As the Doctor was traveling alone, the TARDIS crashes in a strange place. As the Doctor wakes up, he meets a nurse named Sandra Flynn around him. A surprised Doctor looks around and notices he is a pony like everyone else. But he tells Sandra danger is coming since the return of Master is hinted when the TARDIS detects a separate TARDIS. As the Doctor convinces Sandra to help, romance and sadness comes when Ponyville is invaded by aliens, creatures, and more.
