after the death of sombra the empire joined equestria. It started out great in the beginning but then guard star started to change. Due to the new area the guard started to take things from the crystal ponies. At first Princess Cadence help but eventually she just ignored them. To help calm down the crystal ponies started making their crystal booze and it became calm but now the guard have pushed it to far. They could take the money, their homes, but not their booze!

No!!!! you took every thing else but we will end you if you mess with our booze!! shouted a crystal pony.

The 8 royal guard started laughing before one said.

Ill believe that when King Sombra come back from the dead. he said

then at that very moment a drunk human teen in a bar fight was teleported there as Sombra.

As the guard that said this received a uppercut by the once dead king the crystal ponies reacted in a calm and collected manner.

Which was to charge the guards screaming. Due to being out numbered the guard ran out side where there were more waiting in case things went south.

The drunk (human) King sombra was pushed with the newly armed mob which consisted of the newly made Molotov cocktail from sombra, broken bottles and random pieces of furniture's.

The guard out side had the stolen crystal ponies shields originally they were large squares of crystals but the guard made them round to carry.

The changed shields only served as a target for the cocktails. The guards dropped the flaming shield and got ready for the melee.

The thing about crystal booze that should be noted is that it is like a pain killer. Meaning the more a pony drinks the

Espinosa they will feel.

The organized group of 20 trained royal guards were scattered be the 40 untrained crystal ponies.

In other words the royal guards was in bad shape. The unlucky guard (Flash sentry)  that had his way with the bars owners sister had his legs held open as the owners sister did a running kick to his groin. The rest were not any better instead they tried to form a circle to hold but the enraged crystal ponies broke it. At the end to that fight 5 of the 20 were killed while one ran for help.

Help!! The crystal ponies are forming a mob! Shouted the pony that had ran from the scene. At that the guards quickly rallied into two main groups. One to go stop the mob and one to watch the castle and one inside the castle. 100 in each group.

What is happening !! Shouted princess cadence and her husband.

Their is a angry mob heading this way princess. said the captain.

Why are they in a mob and who caused it. Asked the princess (there has to be a reason)

The reason is because a group tried to take what we are calling crystal calm. It a booze that only affects crystal ponies like alcohol.

As to who it's all of the low ranked guards apparently they have been taking things from the crystal ponies after Sombra's defeat. That plus the constant drinking made them more emotional. Meaning we are going to be facing a enraged mob that was set of when the low ranking guard tried to take the only thing that helped them maintain some control of their anger . Said the captain with practiced ease.

Buck!! How could the guard do this! Shining thought

Ok captain what is your plan to stop this mob? asked cadence hopefully.

Unfortunately we have to engage them head on before they can get bigger plus their is a blacksmith in the castle meaning if they get in then they will be armed and drunk. Said the captain.

The mob had increased as it headed for the castle from just 40 it was now up to 80 I'm numbers . The mob was now armed with makeshift weapons that the drunk Sombra made as they went along. On the way the mob had beaten two of the foal perverts. Surprisingly one was beaten to death by the brothers of the fillies with baseball bats.

The small army of guards we're expecting to face a angry, drunken mob of citizens. What the say was something else.

It was 80 ponies ready to put down their problem for good . The most shocking was the pony leading the mob.

It was king Sombra at the front of it.

The guards got ready for the charge. How ever the did not charge instead the threw Molotov cocktails and bricks at them. There was even a safe in the mix

The guards had to move to avoid the fire and safe. Unfortunately that left them scattered and the guards at the front were met with shield charges. It was hell from there the guards while better trained were losing this fight and the captain knew it. Not to mention Sombra was beating them badly. That was seen when Sombra jump kicked a guard sending him into a group of guards. He knew what he had to do.

Retreat!!!!! shouted the captain trying to save as many guards as possible.  The guards started to retreat to the second area to hold back the mob.

___ few minutes of running later--

The guards had set a blockade in front of the crossing area. that way the could stop the mob and stop it from reaching the castle. the captain also sent a letter to cadence informing her of King Sombra. that way she can activate the heart.

the guards hunkered down when the saw the mob coming. the mob stopped about a block away to the partial relief of the guards the longer they stay the better they can make blockade. there were now 100 civilians ponies in the mob and 10 crystal guard. The captain was not surprised to see them in the mob.

The guard captain then watch as King Sombra trotted out in front of the mob pulling a cart with barrels in it.  The captain tried to figure out what was inside the barrels and why Sombra was pulling it.

Before he could figure out what was in it the mob burst into cheers as the cart was set ablaze and Sombra started galloping at the blockade. There was only one thing he could say. Take him down!! shouted the guard captain.

as ordered the guards fired at their target. unicorns firing a variety of spells, earth ponies throwing their spears.

The volley of spears and spells were to his shock intercepted by a volley of shields thrown by crystal ponies.

OK, you got to admit that they would be good at the disc throw in the equestria game.  a random guard on the wall said

shut up and duck you idiot!! shouted The guard captain ducking to avoid the shield that were heading at them.

all guard on the wall ducked and avoided getting hit by a shield.

ha ha you missed suckers! shouted the same guard

No we didn't! shouted a crystal pony

Get of the walls!! a royal guard shouted before jumping off of his post and started running towards the castle.
