much power to stop us."

"Fantastic news Aria," Sonata said that is lying upside down on the couch.

"That’s not the better, now I know where the book is connected to Equestria, Sunset has it all the time, that’s going to be hard steal it from her but we’ll get it. The rest is your job Adagio. I hope you haven’t been missing the time with Rarity and you have a good plan for that moment."

"Don’t worry, all will be fine, we won’t have any problems. Girls… tomorrow we’ll go back to Equestria," said Adagio.

"Ehh… it was funny, the Rainbooms are good girls; I feel some bad that we’re going to betray them so," said Sonata.

"Let it go, Sonata," said Aria, "Well, I’m sure you’ll forget it when we have our full power again."

Sonata only looked her.

"Wait a moment," Adagio said with her hand on her chin like she’d been figuring the situation out, "we know that the Sunset’s book works to send messages to Equestria, but Twilight crossed the book to come here? Or how did she get it?"

"I’m a step ahead Adagio," Aria answered with a smile of satisfaction, "I also could find out where is the portal to cross the two worlds. You might believe that it’s in the school; it’s the statue out in the entrance, very simple, right?"

"But, how are we going to active that?" Sonata asked sitting normal.

"Right…" Adagio said.

"Damn, what the heck did Twilight do to make the portal." Aria tightened her fists.

"Wait…" Adagio stood up. “Remember when we were banished from Equestria, that silly magician had a mirror, and with his magic opened a portal on the mirror."

"Yes but we don’t know the spell," Aria said.

"There’s someone that knows the spell…" Adagio said.

"Who?"

"Sunset must know it, how do you explain that she got to arrive to this world."

"I’m sorry Adagio, it’s a good point but Sunset didn’t use any spell, she told that crossed the portal because it was activated…" Aria stopped suddenly, "the portal might be active right now."

"Fantastic," Adagio exclaimed, "but, do you really think it’s open right now?"

"Sunset told that the portal is activated each thirty moons, then the last time that was activated was when we saw that rainbow until now… no, it can’t be activated; it’s not so many time since it’s closed."

Everybody remained thinking.

"We know where the portal is" - Adagio said - "and we know that the Sunset’s book has magic, we’ve got to read everything she has written to Twilight and so we find out how Twilight cross it, if we get recover our pendants we’ll get much power than before. Sonata, where will the Pinkie’s party be?"

"In her house,” Sonata answered, “it’s only several streets from the school. It won’t be problem to reach the portal fast."

"We’ve got to take a risk," Adagio said.

"What will we do if we don’t find how to active the portal?" Sonata asked, "Because we’ll be quite tired and they might defeat us again."

"They only have magic when play music," Aria answered while sat down again, "Rarity will be the only one that will play, and she can’t defeat us alone."

"Ok, we’ve got to try it" Sonata said.

"Come on, we have to fix the pendants, we’ll wear them when Rarity begins shows her magic," Adagio said while leaded to get the pendants.

Both agree. Adagio left a little box where each part of the pendants had been saved and each one of them took the own; they beamed at the same time. Began to paste them, they were ready.

"Tomorrow will be the big day…" Adagio finally said.

One hour before the party, the Sirens were waiting in front of portal.

"Look, the way to go back to home."

Aria approached to the portal and touched it to get a big surprise, the portal was activated. The Sirens couldn’t to believe it.

"Look!" Aria said excited, "they let the portal activated, that’s strange, anybody can across beyond it and arrives to Equestria."

"I can’t believe it, we’re very lucky," Adagio said, "I think nothing can stop us to go back, finally go back to home."

"There’s something that I don’t understand," Aria wondered, "Sunset has told me that sometimes she miss Equestria, but if the portal is always activated why Sunset don’t go to Equestria, at least to visit."

"That’s true," Adagio said, "maybe she think that she doesn’t deserve to go back to Equestria."

"Maybe…"

"Hey Adagio, aren’t you going by Rarity?" Sonata asked.

"She said that she’ll be there."

"Oh ok…"

The hour passed and the Sirens arrived to Pinkie’s house. Sonata knocked the door and for their surprise all of the Rainbooms already were there, amazing punctuality.

"Hi girls!" Pinkie said excited, "come in, we can start."

Everybody greeted the Sirens friendly.

Adagio looked side to side searching Rarity, and asked, "Where is she? She promised me she’d be here."

"Relax Adagio," Applejack said with a big slice of cake on her hands, "she was the first one that arrived but she doesn’t want that you see her yet, until you start to sing."

"We can start right away!" Adagio said very fast and everybody looked her fixedly by her anxiety, "I mean hehe I’d like to start now, for what miss more time."

"Ok doki loki, follow me." Pinkie took Adagio from her arm and carried her to the backyard where there were two microphones and Rarity’s instrument, but she wasn’t there. "Stay here, I go by her."

Pinkie went into the house while everybody came to the backyard, Aria and Sonata looked her beaming and excited, without doubt Adagio was excited too. The day that the Sirens were waiting for finally had come; it was the last part of the strategy.

Adagio heard Pinkie come and behind her Rarity came too, but Rarity looked different. She was specially dressed, she wore one of her designs that she made inspired on Adagio, it was the better of them; she had a hairstyle fancy, used long boots and make up that made her look imposing, rough but without lose her style. Really she looked amazing.

Adagio changed her expression totally; she didn’t know what to do or what to say. Sonata and Aria looked her impressed.

Rarity came where Adagio was. "Do you like it?"

"But, what is this? Why are you dressed so? You look like a…" Adagio said without let to look her.

"Siren… Right? I told you that I was going to surprise you. This is just one of all designs that I made inspired on you."

"On me?"

"Yes, that day that you delivered me that package was quite strange, I was annoyed at beginning due to that paper you gave me but when I was working I remember that accidental kiss, I was inspired and made seventeen designs."

"17? But, why didn’t you tell me this?"

"I was waiting for the perfect moment and I think is right now, I also want to tell something to my friends."

Everybody was putting attention since the beginning.

"Tell us Rarity, what’s so important?" Fluttershy said with a smile on her face knowing perfectly what she was going to tell, she just wanted to confirm it.

"Girls… this time that I’ve been practicing with Adagio made me realize that she is a great girl." Rarity turned to see her, beamed and took her by her hand; Adagio was pale. "She has showed me a part of me that I didn’t never imagine that exist, she showed me that one can change if one wants and work to do it and I very surprised that after of despised her almost hated her now I could fell in love with her." Sunset, Applejack but specially Rainbow Dash were bowled over due to that confession, Fluttershy just beamed her like she was a proud mother and Pinkie, surrounding to Fluttershy by her shoulder made a sign of approval with her thump up. "Yes my friends, I’m in love with Adagio."

Sonata and Aria were paralyzed; they didn’t expect that confession in any moment.

There was silence by a while until Fluttershy said, "I suspected something like that. I’m very happy that you’ve had the confidence to tell us about your feelings to Adagio. I’m very happy by you Rarity."

"Wiii" Pinkie ran and hugged Rarity and Adagio, "I knew it that you liked her."

She let them go and smiled, the rest approached too just staying behind Aria and Sonata.

"I can’t believe it," Rainbow said still with an expression of surprised, "I just can’t believe it, I expected everything except this."

"Me neither expected something like this," Applejack said.

"Woow Rarity, nobody hadn’t imagined that… come here." Sunset hugged her and the rest join to the hug, Pinkie too but she jumped over them to hugs them but almost tumbled. They laughed.

"Thank you girls, thank you so much by understand me," said Rarity delighted.

"Remember that we’re going to love you with all of your…" Fluttershy said.

"Rarities!" the Rainbooms said at the same time.

Sunset turned to see Adagio that just looked expecting the situation but she couldn’t say anything yet.

"What about you Adagio?" Sunset asked her, "seems that you didn’t expect that."

"Ehh… no… it’s surprised me quite, as you were," Adagio answered.

"But then don’t you feel the same by her?" Applejack asked.

"Ehh… yes… I mean of course I’m just impacted." Adagio turned to Rarity and giggled.

"Well," Rarity said, "time to sing."

"Wait a moment please." Adagio ran until Aria and Sonata were.

Rarity agreed and the Rainbooms stayed with her filling her with questions.

"Now what do I do?!" Adagio asked to her friend nervous.

"How that now what… time to sing," Aria said her annoyed by the question "Adagio, don’t tell me that you’re regret."

"Well… she… I didn’t think that she was to do this," Adagio said looking down.

"It’s very late to regret Adagio. Go and recover our power now,” Aria said.

"Sonata, help me please," Adagio said her supplicating.

"I warned you Adagio," Sonata said with pity, "but you didn’t listen. Now I can’t do anything. This means that you love her too right?"

"Ehh… I just thought this was a funny experience to be with her but now… with this." she covered her face with the hands.

"Are you ready Adagio?" Sunset put her hand on Adagio’s shoulder, she shuddered.

"Ehh… yes…"

Adagio went nervous until Rarity was, turned back to see her friends and Aria looked her fixedly, and with her eyes that speak by them own You must not fail. Sonata just looked her with impotence.

"Time to sing," Rarity said her. Took her instrument and started to play some chords to warm.

Adagio was sweating too much while everybody made space getting away. They were in front of the two.

"I’m ready." Rarity took her left arm and beam her very happy.

"Ahh… fine," Adagio answered her. She made a huge sigh and said, "I’m ready too."

"Relax, It’s only by fun; don’t be nervous, you’ll sing well, you already have your amazing voice again."

"It’s not that it’s just…" she stopped immediately, she almost told her about the strategy.

"Just what?" Rarity asked.

"Just… you surprised me Rarity."

"Haha, that was the intention Darling."

Rarity started to play several chords and starts to sing:

Rarity’s transformation to hybrid has been gotten, she began to levitate and carried on in her musical ecstasy, she had her eyes closed like she wouldn’t be in this world, like she would be in a dreamy world.

The pendants began to shine; Sunset and Rainbow Dash realized that peculiarity pointing to the rest what’s happening.

"Look," Sunset said, "Adagio has something on her hand that shines but what might be…"

Sunset turned to Sonata and Aria; she noticed that they’re wearing their pendants that shine too.

"The pendants!" Sunset shouted and all of them turned to see the two Sirens aside from them "What are you doing?! How did you get them?!"

"Too late Sunset," Aria said with an evil smile, "our pendants are recovering their power."

"Take them off!" Rainbow Dash shouted and ran toward them.

That was really useless, the pendants were recovered. Aria pushed Rainbow and she fell over her back.

"Yees‼‼ Finally‼! We got it Sonata."

Sonata just looked her but didn’t say anything.

Rarity hadn’t realized of anything, she carried on and when she was going to sing again opened her eyes and saw everything; she stopped immediately. "What’s going on here?!"  she shouted, turned to see to Adagio and noticed she had her pendant on her hand that was like new, "I can’t believe it Adagio, you fooled me, you just used me."

"Noo‼ Rarity let me explain you," Adagio said her taking by her hands.

Rarity that was levitating lost automatically the transformation and fell over her knees; Adagio tried to stand her.

"Let me go! Why you bring that? You used me," she was beginning to cry.

"Let me explain you please!"

"NOO!" she already was crying really pitiful. Sonata’s prediction was right, she was destroyed, "I really loved you Adagio…"

She carried on crying and lied down on the ground.

Adagio put herself on her knees and said, "Fine, I admit it, I wanted in the beginning just use you to recover our pendants, but you showed me how actually you are, your feelings, your heart and today… with you showed me and said I didn’t have doubts… I love you too Rarity, seriously, forgive me please."

"Too late Adagio," she barely could say crying yet, "you realized that too late."

"Rarity, I’m telling you the truth, please don’t make me this."

"You made me quite hurt and you’re saying me that I don’t make that, you’re so selfish Adagio."

"No please!"

Sudden an amazing singing began to intone, Aria and Sonata started their singing and how the Sirens expected their power has been increased making them practically invincible. They became to the hybrid form human-siren and threw a spell for lock the Rainbooms up in a magical cage. Aria took Sunset’s book that was in her backpack over a table.

"My book!" Sunset shouted.

"Without this you can’t warn to Twilight that we’ll go back to Equestria," Aria said and laughed, "now it’s time to our vengeance." Aria turned to see to Adagio. "What are you waiting for, Adagio?" Aria asked with a visible purple aura due to her huge accumulation of energy, "put on your pendant and get out here now that we can; there’s no time to lose."

Adagio didn’t answer and looked to Rarity, later Aria, and later Rarity.

"ADAGIO, LET’S GO NOW!" she shouted very loud.

Adagio stood up slowly, approached step to step to Aria and said, "No…"

"WHAT THE HELL YOU JUST TO TELL ME."

"I said no… I don’t care the power… actually I don’t care Equestria… my place is here… with her," she pointed to Rarity that was amazed by

that revelation of Adagio.

"Don’t say silly stuff Adagio," Aria said it supplicating, "we have all already, our power, the book, the portal and anything that can stop us to go back to Equestria. I beg you."

"For what I need all this power if I just miss her; the better thing that I’d gotten in my life I just miss it. Tell me Aria for what I’d go back, for what I’d need the power now."

Adagio raised the pendant and pronounced some words in an incomprehensible language.

"NOOO!" Aria shouted hysterical.

The three pendants were deactivated automatically, that was a kind of spell that worked to neutralize the power of the pendants. Aria and Sonata lost the hybrid form.

"You just make the worst mistake in your life Adagio…" Aria said gasping. The accumulation of energy let them exhausted.

"I had made already…"

Sonata that barely could approach to Adagio how she could; the extreme tiredness she had didn’t allow her to walk adequately. Finally came to her and Adagio helped her to sit up.

Sonata approached to her ear and said, "Good done Adagio… go with her."

"Thanks Sonata." Adagio beamed.

Adagio helped Sonata to lie down on the ground, turned to see Aria that she avoided her completely crossed of arms, sitting and absolutely tired.

Adagio went with Rarity that was behind of the Rainbooms, the magical cage disappeared at moment that the pendants were deactivated.

"Get out here you three," Rainbow walked ahead and pushed Adagio sharply making her almost fall.

All of the Rainbooms looked them with hatred. Fluttershy couldn’t believe what just happen, she was wrong and Rainbow always was right, the Sirens hadn’t changed, not at least until that moment.

"I just want to tell her one thing more…" Adagio begged on knees.

"No!" Rainbow lifted her taking by her clothes and almost pushed her again until Rarity stopped her.

"Let her talk," said Rarity putting her hand on Rainbow’s shoulder.

Rainbow doubted what to do.

"Really," Rarity said, "let her do it and later get out here."

"Fine," Rainbow let Adagio go, "fast."

Adagio adjusted her clothes and didn’t doubt to start. "Rarity, I know that I made you doesn’t have forgiveness; I realized that too late, the thing that really filled me of emotion was you, no that power that I could to get thanks to your magic." Rarity just looked her without tell any word, "I want that you have this." extended her arm with the pendant, put on her hand and tightened. "It’s deactivated, only I can activate it again, it’s the stronger of the three, I want that you save it, it is a symbol that with your true love changed one life, late, but you did it. Tell to Sunset that apologize us to steal her book, it’s intact. I hope that someday I can deserve you, I hope someday you can forgive me."

Rarity looked down, she didn’t say anything. Adagio told her the last words before get away, "You are fascinating."

Adagio let her hand go, turned around and when she was going to get away Rarity stopped her, approached to her ear and said, "I did love you Adagio, seriously. Nobody had ever made me feel as you did, it was a short time, but I really loved you. If you instead of fooled me, you had told me the truth about your pendants that you wanted to recover them… I would without doubt give you my magic, but you used me and now all it’s over."

"But I just…" Rarity put one finger on her mouth to impede that she talked.

"Bye Adagio." Rarity got away and went into the house hurry.

All of the Rainbooms looked the Sirens with contempt. Adagio approached to Sonata and Aria a bit recovered and without tell any word got out.

The Rainbooms went to find to Rarity. They found her in a room that was closed.

"Are you ok Rarity?" Applejack asked her.

"I’ll leave soon, wait a moment please," Rarity answered.

She took some seconds and left with other clothes.

"We’re so sorry," Sunset said, "the same day you confess your love by her, happened this."

"It’s ok girls," Rarity said, "it was quite good to be true. Rainbow was right," Rainbow smiled her sympathizing, "but it doesn’t mean that Fluttershy was wrong, she just wanted to give them a chance. This although is killing me inside slowly, let me with a lesson; you can fall in love of who you never thought, it doesn’t matter if it’s a girl or guy… to me was a girl. Neither it’s exclusive of one gender the capacity to make hurt; the same girl that I was in loved was the same girl that hurt me. It’s unbelievable the way you’re flying by the sky but suddenly the magic ends and you fall at the ground to hit yourself that it’s true doesn’t kill you but makes you a huge hurt, but it’s time to get up; I know I won’t be the same person again, nobody is the same person again after to pass by this. The hurt I have right now you can’t imagine, but I have you, my friends; the best friends that yesterday, today and always will be with me to give me your unconditional support. "Cheer up Rarity," Sunset said, "I passed by a huge pain too, now it’s my turn to be for you."

"You always have me to defend you of whomever," Rainbow gave her a pat on her shoulder.

"You’re strong," Fluttershy said, "I know you good, I know you’ll be fine."

"Come on Rarity," Pinkie said, "always you feel sad again I’ll be there trying to make you smile whatever I can. I will never give up until I get it."

Rarity looked all her friends with her eyes full of tears. She wiped them with the sleeve of the sweeter she wore.

"Thank you girls, I don’t know what I would do without you," said Rarity still hugging at Fluttershy.

"Well," Pinkie said, "it’ll be better that don’t waste this food, let’s to eat."

The hours passed, Rarity went back to home. She couldn’t avoid crying by a long time.

"Why Adagio… why…" she said once and once again.

When she got to calm herself she stood up and went to her workshop; all those designs that she had made, all that clothing line inspired on Adagio began to save it in a trunk, also saved the sketches, that paper full with Adagio’s name and finally looked the pendant, the stronger of all, beamed saying goodbye and saved it. Close with lock the trunk, left at the street to throw the key away. She carried the trunk at the attic and left it there, for with the time ended dusty, forgiven, but there, always there.

"See you never, Adagio."

Rarity closed the attic’s door, but not only the door, she closed a phase that she couldn’t have avoid to pass, a phase that gave her a lot but the same way took it away, a phase that changed her life forever, a phase that although all she wouldn’t change by anything.
