The First makes an entrance

Things had started to calm down as Light's new friends had explained to the town that he was not a bloodthirsty animal but sentient just like them. Although they were not completely calm and still a little uneasy after finding out that he eats meat. After a few questions and idle chit chat. When Light had told them about how old he was they all had a hard time accepting it especially Twilight but Light had managed to convince them. Light had asked Twilight if he could stay with her for the time being and she was happy to oblige but shining made a gesture saying 'I've got my eye on you' along with Rainbow Dash and Applejack which Light of course ignored while saying his goodbyes. When they had reached the castle Spike had freaked out and tried to attack Light which was a futile attempt. After some explaining, he had calmed down and apologized which Light accepted. Twilight still had an array of questions and Light answered them to the best of his ability.Hours had passed and when Light had mentioned the time Twilight had decided to wait till tomorrow for her answers and so she showed him to a guest room where he turned in.

Things had been progressing well but that Light was just a clone of the original, what had he been doing this whole time well now you will find out.

The room was brightly lit especially in the center where the original lay unconscious on a surgery table with his entire torso opened up revealing his insides. His ribs lungs and all other parts had small glowing yellow shards stabbed through them all except for his heart which was unharmed. Surrounding him was tables with all kinds of surgical tools and medical equipment attached to him, three figures surrounded him the light revealing themselves as more of his clones.

They were wearing surgeon outfits and looked uncomfortably at their patient. Although they were used to seeing their insides they could not get used to seeing them damaged so they steeled themselves and began removing the shards.

Hours of precise extraction had passed without a hitch.The clones could not help but feel that this was too easy, even with Light's regenerative capabilities helped but his chances of surviving were 50/50 but pulled through without any problems.

As soon as the thought crossed their minds they, the tools, equipment, tables and lights disappeared in a cloud of smoke the merged with Light. Light fell to the floor with a thud remaining unconscious. However, he was soon awoken when he sensed something wrong with him. He channeled his power through his body and found the problem, his power was fluctuating going up and down randomly.

This was not good one bit for if he used his powers in this state the results would be catastrophic and that wasn't the last of his problems since his powers made him immortal and they still do but if his head got and it would be more than ten meters away cut off his body would grow a new one but without the memories of the original. He had to be careful from now on while even if he could use one of his powers at a time his body was more susceptible to harm.

At the same time, he was given an idea as to how he will find out whether he can trust his new friends. It was a reckless idea but the only one he had and effective at that, he would tell them about what had happened to him including the four who know of his title. He was deep in thought trying to figure how long the fluctuations would last and with how fast they were fluctuating he concluded they would last a century. He could delay his job as the manager for that long. When he got up he used what power he could to clean the blood on the floor and while making his way out of the room he realized something.

He had not talked to ark and should have woken up long ago.

'Dark are you there?' he called out mentally.

'.....' no response.

'Dark stop screwing around and answer me.' he said in a stern tone.

'.....' still nothing.

'That's it' Light had enough and so he concentrated and entered his inner world.

Light was in a meadow and it was a sunny day. The sun was shining the wind was blowing against his face and pieces of land were floating and.... wait floating pieces of land. Light was caught off guard by the sight and stared for a moment until he moved on to find dark. In the distance, he saw the city of his mind and started walking towards it at a reasonable pace until an explosion in the city went off. Light stopped walking and started running to his city at full speed arriving there in seconds.

To Light's dismay the skyscrapers in the city were bleeding out a fire while partially destroyed missing a few chunks, the streets were filled with Anarchy where Light's inner people were fighting each other and destroying their surroundings or to be more specific Light's powers were. Before Light was about leave in search for Dark but he heard a scream which sounded very much like his own. Before he could ponder on the thought a figure smashed through a building and landed beside Light.

He looked very similar to Light only his hair was white as was his T-shirt and coat, his sneakers were white as well and his eyes were a very dark shade of blue that challenged the color crimson red.

It was Dark the manifestation of the evil that was within Light. Light was surprised to see Dark lying on his back and bruised no less, he had never seen Dark have a rough time doing something or get injured but these were almost all his powers fluctuating so even Dark would have a hard time fighting his own power especially this many. Dark slowly opened his eyes and sat up rubbing the back of his head murmuring "Man this is harder than I thought." he did not seem to notice Light's presence yet but after a few moments, he looked back at Light.

"The hell you looking at?" was all Light received.

"Good to see you too Dark, it totally looks like you have everything under control." Light replied adding the last part with a bit of sarcasm.

"Shut up! Why are you even here?" Dark questioned Light as he stood up.

"Well I've been trying to talk to you and you weren't answering and now I know why." Light said while turning his gaze to the streets filled with Anarchy.

"Yeah well your gonna have to see me directly if you wanna talk it's gonna take me a century at most to get things back to normal until we can use all of our powers again so until then you can only use one power at a time and you can only use that one power, so if you wanna use a different one you're gonna have to wait until the next date also with these fluctuations our ajin powers won't work for a while so you better be careful and not get us killed." Dark explained with a seriousness which surprised Light since he was usually so laid back.

"Don't worry you can focus on getting our powers back while I focus on keeping us alive." Light spoke with a yawn.

"I'm gonna go to bed now" Light stated

"Whatever" replied Dark as he jumped back into the city.

Light was back in the real world and started walking towards the room in which his clone was sleeping in that had also disappeared. He sighed knowing things would be difficult from now on as he made his way to the bed. As he lay on his bed he could not help but think of the possible situations that could arise for the next century with these fluctuations weighing him down.He had trouble sleeping but eventually he fell into his deep slumber.

The sun shined through the window with rays hitting Light's face urging him to wake up.Eventually, the light stirred him up causing him to lazily get up and stretch his arms and legs making some popping noises.He ran his hands through his hair to return it to its formal glory "Forgot what it's like to be weak." he said out loud to no one in particular.

"Reminds me of the old days." he said as he remembered how he had no control over his powers or how to use them for that matter.

He made his way outside to the hallway and started searching for Twilight 'Guess I'll try the throne room first." he thought while making his way towards there. As he entered the throne room four figures stopped their ongoing conversation and turned their attention to Light, the four were Celestia, Luna, Cadence, and Twilight.

'Equestrias rulers all in one place, something must be up.' he thought as he noticed the scowls on the four rulers faces. The room went silent and there was a cold feeling in it.

"Why did you do it?" Cadence spoke up breaking the ice.

"Do what?" Light knew what she was talking about but decided to mess around a bit.

"You know what I mean, you erased mine, Shining's, Twilight's and her friend's memories." she replied with irritation.

"Yeah that was me alright and as for why I did it well... I wanted to see how you all would react." said Light. This got a questioning look from the four so Twilight decided to press on.

"But why did you wanna see how we reacted?"

"Well first impressions are important and the only things keeping you or your friends from attacking me were these two." he said gesturing towards Princess Celestia and Luna.

Cadence and Twilight took a second to think about what he had said and looked down on the ground.

"Then again I suppose there was no actual reason for me to do what I did." said Light.

"And so I apologize and won't do something like that again also there is something I need to talk to you four and the others about in private and uhhhh.... please don't tell the others." Light said pleadingly at the last part.

The four alicorns looked at each other and discussed in hushed whispers which Light could hear as clear as day and so they nodded. Light was pleased and told them to meet him in the throne room at roughly 2 'o' clock. While Light waited he decided to help Dark get his powers back to normal which sped up the process by a few hours. The mane six along with Spike, Shining Armor and Cadence arrived a little early and were quickly followed by the solar and Lunar alicorns along with the two draconequus as they were trying to get Light's attention. Light stood up and grabbed the groups attention.

"Now then your all probably wondering why I called you here well that's because I have something to tell you and it's important so promise me you that what I'm about to tell you won't leave this room." he said with a demanding voice. They soon did a few gestures along with some words that followed their gestures. Light raised an eyebrow at this but decided not to press the matter.

"Well then I'm sure you all already know about how powerful I am." This was a followed with nods from the group.

"Well you see I have weakened greatly and become vulnerable to beings that were weaker than me, not many of them but enough to be quite problematic." he stated. Discord had raised his hand to ask a question.

"Yes Discord?"

"How weak have you gotten exactly?" Discord asked. Returning the groups attention to Light.

"Well not weak enough for you, Eris, Celestia, Luna, Cadence and the Elements of harmony combined to beat me." Light said smirking. Discord, Eris, Celestia, Luna, Cadence, Shining Armor and the mane six were disappointed but they had expected this of someone this powerful.

"Wait how did you know we were the Elements of Harmony?" Twilight asked which was a good question.

"Yes well I used my powers to look into the past of this world and now know everything I know need to." Light replied which didn't surprise the group as much as he thought but he expected it since they had an idea on how powerful he was.

"That is all so you may proceed to go about your business." Light said.

The group said their goodbyes as the draconequus left to do who knows what, the royal sisters left for their duties at the castle and Cadence and Shining Armor left for the same reason. Twilight wanted to ask Light more questions but had a lecture to prepare for tomorrow, Rainbow Dash had weather duties, Applejack had chores to do at her farm, Rarity had to fill orders for her clients, Fluttershy had to take care of her animal friends and Pinkie Pie had said something about a welcome to Pony Ville and Equestria party which Light convinced her to hold until tomorrow because he was tired after becoming weak. Afterwards Light returned to his room and rested on his bed. To the ordinary individual it would seem he was resting when actually he was using his powers to find where the titans had come from.

'The only way those titans could have gotten hear was through a rift in Dimensions and the only thing that could open a rift is a tear but I would have sensed it so that can only mean something or someone else is responsible for that rift. Now I wonder where... Oh! Found it.' Light thought as he felt a rift in the everfree forest.

'Well the faster I close it the better.' Light thought as he teleported to the rift. The teleportation had put an unfamiliar strain on Light which could be easily dismissed but it bothered him knowing that such a small distance caused him even a little strain.

'Huh I can use my other powers but in exchange for pain if i'm to use them properly, I'll have to get used to that for the next century.' Light thought.

He decided to dwell on his thoughts later as he brought his attention to the rift in front of him. He brought his hands close to each other and in between them a red ball of lightning had formed. Light felt an unfamiliar sensation throughout his body and a warm liquid coming out of his eyes, nose and ears. He soon recognized the sensation as pain and the warm liquid as blood but he ignored it and spread out his hands tracing the red lightning around the rift closing it at a moderate speed. As soon as it was about to be completely sealed Light saw something come out the rift and saw it land beside him. He looked at the figure that was unconscious and noticed his clothing was black and looked Japanese, he had orange hair and a large sword which looked like a overgrown kitchen knife. Light recognized the figure.

"Ichigo" he muttered quietly. Light stared at him for a moment before realizing the strain of closing the rift and falling on one knee.

"This day keeps getting better and better." Light said sarcastically to no one in particular.

"Well gotta take care of him until I'm a hundred percent, I mean how bad could it be?" Light pondered.

"Guess I'll pretend I don't know him, can't be having him find out that I know about him from an anime called Bleach I watched on another Earth." as he wondered how he would react to discovering that.

"Hopefully no other anime character shows up, I already have enough on my plate." Light said while carrying Ichigo on his back. Unfortunately he did not know that others were guaranteed to show due to an unknown force behind the scenes.

Light teleported back to his room in the castle wincing from the strain and laid Ichigo down on his bed. Using his powers he cleaned the blood on him and made his own bed. He looked back at Ichigo and kept his gaze on him for quite awhile. He used his powers to find out exactly when he would wake up.

'Okay the he'll be awake right after I wake up that's good I'll be able to keep any misunderstandings from happening or any other bad stuff.' Light thought as he yawned.

'When I find whoever is opening these rifts I'm gonna give' em a piece of my mind.' Light thought before falling asleep.

Above the Everfree forest a white hooded figure was floating in the sky and watched the castle in which Light slept.

'All according to the plan.' the figure thought while grinning before disappearing into the night.
