A Turn Towards The Weird
As if hazardous levels of noise weren't bad enough, Lyra struggles with medicine mix-ups, Bon Bon's new spring fling and a constant feeling of pre-regret while trying to get the world to make sense. The name was picked for a reason. Very weird.
On a relatively normal lunch break on an unspecified day of the week, Lyra Heartstrings finds herself in dire need of ear muffs and mental support. Sadly, her best (some would say only) friend is stuck somewhere behind a wide, toothy grin that makes mouse noises. Also, everybody seems insane, Bon Bon has a date, and nobody seems to know what Pinkie Pills actually are.
Can our green-haired hero save the day, or just make sense of the world around her, despite pre-regrets, hallucinations and celery stalk-induced migraines?
Well, she'll try. At least it's more fun than algebra.
