A pink, long haired girl wearing a long yellow sweeter and a long white skirt with yellow boots. This young and shy girl is known as Fluttershy.
"Hey Shy!" A voice called out, Fluttershy turned to look at the girl.
She had long rainbow hair and wearing a cyan blue zip up hoodie. With black finger less gloves, a black t-shirt with a picture of a white cloud shooting out a lightning bolt colored red, yellow and blue, and dark blue shorts.
The loud and impatient girl is simply known as Rainbow Dash. To everyone, she's Fluttershy's best friend, to her she's so much more.
Yeah that's right, these two are dating. The two best friends have been best friends since kindergarten and well since they got to High School. They made four new friends, Twilight, Pinkie, Applejack, and Rarity.
When Fluttershy grew a crush on Rainbow, Fluttershy just asked her secret crush out on a date. With the two not ready to tell their new friends, the two had been dating for two months and somehow they still kept it a secret.
"Oh, Dashie. Umm... How's it going?" Fluttershy asked, moving her feet.
Rainbow smiled brightly, hugging Fluttershy tightly. If everyone didn't know that the two are friends and did this all the time then their secret may get out.
Rainbow released Fluttershy, the shy girl hiding her red blush behind her hair.
"It's been so awesome! I felt like this is the second best day of this year!" Rainbow cried out, leaning closer to the shy girl.
"Next to becoming your girlfriend" Rainbow whisper in Fluttershy's ear.
"That... That's great to hear Dashie." Fluttershy said, shocked that Rainbow would say something like that.
"Oh yeah! The girls want us to meet them outside, come on!" Rainbow said, grabbing her girlfriend's hand.
It worried Fluttershy, in the morning her parents asked her to bring her friends over for dinner tonight. It wasn't that her parents are horrible people, it's just that she knows that her friends aren't what her parents like.
Smart, lady-like, more things that Fluttershy couldn't bother to remember. Sure some of her friends were like that, but not all of them; Pinkie and Dashie. She couldn't dare part with her new found love.
Rainbow and Fluttershy stopped with Rainbow letting go of Fluttershy's hand to rush over to where her friends sat.
At a round picnic table sat her closest friends, Twilight; a purple hair girl. She was wearing a bow around her neck with a white button shirt, a purple button top and dark blue jeans.
Applejack; the country girl living on a farm called Sweet Apple Acres. She had a light brown stetson hat, a blue skirt, a white t-shirt and long brown boots. Her blonde hair tied up in a ponytail.
Rarity; her well mannered friend that acts like a lady should. Her purple hair curled up and she was wearing a white button up top like Twilight's. Under it is a simple blue t-shirt with her long blue and white skirt.
Last is Pinkie Pie; the hyper, party making loud mouth. Pinkie Pie, with pink hair popped up all most like cotton candy, how? No body knows. She wears a blue skirt with pink boots and a pink top. With all the sugar she eats, Fluttershy is amazed at how thin the hyper girl could be. Also Fluttershy thinks that maybe Pinkie might have a crush on Rarity. It be a funny pair of love birds to see.
Fluttershy let out a sigh when she sat down next to Applejack and Pinkie.
"Girls, my parents sort of want to meet you all tonight for dinner." Fluttershy said, hiding her face more and more.
"Gosh, that will be great! Ah just have to tell Granny and Big Mac when Ah get home." Applejack said, smiling at the shy girl.
"Oh, I can't wait to meet your family Shy-Shy. I bet- oh my gosh they are selling Ice-Cream!" Pinkie cried out, cutting herself off.
Pinkie ran off the table to the truck. Making Rarity rub her head.
"Well we lost Pinkie, I for one would love to go. Do I need to dress up or is this just casual?" Rarity wondered to Fluttershy.
"Well... If you want to I'm sure my parents won't mind ether way." Fluttershy said, through Pinkie shouting in the background, waiting in the line for Ice-Cream.
"Huh, I never meet your parents before Shy." Rainbow said.
'There's a reason' Fluttershy thought.
"I can't wait to meet them." Rainbow finish with a smile.
"Are you sure Fluttershy? I mean six of us, aren't your parents worried about the cost to give us food?" Twilight asked, making Fluttershy bite her lip.
"Oh, my mother has it all under control. She said you could bring Spike too if you wanted." Fluttershy said, making Twilight smile.
"Alright then, just making sure. But Spike won't be able to make it seeing how he's going on another date with somebody's sister." Twilight said, glaring at Rainbow.
"What? Scoots likes him because they did homework together. No need to glare at me!" Rainbow said, holding her hands up in defense.
Fluttershy took out a piece of paper and a pen, writing down her address five times. Pinkie finally came back to the table after she got her Ice-Cream, licking it with a smile.
"I'll see you all there at six. Goodbye girls!" Fluttershy said, standing up.
"Bye Fluttershy!" Her friends cried out, with Rainbow standing up.
"I'll be back in a bit." Rainbow said, running after Fluttershy.
Rainbow grab the shy girl's shoulder and pulled her to hide them behind the wall of the School.
"Yes Dashie?" Fluttershy questioned.
"I never got my goodbye kiss." Rainbow said with a smile, before she and Fluttershy shared a small kiss.
"Rainbow, I gotta go. I love you." Fluttershy said, kissing her girlfriend on the cheek.
"I love ya too, see ya at six!" Rainbow said to Fluttershy before she ran to most likely to catch the bus.
The five friends arrived at Fluttershy's street, a small one story house sitting right next to a mansion. Rainbow looked at the huge mansion, letting out a sigh.
"Poor Shy, having to live next to high and mighty rich people." Rainbow said,with Pinkie standing next to Rainbow.
"Where is Shy-Shy anyway?" Pinkie asked, looking around.
"Hey girls!" Fluttershy cried out, running up to them.
"I see you all made it, Yay." Fluttershy finished.
"Well we are your friends." Twilight said before the others left Fluttershy to walk to the small house.
"Umm... Where are you going?" Fluttershy asked, causing them to stop.
"To your house, duh." Pinkie said, giggling at Fluttershy question.
"Girls, I live over there." Fluttershy said, pointing to the mansion.
"I feel hurt." Rainbow said with the group of friends following Fluttershy into the mansion.
They entered through large double doors, seeing paintings hanging on the walls and bright red curtains hanging by the windows. The mansion seem to have almost ten floors.
"Fluttershy darling, why didn't you tell us you were rich?" Rarity asked, breaking the silence.
"Well after you all meet Prince Blueblood and Trenderhoof, you all thought they were rich meanies. I thought you wouldn't want to be my friend if you found out." Fluttershy explained.
"Now that's just silly. Y'all are our friend, no matter how shy or rich ya are." Applejack said with a smile.
"Thank you Applejack." Fluttershy said, returning her smile with a smaller smile.
Rainbow Dash crossed her arms in a huff, still upset with the fact that her best friend, her now girlfriend lied to her. Rainbow knew Fluttershy was worried about losing her. Besides, Flutter's beautiful eyes and kind heart made it hard to stay mad at her.
"Fluttershy darling, are these your friends?" A elegant woman voice asked.
"Yes mother." Fluttershy replied.
A tall woman in her late forty's and her long red hair walked down the hall. Wearing a long yellow dress that let her ocean blue eyes stand out.
"Fluttershy and her friends, great to meet you all." A male in his early fifth's said.
The man had short brown hair, brown eyes, wearing a polo shirt and jeans. Smiling at his daughter, he pulled her in for a hug.
"Well I'm Twilight."
"Hiya. Pinkie Pie's the name, but I also go by Steve, Bob, Breaker of Murphy's Law. But you can just call me Pinkie."
"Good afternoon, fair lady and gentleman. I'm Rarity."
"Ahem Applejack, one of the great mind behind Sweet Apple Acres!"
"Sup, I'm Rainbow Dash."
The parents looked at the five friends, giving all five of them confused glares. A farmer friend with a lady and a hyper girl?
"Well I'm Spark and this is my husband Pesron." Spark said to them.
A loud bang cut off the warm introductions with everyone getting quite a scare.
"You may have someone breaking in." Twilight said, which Fluttershy had a worry look.
"Oh, he's home, isn't he?" Fluttershy asked.
"Wait, who's he?" Rainbow asked, looking at Fluttershy.
Fluttershy looked into Rainbow eyes, being friends for so long and now just becoming a pair of love birds. Fluttershy could easily spot the hurt in the rainbow haired girl's eyes.
"My older brother." Fluttershy said with a sigh.
A crash, boom and bang before a medium size man most likely age twenty two came running down. He was wearing a white lab coat, black gloves, goggles, black track pants and brown hair to match his father.
"SISTER!" He yelled, hugging her, making Fluttershy give a small smile.
"It's good to see you too Lucky." Fluttershy said with Lucky letting go of the shy girl.
"GUESTS!" Lucky cried out, running up to Twilight.
"Oh, I'm Twilight Sparkle- Ow!" Twilight said, holding her hand out.
Lucky took her hand and just kept shaking it up and down while he talked.
"It's so great to meet you. I didn't know Shy had friends! I'm Lucky Dice, big brother of Fluttershy and-" Lucky said, before he let go of Twilight's hand. Something she was thankful for.
"Oh my gosh. Look at this! The walls have butterflies!" Lucky cried out, rushing over to the wall.
"Well we lost him. Who wants dinner?" Pesron questioned.
"Wait. what?" Twilight asked.
"Oh, Lucky works only in his lab and a dark cave for almost a month at a time. He doesn't get out much." Fluttershy said with a blush.
After the delicious dinner the group had, Fluttershy showed her friends to her bedroom. Since Twilight and the others said that it was fine for them to stay the night.
Fluttershy's room was big. So big that it could fit ether a bowling ally or a swimming pool. She already had those in her house, so there would be no point to have them in her room.
With a big T.V screen close to the size of a movie screen from the theater. At the edge of her room was a queen size bed.
"Gosh Flutters, what don' ya have?" Applejack questioned, looking around.
"I was wondering how you had so many pets." Twilight said, seeing Angel sleeping on Fluttershy's bed.
"Not too many, just Angel, a cat, a bird and I used to have Rainbow's pet." Fluttershy said, looking at Rainbow.
"Yeah, Tank's doing fine. Shy, can I speak with you alone for a while?" Rainbow asked.
"Sure Dashie. Girls, just make yourselves at home." Fluttershy said with a smile before she and Rainbow left.
Outside of the bedroom and into the roller coaster room, Rainbow Dash looked at Fluttershy, but before she could say anything Fluttershy fell on the ground, crying into her hands.
"Shy." Rainbow said, sitting next her and pulling Fluttershy into a warm hug.
"I'm... I'm sorry Dashie. I knew that you wouldn't leave me behind. But well, I just let my thoughts just get ahead of me. If you want to break up..." Fluttershy said, her eyes looking to the ground.
"Shy, I'm not breaking up with you. I love ya, I just felt hurt being lied too. Your my best friend, my girlfriend. The one I trust the most. I felt betrayed seeing that your life was just a lie just so you can hang out with me." Rainbow said, causing Fluttershy to lightly smile again.
"Thanks Dashie. I saw how you didn't like rich kids when we were young and how you don't like them now. You were my first real friend and well, I didn't want to lose you. I'm sorry I lied, I was going to tell you soon, but I just didn't know when." Fluttershy explained, resting her head on Rainbow's shoulder.
"Shy, your one of the best things that has ever happened to me. I wouldn't want to change that for the world." Rainbow said, quickly kissing Fluttershy on the lips.
"Thank you. I guess we should get back to the others now." Fluttershy said, before letting out a sigh.
"When are we going to tell them about us?" Fluttershy asked. "It's been two months."
"Look, we'll do it soon. Trust me, I hate not kissing ya in front of people-"
"Please don't do that. I don't like crowds." Fluttershy added, cutting Rainbow off.
"I want to hold your hand in pubic and be known as girlfriends not just best friends." Rainbow finished.
"Me too Dashie. I can wait until your ready." Fluttershy said, giving Rainbow a quick kiss on the cheek.
"Now let's get to the others." Fluttershy added, standing up and helping Rainbow to her feet.
Rainbow and Fluttershy entered Fluttershy's bed room, where the other four were playing Truth or Dare. Twilight looked at them with a smile and a wave.
"You two want to join our game?" Twilight questioned.
"Truth or Dare? That's a lame game." Rainbow said with a raised eyebrow.
"Oh I'll play!" Fluttershy said, walking over to her bed.
"By the way Dashie, I don't have any video games." Fluttershy said, an evil smile formed on her lips.
"Really? You are this rich and you can't get one game?!" Rainbow cried out, before she sighed in defeat. "Count me in!"
Rarity smiled at Rainbow's choice, seeing how different her friend has been acting lately.
"Fluttershy, truth or dare?" Rarity asked.
"Truth!"
"Boo! You always pick truth!" Pinkie said, making Fluttershy frown.
"Fine, dare I guess." Fluttershy said, hiding behind her hair.
"I dare you, to give Rainbow her a kiss on the lips." Rarity said, causing the two girls' eyes widen in shock.
"Umm... Dashie, is this alright with you?" Fluttershy asked, her mind going all over the place with them finally kissing in front of her friends.
"Yeah Shy, just if it's a quick one." Rainbow said.
'Gosh I hope this is quick. I don't want the girls thinking of anything' Rainbow thought.
Fluttershy couldn't hide her blush well. She was nervous kissing Rainbow in front of a group. Even one as small as four, it has always been in secret, out in the open made Fluttershy afraid.
"Knock it off, can' y'all see ya scarin' the girl." Applejack said, causing the two to stop before they could kiss.
"Rarity, ya should know not to mess with your own friends. Think about if Rainbow here dare ya to kiss Pinkie?" Applejack questioned the now blushing lady.
"Point taken, sorry Fluttershy." Rarity said.
"It was really no problem." Fluttershy said with a kind smile.
'That was too close. One second later and well...' Fluttershy thought, not wanting to be laughed at by her friends.
The girls continued their game until later in the day. Laughing at Pinkie's jokes, Fluttershy shared stories about her life that she has never told them before.
All in all it was a fun time, even ordering a pizza from a place called Nancy, Pinkie smiled, thinking of a clever joke.
"Man I sure hate Nancy's." Pinkie said, to what fell on deaf ears.
"Guys. Did you hear me, I said I sure hate Nancy's!" Pinkie said pointing at the box.
"Yes we get Pinkie, we're trying to talk over here." Rainbow said, the clock hitting 7:30.
At 8:30pm, Rainbow stood up to throw away the pizza box, but stopped and looked at the top of the box. Seeing the name of the place where it came from.
"Hey, the pizza came from a place called Nancy's." Rainbow said, causing Pinkie's eye to twitch.
"THAT'S WHAT I'VE BEEN TRYING TO SAY!" Pinkie cried out, causing the others to laugh.
When the clock hit ten o'clock, the girls fell fast asleep. Pinkie, Rarity and Twilight were all able to sleep in Fluttershy's huge bed. Rainbow was sleeping on the couch in her room, while Applejack and Fluttershy slept on the floor.
The girls ate their breakfast with everyone having Pancakes. Everyone but Pinkie who wanted Pancakes and Bacon. To Rainbow it sounded weird, but looked tasty.
The girls laughed, with Pinkie making an air horn sound when Applejack burned into Rarity.
"Shut it Pinkie, your a one note joke that everyone will get sick of in a week time!" Rarity yelled.
"Ba, ba, ba raa." Pinkie said sadly, making Rainbow laugh.
"And that ba raa has a giant question mark all over it. 'Ba raa?'" Rainbow questioned, making the others laugh.
A loud crash sounded through the halls, making Fluttershy rub her head.
"It's too early for this." Fluttershy said, just when Lucky ran too fast running face first in the door.
"And that's why you don't run so fast. It dangerous" Pinkie said in a funny voice making Twilight giggle.
"Quick news before I leave. Oh, is that Pancakes and Bacon. Why didn't I think of that, it's genius!" Lucky cried out, causing Pinkie to move her breakfast away.
"What is it Lucky?" Fluttershy asked.
"Well everyone says that I have a one track mind. Well look what I made by accident because of someone yelling at eight thirty." Lucky said, causing Pinkie to blush.
Lucky opened his hands to reveal a metal bird shaped like a Robin type of bird. The metal eyes opened, revealing them to be the color blue, while the machine looked around.
"I call her Robin!"
"Clever. Did it take you all night to think of that name?" Twilight mocked his name chose.
"Yes, yes it did." Lucky said with a proud smile. "Robin, say something!"
"Has traicionado a la ley!!" Robin said, making everyone confuse.
"Why did ya machine just say Y'all betray the law?" Applejack asked, making Rarity raise an eyebrow.
"I didn't know you speak Spanish?" Rarity questioned her country friend.
"Ah don' tell ya everythin'." Applejack said, taking a small sip from her glass cup.
"I'm still working on the bugs." Lucky said. "Her movie references ain't nearly has high as it should be!" Lucky cried out before grabbing Robin.
"LUCKY AWAY!!" He cried out, rushing out the door.
The girls looked at Fluttershy in pure surprise. Making her raise her eyebrow at the small crowd.
"How do you put up with him?" Twilight asked what was on everyone's mind.
"It's something that no one can solve. Lucky lost his mind spending all of his time in a cave and his lab." Fluttershy said, before they changed the subject.
Once the girls finish their breakfast, Fluttershy's mother gave each one of the friends a key to the mansion.
"Remember your allowed in as much as you want. Just don't lose your key." Spark said, the girls nodding in response.
The week began with a slow start, with Pinkie being the only one able to be up and bouncing on a Monday. Plus with Fluttershy and Rainbow's clever lies.
With the school off on Friday, everyone having a long weekend, one of the many clever and well thought out plans came to play. On Star Wars day, the day where Twilight and Pinkie sit and watch all the Star Wars movie every three years. To Pinkie if you don't the Dark Side wins.
But the well thought out and not made up in a few seconds of the love birds plan....
"Wait, where's Shy-Shy?" Pinkie asked.
"Oh, uh, Fluttershy said that she's taking some pet working class in how to treat a Rainbow bunny. Then Rainbow is taking a different pet class in the same building." Twilight explained to her friend.
"That's why they shared that cab that one time." Twilight added.
"Wait a minute. You're saying that Fluttershy is at a pet class? That means we can watch Star Wars on her giant T.V." Pinkie said with a grin.
In other words they were idiots. Not complete idiots, but the stupid lies that not even a five year old wouldn't be fooled by just sailed right over their heads.
It was kind of a site, even having a picnic under the stars. With Fluttershy and Rainbow going to see Help! My Mummy's a Werewolf.
Sitting in the movie seats, while the trailers played, Fluttershy looked at the up coming horror films.
"Is it me or is the horror films running out of ideas?" Fluttershy asked Rainbow.

"You want to never come to this movie theater ever again?" Rainbow asked, wrapping her arm around Fluttershy.
Above them was Applejack sitting in the red colored seats, seeing Fluttershy resting her head on Rainbow's shoulder.
'Now why would those two be doing that?' Applejack thought.
Through out the rest of the week Applejack decided to keep a close eye on the two. But from what she saw everything they did was just normal friend stuff, no hand holding or kissing.
Monday rolled around again, with Twilight letting out a tired yawn. Standing next to her was Rarity, putting her makeup on at School.
"Is your boyfriend taking you out today?" Twilight questioned, making Rarity raise her eyebrow.
"Boyfriend? What boyfriend?" Rarity questioned back, confused on who Twilight was talking about.
"The boyfriend you've been dating. The one when Spike learned you had one and was heart broken for a month before he decide to help Scootaloo, but luckily she liked him back. That boyfriend!" Twilight explained.
"Oh right him. Yes you can say that. Sorry darling, but somethings just slip my mind." Rarity said, finishing putting on her makeup.
"Hi Rarity! Hi Twilight!" Pinkie yelled out across the room.
Pinkie ran up to the pair, before she hugged Rarity tightly. Fluttershy walked up to the three, giggling at Pinkie's weirdness.
"Good morning girls." Fluttershy greeted them with a warm smile.
"Morning Fluttershy!" The three girls said.
A boy with blue hair wearing a brown jumper and blue jeans walked down the hall with his hands in his pockets. He looked at Fluttershy in wonder just before the bell rang, letting everyone know class has began.
Lunch rolled around with the six girls sitting at their normal lunch table. With the same boy from before walking up to them.
"Good afternoon, I am Flare Crater. I'm here to ask for Lady Fluttershy to go on a date with me." Flare said, making Fluttershy hide behind her mane.
"The richest boy in school?!” Twilight stated, surprised. “Well are you Flutters?" She whispered to the scared girl.
Rainbow stood up in a rage and walked over to the boy.
"Sorry dude. You can't today or ever! You got that!" Rainbow said, poking his chest. "She already has someone and that someone is ten times better then you'll would ever be!"
"Who?" Flare asked, making Rainbow stop to look at Fluttershy.
'Well we have to tell everyone soon. What the heck?' Rainbow questioned in her head.
The rainbow haired girl grab Fluttershy's hand pulling her to her feet. Before Fluttershy could say anything, Rainbow connected her lips to Fluttershy's for a long awaited, passionate kiss in front of a crowd. Parting, Rainbow looked at him with a smile.
"Me. Now get lost!" Rainbow said, causing Flare to leave the room.
Fluttershy stood frozen in place, not knowing what to do. Rainbow pocked her girlfriend's arm.
"Oh no. I think I broke her." Rainbow said with a hint of worry in her voice.
"Did we? Are we?" Fluttershy asked, breaking out of her frozen state.
"Yes we are. Now girlfriend, you want to go someplace quiet while holding hands?" Rainbow asked, holding her hand out.
Fluttershy grabbed it with a smile and look at Rainbow.
"I love too. If anyone asked we can just umm... say we are dating." Fluttershy said, resting her head on Rainbow.
"I wouldn't want it any other way." Rainbow said before the pair of love birds left the lunch room. The rest has yet to come. But well, the two are happy as can be. With the rule of no kissing in front of a crowd.
Author's Note
Somehow this was easy to write, maybe it because I didn't need to do the whole, "I like this person but I'm not sure if they like me?" Plot, but yeah I just started getting into Flutterdash even through Fluttercord is my second favorite ship. Eh who cares.
But yeah writing Fluttershy and Rainbow in a secret relationship was kind of fun, side ships were Pinkie x Rarity and Scootaloo x Spike from my story; Homework. Also quick note I accidentally created a new universe.
This universe includes, people besides ponies, the Cutie Mark Crusaders trying to 100% Super Mario Sunshine, two people falling in love by homework and now Fluttershy being rich. This universe seems like you don't have to read the others because the loser who wrote it (Which is me), didn't plan for them to connect into this story.
