Benghazi, Libya
Jenehein Market
Through the crowded streets two white pickup trucks stop in front of a tenement building, a little more than a dozen men armed with AK-47s storm the building and gunshots can be heard resonating from within.
On a rooftop across the crowded market, two men can be seen. First is Nicholas Degtyaryov who pulls out his SRS, a bolt action bullpup sniper rifle with a six times short range optic and suppressor. As he sets up Jacob Mctiernan opens a case and retrieves his M32 Milkor, a six shot revolver style grenade launcher, and starts to load M651 CS gas shells.
“Shit, boss looks like the locals beat us here.” Nicholas said through the cyber communications.
Beneath the two men on street, three figures exit a puke green panel van, that then parks in a nearby alley way. The three figures then begin to walk towards the tenement building, weaving their way through the crowd.
“Roger, we’ll enter through one of the side entrances. Keep us apprised of the situation outside. Hana, what room was the target in again.” Dan Grayson said as he continued towards the alley where a service door for the building can be seen.
“Room 35A, inside should also be two spooks along with him.” Hana Akahoshi said as turned off the van.
The three figures reach the door, and surprisingly find it unlocked. Once inside they all draw their sidearms, and approach the stairway. The figures can now be easily identified if someone were to notice them. Standing their is Dan Grayson, dressed in a brown shirt and black windbreaker who has drawn his Beretta 90two. Hassan, dressed in normal attire, who is carrying his Beretta M9 and finally Pat Marseille, who preferred to not change her clothing, withdrew her massive John Ross/Performance Center 5" .500 S&W Magnum, which got her some looks from her teammates who were questioning her need something so big and whether or not it was compensating.
They quietly made their way up the stairs, as they reached the correct floor they could hear pain filled screaming of either a young woman or a poor man who just got his balls alligator clamped. Ahead of them was a single gunman who was not paying attention and was curiously looking through the contents of a spilled suitcase. With a flick of his wrist Hassan had produced an Extrema Ratio Fulcrum quickly shoved the straight into the base of the gunman’s skull and twisted the blade a bit to ensure he was dead. Hassan wiped the blood off the blade on the body of the gunman, the team reached the door of the room the target was said to be in.
Dan nodded at Pat who simply punched the wooden open, which resulted in it being reduced to splinters. They quickly entered, Pat shot the first gunman who was recovering from the door’s splinters, her shot knocked him back against the wall with a massive bloody hole where his face should be, her shot apparently having also pierce the thin wall hit another gunman who was busy using the shitter. Dan entered next and shot two gunman to the right of the door, and Hassan entered and shot the gunman holding a pair of alligator clamps and another who was on a cell phone. With the action over, they could look over the scene in front of them, two men were strapped down to chairs, one with knife sticking out of his neck and the other with his pants down and feet in a bucket of water.
The one man who was enjoying a treatment of shock therapy looked at the team with shock and confusion on his face.
“You’re here to save me?” He asked, his question was answered when Pat went over and cut him loose of his bindings. “Holy shit you are here to save me.”
After he said that Pat roughly grabbed his arm to lift him out of the chair. He stumbled a bit but quickly righted himself. He remained still for a bit staring in shock at his rescue team.
“Hey dipshit, focus, pull pants up we’re leaving, Pat make sure he doesn’t stray.” Dan said as he and Hassan moved through the blown out door. “We have the package, but the local spooks are dead. We’re moving back out the way we came in.”
“Hold on, we got a lot more locals pulling up, and they looked pissed. Better gear too, looks like F2000s, Scars, and actual body armor.” Nicholas informed.
Multiple gunshots and screams could be heard coming from outside the tenement building.
“Oh shit, these guys just started firing into the crowd, who ever they are they don’t like witnesses.” Nicholas explained, “Looks like they’re getting ready to breach the building, permission to engage them?”
As that was said an explosion sounded from the ground floor and even more gunshots can be heard.
“Wait for my signal, Jacob launch your CS gas around the front of the building, Nicholas start engaging if they aren’t affected by it.” Dan ordered as the team and the target started moving towards the end of the hallway where a balcony was.
They quickly made their way to the balcony, “Now!” Dan quickly ordered. Jacob popped up from the rooftop and began launching CS gas into the street, while some of the men below were affected others were not, so Nicholas began shooting at them.
“Let’s go, jump and run for the van!” Dan said he took a flying leap off the balcony to the gas filled street below. Hassan quickly jumped after with no qualms, it wasn’t it was Pat and the target’s turn was there some hesitation.
Pat looked at the target to ascern as to why he wasn’t jumping. “Are you fucking kidding me, that’s at least a twenty foot drop and the place is filled with some kind of gas!” The target exclaimed.
His complaints were noted, but not cared for as Pat grabbed him and jumped off herself into the cloud of gas. As the team was running for the van several of the armed men began shooting at them.
Once they entered the van, Hana stepped on the gas pedal. The puke green van began speeding off towards Benina International Airport.
As the van was leaving Nicholas and Jacob packed up, and left heading for the motorcycle they had stashed nearby for a quick exfil. They hopped on the cheap red dirt bike, with Jacob having to ride bitch, to which he complained.
“We’re clear boss, heading for the Spirit.” Nicholas said while swerving through the traffic.
“Got it, good work back there, we’ll see ya soon.” Dan replied as Pat put cuffs and a black hood over his head. “No injuries guys, we all good?”
“I’m, fine just a few scratches.” Pat replied as she tucked her hand cannon away.
“I took a few rounds, nothing serious.” Hassan replied as stared at the holes in his right shoulder.
“Well, I’m not! First I’m being tortured next I’m being manhandled by lady frankenstein and her crazy strong grip, like really the fuck did you eat growing up. Then I’m being shot at while pulled through some kind of tear gas! And the Gitmo treatment, I thought you were there to save me not kill me!” the target complained.
“Shut up if we wanted you dead you’d be a red mist on the street. Besides I could also have you gagged and hogtied if you don’t like your accommodations?” Dan said with a flat voice.
“I’ll shut then.” the target meekly replied.
“Hey Chief we got him, heading back to the Spirit then to the Cairo safehouse for the interrogation, no serious injuries.” Dan reported back to Damien.
“Good, contact me when you have the information from him, also I’m taking the leash off, have some fun getting the info.” Damien said.
