My Little Pony: The Shiboah Chronicles

Prologue

Once upon a time in a land called Equestria there was a beautiful goddess named The Shiboah, she was a Great Alicorn.  The Shiboah was the maker of the elements of harmony but had no common interest in them for she did not care for harmony, so she gave them to the Solar and Lunar Demi-goddesses, Luna and Celestia.  Luna and Celestia however did not know where the Elements of Harmony came from except they had fallen from the sky and formed a tree.

The Shiboah had instead made a new set of elements named the Elements of Order.  Starswirl however did not like the idea of the six new Elements of Order for he thought that it would disrupt the magical balance between the elements.  And so Starswirl-'The Bearded'- decided to take away the Elements of Order... by force!

The Shiboah, enraged by this treachery decided to fight for them back in an epic battle between her and the unicorn wizard.  Lightning flashed and the ground shook every time the two clashed with their power.  Many who were there trembled and stared in awe as both used the Elements of Harmony and the Elements of Order against one another.  As the two sets of elements clashed they let out a mighty wave of power that was seen across the mysterious world.

But as the battle continued both the Goddess and Starswirl grew greatly tired as they prepared to send one more blast at each other.  As both fired their final spells and hit each other.  The Goddess had been trapped in her own elements by Starswirl the Bearded! ... But at what cost?  Starswirl had been hit by a spell that caused him nightmares each night.  And so Starswirl, drained by the battle, collapsed from exhaustion as his nightmares came while he slept.  Starswirl had had it with the nightmares and did a counter spell, a spell which prevents one from falling asleep.

As Starswirl aged he had begun to think of what to do IF Shiboah had ever returned.  First he would make sure that Shiboah would be forgotten by Equestrian history. Then... he would erase Shiboah's memories of being an Alicorn and having her wings hide out of sight making her seem like a regular unicorn.

No pony to this day knows this tale, not even Celestia and Luna... but today that's all about to change...
