In Equestria, magic can be found in all corners. Even the inhabitants of the kingdom have mastered it's power. However, some people are more adept than others when it comes to magic. Bell, for example, is by most standards a normal boy. But when he uses the Element of Friendship, he becomes exceedingly powerful. But when Discord is freed from his stone prison, it's up to Fluttershy to reform him. Bell doesn't like it, though. Discord can't be trusted.
