Invading Equestria

"Look, TIA," I say. "There's Equestria, the planet the Tallest assigned us to."

TIA is a custom-made SIR unit. I made her myself. Like GIR, her eyes are normally teal, but when in duty mode they're red. She's pretty cute and so very calm, unlike GIR.

"I'd recommend slowing down, Master," TIA advises. "We're coming toward the planet at maximum speed, almost at the speed of light."

"I'm well aware of the," I snap. "It won't slow down!"

"Look at the screen, Master. There's a malfunction. I told you the Voot Cruiser needed to be fixed up a little. Because of your quick action, the Cruiser is most likely going to explode when it impacts with the planet."

"Thanks, TIA! We're gonna die and it's all your fault!"

"Master, I wouldn't come to co--"

We crashed. The Voot Cruiser didn't explode, though, luck us.

A while later, I open my eyes to see a light pink liquid all over the window. I look down to see a long piece of metal protruding from my chest. I pressed a button the open the window and I fell out onto the ground, squeezing my eyes shut to hold back tears of agony.

"Master?" It was TIA's voice. "Master, are you okay?"

"I'm just fine," I reply through gritted teeth. "Just a little shaken up is all."

"H-hello?" I hear a soft voice ask. "Are you okay?"

I open my eyes and look up to see a yellow pegasus. She takes a few paces back, obviously frightened.

"Yeah, I'm fine," I say. "My physical injuries aren't too serious. They'll heal pretty quickly once I get this out." I give the shard of metal a vicious yank and cry out in agony. Another sharp yank and it's out. Light pink blood stains the ground as it pours out of my body.

"Do you want me to help you?" the pegasus asks softly.

TIA jumps between us, her eyes red. "Back away from my master! She is a mighty Irken and does not require your services. Leave now or you will regret ever coming anywhere near her."

I push TIA to the ground. "TIA! She didn't do anything wrong, so back down!"

TIA salutes. "Yes, Master!"

"What does she want? Why did she threaten me?" the pegasus asks.

"TIA is a robot known as a SIR unit. She is here to aid me and can get very protective. She isn't really going to hurt you. She would never unless you attack first."

"Master," TIA alerts, "you're losing lots of blood. Your injury is currently too serious for your PAK to fix alone."

"I can help you, if you want me to," the pegasus offers. "But only if you want me to."

I hesitate for a moment. "That would be great."
