Pony Joe is the code name for Equestria's daring, highly trained special mission force. Its purpose: to defend harmony and freedom against Sombra, a ruthless Unicorn Warlord determined to rule the world.

Equestria is losing the war against the forces of King Sombra and the Crystal Empire. In order to turn the tide a new team of specialists is being formed, consisting of the best of the best the United Equestrian Army has to offer.

Inspired by the Sombra war alternate timeline from the Season 5 finally and G.I.Joe ( in case that wasn't obvious from the story title ) This story is currently unedited. Rated mature for gratuitous violence. It's war, it ain't pretty. Not even when pastel mini horses are involved.
