Welcome to the Blind Bag Binder! Inspired by'Nuz/Wonderlocks of the Poke'mon Franchise, I, (Magenta Moon), have spent the last few days working on this group project. It is open to all and anyone is free to join, but I have some guidelines that you should probably follow to get the full experience of this project! If you have any questions, please read the following and I will answer any and all questions, opinions, and ideas to the best of my ability! So, what is the Blind Bag Binder? The Blind Bag Binder is a writing project where you create a story, (aka a Binder), here on FimFiction, (and in real life if you'd like), about your own random 'mane six'. How you ask? I'll tell you! There are three different ways you can start! 1. Go to the store(s), and buy SIX blind bag ponies from ANY of the 1-15 Waves available to you, (some are in Walmart, Target, ect. Others could be in other Countries all over the world!). 2. If you're broke and can't buy any, go to the my little pony friendship is magic wiki page, (where they list EVERY BACKGROUND CHARACTER), or Blind Bag List (http://data.mlpmerch.com/blind-bags/all/) page, (listing all 805 current models) and randomly generate a number using a google searched Random Number Generator to pick a pony for you, (or more fun), put your finger on the screen, close your eyes, and scroll! Whoever you land on is now a part of your mane six. 3. If you've already bought a ton of blind bag ponies, put them all in a hat and have yourself, a friend or a family member pick six for you. TIP:: Make sure you research your character, where do they live? What is there talent? Do they have a job?  Are they in the show? Ect. This is to keep them 'canon' as a background character, but you're free to give them your own artistic flair! TIP 2:: Don't cheat... I mean, we won't hold it against you or anything. We can't REALLY tell if you actually randomly picked your characters, (I'm actually going to vlog it myself when I go buy mine, but you don't have to!) It's just more fun to see who you're going to get because you can always pick a pony and write a story about them here on FimFiction, BUT This Blind Bag Binder is for the surprise of a character and how you can make them be all they can be! Try your best to stay away from those literal cheat codes when getting blind bags, lol. TIP 2:: Vlog, Blog, and make artwork to bring your lovely mane six to life! Since there are 805 Blind Bags, (not taking away the already popular canon characters and background characters,) it may be a little upsetting to find out someone else has also picked Cherry Fizz (http://data.mlpmerch.com/blind-bags/pony/cherry-fizzy/) but you can make your Cherry Fizz your own. Play with their personality, their mane style, their family and attitude towards something such as their gender or sexuality. These Blind Bags will be the base you'll use to build up your own writing, like an exercise prompt! Rules: 1. That being said, try to keep your Blind Bag character as true to itself as possible. Keep the name, colors, cutie mark, job, and race as close as you can to the description of said character on their blind bag card, or on their wiki page. Gender is optional to change or play around with if you'd like. Sexuality can also be up in the air. 2. Get a double, buy another! Make sure your mane six are different ponies. If they're similar, that's alright, (like if you get six cooking ponies or all unicorns, or all crystal ponies). Look-a-likes to canon characters, such as Sassaflash (http://data.mlpmerch.com/blind-bags/pony/sassaflash/) who looks like Lightning Dust, are alright to use! 3. No main characters, princesses, or very popular background ponies or canon family members. This means no canon mane six from the show, (twilight, rainbow dash, ect). No princesses, no Trixie, no Octavia, Twilight Velvet, ect. This also includes different versions of them, (such as the all white, all black, or crystal versions of them). If you end up getting them, you can FEATURE them, but they won't be your mane six, (or should be a big part of your story). This is the Blind Bag Binder that I have envisioned to have fun and help your writing and creativity. It is a challenge to give light to other background ponies and work on authors writing styles. ANYTHING ELSE WRITING RELATED IS ALLOWED!! This means your Blind Bag Binder can be any Point of View, any Genre, any tags, and so on. Want them all to fight zombies? All be human? All fall in love? Do whatever you'd like! BUT PLEASE : Make only ONE story on your FimFiction account, and add chapters to that story as you add to your binder. That way, when you submit your Binder to our group, it'll have one link, one story, one place for all your blind bag needs. Unless, of course, you pick another mane six to work on, then you can have another binder to submit! Optional Way to Start: This isn't required, just something I'm personally going to do and if you'd like, you can too! My first six chapters will be dedicated to my mane six. Chapter one, File One, however you want to name it, will be about the first blind bag pony I receive or open. Then the second chapter will be about the second pony, and so on until I've introduce all of my mane six in my style and own way. Then I will throw them all together for the rest of the chapters! You don't have to do this of course, it's just a fun way to get a feel for your new six characters, which can be a lot at first! There are no deadlines!  There are no word counts! HAVE FUN EVERYONE!
