A Twins' Love

It was the twins first day of kindergarten.They were worried though,their parents had told them that their were different classes for different races of ponies.The twins had never been this worried before,they'll be apart for the first time,

"No,wait I needed to tell her something!"Pound tried his hardest to get out of his teachers' grasp.

"Bye Pound!"Pumpkin missed her brother and all,but she realized maybe some time apart wasn't a bad thing.All the time she was distracted with her brother,she didn't really learn that much.

"Bye Pumpkin!See you at recess!"Pound waved goodbye.

In the unicorn's class they had to lift small objects,like teddy bears,bouncy balls and other childish stuff.

"How do the older unicorns do this?"Pumpkin was trying to lift one of the teddy bears."My head hurts.Huh...I wonder what Pound is doing,it's probably easier than this."

"Hah!This'll be a breeze!"

All Pound had to do was bounce on a trampoline and flap his wings to stay in the air for 5 seconds.

"Whee!"Pound jumped on the trampoline and he stood in the air for 3 seconds.But to his dismay he found himself falling on his wing,an icepack on it."Pumpkin's class is probably a lot easier than this."

Recess...

"Pound!"

"Pumpkin!"

Pound pointed at his swollen wing."My wing got hurt."

Pumpkin put her hoof on her head."My head hurts."

"Today''s been the worst day ever!"They both said in unison.

"Well at least we'll be in one class together."Pound had a weak smile on his face.

"Which one is that?"

"Numbers and letters."

"I wish mommy and daddy were here.It was hard enough to watch them leave this morning."

Pumpkin gave pound a big hug.She was just happy she had some pony that could be there for her."Ow!Watch the wing!"
