Chapters The fist time I woke everything was dark, I felt like my eyes were open but I still couldn't see. Ponies were talking around me.
"Forceps." I groaned, trying to look around. "Shit...He's up. Put him back under now, damnit! I can't work on him like this!" There was a sharp prick on my neck. Everything seemed slowed down. My breathing slowed and I passed out again. Second time I was being dragged, everything blurry. I was picked up and thrown into some large crate or something like that. They slammed the doors shut and I heard the sound of an engine starting. The crate I was in was the back of a van. I passed out yet again. The final time I woke for good. I was still groggy from being drugged and I could hardly see two feet in front of my face. I called out.
"H...Hello...? Any....oof....Anypony there...?" My head hurt and my eyes burned. I was sitting up, I tried standing but I couldn't move. "The....hell...?" I looked down. My legs were held down by electronic restraints. I struggled. "H-Hey! What's...What's happening?!" I was blinded by a flash of light. I closed my eyes and slowly opened them. I looked around the room. The tile on the walls were cracked and chipped at. same with the tile on the floor. I struggled even more. "SOMEPONY?!" I pulled on my restraints. "WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?!" I looked at the ground. I could see my reflection on the ground. My black and grey mane was a mess, my eyes were a lighter shade of green, my mane was a mess as well. I looked like shit. I caught something out of the corner of my eye...a pair of wings. White wings...my wings...I began breathing heavily. In the top left corner of the room I hard somepony talking.
"Welcome." I shouted at the speaker.
"WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU?!"
"Everypony calm..down." Everypony? The fuck does he mean by everypony? "I shall explain all. Right now you are in your starting rooms. When I press the button in front of me, the lights will go back off, the restraints will unhold you, and the devices we put in your heads will turn on."
I was struggling more. "Then the game begins. There are 15 of you but I am only allowing one of you to leave alive. Around the playing field are weapons scattered about, I even hid one firearm, if you're lucky enough to find it. Once there is one pony remaining, they have earned their freedom and shall be given the code to the exit."
"THE FUCK DO YOU-"
"I advise you calm down, Mr. Tone."
"Hey, how the fuck do you know my name?!"
"We'e been watching you all of a while now. Your every move, studying you all. Waiting to make sure we picked the right ones." I struggled more. "Now...let's meat the contestants." The way he said 'meet' made it sound like he was trying to say 'meat'. To my left the wall opened up and flipped around, The wall had 14 TV screens on it. They all turned on. Ponies like me were restrained to their chairs. I could hear them now, they were yelling and screaming. One was even crying. Mares and stallions were restrained like me. I could hardly make out what some were saying.
"MY FUCKING WINGS, YO!!!"
"YOU FUCKING CUNT!"
"MY HORN!"
"MOMMY!!!!" I struggled more. The voice spoke again.
"QUIET!" Everypony shut up. "The rules are simple. In the playing field there are weapons and traps. The traps are meant to kill, some quick and clean and others..." He chuckled evilly. "Slow...painful...flesh-ripping..." Somepony whimpered. "I also sent MY ponies in there with you...you should be able to tell the difference between a player and my ponies." He chuckled evilly again. "The devices in your heads are hooked up to your eyes. Think of it as the...night-vision setting on a camera." Somepony spoke up, a mare.
"Please...I have two kids...I can't do this!" The voice continued.
"You all will fight to the death until one remains, at that point I will give the code. My ponies, if not all already killed, will still be roaming around. And the traps, if not all disarmed and used already, will still be active. Anypony caught fiddling with the exit lock when they are not the last alive will be killed slowly. Flesh ripped from skin, muscle torn from bone." I gagged a bit, I heard somepony puke. "I'll give you 30 seconds to prepare, then the count down will start." Everypony went into panic mode.
"PLEASE! MY FOALS!"
"I CAN'T KILL!!"
"I'M TOO YOUNG TO DIE!" I struggled hard and joined into the panic.
"FUCK EVERYPONY ELSE! WHEN I GET OUT I'M COMING FOR YOU! YOU HEAR ME?!" Somepony yelled out in agreement. "YOU FUCKED WITH THE WRONG STALLION!" I've never killed anypony in my life, now here I was saying I was gonna kill him.
"30 seconds is up..." I closed my eyes and tried to calm my self. "10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...Let the games...begin." I opened my eyes and the room went dark. Nopony else was talking, I'm guessing the audio and the TV's were shut off. I felt my restraints let me go. I stood slowly. I still couldn't see. The night-vision flickered on and off quickly for a while before remaining solid. I began breathing heavily again as the door in front of me swung open. The first thing that hit me was the smell...it reeked...of death. I slowly walked towards the door...to the unknown...
The first thing I heard was a scream, an inpony scream. I frantically looked around outside of my room. The whole small, tight hallway was dark, thanks to the thing put in my head I could see just fine. The hallway was so tight, two ponies could hardly stand side by side. That was when I heard heavy panting. The pounding of hooves on stone. I looked behind me. Somepony rounded the corner and smacked into the side of the wall. I backed up slowly. It was hard to see at this distance but they looked like they've already been through hell. They looked right at me, their eyes glowing, thanks to my built in filter. They were hunched over and slowly scrabbled to me. They began to pick up speed and let out the most inpony sounding scream ever. They ran full speed at me. I turned and bolted. The hallways were too small to turn quickly without slamming into a wall. I had to slow down at each turn. I went to turn a corner and ran right into something and fell back. I looked to see what I ran into, another pony. We both crawled slowly. He looked WAY stronger then me. He looked at me and knew it. I quickly got up and tied to run past him. He grabbed my legs and pulled me to the ground. I tried kicking him off but he held me still. He got up and grabbed me by the neck and pinned me against the wall. I grabbed his hooves, trying to get him off me as he choked me. He slammed my head into the wall and continued choking me. In a panic I grabbed his head and thrust my hooves into his eyes, pushing them in. He yelled out and let go of me. I slid down the wall, gasping for air. I looked to my left and saw the thing that was chasing me run full speed at the stallion. I crawled back in horror as the thing tackled the stallion and attacked him. It began clawing at his stomach, tearing it open. He screamed in pain as I got up, turned and ran. I could hear his screaming as I bolted down the hallways. Eventually I made it to a large, open room. I leaned against on of the walls, panting heavily.
I caught my breath and took a look around the room. Blood all over the walls, body parts all over the floor. One intact body was laying on the ground, a type of blade in the skull. I slowly walked over and looked at the body, It looked decayed, rotted and nasty. The blade in the skull was a machete. I grabbed the hilt and tried to pull it out. It was stuck in there good. I put a hoof on the chest and pushed down and pulled. Eventually I yanked it free. I looked at it a little. I didn't want to stay here much longer, the smell...blech. I looked around the room and took to a slightly bigger hallway. I looked around carefully as I walked, no idea what the traps looked like. There was a loud static then that damn pony talking. "14 remain..." 14...? That poor stallion...he just died. I panted and looked around more.
"Fuck..." I walked down the hall quickly. All around I heard screams and hooves slamming into the ground, it echoed everywhere. It was hard to make out what was far and near. I looked behind me every now and then, making sure nopony or nothing was behind me. I came to a fork in the hallway. I went right. somepony was just...standing in the middle of the hallway. The hallway was at least four ponies from wall to wall. I couldn't see too well...this night vision shit was hard...I slowly walked to them. "Hello...?" The stood there still, on their hind legs. I readied my blade, getting closer. I was able to make more of them out...also to my regret...It was one of those things. It turned to face me, it didn't have its front legs. It screamed and ran at me, tackling me to the ground. My machete was flung from my hooves and I was on the ground. Thank Celestia for the no hooves or my insides would be all over the place. It kept biting at my neck, I held it back with one hoof while I tried to reach for the machete with the other. I looked down the hall...somepony was watching. "FUCKING HELP ME!!!" They stood and watched, then ran off. The things mouth was getting closer and closer to my neck. It was so...fucking strong. I finally grabbed my blade and slammed it into the things skull and pushed it off me. I got up, panting and looking at it. It was twitching. I went over to it slowly. It began convulsing and it got up with lightning speed and charged me again, pinning me against the wall with its body. I pushed it back off me and grabbed the machete and gripped the handle and pushed off its chest, yanking it out of its skull. I pushed it to the ground and slashed and jabbed into its skull, yelling out with each strike. I felt blood splatter all over my arms, chest, and face. After a while, I slammed down over and over on its neck until its head was removed, the continuously stomped on its head until there was nothing left but bone matter and brain tissue. I backed up and panted, looking at it. I turned around and walked down the hall, panting. There was a pony on there hind legs in the middle of the hallway, yelling in pain, I'd bet my ass it was the same pony who left me to die.
I walked over to them and went in front of them. They looked at me then down at their hind hooves. One was stuck in a bear trap, their hoof was a bloody mess. They whimpered.
"P...Please....help me..."
"You...fucking left me..."
"I didn't have a weapon...." I got down and tried forcing it open. He yelled louder, the thing was modded, it was a sawtooth trap, not just the normal, jagged ones. It was deep in his leg.
"Quiet! Do you want one of those things to find us?!"
"F-FUCK man!" I kept trying, him yelling more. I got up and looked around.
"Hold on I'll be back." I ran back to the thing I killed.
"DON'T LEAVE ME, MAN!" I looked at it and began hacking away at its leg. I grabbed the leg and ran back to the pony. I cut into it and took some of the bone out and gave it to him.
"When I open the trap up, stick that in there. I got back down and opened the trap, he yelled more and stuck it in the trap. I let go and grabbed the bone and tried to use it as a crowbar and pry the trap open enough for him to get out. It was getting closer and closer. He finally pulled it out quickly just before the bone snapped. He fell over, holding his leg. I didn't want to use the machete because I didn't want it to bend or snap. I went over to him and helped him up.
"T...Thanks..."
"I'm not here to kill anypony...only the fucker who put us here..."
"S...So the blood..."
"It's that things.." Static then the pony spoke up.
"Smile...you're on camera...everypony is watching..."
"The fuck does he mean...?" The stallion asked.
"In Canterlot..." Oh shit... "Manehatten....Fillydelphia, Las Pegasus...Ponyvile...Everypony is watching...Your family, friends...even the princesses..." He chuckled. "Thanks to the devices in your heads, they see what you see..."
"FUCK YOU!!!!" I Shouted.
"The rules have been explained to them...they all know how to play..." The voice went silent. All I could think of is my poor mother...she was watching....she couldn't be...he's lying. If he wasn't...
"Fuck...fuck..." I kept repeating. I dropped my blade. "Mom if you're watching...I'm sorry..."
"Sky..." The stallion said. "I haven't killed yet..."
"I haven't killed...only thing I have is one of those puppets..." I said. "Please don't say you saw that..." I looked at my machete and picked it back up. I went and helped the colt. "What's your name...?"
"Thunder Shock...you...?"
"White Tone..."
"Thank's for saving my flank..."
"No problem." I helped him down the hall.
"Where are you from?" He asked.
"Mane, you?"
"Ponyvile." I nodded. "Fuck...my marefriend...I'm gonna die here..."
"No you're not...we are gonna find this pony and bring them down..."
"What if he's not in here?"
"..." I didn't think of that. "He...He has to be..." I kept walking with Thunder. We came to a split in the hallway. "What way do you want?"
"Last time I chose it fucked me..." We went right. We kept going for a while Static then that voice.
"13 remain...."
"Maybe we can get through this without killing anypony..." I said.
"What about us...?" Thunder asked. "There can only be one..." He was right...."Fuck...you can kill me...just make it quick..."
"I'm not killing anypony..." There was a loud scream...it sounded like a mare. Me and Thunder rushed down the hall. We rounded the corner and there she was...two stallions were closing in on her. She was unarmed... "Fuck..." I put Thunder down. I couldn't let them do that...just the though of killing some defenseless pony....angered me...I gripped my machete and slowly approached from behind them. I looked back at Thunder, he was looking away.
"Stop moving...we are only gonna kill ya..." One said, laughing. I got behind them.
"Kill this..." I shoved my blade through the back of the stallion, the blade exiting his chest. The other looked at me and I quickly pulled the blade out blocking his attack. He had a knife, I had the upperhoof. I tried jabbing at him but he disarmed me. I looked at him.
"Fucking piece of shit...." I slowly backed up. "I'm gonna kill ya!!" He swung and I ducked, punching him in the stomach. He swung and I tried jumping back, but he got my front left leg, cutting it badly. I held my leg, looking at my machete behind him. I was gonna die but I had to...I ran at him, I dived, grabbed my machete and rolled. He ran at me and I spun around, slashing and getting his stomach. He backed up as both the skin and the abdominal sack had been sliced open. I sat there, frozen as his guts and intestines spilled onto the floor. I ran up and pushed him to the ground, slashing and stabbing his chest. The other pony was trying to crawl away. I kicked him on his back and did the same thing, slashing and stabbing his stomach and chest.
"12 remain..." The one I was on was still screaming. I yelled and slammed my machete into his head. "11 remain..." I panted and backed up, looking at what I have done. I could feel blood rushing down my leg. I was covered in it even more. I looked at the mare, who was frozen, looking at me. I pulled my machete out of the stallions head and went over to the knife, grabbing it and tossing it to the mare. I went back over to Thunder.
"Thunder...you okay...?" I asked.
"So much for not killing anypony..." I sighed. All I could think about is my mom...if he was telling the truth...she saw all of that...
"She was unarmed...I couldn't let her die..." I helped Thunder up and began walking.
"WAIT!" I looked back, the mare was up and limping towards us. I turned around with Thunder. She looked at me. "Why didn't you kill me...?"
"You were unarmed...it's not right...fuck those are the only two I killed...I don't want to kill but...I couldn't stand to see that happen..." She hugged me.
"Thank you...please...I have to get out I have children at home..."
"I know...." She got off me and looked at me. I sighed. "Come on...let's go...we have a better chance in a group.." We began walking, never thought I'd make anysort of friends in this situation...kinda funny. We walked down the wall, hearing the static.
"10 remain..." A third of us were dead...me and the group looked at each other, then walked down the hall.
With ten of us remaining, it was gonna get harder for sure...He had another trick up his sleeve, I knew it...Both me and the mare helped Thunder down the hall. My vision went black. "H...Hey! I can't see!" I looked around frantically.
"Me too!" The mare shouted.
"What's going on...?!" Thunder yelled. There was static and the pony began talking.
"One third of you are now dead. Mr. Tone...congrats. You've already killed two...that's the most of everyone..." He chuckled. "Who ever kills White shall be given an advantage...I will personally tell them the position of the .44 Magnum I hid around the playing field." An image of me appeared in front of me. There was a cartoony frame around it, one of those 'wanted' posters around it.

I was shaking a bit. I was made as a target now...the word dead was red and looked like it was dripping blood. "You may continue..." He laughed and my vision returned. I was still shaking, looking at Thunder and the mare.
"P...Please..." I looked at the mare, she was the only other one armed.
"I won't....you saved me..." I nodded.
"And you saved me," Thunder said. "I'm not gonna hurt you..." I sighed.
"Thanks...." We continued walking. It got to a medium sized hallway, about four ponies across. The mare went ahead. "We should stick as a group..."
"I know...I know..." She stopped. She turned and looked at me. "White...that Magnum...I could get to my kids easier...."
"Mare..." I backed up. She took her knife out.
"White I need that gun...!"
"We can look for it!" She took a step forward.
"OR I could be told where it is! White, I'll do it quickly! I need to get back to my kids!" I continued to back up. I felt my back left hoof sink a bit. I looked down, one of the tiles had gone down, little a pressure pad.
"Fuck...."
"Fuck is right...now give up now or I'll-" She was cut off. Something had stopped two inches away from my stomach. I looked down...Razor Wire...there were a couple drops of fluid on it...Thunder tapped my shoulder and pointed at the mare. I looked at her, her mouth was open. She slowly fell forward...or...her top half did...her torso hit the ground with a soft, wet thud. Her lower half fell to the side...she had been cut clean in half. Her internal organs were made external. Static, then the pony talking.
"9 remain..."
"Oh fuck..." I said, backing up a bit. Thunder gagged and puked. Her poor kids...I walked over to her, looking for a ring on her hoof...there was none...I fell back, sitting on the ground. I just left two kids without a mother...their father most likely wasn't around, or didn't see them at all...or maybe he was dead...fuck...I just put two foals in the orphanage...I hung my head a bit. "FUUUCK!!!" I felt a couple tears. Thunder limped over to me. "I killed her..fuck...her kids..."
"How do you know she has kids...? She could have just said that..." I looked at him. "It's fucked to think like this...but what if she just said that so she had an excuse to kill you?" I slowly got up. "I mean...I don't see a ring..."
"Yeah...you're right...I hope..." I sighed. "Let's just go..." I kept walking with Thunder. "So...who's this Sky pony you were talking about back when this fucker announced all of Equestia was watching?"
"My marefriend...I love her to death an now....I'm never gonna see her. If we make it to the end you're gonna be able to kill me easily..."
"I'll take my own life...or I'll let you kill me...I don't have a mare or anything like that...you can go on..." He stopped looking at me.
"W..White...I mean...you ca-"
"You have the mare...nopony is really gonna miss me if I'm gone..."
"T..Fuck thanks, man..." I nodded.
"No problem..." I kept walking with him. "Listen...we are gonna find that Magnum...You need a weapon. By the wound on your leg, you're not gonna last long in melee combat..." He nodded.
"Again...Thanks for not killing me back there...you have no idea how much that means to me..."
"I have somewhat of an idea..." He chuckled.
"You know, even though we are in hell right now, and everything is fucked...we are here, walking and talking like buds..."
"What do you mean?"
"Well, we are supposed to be killing each other right now, but instead...we have a bit of a friendship thing going on..."
"Huh...yeah..."
"I dunno...its just kinda funny to me."
"No, yeah. I was thinking about that not too long ago."
"Great minds think alike..." We both chuckled.
"I like ya, Thunder...just wish we met someplace else and this whole...killing thing wasn't happening."
"Yeah, same." We came to a dead end.
"Fuck...let's turn back." We turned around and kept walking.
"Why are we here...?" Thunder asked.
"I'm still trying to figure that out too..." I responded. "Maybe this pony is just fucked in the head..." Thunder nodded.
"Yeah..." We had gotten back to the mares body...something was hunched over it. Me and Thunder looked at each other. I slowly walked to it. It looked up at me, one of those things, blood all over its face. I backed up. It went back down to the mares body, grabbing what looked like her large intestine and taking a big bite out of it. I slowly walked with Thunder around it. It didn't pay attention to us, it just ate. We hurried down the hall, away from that thing. "The fuck...?! Was that thing eating her....?!"
"Yeah....I wouldn't be surprised...those things are fucked up...I shoved a blade into one of their skulls and they were still alive..."
"What the fuck...?!" There was a loud BANG BANG We both covered our ears.
"Guess sompony found the Magnum..." I said. Thunder nodded. We moved along for a bit. "No static...guess he wasted two bullets on one of those things..."
"How did you kill it...?" Thunder asked.
"Over kill...I stabbed its head a bunch, cut its head off, then stomped on it till it was nothing more then skull fragments and brain tissue..." He gagged a bit.
"F...Fuck...I don't do well with gore...I gag whenever I get a small cut and it starts to bleed...I can't stand blood...! Sky...she's into those types of movies and...fuck I have to look away and I just can't stand it...!" He was shaking a bit. "I want out, man!"
"Thunder, calm down..."
"I can't take it!! Get me out of here!!"
"Thunder!"
"FUCKIN-" I slapped him and grabbed his shoulders.
"THUNDER!!" He whimpered a bit. "Listen to me...you're getting out of here...okay?" He nodded slowly. "I'll protect you with my life until we are the only ones left...then I'll remove myself quickly and you'll be the winner..." He slowly nodded again. I kept walking with him. We came to a fork in the hall way. We took the left path, it was a bit bigger then the rest, about 9 ponies across. Thunder slipped a bit and I caught him.
"Yo...my hoof just sank a bit..." I looked down, he was standing on a pressure pad. There was a huge THUD behind up. We yelped and looked back. A little ways back the hall way had sealed itself.
"Guess we're not leaving that way..." I took a step and my hoof sank a bit. I stepped on another... There was a bunch of wurring. It was quiet. It sounded like the sound sawblades made...I had a bad feeling about this... The walls had slits on them around chest height. Out of those slits a bunch of rusty blades and saws began sticking out of them and began roaring to life. The walls slowly began to close in on us. "Fuck...RUN!!!" I ran, it was a LOT harder for Thunder. I ended up putting him on my back as we ran. The blades were getting closer and closer. I continued to run. Just ahead was a big open room. I sprinted my flank off to it. Meanwhile the blades and saws were closing in. It was too far...we were gonna die...if the blades didn't get us the walls would crush us. I kept running. I could feel the wind of the blades and saws against my front legs. I dove for the room and fell on my face, the walls closing behind us. I panted, Thunder rolling off me.
"You saved my ass...again." He looked at me. I nodded.
"Y...Yeah..Guess I...did..." I slowly got up, looking around. There was one of those things in the center of the room, looking dead at us. "Fuck..." It stumbled over to us. I quickly grabbed my blade and readied it. Arms and legs...fucking great...It screeched at us, limping over to us. Two more came from the corners of the room, a third from the hallway at the end of the room. Soon a fourth...then fifth...shit we were dead. I gulped and backed up. My hoof sank again, some of the floor gave way, more of the things scrabbled out of the hole and the only door without those things was sealed. "Oh come on...give us a fucking break!!!" I slashed at one, getting its neck. I felt its blood spurt into my face, I closed my eyes and wiped them clean of its nasty, thick, chunky blood. It let out a mix of a scream and a gurgle, blood frothing around its mouth. Thunder was backed against the wall. I slashed at it again, missing. I lunged at me and I ducked down, turning around and slashing the tendons at the back on its knees, fucking lucky me. I pushed it down, stomping hard down on its head, yelling out. There was a sickening splat as its skull was shattered and its brain turned to mush under my hoof. I looked back...five more. One charged me I slashed and got its stomach, its large intestine was hanging out and it stumbled back. I shook my head a bit and grabbed hole of it, yanking it out, pulling it to me. I quickly spun it around and ran it into a wall, slamming its head repeatedly into the wall. I yelled out and gave one final, hard slam and splattered its head against the wall. Four...
Two of them charged at me. I dove to the side and one grabbed my back left leg. I turned to face it, slamming my blade down on his claw, cutting it off. I crawled back and pried the claw off me. I quickly got up and sliced its neck open, spraying more blood into the air and on me. I panted a bit as one jumped at me, I got down and jabbed my blade into its stomach and ran it into the wall. It grabbed at my back, clawing at me, tearing my shirt and back up. I twisted and pulled to the side, slicing half of it in half. I grabbed it, throwing it to the ground, stomping on its head repeatedly until it caved in. Three more. One of them charged at Thunder. There was static.
"8 remain."
I threw my blade at the thing, sticking it right into the back of its head. It fell over and one tackled me. I held it back best I could. It tried clawing at my stomach, but I used my bottom hooves to push it off me. I quickly backed up and got up, looking at Thunder. I had taken the blade out and cut the things head off, stomping on it.
"THUNDER! THE BLADE!!" He looked at me and slid it on the ground to me. I jumped and dove, grabbing it and rolling to my hooves. It ran full speed and I took a couple steps to it, taking its head with one swing. Its body fell to the floor, squirming around. The last one was charging me. It got me, pinning me against the wall. I pushed it back with my leg. I grabbed my leg, dragging me with it, digging into my leg. I yelled out and kicked it in the head and pulled my leg to me, slashing its arm off. It screamed and backed up, I backed up myself, trying it get its claws out of my leg. I pulled it free, yelling in pain. It charged me again. I jumped on me, but it had my blade ready, the second it got on my, my blade pierced its stomach. I rolled so I was on top, stabbing its its skull. I stood and crushed its skull with my hoof. I panted, looking at the remaining head, its body still squirming around on the ground. I walked over, picking it up and looking at it. I walked over to the wall, placing it down and backed up. I ran at it and kicked it, pushing against the wall as my hoof and the wall sandwiched it, crushing it. I panted heavily and fell back, sitting down. My back and leg were stinging badly. Thunder limped over to me.
"W...White...you just..." I panted, swallowing.
"Yeah..."
"Damn." I jumped and looked to the hallway. There was a mare standing there. "Now THAT, was badass..." She walked over, I quickly grabbed my blade. "Relax..." She held up the .44. "That won't really work...If I wanted you dead I would have shot you from there."
"Y...You...didn't...fucking...help us...?!" I cried out, looking at her.
"I only have four bullets left, besides, you looked like you had it." She helped me up. I got a better look at her, she had blood all over the left side of her face. Her clothes were torn up as well. Her arm was wrapped up in some of her shirt she tore off, exposing her stomach. "Dumb ass colt got my weak arm....ended up wrestling him for the damn thing. Then I had to beat him to death with my fists, I'm not wasting any more shots then I have to."
"S...Smart..." I said. She nodded.
"Yep...don't mean to brag but I am. I'm Quick, and that's my name. I'm not just saying I'm fast..." She held her hoof out.
"I'm White...and this is Thunder..." Thunder waved a bit.
"Damn...both you are fucked up..." I nodded a bit, limping over to one of those things.
"What the fuck are they...?" She shrugged.
"Whatever they are, you figured out how to off them. A bit brutal Mr. Issac Clrake." She chuckled, I did as well.
"Uhh..." Thunder looked at her confused.
"Oh come on...you've never played Dead Space?!" He shook his head.
"He can't stand blood or gore..." I told her.
"Then why the fuck is he here?" She asked.
"Why are any of us here?" I asked. She shrugged. "So, Quick...your kill count...?"
"Two, the last one being that colt who fucking shot me...I'm guessing you're at three?"
"Unless activating a trap counts..."
"It does." She gave a little smirk.
"Then three...Not something I'm proud of..." I looked down. Fuck...my poor mom...she had been listening to everything and watching as well. She's been listening to how I planed to kill myself...saying I wouldn't get out alive for Thunder, and I'd let him go on. I sat back down. "Fuck...why us...?"
"I dunno, but once I get out I'm finding out...we can team up now, but once we are the final three I'm giving you all ten seconds to run." We nodded.
"More then fair..." I said.
"Come on...lets hunt down some ponies." She began walking, her hips swinging as she walked. I picked myself up, limping after her, Thunder stopped me, whispering in my ear.
"White...we have to get rid of her...She has the gun and I think she's gonna make us kill ponies so she can use the four more bullets on us..." I nodded.
"I agree with you there...I'll keep my eye on her...you should too..." I limped with Thunder, catching up to Quick. She gave me a little smile.
"Tell me, White, where're you from?"
"Manehatten..."
"Marefriend?" I shook my head. "Damn shame...I don't have a colt either."
"My whole plan was to keep Thunder alive so he could return to his mare..."
"Awwww, ain't that sweet?" She chuckled. "Nopony makes friends here, just alliances to stab in the back when they aren't expecting it. Like that dumbass colt....Thought he could get me." She chuckled. "Now, had this been outside this Lunadamn place I would be a lot more happy. In fact, I'm sorry it has to come down to us killing eachother in the end, you are a cute colt, White. Damn shame to see that face underground and not kissing some mare."
"Uhh...thanks...?" I said.
"I never kissed a colt, before, ya know. If this is the only time I will I'll take it." She laughed a bit. We kept walking for a while. Static.
"7 remain."
"Damn...we're getting close to the end..." I said.
"Yep, that we are." Quick said. We kept walking, more static.
"6 remain."
"Double kill." Quick said. "White, could you do me a favor and wait here, I gotta piss."
"Where are you gonna...."
"Listen...I've needed to ever since I got here, I'll go around that corner and be back..." She walked off.
"White...now's our chance..." I nodded, helping Thunder, we ran off quietly. "I didn't trust her what so ever...especially since she had a gun.."
"Same...she sounded fucking crazy to begin with." I said. We ran for a bit, making sure we were far away from here. There was a pony down the hall, over one of those things. They crushed its head and looked over at us. They were panting a bit. They must have known who I was, cause they began walking over. I could make out a spiked mace in their hoof. I readied my blade.
"That Magnum is mine...! Give up now...!"
"Uhh...the Magnum is already..." He swung at me. I ducked and moved back. "Yo! The Magnum has been taken already."
"Well then one less pony...or two...your buddy isn't looking too good..." He smirked. I slashed at him, he hit my weapon to the side and jabbed at me. I jumped back and readied my blade again. He swung and I dodged to the side, slashing his arm. He yelled out and backed up a bit, holding his wound. "You're gonna fucking regret that..." He ran at me. I dove to the side, slashing at him, getting his side. He grabbed it and fell to the ground. I walked over to him. I quickly swung his mace into my leg. I yelled out as it stuck. He pulled it out and got back up, holding his side. He turned and flung it at Thunder. He tried to dive out of the way, but it stuck into his side. He hit the ground, yelling out. I slashed the colt across the chest and pushed him down. I stabbed him in the stomach, looking at Thunder.
"Thunder!"
He slowly stood, holding the mace. "I...I'm good...." He pulled it out, yelping. He looked at the colt on the ground, he was trying to crawl away. Thunder limped over to him, mace in hoof. He pushed the colt over, looking at the mace and then the colt. He raised it. "I'm sorry, Sky..." He yelled out and slammed it into the colts head. He did it again and again. Static.
"Five remain." He panted, looking at the colt, mace in his skull. He pulled it out, backing up and panting. He held himself up against the wall and puked. His side was bleeding, but not too badly. He looked okay. He looked back at the colt.
"I...I killed him..."
"Y...Yeah..." I just looked at the colt. Thunder had killed him...I mean...shit. I killed three, almost four ponies but still. I limped over to Thunder. "Come on..that mare might come back..." He nodded and we limped down the hallway.
There was static, the pony who put us here talking. "Five more of you remain...congrats. How do you feel? Happy to be alive? Happy that every single one of you have pissed off a family? Made one cry of their loss?" He chuckled. "All that matter for you is that you're alive, right? That's all you are about? Not the families out there crying cause their loved one was killed by you?"
"FUCKING SHUT UP!!!!" I yelled.
"My apologies, White. You have a total of what? Three kills? Almost four?" He chuckled. "This is the part where I say I never really would have reveled the Magnums location. Stupid ponies...you'd do anything to stay alive, huh? Well, I am giving a pass. If you give up one limb...I'll let you leave." I looked at Thunder and shook my head.
"We would leave, but not alive..." I told Thunder.
"I'm not stupid..." He said.
"Now...30 seconds before I take my offer back." I kept walking with Thunder, looking around. After 30 seconds, he spoke again. "Times up...all of you aren't stupid after all..." I kept walking.
"Come on...We need to get you out alive, Thunder..." I said.
"White...I...why me...? Why are you helping me? I could be lying you..."
"Thunder...I doubt you're lying..."
"But...White I'm not gonna be able to live knowing that you died just to save me..."
"You'll find a way..." We heard the Magnum go off. There was static.
"4 remain..." We both gulped. Just us two, that mare, and one more left. We quickly began moving.
We ran from hallway to hallway, room to room. Luckily we didn't run into anymore of those things, most of them must be dead. There was yelling, we looked back. One of those things was running full speed at us, two more behind it. Spoke too soon...I readied my blade. One jumped at me and I slashed its head off, causing a fountain of blood to spurt from the neck stub and I crushed it under my hoof. Thunder smashed his mace across ones face, causing it to fall to the ground. He then slammed the mace down onto its head and stomped on it. We both did the last one in, I slashed its neck open, sending its disgusting, chunky blood into the air and onto us. Thunder then grabbed it and slammed its head onto the ground and I stomped its head in. We both panted and looked at each other.
"Good shit..." I said.
"Yeah..." Thunder replied. We kept walking into an open room. There was a door with an exit sign above at the far wall. It was a red, lit up sign with the word 'winners door' on top. We looked at each other.
"Not touching that with a ten mile pole..." I said.
"Not touching that with anything..." Thunder said.
"Still best to remember where this is...so we can come back..." There was a scream, one of those things running at us. "I have a fun, fucked up idea..." It jumped at me and I grabbed it ramming it into the door and diving back, turning and looking at it. It screamed and went to run it me, two clamps had grabbed hold of its hooves, holding it in place. It struggled and let out more schreeks and screams. There was a sound...the crushing of bone. The clamps were being tightened. We just sorta watched it.
Eventually they stopped. It kept trying to move. The floor in front of it opened up and two...mechanical arms with what looked like knife like claws grabbed hold of its chest. It slowly began prying its rib cage open. Thunder looked away. The thing screamed more as a third arm grabbed hold of its stomach, ripping it out. Whoever made this was smart....and fucked up. It held the thing in place...it obviously wasn't gonna die...until it was set on fire. Even after it stood there, screaming and burning, the head was still intact. It was pulled down into the open floor below it and it was sealed. "Fuck..." I said. I looked back at Thunder.
"I...Is it done...?" He asked.
"Yeah...it's done..." He looked back over. "Who ever made this is honestly...highly intelligent and fucked up..." He nodded.
"Come on..." We walked out of the room, looking around. We took a left. We walked down the hall.
"White...you have the feeling we're being...watched...?"
"All the time..." I looked around.
"I know but...this time it's....really strong..." He was shaking a bit. I kept looking around.
"I don't see anything..." We kept walking. There was a closed door, we looked at each other and I slowly reached a hoof forward, grabbing the knob. I slowly turned it and opened it up slowly. There was a room full of those things. They were all lined up against the walls. I quickly closed the door.
"Where does it go...?" Thunder asked.
"Away! It goes away!" I grabbed him and pulled him away from the door and ran/limped from it. He stopped me.
"White...what was in there...?"
"It was filled with those things..." He looked back at the door.
"That means there has to be something good in there..."
"Thunder....!"
"Think about it, White. Why would there be just a room full of those things for no reason?!" We slowly walked back over to it. I opened the door all the way. They were just standing there, not moving. I slowly walked in, looking at one. It's eyes were closed, its head down.
"Whoa..." I touched it, no response. "The fuck is this room...?" I looked around.
"It looks like...a prep room..." There were tables in the middle of the room, some had one of those things on them. I walked over to one, looking at it. The top part of its head was gone and on the table next to it, its brain gone.
"You...think this is where they are...made...?" I asked Thunder. Its eyes were open...it was creeping me the fuck out.
"Looks like it..." I looked at one wall. It honestly looked like something out of a movie. There were three, large tubes of fluid with one of those things in each. They kinda floated there, eyes closed. They looked a lot bigger then the others, and a whole scarier looking too. I walked over to them.
"Who the fuck made you..?" I looked at them.
"White, there's a door on the other end. I looked over to him. He was right. I followed him and slowly opened the door, there was a bit of resistance. I stopped.
"Thunder, get to the side of the door...this things rigged..." He nodded and got to one side, as did I. I pushed it open fast from my side, pulling my hoof away. There was a loud BANG
"The good news is this play thing has lased more the five hours, despite the lost of upper bodied limbs, she's slowly dying as I speak." It was that pony...the one who put us here. "Bad news...I might not be able to use her for my first ever game. Shame, she would be fun. I'll try and salvage what I can...it will be hard...and my crew isn't the smartest either. I've had to reset three traps cause they set them off...those morons..." It ended.
"White...did we just find the work office...?" Thunder asked.
"Yeah...I think we just did...." I played another, this one labeled 'Mouthwash' I played it. There was gurgling and choking. The pony spoke up.
"Like that huh?! Gargling on your own fucking blood? You wanna stop? Here, let me help." There was the cracking of bone, then gargled screaming, followed by the tearing of flesh. Then the pony chuckled. "You didn't need to eat anymore did ya? You can live just fine without a bottom jaw..." I stopped the video...I put the recorder down.
"White...their voice...its like its being altered...like their speaking through something..."
"Like some sort of mask..." I said. "You're right..."
"W....W...Wh..Whit...e..." Thunder said.
"Yeah?" I looked at him, his face had a look of horror on it.
"W...W....Was...n't th...there three of those....those thin...gs in th..those t...t...tubes....?" I looked out the door across from us. My heart stopped. One of the tubes was empty. The one that held one of the biggest, freakiest looking ones...I gulped and looked at him.
"Oh fuck...." He was pressed against the wall, shaking heavily.
"W...Wher...e is....is it....?!" I covered his mouth.
"SHHHH." There was a dragging nose from across the room. I stopped breathing, making as little of noise as possible. The thing walked into the room across from us, looking around and sniffing the air. It was hunched over, scrabbling around. It stopped dead and slowly looked over at us, its head was deformed and ugly. It looked me dead in the eyes. "T...Thunder....d...don't...m..move..." It slowly walked over to us, going into the room and getting in my face. It's breath...it reeked...it reeked...of death. I sniffed a bit. It then looked at Thunder who was shaking like an earthquake. It sniffed him, then let out a deafening scream and it ran out of the room. Thunder fell over, shaking. I was shaking a bit myself. I was freaked out.
"W...What the hell...?!" I managed out, looked at Thunder. After a while, I helped him up. "Come on...let's get out of here before that thing comes back..." We quickly walked out, wanting nothing more to do with those two rooms. This time we took a right. "Come on...there ha-" There was a Magnum shot, then another. then a sharp pain went through my side and I fell over. I yelled out in pain, looking at Thunder. He was just stood there, a pained expression on his face...He slowly looked down, blood expanding on his shirt from his stomach. He fell to his knees and his the ground. "T...THUNDER...!" I tried grabbing him, but I was pushed over onto my back. I looked up, it was Quick...she had a smirk on her face.
"Well, this truly is sad, now isn't it...? Not as sad as you two leaving me to died but...guess the tables have turned now..." She chuckled. "So sorry about you two...but I need to win this...hope you both under stand...and I hope your slut of a mare understands as well, Thunder..." She kicked my in my side. "Like I said White...you really are a cute colt...shame to kill you." She backed up. "Now...if you'll excuse me, I have some douches to let bleed out while I win." She walked past us, stepping on Thunder as she left. I took my hoof off my side, looking at my wound. It wasn't anything too bad...it went all the way through...but Thunder...I grabbed him and put him on his back.
"Thunder....Thunder answer me...!" He coughed a bit.
"F....Fuck..." I put pressure on his wound.
"It's....It's gonna be okay...I'll fix you up...you'll get back to your mare...okay...?!"
"White...I'm not gonna make it..." He spat out.
"Fuck don't say that..!!"
"Y...you have to win this...White..." He coughed more. "You have to...."
"No...you're gonna win this...remember...?! I was gonna kill the last pony then myself and....and you were gonna get the code an-"
"White...do you honestly think that would have worked.....?!" He looked at me. "She was gonna save two bullets for us no matter what...! She has one more left...Just....promise m...me you'll win...this...?" I could feel myself tearing up. "For me...for Sky..."
"I...You're supposed t-"
"I'm not gonna make it..White...!" He said. "Win this...for me...for Sky...for your mom..." I nodded slowly.
"I...I p...promise..." He coughed again.
"F...Fuck...Sky....I'm...s....sor...ry..." I could feel tears running down my face. "I'm....s...s....s...orr....y"
"Please..Thunder stay with me damnit!!!!" I shook him, his eyes slowly closing. "Thunder....! Thunder! THUNDER!!!" Static.
"Three remain." I kept shaking him. Then I fell on his body, crying into him.
It seemed like a life time. I slowly got up, looking at him. My hooves and face were covered in his blood. I got back on my knees, fixing him up, putting his hooves on his chest, holding his mace. I got back up, closing my eyes. His mare...his poor...poor mare. She just fucking watched Quick kill him. I tore a bit of my shirt off, wrapping it around my side, putting pressure on it. My sorrow was replace by anger. Quick that fucking bitch...I'd kill her. I grabbed my blade and looked down the hall Quick had went. I walked down it.
"I'll fucking kill her...she's dead....!" I began running, ignoring the sharp pain in my side. I ran from hall to hall, looking for her. "QUICK!!!! YOU'RE FUCKING DEAD!!!!" I kept running, looking around for her. Somepony was at the end on the hall, stomping one of those things heads in. I ran over to them. I got closer and closer...they looked at me...there she was that fucking piece of shit. She quickly pulled her Magnum out but I tackled her, she fired into the air. I punched her across the face and slammed her head into the ground. I went to slam my blade into her chest but she pushed me off her. I slashed at her but she grabbed my arm, punching my in the face and twisting my hoof, causing me to drop my blade. I backed up, looking at her. She had my weapon now.
"Now that's not nice...you're supposed to be dead...I wondered why I only heard one death..." She slashed at me, getting my bad leg pretty good. I backed up, holding it. She slashed at my stomach, but I backed up just in time. She jabbed at me and I moved to the side, slugging her across the face with my hurt leg. She backed up and slashed down at my hooves, getting my left leg. I fell over, looking up at her. She tried stabbing down, but I backed up. She kept slashing at me until I was backed against a wall. "Times...fucking...up...You're DEAD!" There was a loud scream. She looked back. "T...The fuck is..." I looked around her. That fucking thing was there, the big one. It slowly made its way over to us. "T...The fuck..?!" She readied her blade..or...my blade. The thing got in her face, she jabbed into its head, pulling it out and yelling out. The thing backed up, blood running down its wound. It looked pissed She looked back at me.
"T....This is for Thunder...and Sky..." I kicked her in the stomach, pushing her back into the thing. It screamed and grabbed her, she dropped the blade and it grabbed her by her legs, holding her up. There was cracking and her yelling in pain. The thing ripped one of her legs off, tossing it to the side. It then began slamming her into the ground once, twice, three times. I watched in horror, unable to move. It grabbed her chest and tore her rib cage open. It thrust a claw into its stomach and pulled her large intestine out. I gagged a bit as it began to wrap it around her neck and choke her with it. I grabbed my blade slowly and tried crawling around the thing. I succeeded and bolted away. Static.
"Two remain...congrats to you both..." White has already met one...but I'm sending the other two out to get you over to the main room while I wait for the other to stop playing...I'd run if I were you...they aren't as friendly as the other..." The pony chuckled. I broke into a fill sprint, ignoring the pain in my leg. I almost ran smack into one. It screamed and looked at me. I turned and bolted from it. It was way faster then me but I kept running. There was an open room I dove into it and a thick, metal door slammed shut. I panted, looking back as the thing pounded on it, screaming. I got up, looking around. The door across from me slammed shut, the other pony there. Static. "Welcome to the death room..." I looked around. Death room was an appropriate name....it looked like the room I got my blade from. blood all over the walls and floor, body parts everywhere. "This is where you will be fighting...for the title of the winner. I looked at the pony. They looked about as fucked up as I did. "Be careful...this place is rigged with traps..." He chuckled. Some of the floor opened up, giant sawblades began roaring to life, poking from the slits in the ground. I readied my blade, looking at him. He had a sword...I gulped a bit as he ran at me. I took a couple steps at him and blocked his first attack. I pushed him back and slashed at him, missing. He slashed at me, getting the right side of my face, down my eye. My eye was fine, but he got the skin above and below, it would for sure leave a nasty scar. I slashed him across the face, getting his left eye. He yelled out and backed up, holding his eyes. I slashed again but he blocked, pushing me back. He took his hoof off his eye, a mixture of blood and fluid running down his left cheek.
He slashed, getting my hoof and knocking my blade to the side. I backed up and dove to get it. I felt a sharp pain across my stomach as I dove for it. I fell and held my stomach, backing up and grabbing my blade, I groaned and looked at my wound. He got me good...he had sliced my skin and abdominal sack open. I continued crawling back, holding my intestines in. He advanced at me. I grabbed my blade and tried getting up, fighting through the pain. He swung and I just managed to block. I swung at him, getting his chest, causing him to back up. I got up, using my hoof to keep my insides in, and using the other to block and attack, and both to stay alive. I slashed at him, missing and stumbling back. He swung at me, getting my arm holding my wound. I backed up, yelling out in pain. I panted, looking at him. His left side...I had to get at his left side. It was the only way I'd win. I moved to the left, slashing at his arm, getting the inside of his elbow, taking a good slice into it. He yelled out and backed up. I swung again, getting his left leg, causing him to fall over. I had to win...for Thunder...and for Sky. He backed up, looking at me. I advanced onto him. He swung, missing. I hit his hoof, knocking his blade out his had and slashing at his stomach, good old fashion revenge. I sliced him open and kicked him onto his stomach. He tried crawling away, but a saw blade was in front of him. I walked over to him, grabbing his head. He yelled out and pleaded. I slammed his head into the spinning blade, slicing his head in half. I backed up, looking at him. There was static.
"Congrats....White...you are the winner...how do you feel...? A total of six kills. Yes, Quick counted, you did push her into one of my ponies. Now..make your way to the exit...and I shall reveal the code..." I held my blade in hoof, keeping my insides from becoming outsides with the other. I slowly limped to the now open hallways. I could hear those things around me, I didn't care. Something kept flashing below my vision...coordinates of some sort...my location. I eventually found the door, the sign now lit green. I leaned against the wall, panting. "3 5 7 6 4 2 8 9 1 1 5 7 3 8 6..." I put in every number as the pony said it. "...5 3 2 7 4 8 9." There was a conformation beep and my vision went dark. I reached for the handle and was blinded by a bright light. I closed my eyes, slowly opening them and stepping out. I opened my eyes looking around. Ponies....ponies everywhere...just looking at me. I looked around the crowd of faces, nopony moving, saying a word. I took a step out, blade still in hoof. I kept looking at the crowd, letting my hoof fall away from my wound. Gagging and puking was all I could head. In the front, nearest to me...was my mother, hoof over her mouth. I looked at her, slowly stumbling over to her. I began falling forward, I was grabbed by some ponies, them yelling everypony else to stay back...doctors. I fought them...all I wanted was to talk to my mother....that was all I wanted.
"Let me go...!!!" I yelled out. "You fucks I'll kill you!!!!" I fought and shook. "LET ME GO!!!!" I was held back, being pulled from my mom. "MOM!!!! FUCKING LET ME GO!!!!" There was a prick in my neck. It sounded like I was underwater, I got weaker and weaker. My strength fading.
"Get him in the back, now! We need to work on him while we get to the hosptal!" I gave up, I watched through blurred vision as they grabbed my mom, bringing her with them. My vision went black...

I slowly awoke to the sound of beeping. I slowly opened my eyes, looking around the room I was in. There was talking around me. "His injuries were really serious, ma'am...we'll be lucky if he ever wakes at all." I groaned a bit, looking at the voices. I could just make out the outlines of two ponies. "Would you look at that...a week later."
"W...W...W...h...her..." I tried to talk, I felt a hoof on my shoulder.
"It's okay," The doctor said. "Don't talk...you've been out for a while now..." I slowly nodded. "Shake your head, yes or no. Can you see me?" I shook, then nodded, then shook again. "Is it all blurry...?" I nodded. "Sorry about that...you'll be fine in a bit. We used an EMP to destroy the electronics in your head...too risky to get out of you. As for your abdominal region...we did what we could, you lost quite a bit of blood, the wounds you had, some were infected with...blood. What ever those...things had in them...was a toxin based substance...you were slowly dying to begin with...but thanks to a mare giving you some of her blood, luckily you were both the same type, and some anti-toxin, we were able to take care of that. Your mother is in the room right now and she has been the almost the whole time you were out, she persuaded doctors to let her ride in the ambulance ride from the abandoned factory you came from...as of the rest of the victims...the guard has yet to tell us. All we know is that you are the only survivor and we all...and we all witnessed it..." I blinked a couple times, my vision slowly getting better. I looked at the doctor.
"T....Thanks...f...for..." My voice was like a frogs, and scratchy and I croaked when I talked. "Water..."
"I'll have a nurse on it right away, Mr. Tone." I nodded, looking at my mom.
"M...mom...."
"Shhhh..." She held my hoof, sitting next to my bed. "It's okay, sweetie..."
"I...I'm sorry...I...k...k....kill....ed....t...those p...p...ponies..."
"About that..." The doctor said. "There is a...problem...including death threats being hurled at both you and your mother...along with a...Ms. Sky Storms. She is protected by the guard as is the whole hospital.
"I...want to...talk to...her..." The doctor looked at me.
"I'll...work on getting her..." He stood and walked out. "Nurse? Nurse...Bring Ms. Storms and a water to room 303. Thank you." I closed my eyes.
"I...killed all those ponies....mom I..."
"Enough, White..." She sighed. "It's all...being figured out..." I nodded. A nurse came in with a glass of water, followed by a mare. I looked at her, she looked...amazing...Black mane, blue coat, green eyes. She looked at me. She looked like she had been crying for a long time. She slowly walked over to me.
"You're the colt who was with my Thunder...?" I nodded. "Arty..." She looked at my mom. "I'd like a word with him...alone..." She called my mom Arty...her full name was Artemis Tone, all her friends called her Arty. Did they...know eachother...?" She nodded and left, closing the door. She handed me the water. I took it and drank.
"Thank you...You...called my mom...Arty..."
"When...Thunder died...I went looking for her...there were addresses next to the names of ponies...I...watched you with her..." I nodded. "White...when I first saw you from Thunder...I though you were gonna kill him while he was stuck...then once you freed him...I...thought you were gonna use him to get to the end then kill him. Once I...saw the way you acted when...that mare shot him...I took back everything...the way you protected him...acted when he died...the thing you did to him after he died..." She sniffed. "White....I...I'm..." She hung her head, crying. I reached out a put a hoof on her shoulder.
"I...It's...Ok...ay..." She looked at me. The door opened. We looked to it. The captain of the guard himself; Shining Armor. He walked in, followed by two other guards.
"Ms, we'd like a word word with White..." She nodded, getting up and leaving, closing the door behind her. He walked up to me. "White...who put you in there...?"
"I don't know...fuck..."
"What do you remember before waking up in there? Where were you taken from?"
"I was taken from my home...I woke up twice before...before I was put in there..."
"Tell us..." The guard next to Shining was writing everything I said down. "We want to help you."
"I was being operated on...they must have been putting the stuff in my head...then the second time...I was being thrown into the back of a van..."
"Did you see anything?"
"When I was being operated on...it was just...all black..."
"The van, what did you see in the van?"
"It was all blurry..."
"There has to be something, White."
"I...I don't know...!"
"Think....hard...before, something leading up to your abduction."
"T...There was a note..."
"Do you still have it?"
"It's....at my house...in my desk..." He looked at one of his guards.
"Send some guards over to White's house, look for that note." The one not writing nodded and headed out. "What else?"
"J...Just that..." I said. "Nothing else..."
"Alright...you remember the room? With the files and the tape recorder?" I nodded. "We can't seem to find it...we request you help us go in there a-"
"NO!!!" I yelled. "I'm not fucking going back in there....!!!"
"White...we need you to do this in order to find out who-"
"I don't care if you NEVER find that pony....I'm not going fucking back there!!"
"White we can do this the easy way or-"
"I'M NOT GOING BACK THERE!!!!"
"White this is-"
"Shining Armor...." We looked at the door...there she was...Celestia...followed by Luna. He stood. "You've done enough..." He left, the princesses walked to me.
"W...What do you two want....?"
"Please...we are sorry for his behavior...he want's to be the one to find this pony...we ourselves want this to be ended before anymore of our ponies are hurt...I'm not asking you to go in there, but it might help speed this up..."
"I'm not going back there...if I had the option of a slow, painful dead or to go back...I'd choose death...."
"Very well...the guard shall continue the search for that room...as for you...you, your mom, and Sky Storms will all be given a room to stay in in Canterlot Castle while we wait to find out what exactly is going on." I nodded. "Once you are fully recovered, you will be taken to the castle."
"Thank you..."
"White...you are the key to finding out what happened here...we beg of you to help and cooperate when you are needed."
"As long as I don't have to go anywhere near that place...I will.." They nodded.
"You will be given a personal guard for when you leave. This guard will consist of two ponies...they are my most trusted guards and will do anything and everything to protect you."
"I want my mom and Sky to get one too..."
"It will be done..."
"And when the room is found...I want all files and recordings...I want to look them over..." They looked at eachother.
"White...that will be left to the guards to figure ou-"
"I want those files...I want to know why I was put in there..."
"I..." She pursed her lips. "That will be left up to Shining...but we'll try...again, we are sorry for what had happened to you...but the body of Thunder was found..." I looked at her. "He was being...consumed by one of those monsters when the guard found him. They managed to get what was left of him...but his funeral will be in two months time...his family requested that you be there..." I nodded. "When you are ready...you will be escorted to the castle..." They both left. I laid back, sighing. Somepony else walked in.
"White..." I looked over. It was Twilight...shit. I hadn't seen her since...highschool.
"T...Twi..." She walked over to me. "You uhh....wow...changed...like...a lot..." She nodded.
"Yeah...as have you...especially since...you know..." I nodded. "You shouldn't have won..." She sat down.
"You....what...?"
"I didn't want anypony to win...or for this to happen at all..." She looked at me.
"What are you saying...?" I asked.
"You know what I mean..." She looked at me. "Some ponies want you dead....if there was no winner this wouldn't have happened..." She stood. "I don't even...want to be here I was made to..."
"You can't still be upset about that...."
"White...I was made a laughing stock!" She looked at me. "It ruined me!"
"The way you took it ruined you..." I said.
"Why couldn't you just say yes?"
"Because I didn't want to..."
"Well because of that I was made fun of..."
"You were crying....that's not my fault..."
"Oh please...so you didn't start Crylight?"
"..."
"Exactly!"
"Twi...listen...I'm sorry about that....but for you to tell me I shouldn't have came out of this alive cause of that is..."
"Is what...?"
"The reason I rejected your offer to the mare's choice dance was cause I was expecting somepony else to ask me..."
"Whatever...also the countless other stuff you did..."
"Can we stop this...I'm starting not to like you again..."
"Good..." She looked at me. "That Quick mare should have won...that's all I'm saying..." She left. That was nice...The Princess of Friendship herself wished I died in the game...I felt nice and warm inside now.
The next two months were painstakingly long, but eventually me, my mother, and Sky were moved into the castle. No less the a week later, I had attended Thunders funeral. I was given a turn to speak...I gulped, Sky had just finished talking, walking down, sniffing. I stood and walked up, sighing.
"My uhh...time with Thunder...although short...greatly..impacted me. We could have met in a better way...but..." I sighed. "I mean...what can I say? Even given the situation we were both in we still became friends. If that doesn't say what kind of pony he was I don't know what will. Right now I bet you are all thinking he was just..an object I used to get out alive...but I meant every word I told him. As time went by as we were in that...that Slaughter House, the more and more I meant what I said. I would risk my life for him to return to his mare, family, friends...I still have nightmares about not being able to save him..." I looked at the ponies. "I feel so...bad...all of you have these heartwarming, amazing stories about Thunder and I...all I have a a sick, twisted, fucked up story. The story we both went through...the one you all know and watched...but...what I can say is...that Thunder was a good pony. He lived through hell, took what it threw at him and much, much more. He was strong, brave...a lot more then I could have ever been. He was also one of the smartest ponies I've met...and the one pony who greatly changed me into the pony I am now. He was my friend...and...one of my only friends. Had we met in a different environment...I'm sure we would be better friends. Before I...give the stand to the next pony...I want you all to know...I did everything in my power to keep him alive...and I'm sorry I failed you...all of you..." I went and sat back down, looking at the floor. Sky looked over at me. Soon we went to the cemetery, where Thunder was being lowered into the ground. I watched as his parents and Sky teared up. I began to as well. I closed my eyes. It wasn't Quick's fault...it was whoever put us in that fucking place...I would do anything to find them...anything and everything. I turned and walked off, away from the burial of my friend.
"White...! Wait...!" I looked back, Sky was running after me. She stopped. "W...Where are you going...?"
"To give Thunder the revenge he needs...I'm helping the guard find whoever put us in there...even if I have to go back in there...relive everything...or even put into another 'game'. I will find that pony..." She looked at me, tearing up then hugging me.
"Just...be safe...Thunder wouldn't want you to do anything that would cause you to get hurt...I don't want you to..." I nodded. She let of and I left, getting in my car. I put the keys in, then turned them, driving back to the castle...telling them I was ready...ready to go back...to the Slaughter House...
