Since almost every single villain in mlp fanfic history gets loved at some point, I decided to make one for Blueblood. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a fan of his character, his personality just fits what I need for the story. Be warned his personality will change massively.

Never judge a book by its cover, on of the earliest quotes to have ever been taught to young ponies. Blueblood found it kind of ironic, since not a single one he knew followed by that rule. His act is dropping however, and his purpose in this world may sooner or later be revealed, though someone noticing might just be what he needed.

-Luna PoV-

Luna strolled down the dark corridors of Canterlot Castle, grumblIng under her breath.

"Stupid Blueblood, just wait until I get my hooves on you"

Luna was angry, no scratch that she was downright pissed. Blueblood had decided to yell his heart out at some servant ponies that bumped into him. He had embarressed the pony to the point of almost quitting. It took all her willpower not to just blast him right there with a spell. She decided to take her anger out of her mind by going to the balcony to clear her thoughts and raise the moon better.

-Blueblood PoV-

Blueblood sighed as he looked out his window. He felt more tired than before, probably from trying to keep his fake identity. He went through his memories up until now, thinking about how well his life was before he came here.

-Flashback-

"So are you ready?" Discord asked him sadly.
"I suppose so. Tell me, why do I always have the worst of luck? First I have to go to another world and now I find out I have to fake being some kind of snobby prince"
"Well you never did have lady luck on your side" Discord chuckled.
With that, the Unicorn and Draconequus stepped through the portal.

-Flashback end-

He realized that he had to get his feelings out tonight or he won't get any rest, so he decided to go to the balcony.

-Luna PoV-

Luna was confused to see Blueblood sitting there on the balcony. Why was someone like him here at 3 in the morning? He should be in his bed right now! No matter, she decided, as so she could just deliver his punishment now. She stopped dead in her tracks the moment she saw his face. It had expressions she never expected to see on that face. It showed thought, remorse, and..... Sadness? Not just any sadness but the kind of sadness Luna saw on ponies that had lost to much with nothing in return, how the heck did Blueblood have those kinds of expressions? She was even more confused when Blueblood conjured out a violin. That was impossible! Blueblood never played instruments, thinking them as entertainment made by commoners and servants, so how did he know violin? She decided to hide in the shadows and watch him as he played.

-Blueblood-

He closed his eyes and started the tune.

All around me are familiar faces

worn out places, worn out faces

bright and early for their daily races

"Luna! I got you a present for your birthday!
"Really! Let me see!
The young Luna opened the gift box to find two quartz necklaces, one shaped of Luna and the other of Blueblood.
"We both get one, that way, we can remember each other if we ever are separated" Blueblood said, putting on the necklace of Luna and giving her the necklace of him.
"Oh thankyouthankyouthankyou!" Luna squealed, pulling him into a bone crushing hug.

-flashback end-

Went to school and I was very nervous

no one knew me, no one knew me

hello teacher tell me what's my lesson

-flashback-

"Rarity, I wanted to say this since last year but I finally got the courage to ask you this" Blueblood said as he reached into his pocket and held out a ring of the finest caliber
"Will you marry me?"
"Yes!" She squealed, pulling him into a giant kiss

-flashback end-

Blueblood stood over a grave as he laid flowers over it.
"You know, ponies always say that you can always get over sad things, that over time, the memory fades" Blueblood chuckled sadly as he stared up at the moon.
"It's been three years, so why does it still hurt as much as that day? Answer me please..... Rarity". He said silently, a tear drop sliding of his face, as he kneeled down and stared at the grave.

-flashback end-

Blueblood ended the song and turned the violin back to the magic energy it was made from. He felt better now that his feelings were out, so he teleported to the garden to talk to Discord.

-Luna-

Luna felt tear drops fall of her face as the song finished, she felt an overwhelming sadness as the song brought out the most heartbreaking memories she had. How could Blueblood show such emotiom? He was always a snobby prince, and he would never play something like this. She saw that he teleported towards the gardens and decided to follow to see if she could find out anything about Blueblood. She started flying towards the gardens to where he was.

-back to Blueblood-

Blueblood teleported to the statue of discord. He walked up to it and sat next to it.
"Hey Discord, I think my emotions ran loose tonight."
"Yes, I know, I heard your little song you played, how about we talk?" The statue replied back.
"Yeah....." Blueblood sighed as the statue of Discord unfroze and sat next to him, summoning some popcorn and chocolate milk.

And the first chapter's over! I hope you enjoyed it. The reason I wrote this is because there is almost no fanfics, or at least ones I read that had Blueblood as an important character, that and he fit as a character for the story.
