Author's Note
Before continuing to the next chapter you should read the character descriptions and profiles below to understand the new characters. These are the characters the main six and Princess Luna become after eating the apples. I will start writing the next chapter after one person makes a guess of who's who in the comments. So go ahead, guess.

Princess Jewel: Alicorn like figure, light pink body, long mane and tail, mane colors are fushia, orange and yellow, violet eyes, In place of a horn she has a pink diamond, a gem that can only be created through magic.
Princess Jewel is graceful and imposing and is keeper of Allusia's enchanted library. She has an alliance with the pegisi and is at war with the thunder horses.
Willow: Alicorn sized unicorn, white body, light pink wavy mane and tail, golden horn, blue eyes.
Willow is Jewel's best friend and is the Royal astronomer.
Shimmer: Alicorn sized Pegasus, white body, white mane and tail, rainbow colored legwarmers, light blue eyes.
Shimmer is the personal assistant of Araja and is always bright spirted.
Araja: Alicorn sized Pegasus, black body, black mane and tail, white star mark on her forehead, green eyes.
Araja is Allusia's general. She absolutely despises the Thunder horses. She is the one who declared war on them.
Rocky: A thunder horse ( basically a equestrian Pegasus), blue body, lighting mark of rank, red, orange and yellow mane, magenta eyes.
Rocky is the boss of the thunder horses and on of the only two remaining. She is very athletic and prides herself on being the fastest.
Aria: A thunder horse, purple body, wavy yellow mane and tail, cumulus mark of rank, blue eyes.
Aria loves to make things beautiful and takes extreme care of her mane.
Orchid Gleam: An Alicorn sized unicorn, golden brown body, white mane and tail, white horn, teal eyes.
Because of her uncontrollable magic Orchid was hidden in the forests of Allusia.

In morning Amber sunlight plays, across emerald hills.
Bronze trees, with silver leaves, bear golden fruit.
In night the sky opens it's grand display, to reveal a rainbow of cosmic array.
Jewel slowly opened her eyes. Her vision was hazy, as if she had not opened her eyes in a long time. "Where am I?" She mumbled to herself as she got to her hooves. She looked at her surroundings, "The Apple orchards?" It was then that she noticed a golden coated unicorn laying on the ground nearby. "Orchid!" She said, rushing over to her. As Orchid started to stir, Jewel noticed a strange necklace hanging around Orchid's neck. It appeared to be made of gold with a gem carved in the shape of a butterfly. Glancing down Jewel noticed a similar necklace around her neck, only hers had a six pointed star. "Something very strange is happening, and I intend to find out what." Jewel said as she turned toward the library.
Author's Note
Sorry that this is a short chapter!
I know that the element of magic is a tiara but it would clash with Jewel's gem so I made it a crown. Also yes Trixie pulled the elements back out of the tree of harmony. That's how powerful a wish on Luna's moon is. Plus if anyone is interested I might create a short story of Jewel's fake back story. Just let me know.

Prologue
The night was calm and cool as Princess Luna gazed at the beauty of Equestria as it was bathed in her precious moonlight. Then, as if from a far off distance, she heard a voice calling to her. " Moonlight moon bright, shining above Equestria tonight I wish I may I wish I might have the wish I wish tonight." It has been many a moon since anypony wished on my moon. "Thy wish is granted." She whispered softly as a stream of glittering stardust flowed from her horn and soared through the sky.
Meanwhile in a small wagon just outside the borders of Canterlot the great and powerful Trixie gazed at the sky only to see nothing. "Ignored again," she mumbled. "Oh how Trixie has fallen, to believe an old pony tale." Then see spotted a bright light. She rushedn to the window to see only to find herself suddenly engulfed in it. When she regained consciousness, the first thing she noticed was a rustling sound. She turned around fearing the worst. When she discovered the source of the sound was a pair of powder blue wings. She then leapt from the wagon and flew through the air laughing with joy. She hovered in the sky and slowly turned her gaze in the direction of Ponyville. "I'm coming for you Twilight Sparkle!"
As the main six hurtled through time and space Pinkie Pie called out," I can see sunshine! "The others twisted until they could see the ever growing circle of light. Soon they were all tumbling towards the ground. " Goodbye Equestria! " Rarity sadly bemoaned. Then they noticed that they weren't falling, in fact they were floating! All of the main six were held in the magical aura of a familiar alicorn. "Twilight!" The main six sang out in unison.
"Hello girls!" Twilight Replied just as glad to see them. "Greetings everypony," said Princess Luna trotting up the hill to stand next to Twilight. "We are quite glad to behold you."
Soon they were all huddled together inside a heat dome spell that Twilight cast. "Wow, I can't believe you would risk yourselves for me." Said Twilight. "Course we would Sugarcube her our friend. And ain't nuthin gonna separate us."" Mm hmm," said everypony else.
"Well," said Rarity. "I don't know about everypony else but I am famished! Applejack would you be a dear and buck some apples down for us." As she spoke she gestured to a nearby Apple tree that nopony else had noticed. The trunk was made of bronze, the leaves were made of silver, and the apples were solid gold. "Sure thang Rarity." Responded Applejack. She moseyed over to the tree and gave it a hard buck, sending the apples down to land in perfect pyramid like piles. "Eat up everypony!" She yelled. One by one each pony took an apple and bit into it. And one by one that all fell into a deep sleep.

Take notice of how Applejack bucked the apples, it will be important!
