Author's Note

Ok, I've tried to make this chapter a little longer, I also tried to introduce an over arching villain in this one.... And you can already tell who it is by the title of the chapter, but not everyone can put two and two together. As for who the gates are in this episode.... You might be mad at me for who I'm setting up here, but then again I'm not going to make any friends here weather I try to have her conflict occur now or later, but I digress. Only one of two gates will be the main focus for this episode, the other is just considered a gate to foreshadow future events, Which won't be brought up until 3 episodes from now.
As for requests from certain writers, as much as I love to do a crossover, I already have the plots for the first two arcs set up and ready to write in detail, I don't want to risk messing it up. Not only that, this is my first story here, to blindly do a crossover now would be suicide. Maybe next time.

Now with that out of the way, on to the story.... And I Hope this is received as an improvement among you....

Episode 2 - Rage of a Child, Phantoms of the Despair, and the Power of a Wizard... It's Showtime!

She observed the wreckage of the slaver convoy. Ponies groaned in pain as they lay there on the floor around her. She grits her teeth in frustration. “Of all the incompetence…”, a voice cuts her away from thought. “Sister… I've found him”, she turns to see an slicker holding the slaver boss in a telekinetic grip. She grasps him with her own aura and pulls him forward. “What happened here” she spat at his face. “W-we were intercepted… A-an armored figure helped free the slaves… There was nothing we coul-” his reply was cut off as she tightens the grip around the base of his neck. “... I don't care about most of the slaves in general, what's angering me Is that you let it open up the cages for all the gates we had you hunt down to bring to our allies to strengthen our forces and alliance… Along with the unicorns that were meant for us!” She boomed. The stallion winced in fear.

“The fact that you still breath is because your imbecile goons managed to recover some of the captives… But if it were up to me, I would have you grounded into dust to scatter to the Wind!”, she rose a hoof to strike him until something grabbed it.

“Whoa there lady, let's not batter the goons, we still need them to find the gates for us” a voice explained.

She looked to see a red/orange/steelish gauntlet-like appendage of some sort grasping her hoof. She then looked up the length of the arm to face the one that it belongs to. She found herself looking at a mask like face.

“Damn it, all you girls lash out at people more than I do… as idiotic as these dumbasses are, we still need them… The deal was you persuade the slavers to go out of our way to find certain gates for us and in return, we supply the phantoms we make from the gates to help you and throw in any spare unicorn captives we come across for you to convert, not you kill off and beat the ever-living shit the slavers leaving us without means to find targets” it continued.

She scowls, “very well, Pheonix, We will spare this pathetic foal for now… You and your master better hold your end of the bargain.” She then released the stallion, letting him fall to the floor. “Get out of our sight” she stated. He fumbled to get back up and then ran off.

“That's better… hey, medusa? How long have you been long have you been looking at those?” he took note to another creature, who was leaning backwards onto a wall, using it as support, looking through a set of pictures.

“I'm counting through the gates that were among the escaped slaves, we’ve managed to hunt down a few of them… Which leads to something I have for you” she addresses the alicorn. “How may we be of service” she replied.

Medusa handed her one of the images. The alicorn grasped it with her magic. “We've located one of the escaped gates, it's heading towards a nearby wrecked village, and we also found another potential gate in the village, we ask of you to take some of our phantoms with you to bring them to us or drive them to despair and give birth to a new phantom” medusa explained.

The alicorn observed the photo, it was a young naval blue unicorn filly with a silver mane. “Her name is Mercury” she continued.

“What about the other one” The alicorn questioned. Medusa mused, “I think you'll love what our scouts have found… She is a founder of a group of sorts, and it's said she also the founder of the Followers of the apocalypse and is the current bearer of something known as the Element of Kindness …”

“What is her name?” The alicorn asked.

“.... Velvet Remedy”

Episode 2 : Rage of a child, Phantoms of the dispair, and the power of a wizard, it's showtime!

The three ponies and two humans had been walking for a few hours. The dusk of the evening was growing darker with each passing minute.

Shotaro was taking in the surroundings.

Calamity and scarlet were conversation going on the Returning enclave forces, Velvet was staying silent, and Phillip was reading.

Phillip had been researching the data on the world he and Shoutaro were now in. “So, any leads on this place” the detective questioned, looking back at his partner. “Well… I'll say that I've had some interesting results…. With the shape of the countries as an exception, most of this world is both a parody of our world’s settlements, only with their names being a play on what dominant race is living there, and a parody of various mythological lores… Fillydelphia, Las Pegasus, and Manehatten are a few examples of this… The ruins we are walking through right now used to be a place called Ponyville”. Shoutaro chuckled as he looked back forward, “what's next, instead of Japan, they have Japony”.

Phillip gave him a slight grin, “Yes, they do”. Shoutaro looked back at Phillip, shocked at the response, “You're screwing with me” he said in disbelief. Phillip gestured to his book “I couldn't come up with this stuff even if I tried to, I'm just reading the knowledge that's in front of me”.

Shoutaro sighed, “Cripes, This is just getting more ridiculous the more I think about it” he pinches the bridge of his nose. Phillip shrugged, “I'm not sure, we've been through worse scenarios, and your half boiled attitude gave those situations some extra challenge due to how much you liked trying to tap into your inner detective persona of yours”. “Oi! Don't call me half boiled” Shoutaro shot back. Phillip had a sly grin form on his face, “whatever… clumsy Half boiled detective” he taunted.

Scarlet couldn't help but hear the conversation and snicker, “It would be surprising if those two aren't related” she whispered to calamity. “I know… If only it was that simple with my folks” he somberly muttered. Scarlet had couldn't hear is silent regrets, “I'm sorry, what was that?”. Calamity shook his head, “it's nothing…. I'm just deep in thought”.

“Hey, heads up… I think there's someone up ahead”, advised Shoutaro. He points to a dark figure ahead of them.

Calamity squinted as he looked at it. It was to dark to see it full detail, but he could make out a slender build in its body, it was pony shaped, so it was probably a mare. It had a horn that was easy to see due to its length in the silhouette…. Something was stretching from her sides, they look like…

His eyes widen, “Get down!” He grabbed velvet and they both lunged to the side, as did everyone else, when the figure shot a raw magical blast at the party. It exploded right in front of them throwing dust into the air.

Liam opened his eyes. He had been napping for quite a while right outside the residence of the dragon who is housing him for the meantime.

“Liam?”. He sat up and looked towards the entrance, there, he saw fluttershy standing there. “Can you come inside? There's something … Peculiar happened” She informed. He stood up and took another glance up in the sky. The stars glimmer as the night draws near.

He then made his way through the entrance.

Inside Spike was waiting. “So, what is it” he asked.

“Something's going on right now in ponyville, I couldn't see since the spritebots were purposefully taken out by someone or something…. Whatever it is, it knows I'm watching through them” Spike explained.

“Did you get any images to help You identify it” Liam questioned.

Spike shook his head, “no, who ever this is, they planned it out well… I think the others could in trouble”. Fluttershy gasped in fear. Liam clenched his fist.

“I need to see for myself, I'm going out there to check it out” he addressed. He then made his way to the exit. Spike was fast and moved to stand in his way, “no, I can't let you do that, we've been over why you can't go back out there” he insisted. “If lives aware in danger, i can't just stand here twiddling my thumbs” Liam shot back. Spike growled, “You'll get yourself killed out there! You're not even armed!”

Liam gritted his teeth, he pulled out one of his wizard rings and touched the side of his belt with it. A voice then echoed from it.

DRIVER ON!

Connect Please!

To spike and Fluttershy’s surprise, A magical Circle formed to the side of Liam, he reached inside of it and pulled out something that looked like a gun. “Just let me help, that's all I'm asking… I promise I'll explain this later, but right now, lives could be in danger and I'm not going to wait for a pile of corpses to emerge because we did nothing” Liam Then walked past the dragon and out of the lair.

All was silent for a few moments. Spike was still in shock, even though it was a fraction of the power that he discovered within Liam, he had felt the mass amounts of magic that had poured out of the circle when the human had effortlessly summoned it. It almost felt nostalgic, like when twilight use to use him to test new spells. “Liam… Just what are you?” He muttered to himself.

Mercury stirs in her sleep as the memories ran through her dreams and played over and over again in her mind.

Jonas, And Rose, with Mercury in tow, walked into the ruins of a desolate town. “I'll admit that this place has probably seen better times” Jonas said, he looked around at the desolate buildings as he passed by them. Rose observed with him, “this place used to be full of life, but that was long ago, before the war destroyed everything.” She said somberly.

Mercury was stirring more in her sleep as she rode on the back of Rose. “She’s wiped out, I can't blame her, I would be tired after living through a stressful experience like she had.” The human noted.

“Jonas… What do you plan on doing after escorting us to Tenpony?” Rose asked. Jonas scratched his head, “I don't know, I would probably go and look for my friends.”

Rose looked up at him, “What are they like; your friends”. “Well, Liam is blunt at times, but he is very caring, and usually likes to talk to an extent, And Kano, his personality is all over the place, he can be smug at times and also try to act cool and smooth, but then he'll be all but hurt if his pride is damaged…. Let's just say we're an interesting bunch.” He explained.

Rose smiled, “I can see just based on your outgoing nature, the Wasteland Could use more like you”. Jonas laughed, “Yeah, just with less transforming into a armored heroes who can run up to you and falcon punch you before you can say…. Holy Shit!” He tackled Rose and Mercury out of the way of an oncoming energy blast.

Dust, dirt, and debri were thrown into the air. “What the hell!?” Coughed Rose. “Mmmmnhh, why is everypony so loud, I'm trying to sleep.” Mercury said groggily.

A figure could be seen in the dust. It was the shape of a pony. When it finally cleared, it revealed a light green alicorn with a dark green mane who was glaring at the trio. Rose became worried “Shit, not one of them”.

“We have come for the child”, the alicorn stated. She gestured at the sleepy filly. “Yeah, no… I don't do deals with trigger happy bitches who would shoot first and then request one-sided demands.” Jonas pointed out.

The mare charges her horn with magic, “This is not a request…. This is a inevitably” she scowled.

The roaring of an engine could be heard across the Wasteland. “Who knew I could find a way to use the magic here as a way to boost my ability to summon the Machinewinger all the way out here in another dimension…. Convenience strikes again I guess” He said in delight. “Now, if I'm correct, ponyville is only 10 more miles ahead… Wait… Who's that ahead?” He wondered as he saw something in the distance.

He sped across the wasteland a little farther until he slowed down, he then stopped and faced a more noticeable figure that was in the pathway. The moonlight shined of the figure’s mask. His white robes and golden trims also glimmered in the nightlight.

Liam deadpan end at the figure, “.... You gotta be kidding me... I knew other beings might have been sent here like me and my friends… But you are the last person I was expecting, let alone wanting, to show up to this burnt hell… Or do you prefer me calling you a phantom”. Liam had dismounted the Machinewinger and approached the one standing between him and ponyville.

“So you are the successor… Hmm, I never expected you to be such a young boy” the figure said. “But then again, looks can be deceiving” he mused.

Liam scowled at him, “cut the crap Wiseman, how the hell did you even get here… Actually, how did you even gain access to this world at all is the better question.”

Wiseman gestures to the Wasteland around them, “the magic of this desolate world, do you can feel it as well?”. Liam simply nodded, he did feel a strong magical presence, courtesy of the abilities he now had. The robed figure continued. “Unlike earth, this world is rich with magical essence, and there are plenty of gates among the races here, especially the unicorn and alicorn races... We were drawn here by the power held within this realm, I'm sure others had heard its roar, like the sound a massive waterfall, uninterrupted”.

Liam shrugged, “so you went out of your way to meet me to rant your interests in this world?... Or is there something else you have to meet me for.”

The white wizard then suddenly tossed an object in black wrapping to Liam, luckily the boy had quick reflexes, “You seem like a worthy successor to the original wizard, I would like to test that theory… Not only that, we aren't the only ones who have come to the be on this world, thus, you will need that in the future for the oncoming storm…” he refers to the item that is now in Liam's had, “Now it is best you hurry, there are two gates not far from here that are under the threat of being consumed by despair… In the meantime, I await our next encounter, farewell for now, Wizard” With that, Wiseman turned and began to walk away.

Liam looked at the bulky wrapped object, or seemed box-like. he then began to tear off the covering to see what was being concealed. His pupils shrunk to the size of grains of sand as he looked at what was now before him.

It was the Magic ring box from the show… How did Wiseman of all people find it.

“Hey! how the hell did you obtain thi-” he stopped mid-sentence, the the one he was just talking to had vanished into thin air.

It was just him now under the light of the moon… it was silent, not a single noise.

Liam sighed, “Weather it's in person or in the show, I'm never going to understand that guy’s behavior… Just what is he playing at with this, I’f he wanted me out of the equation, we would have fought me here and now… So why stall… There's probably more to this than meets the eye here?” He deduced.

He turned back and made his way back to the Machinewinger. He opened a seat compartment and placed the box into it before closing it back up. He then got onto the seat and started the rider machine. The engine roared to life.

“Gates here in equestria, this just keeps getting more complicated by the hour… and I have a hunch that this is just the beginning of the raging shitstorm that's about to hit us” He pondered. He then sped off down the path to the ruins of Ponyville.

“The hell was the crazy bastard doing! Shooting at random passersbys” Shoutaro coughed as he stood up. “I think they were expecting us with ill intent in mind, and they took us by surprise… That or they are just simply crazy and out for blood” Phillip assumed. “Goddamit, first Enclave, then alicorns, For luna’s sake, might as well throw hell hounds into the mix.” Ranted Scarlet.

The dust began to clear to reveal that a building had been caught in the blast. The ruble blocked the pathway in front of them. “Hey, where are the others?” Scarlet questioned looking around. “Most likely on the other side of the collapsed building.” Phillip assumed. Shoutaro picked up his fedora and dusts it off before adjusting it back onto his head, “well then, we’re going to have to find a way to get around this somehow…. But first, we need to know what we are dealing with here… Phillip…” He looked to his partner. Phillip nodded, “starting keyword search now” he addressed. He then closes his eyes.

When Philip opens his eyes, he finds himself within a white void along with endless rows of bookshelves . “I'm in” he informs”

Shoutaro paces back and forth. “Ok, let's start with the word ’Horn’.”

Philip nodded as most of the bookshelves scattered out of existence while a select few had lined up in front of him. Philip walked up to the shelf in the front and picked up a book.

“Bulls, Rams, buffalo, Deer, Unicorns, Goats, Chimera’s…. Wait, Chimera’s?” Philip said, intrigued by the name.

“Philip, focus please”, Shoutaro’s voice echoed throughout the empty space.

“Oh right, sorry… Let's see… We need to narrow it down more, there are to many possibilities”

Shoutaro nodded, “ok, next keyword, ‘Wings’”.

Most of the remaining shelves had disappeared, leaving only two left. “That's much better” Philip said. He picked up another book and flips through it. “Let's see, dragons, Draconequus… Let's add the word pony”. One bookshelf removed itself, leaving only one. Philip picked up another book, “Ah, here we go… Alicorns, they are a combination of the three pony races… before the war there wasn't that many, most we exclusive to titles like Godess or some form of royalty like princess or queen…. Most of equestria was ruled by two particular alicorns, Princesses Celestia and Luna, Princesses of the heavenly embodiments of the sun and moon. They are no longer alive now due to a chemical bombing that had happened during a war with the Zebra empire, well only Luna died, Celestia lived long enough to upload herself to some sort of supercomputer…. Hmmm, I'll need to look up that as well when I get the chance… Anyway, though both sisters are considered dead, there are still alicorns walking the wasteland, but these ones are artificial… They have no cutiemark sand are divided into three variants…. Shoutaro, what color was the pony’s coat and mane?” Philip asked in a sudden worried tone.

Shoutaro scratched his head, “I don't know, I barely got a glimpse at em, I think it was blue or purple for the mane, the coat was to dark to see in detail though.”

Philip sighed, “that's going to be a problem for us… There are three certain types of alicorns in this day in age according to the current recorded information… they are all skilled with offensive spells, have decent knowledge on how to fly and have a healing factor that triggers when exposed to radiation, but each also has a unique ability that is identified by the color of their mane and fur… Green represents superior power in defensive spells, like shield spells, Dark purple signifies the ability to teleport, and Blue…

“... Invisibility spells…” Scarlet finishes, she gestures to a transparent body of distorted air that was lurking in the rooftops above them.

It jumped down to ground level and decloaked revealing a naval blue alicorn.

“We won't let you interfere” she growled.

Shoutaro and Philip wasted no time in pulling out their drivers and Gaia memories.

“Just watch us” Shoutaro retorts.

Cyclone!

Joker!

Henshin!

Philip places the cyclone memory into his driver’s slot, only to have it disappear and then reappear in Shoutaro’s driver. the detective fully slotted the memory in then inserts his own memory. He then flips the drivers sides down, making it form the shape of a W. Philip collapses afterward. Scarlet had caught the body in time before it made contact with the ground. “By Celestia’s mother, your heavy” the mare comments.

Cyclone! Joker!

A gust of wind blew around them violently, obscuring everyone's view. As it calmed down, it revealed the form of Kamen Rider double.

“So be it” the alicorn scoffs. She charges up her horn as the Kamen rider gets into a fighting stance.

Calamity coughed up as the dust settled. Velvet was right next to him. “You alright?” He asks in concern. She nodded, “I think so… It's been awhile since we had to deal with alicorns like this”. “I wonder what these ones want.” The Pegasus wondered. He looked to where the alicorn stood, she was more visible now to show her dark purple mane. She pointed to Velvet Remedy, “You are to come with us immediately”. “W-what” Velvet asked in confusion. “Are you deaf, you are to come with us, or else” the alicorn threatened, charging her horn. Other figures revealed themselves, they stood on two legs but they weren't like the humans that they met before. They had a more gray monstrous touch to their appearance. “Dammit, they have us surrounded” calamity grumbled.

“What happens if I say no” Velvet asked. “Then we will kill your comrades and take you by force” the alicorn answered. “...and if I say yes?” Velvet questioned again. Calamity was taken by surprise at this, “Velvet! y'all can't be serious with this now, right”.

“Hmmm, we suppose we could let them live… But that comes down to other matters.”

She mused. Velvet stood up walked forward.

“Velvet don't” Calamity plead. She turned back to him and weakly smiled, “It's ok.. I’m sure you'll find a way somehow, but if I don't do this now, you could get seriously hurt, I don't want to risk that”.

“Don't bother, phantoms would kill you anyway to make more of themselves” a voice said. A sudden roar of an engine drowned all other noise in the area.

Liam then came down from the rooftops, riding a Motorbike of some sort, much to everyone’s surprise. “Liam!?” Velvet exclaimed. “Boy, what in the blasted hell are you doing” Calamity shouted. The human road through the mass of creatures, running a few over, only to stop between them and velvet. “I'm saving your sorry asses” Liam counters, he then dismounts the bike and faces the mass that stood before him.

“Oh? A hairless ape? You think a hairless ape can stop us” The alicorn laughed, “what an absurd notion”. Both Velvet and Calamity notice Liam pulling something out of his pocket and placing it on his hand.

Driver on!

Connect please!

To everyone’s shock, a magic circle appeared and Liam pulled a gun from it. He aims it at the alicorn. “Not an ape… A Wizard” Liam replies. He then opens fire. Surprisingly, he took out a bulk of the enemies, but the alicorn took to the skies and landed on a rooftop. The mass of monsters began to rush him. He began to smoothly dodge the punches and swipe thrown at him. “Typical Ghouls, you guys always act like the brainless cannon fodder, attacking without thinking” he comments, he delivers a low kicking swipe, tripping a couple of the beasts. He then turns to grab a punch from another to then reroute the momentum to flip it onto its back. He turned to shoot five more with his gun.

He turned to clothesline another that attempted to charge him.

“Oi! Is that all you got” he taunted the Alicorn. She grits her teeth, “I'll send you to oblivion!” She roared. She shot a blast of raw energy at him. The human nearly managed to dodge it in time.

“Ok, I think it's time to pull out the big guns.”, Liam places the red ring on his left hand onto the driver.

Driver On!

Henshin!

Liam reaches out to the left of him.

Another circle spears to his side, but this one was bright red unlike the last one. It then began to trace itself across Liam’s body as it moves to the side. His figure was being engulfed in a bright flame as this happens.

Flame Please!

When the flashy process ended, ruby red and black armored figure was in the place Liam once stood.

Velvet and Calamity were awestruck at the sight of the human’s new appearance. “Liam… Is that you?” Velvet questioned. The figure looked back at the unicorn and Pegasus. He gave them a friendly thumbs up. “Yep, it's me alright” he then turns to the alicorn. She was equally surprised, “w-who are you, that intense magical power… You shouldn't be capable of that type of feat, you're not a unicorn! W-what are you!” She demanded.

Liam looked over himself, “Hero, vigilante, enforcer of justice… We go by many names, But we all can agree on one official title for ourselves, and that is the title of Kamen Rider!” He announced. Velvet and calamity were surprised to hear that name again, Kamen Rider.

Liam summoned a sword, via Driver, and then pointed it at the Alicorn. “You're not laying your hooves on Velvet or Calamity, it is my duty to prevent the creation of more phantoms, and I will cut you down if needed.” He elaborated.

More ghouls appeared, surrounding the Rider. He looked around. They're determined, he can give them that at least. He looked to Calamity, “get velvet out of here, she’s the main target.” He orders. Calamity nodded as he stood up and rushed to his wife’s aid. “Come on, we need to regroup with the others” he explained. Velvet nodded, the two then look to Liam, “y’all better not die on us, ya hear, you owe us a lot of answers” calamity informed. The two then ran off.

Liam nodded, “you two watch yourselves as well”. He then turned his attention back to the horde that surrounded him.

“Ok… It's Showtime!”

Jonas was thrown through the window of what was once the carousel boutique. “Shit… This girl packs a punch, I guess that I'll need more than martial arts to beat her”. He pulls out his Gaia memory.

Accel!

Henshin!

A red light shines within the building before Kamen rider Accel jumps out from the window and charges the alicorn. The mare conjures a shield for protection as he slashed at her. The barrier held against the endless barrage.

“It's pointless to resist!” She yelled. The alicorn let out a magical butt that threw the rider back. He stood back up and rushed the pony again. “You're a Persistent little parasite” She spat. She then shot a barrage of magical blasts at Jonas. He began to straff past the shots. As he did this he noticed something. She couldn't cast offensive and defensive spells at the same time.

He smirked under his helmet when a plan started to form in his head.

“Wow! For an all powerful being, your aim is pretty shoddy!” He taunted. The alicorn growled, “w-what did you say, brat!”. She shot some more and the rider dodged some more.

“I mean seriously, you have all this power yet your too cross-eyed to cast your spells in the right direction” he continued. “Shut up you ape!” She yelled. She madly shot more, trying to hit her target. Jonas chuckled, he was starting to gain speed as he charged the alicorn who now forgot to put up her shield since he was closing in.

He ran up and kicked the mare back into a wall. He then brought up his sword and began to slash at the mare. After a few cuts, he grabbed her with one hand and threw her to the side into an oddly colored pool of water that had accumulated over time.

“Jonas you idiot!” Rose yelled. Jonas turned to the mare, “What, I beat her didn't I?”.

“You threw her into a pool full of Balefire radiation, you practically healed her fully!” The earth pony retorted.

“Wait, I did what!?” Jonas said in surprise. Before anyone could act, The alicorn launched our of the pool, ramming him into a building. The structure then collapsed on both of them.

Rose simply facehoofed. Mercury was cowering on the mare's back. Rose notices this. “Hey, it's going to be ok” she reassures the filly.

Both Rider and Alicorn emerge from the rubble. “I’LL END YOU” the alicorn roared.

“Bitch, I like to see you try!” The human shot back.

Double was struggling as he traded blows with the alicorn. It was next to impossible to see her everytime she disappeared.

“Dammit, we're getting nowhere with this” Shoutaro’s voice echoes. “I have an idea” Philip said. He then trades out the cyclone memory with a red memory.

Heat! Joker!

The rider’s green half turned a crimson red.

“Phillip! We've been over this already, you need to warn me when you do that” Shoutaro retaliated. “Now is not the time, head to that building” Philip said. “Which building?” His partner asked. “The rundown supermarket.” Philip elaborated.

“What are we going to Haggle her into forfeiting the fight” Shoutaro joked. “Can you not joke right now and head to the building” Philip yelled. “Ok, ok…” Shoutaro replied.

The Kamen rider ran for the building, dodging any shots that were made by their invisible foe.

“Ahh… I see now” Shoutaro stated as they entered the building. Double then pulled out a blue memory and replaced the joker memory.

Heat! Trigger!

A gun then appeared In double’s hand.

“You can't hide from me” the alicorn giggled. Her voice echoed.

“We're not hiding…” Philips voice simply stated.

“... But you're the one that's about to be found” Shoutaro’s voice retorts. Double aims his weapon and shoots flaming bullets at the shelves of old or rotting items, setting them ablaze. The smoke from the fire started to build up until a sudden ringing sounded throughout the building. The sprinklers on the ceiling then went off, pouring water down.

An outline of a pony formed as the droplets fell. “W-what?” The alicorn said in shock. Double flicked his left wrist, “you May be invisible…” Shoutaro explained.

“...but you are still a solid object!” Philip finished. Double then shot the outline formed In the improvised rain. The Alicorn screamed in pain. “Gotcha!” Shoutaro exclaimed.

The mare dropped the spell, revealing her visible self, and then collapsed. She had suffered multiple scratches and burns from the unexpected barrage of shots, “Y-you Foals… You’ll never escape us, the others will find you and hunt you down” she spat in pain.

“Oh yeah? we’ll be waiting then… But now you should take a nap” Shoutaro replied.

With that, alicorn passed out. “We should go check up on the others Philip” Shoutaro recommended. “Yes, I think it's best we regroup now before more show up” his partner agreed.

Double then walked off, leaving the unconscious pony, His left half flicking its wrist.

Liam was flashing through the waves of ghouls as they attempt to land a hit on him,

Big please!

Liam puts his arm through the magic circle, increasing the size ten fold, and swung the massive fist down. He caused a shockwave that knocked down most of the enemies and crushed a few with his massive fist.

His hand returned to normal size just in time for him to duck under a punch intended for him and counter with a backslash. The ghouls continued to attack him and he continued to knock them down.

“That's it! I have lost my patience with you!” The alicorn yelled. She teleports down to him and bucks him with immense force, knocking him into a wall. “Well, I'm gonna feel that in the morning” Liam groaned. The alicorn shot out a blast of magic at the Rider. luckily, Liam was able to roll out of the way.

He then pulled out a blue ring.

Water Please!

The color of the rider’s armor had changed from red to blue.

Bind Please!

Chains then erupted from the ground, surrounding the alicorn. “W-what, I-I can't move” she exclaimed.

“I think it's Time to wrap things up” Liam commented. He switches back to his original form and adjusts the wizardriver’s hand-like emblem.

Very nice strike kick!

He then jumps up into the air and begins to decent down at the alicorn with his foot extended out at an angle. The alicorn could only watch as he came at her at abnormal speed.

An explosion could be seen and heard in the distance. Calamity and Velvet could feel the ground slightly shaking. “What is he doing over there” calamity exclaimed.

“That's the result of a rider kick if we Ever saw one” a voice said. “Yes, but who is the rider that is doing the kicking”, another asked.

They turn to see Kamen rider double walking up to them. Scarlet was following close behind, straining to carry the limp body of Philip. “A little help would be nice” The mare hinted. Calamity and velvet galloped to her aid. “We’ll go check it out, you three stay here” Shoutaro ordered. The rider then ran off towards the source of the explosion.

Jonas was thrown across the air and into a pile of Rubble. “Just stay down already, ape” The alicorn demanded. He simply stood up, “nah, I'll just stick with being the pesky brat that foils your plans” he mused. He then charged the mare again only to be knocked back by another sheild. “You're such a coward, fight fair dammit!” He spat.

The sheild expanded, launching him Into a wall of another building.

The alicorn turned to Rose and Mercury. “Don't even think about it” Rose threatened, she got into a defensive stance.

The alicorn giggled, “Or what? you're an earth pony, you have no magic.”. Her horn then lit up. Rose was lifted off from the ground, dropping Mercury. She was then launched to the side into a rock. She screamed in pain. “All the trouble you put me through was for nothing” the alicorn mocked. Jonas charged her again, “leave her alone you bi-” he was cut off by another expanded sheild, launching him back again.

She then picked Rose back up and began to choke her out. “I'll snuff out your pethetic existence” she laughed.

Rose coughed and gasped for air. Mercury watched in fear as she was being suffocated.

“R-run” Rose gasped to the filly. The alicorn tightens her magical grip around the mares throat.

Mercury still didn't move. She felt a dark memory reforming. She started to see images of the blood returning, the gun shot… The bodies.

“Leave her alone…” She mouthed. No one saw her do this.

Jonas charged the alicorn only to be bucked by the mare and knocked back again.

Mercury started to shake now. What was this feeling, it felt so dark. She hasn't felt this feeling since her last moments spent with her parents. She didn't know what it was then, and she didn't know what it was now. “Stop it..” Her voice was only a tiny bit louder, but still, nobody heard her.

The grip tightens around Rose’s neck more.

Mercury felt like she was about to erupt like a volcano. Her mind raced the emotion grew, becoming more familiar. She felt the pressure transferring to her horn. “Stop choking her” her voice was more audible, it was filled with venomous spite. This time, the Alicorn heard a dark mumble. She turned to the filly that was glaring angrily at her. A white aura was building in mass around the child's horn, “pardon… You want to fight me little one, fine, give me your best sho-”, Mercury snapped, “SHUT UP AND DROP MY MOTHER, YOU BASTARD!” She screamed. She shot a massive beam of raw magical energy. Mercury then finally remembered the feeling she had… It was hate… It was hate for all that was happening to her. She hated it, she wanted it all to disappear. She wanted the ones who caused it to disappear.

The alicorn stared at awe at the sudden mass of power that was about to collide with her, she dropped Rose and threw up a shield. The beam tore through it and then through her. She gasped in pain. When the light dimmed down, the alicorn was standing in shock. She felt a warm feeling. She looked down at herself, her upper torso was torn open, bleeding out.

“H-how…” She weakly gasped. The Alicorn then went limp and collapsed. The filly panted, looking at the dead pony. It took a few moments for the thought to sink in. Her eyes widened, she just killed Somepony.

Rose coughed and took in the air in deep breaths. “W-what happened” she then noticed the corpse. She then looked to the now traumatized Mercury. They locked gazes. Tears filled the filly’s eyes, “I-i didn't mean to…”.

It took a couple seconds for it to click in her head. Mercury had just taken a life. “Goddesses” she muttered in disbelief.

She stumbled as she stood up before breaking into a gallop to the filly. She embraced her. “Hush now, it's ok… It's not your fault.” She reassures the sobbing child.

Jonas had risen to his feet again and witnessed the events that had happened. Though the sudden expiration of the alicorns life was surprising, he saw something else . He walked up to the too. He kneeled down to Mercury. “Mercury, can I check behind your ear for a moment” he asked calmly. Though she killed the alicorn, there was something else he was worried about. Something he managed to barely catch a glimpse of when She snapped. The filly weakly nodded and layed her head on Rose’s chest.

Jonas reached for the ear and tugged it forward revealing something behind it. Though the others couldn't see it through his visor, his eyes grew so wide it almost hurt at what he saw. There were small glowing dark purple cracks behind her ear. He mentally sighed in relief. They seemed to be closing up now . But the fact still remained on what he was seeing. He had watched Kamen Rider Wizard with Liam and Kano, and though he didn't remember all the details like Liam did, he knew one plot relevant thing and that was the creation of phantoms which means this sign on the filly meant one thing, Mercury was a gate. it seems she resisted despair and overcame the phantom inside, her little frightening outburst showed that, but it still bothered him. The alicorn specifically demanded they handed Mercury over, and it can't be a coincidence that she was a gate. It also worried him that the birth of a phantom is possible in this world, he would bet his hide that there are many out there in the wasteland that would give in to despair. He would need to be more careful now, for all he knew, other enemies from the Kamen rider brands could show up. Worms, undead… Hell, since he can transform in this world, Dopants could possibly be a thing in this world and make his life miserable.

“I-is everything alright” Rose asked. She noticed his dead silence. Jonas snapped from his train of thought and looked at her. He then looked back at the ear and noticed that the cracks were now gone. “It nothing…. It's nothing at all” he lied, She didn't need to know. Mercury had resisted despair and contained her inner phantom, her dying and changing into a monster was no longer a problem. Telling them now would build unneeded fear among the group, but it would be a smart idea to find Liam since he had the Wizardiver and the wizard rings. The rules of the existence of gates may be different here than on earth, like how unicorns can already use magic without needing to undergo the trials that test their hope, unlike humans. The sure way for a gate to resist despair might be different here as well, so it wouldn't hurt to have one of the rings nearby just in case… That is if one of the rings he bought was one of the rings used to bring gates back from despair and transfer people to the underworld, but he’ll cross that bridge in due time.

“The hell happened here!” A voice exclaimed. Jonas stood up and turned around to see a Cinnamon brown Pegasus in a black cowboy hat, a black unicorn with a white mane with a red and yellow stripe running through it, and a Bright red Pegasus mare carrying the unconscious body of…. Philip from Kamen Rider W?. Jonas facepalmed his blue visor, “You gotta be freaking shitting me” he said in a blunt tone.

Liam stood over the burnt pavement that was once the alicorn that had attacked him. He dusted himself off. He then felt a strong presence of magical energy nearby. “The hell is that?” He muttered.

“Liam” a robotic voice called out. He looked to see a floating spherical bot with wings that resembled that of a fly. “Are you receiving me Liam?” The voice echoed through the machine. It sounded oddly familiar. “Spike?” He questioned. “That's right! I manage to get some of the sprite bots working again, But please call me watcher, you don't know who could be watching us” The voice warned. “Sure, watcher…. Also, sorry for my little episode back at your place” Liam apologized. “No, I was at fault too, I underestimated your abilities…also, that was quite the stylish performance” The bot chirped. “Oh so you saw that… Hehe… It was a bit showy wasn't it.” The rider embarrassingly chuckled, rubbing the back of his head. “Yes I did, you were like one of those heroes from the comics I used to read when i was a kid” The voice compliments. “Yeah, that's kinda how most riders are like in their profession” Liam explained. “... And your catchphrase, ‘It's Showtime!’, that delivery was very great” He continued. “Ok, I think we should stop the fanboying before you start giving off a tangent like you're a member of congress” Liam nervously chuckles. “A member of what now?” spike asked in confusion. The human shook his head, “never mind… Anything you want to tell me before I head off to meet up with the others?”

“Yeah… Somepony tipped off DJPon3 about a figure on some sort of motor vehicle, riding across the wasteland, it was announced not to long ago, did you happen to have anything to do with that?” The dragon asked through the machine. Liam shrugged, “I managed to bring something over from my world” he gestured to the bike behind him. “I see, you do know that drawing attention to yourself is a bad idea right now, you may have proven yourself to be capable to fend for yourself in your own way, but the last thing you need is multiple factions out for your head, and I don't think you killing an alicorn earned you any brownie points with any faction that features the alicorn race, such as the new unity, some NCR settlements, and some small alicorn factions… For now, I think you should gather the others and head back here” Spike replied.

“Oi, I appreciate the concern, but you're not the boss of me” Liam interjected. “Well I'm one of the only few allies you currently have here though” the drake replied smugly. Liam rose his finger to object but then stopped and then puts it back down, “well played… I hate you for that, but still, well played.”.

“Liam” a duo of voices call out, he turns go see Kamen rider double running to him. “Wait… Kano!?” He exclaimed. “Well…” One voice started. “... Close, but Not exactly” another finished.

Liam tilts his head in confusion, “eh?”.

(Later, inside spike's lair)

“The hell is this bullshit?!” Liam exclaimed. “Hey I'm just as confused as you are buddy” Jonas replied. “How!?... What type of being or force cause this, beings don't just fuse through universes like it's an episode of DBZ” He retorted. “Well whatever it is, we're stuck with it until we can get Kano back in some shape or form… That is if we can” Jonas sighed.

Spike scratched his head, “umm… If you two are done, we could use that explanation you promised us”. The four humans looked among each other before looking at the ponies. “You might want to sit down, this will take a bit to explain” Jonas warned.

...So the four of us explained each of our respective stories after explaining the existence of the Kamen riders, me and Philip told our story last. We told them about earth, the Gaia memories, and the dopants, and how me and Philip hunt them down to protect the innocent. Liam explained the existence of phantoms and gates and the rules of magic for the citizens of earth.

I honestly feel bad for Jonas, Rose scolded him relentlessly when she found out that her adoptive daughter was a gate when Liam gave his exposition to everyone, and how he knew the whole time without telling her.

We still have yet to figure out how we're going to get home. But for now, a new mystery is at hand… How did Phantoms gain access to this world, did they have assistance? Or were they here before us. It also makes me think, what if there are Gaia memories around, will dopants be showing up as well? What does this world have in store for us, Could other riders be here under similar circumstances?

I have yet to find these answers but I intend to seek them ou-

“Oh my Faust, are you Monologuing and trying to act smooth!?” Scarlet exclaimed. Shoutaro was taken by surprise, he fell back and ou to his hindquarters. The mare laughed at this. “I-um…. Y-yeah” the detective said embarrassingly. “Why” she asked. “Well, back on earth, that's how I usually run my business, detectives need to be hardboiled ya know.” He explained

“You seem too soft-boiled for that train of thought” She snickered. “Oi, don't call me that!” Shoutaro objected. “Nah, I think of him to be more half boiled” Philip smugly said from the back of the room, not taking his eyes off his book. “You stay out of this” The detective retorts back to his partner. His face was turning red. Most of the others in the room shared a collective laugh or snicker at his expense. “Come on Shoutaro, they're on a ‘roll’ with these egg puns” Jonas added. “Goddamit Jonas that was just terrible” Liam huffed.

The boy shrugged, “hey, at least I'm trying” he laughed.
