Jimmy gasps for air as his body struggles to keep pace with Nicole pulling him along side her. She pulls him into a room, and barricades the door with various furniture. Jimmy lays down on the bed clutching his burned face. The skin on the right side of his face was now black, and charred. You can see his bleeding teeth through a quarter sized hole. His right hand is also severely burned large blisters cover his hand. As well as his stomach, and thighs are also severely burned. The only parts of his body besides his back that weren't severely burned were the left side of his face, and part of his left arm. Nicole sits next to Jimmy looking at him with concern. Jimmy wants to curse, but decides to simply pull Nicole closer to him in an embrace wincing at the pain. Jimmy's heart hurts on one hand he wants to protect himself, and Nicole. On the other hand he wants to protect his mother that is if he even can. Nicole pushes herself away from Jimmy, and starts to search the drawers.

While Nicole looks for whatever it is that she is looking for Jimmy heads to the bathroom to get a better look at his face. He throws up into the sink at the sight of his burned face. He immediately regrets throwing up as vomit pours out of his new hole making it hurt to an unimaginable degree. Jimmy looks up at the mirror what he sees startles him. It was his father staring at him through the reflection.

"D..dad?"

"Yeah. More or less."

"What do I do? The crazy bitch is possessing mom!"

"Listen Jimmy this isn't going to be easy. You are going to have to make a tough decision. You either kill your mother thus killing whatever this thing is, or you let it kill you, and that sweet little girl. I wish there was an alternative, but there isn't."

"D..dad."

"Yeah...I know. A child should never have to make this decision, but it has to be made."

There is silence in the room as neither of them say another word. Soon a knock on the door breaks the silence. Jimmy snaps his head up looking at his own reflection. Jimmy splashes some water on his face, and opens the door. Nicole is standing there with a tube of burn ointment, and a needle filled with pain killer. Jimmy takes the items and ruffles Nicole's brown hair making her smile at him. Jimmy goes through the entire tube of burn ointment covering most of his burns. He doesn't put any in the hole figuring that would only make matters worse, but instead injects himself with the pain killer. Jimmy sighs with relief as the medicine takes effect not quite making him numb, but takes just enough of the pain to make it tolerable.

Once done with treating his wounds Jimmy leaves the bathroom. When he gets back into the patient area of the room he is astonished as to what Nicole has done to the room. She had some how managed to tip the two beds over to form a barricade. There were several hoses strewn about behind it in intricate knots. It is obvious that if you stepped in one that your feet would get tangled. Jimmy looks down at the floor were Nicole had torn an IV open making the floor very slick. What amazed Jimmy most of all was that she had somehow managed to turn the bed sheets into some kind of net above the knot traps. Jimmy smirks as he sees everything this little did while he was in the bathroom.

"Just how in the world did you manage to do all of this while I was in the bathroom?"

"You were in there for really long time. Besides Papaw taught me a lot when ever I visited him at his Crematorium. He used to be a Marine in his younger days. So he taught me all kinds of neat things. Hehe." Nicole chuckles as she grabs Jimmy by the hand, and pulls him behind the overturned beds.

"And how exactly did you manage to do this?"

"They have these things called wheels silly. I just lined them up then pushed them over."

"Aren't they heavy?"

"A little, but it is easier if you take the bed part off first, and lower the rails."

"I see, and how did you manage the bedsheet trap?" Jimmy points above them.

"Hehe. That one I'll keep a secret. Boop" Nicole taps him on the nose with her index finger.

Jimmy sniffles his nose at the sudden touch. Which makes Nicole giggle a little. Jimmy feels all warm inside all of his past fears about this strange kid seem to just melt away. He makes his decision if it was the last thing he did he would protect her to his dying breath.

Emily drags her body along the hallway following the glowing footsteps. Her body has lost a lot of blood if she were still human she would have long since died, but that is no longer the case. Her body becomes pale as the wound finally stops bleeding there wasn't any more blood to bleed. Her skin begins to howl with static as she walks along the path; she is going to kill them. Soon enough the trail ends at a door Emily smiles, and tries to push the door open. Only to be denied. Emily scowls as she tries to force the door open only for it to not even budge. She starts to pound the door with her fists screaming.

"You think this will stop me! I will get you Jimmy Knoles!"

Emily steps back from the door, and starts to hunch over. Two large mounds begin to bubble on her back as she screams. The sound of flesh tearing could be heard through the door. Making Jimmy, and Nicole cover their ears. Two large grey wings pierce through her back covered in clear slime. Emily huffs as she regains her composure. She spreads her wings, and plants her on the opposing wall. With a mighty thrust she slams into the door nearly tearing it off of it's hinges. A massive dent is now in the center of the door. Emily goes back to the wall, and repeats the slam. This time she busts through the barricade completely; in fact she over shoots, and flies straight into the sheet trap. Landing in the knot traps laid about the floor underneath her she is now hog tied in the sheets. Jimmy, and Nicole run out of the room, and into the hallway.

Emily lets loose a ferocious growl as she tears through the sheets as if they were nothing. She flies into the hallway glaring down to where Jimmy, and Nicole were. She flaps her wings closing the distance in seconds. Grabbing Jimmy by the tuft of his hair Emily drags him through the hallway. Emily flies through a window shattering glass all around them. With mighty flaps of her wings she climbs into the raining sky. Emily reaches the top of the hospital, and throws Jimmy onto the roof top. Jimmy tries to run towards the door, but the door is locked. He turns towards his mother who is floating in the air just a few inches above the ground. A look of fear is on his face he has no idea what he is supposed to do. Emily laughs drowning out the sound of thunder, and rain.

"I brought you a letter."

Jimmy just looks at her with disgust.

" Oh, do you know the muffin mare,

the muffin mare, the muffin mare,

She lives in Ponyville.

She'll grind you bones and make you bleed,

She'll bake you up in a pastry

Oh, do you know the muffin mare,

She lives in Ponyville.

She'll chop you up and grind your bones,

"I am watching you Jimmy!" Emily laughs more.

"You..are...one major psychotic bitch of a mare! I am going to kick your sick, disgusting, perverted ass all over this rooftop! Then I am going to tear you out of my mother go home, and post on your wall that I made you my bitch!"

"Ah! What's the matter don't you think I'm sexy!?" She strikes a sexual pose, and rubs her hands all over her soaking body. "No!? Then how about we move things along to the final round! Shall we?" Emily flaps her wings with great force propelling her towards him.

Jimmy raises his arms to protect him, but Emily strikes him with a knee to his gut with such force he can feel his eyes bulge. Jimmy collapses to all fours gasping for breath. He doesn't get the chance though as Emily lands on his head driving it into the ground. Emily does a front flip off of him; looking over her shoulder she looks at him struggling to get up. Emily walks back towards her prey; a smug look on her face as she slowly squats down to pick up Jimmy's head. She spreads her legs to make sure that Jimmy gets a good look at the place that he himself once came out of. Jimmy tries to look at her through his swollen eyes, but his vision is quickly failing. Emily takes a long exhale in Jimmy's face.

"You should have been nicer to mares Jimmy." Emily takes her free hand, and tears out Jimmy's eyes. Jimmy screams in horror as she tears out his eyes. She places her prize into her mouth, and swallows them whole. She then sticks her tongue into Jimmy's eye sockets, and laps up his blood. The sound of slurping fills her ears with excitement as she drinks his blood. Jimmy groans in agony as Emily twirls her tongue in his eye holes. Taking her hands she wraps them around Jimmy's throat. She forces him back unto his back, and mounts him choking him out grinding herself on him as she does. Jimmy grabs her wrists, and tries to pull her off of him, but is unsuccessful. With a wicked grin Emily snaps Jimmy's neck with a gurgling noise. Emily starts to laugh when something strange starts to happen. The storm quiets down, and an echoing song fills the air. Making her skin crawl as if there were thousands of worms crawling underneath the surface.

"Don't you ever laugh as the hearse goes by,

For you may be the next one to die.

They wrap you up in big white sheets

and cover you from head to feet.

They put you in a big black box

And cover you with dirt and rocks.

All goes well for about a week,

Until your coffin begins to leak.

The worms crawl in, the worms crawl out,

A big green worm with rolling eyes

Crawls in your stomach and out your sides.

Emily looks around to see where the song was originating from that is when she sees her. The little girl that was with Jimmy was standing on the edge of the roof top a look of pure hatred in her eyes. Emily smirks as she looks at the little girl. However as she makes her way over to the last of her prey something happens something that she could not have expected. The little girl closes, and opens her eyes, and they are pitch black. She smiles showing off a pair of razor sharp fangs. A pair of black wings, and tail unfurl from behind her. She starts to hover above the ground just as Emily had done just a few moments prior. A look of fear crosses Emily's face as she looks at the child.

"Wh...what the hell are you!?"

A chilling echo comes from the child's mouth. "Lets just say that I am a spirit. You are not the only one that has a vendetta Derpy Whooves."

"WH...what are you talking about?"

" You took someone very precious to me a very long time ago Derpy. So I am here to seek revenge for the wrong you committed back in Ponyville."

Emily's eyes begin to flicker as the green leaves them completely. " A wrong I committed in Ponyville, but that was an accident!"

" Now, now we both now that isn't true. You took him away from me, now I have found a way to exact my revenge against you. I am going to kill you Derpy just like you killed him." Nicole points over to Jimmy.

"You can try!"

Derpy charges at the girl with frightful speed, but misses as she flies upwards. Derpy curses as she pursues the girl up into the clouds. The both stop at the top of the clouds; lightning illuminating the clouds below.. Derpy pants at the exertion, but her opponent just simply smirks. Spirit flies at Derpy kicking her in the back of her head as she passes by. Derpy is sent falling a few feet before she regains herself. Derpy scans the skies for the girl spotting her Derpy plunges down into the black clouds. Spirit dives down after her. The swirling black mist makes it hard to see, but a passing lightning bolt illuminates the cloud's interior. The two spot each other, and crash into each other. They fall several feet as they bite, and claw at each other. They break away from each other just above the tree line. They again climb back into the air high above the clouds. Derpy now chases the girl through the air trying to catch her. Just as she is about to catch her Spirit folds her wings to her side to drop taking Derpy's back. Derpy smiles at this she might not be the best flyer, but she can do something that most can't. Derpy reverses her flapping motion and catches Spirit face in her legs.

Derpy begins to squeeze her legs together trying to suffocate Spirit, but gets a rather nasty surprise. Spirit bites down hard on Derpy's exposed lips, and with extreme force tears them off. Derpy lets go immediately as shockwaves of pain run through her body. Spirit adjusts herself until she is in an upright position. With a fanged grin she spits the pieces of flesh out of mouth towards Derpy. Derpy charges at Spirit, but Spirit was expecting this. Spirit flies upwards with Derpy following suit. Higher, and higher they climb until the world below them looks small. Once Spirit reaches her full height she turns, and dives at Derpy. Derpy is too close to evade the maneuver, and is caught by Spirit. Derpy strikes at Spirit over, and over, but Spirit simply flaps her wings to increase their falling rate. Soon enough Derpy is blinded by her hair covering her face. A loud explosion ruptures from underneath them as Spirit drives Derpy through the ceiling of the hospital all the way down to the first floor. They both crash into the ground the sound of bones breaking comes from both of them. Derpy in the epicenter of a crater tries to get up, but all she can do is lift her head. Spirit lies next to her; her black wings spewing blood were bone was exposed. They both laugh weakly at each other's predicament.

" Just what the hell are you!?" Derpy asks as she struggles to breathe.

"I...told you I am Spirit" Spirit coughs up blood.

"But what are you exactly? You are no pony, and only ponies live in Ponyville."

" Now you know that is not true plus I never said I was a pony I am simply...Spirit."

"Simply Spirit huh? Well whatever it's over for both of us anyway."

"Hehehe Yeah for now at least."

Derpy looks over to the girl a smug look on her wondering face.

"You to huh?"

The two girls begin to sing in unison.

The girls laugh as they finish the song. Both of the girls take one last breathe in unison. As they exhale two clouds pour out of their mouths and dissipate into nothingness. The next day a crew of officers, and fire fighters excavate through the ruins of the hospital. A line of news reporters plague the outer parking lot. A naked woman is found in a crater lying next to a little girl in a bright yellow dress. Several nurses, and doctors from other hospitals take care of the bodies as the officers identify the bodies. As an officer goes by a corpse a cell phone begins to go off. The officer picks up the phone, and on the screen was a message. I Brought You A Letter.

Author's Note

So yeah I had no idea where the story was going when I wrote it. I kind of let my stores write themselves that way I can be surprised along the way. I might do a back story to the Spirit and it's relation to Derpy later on, but no guarantee. I also decided to start calling her Derpy instead of Emily during the flight fight because Emily no longer mattered at that point.
