When a young earth pony named Strummer living in manehatten is taken off the street to fight a war he wanted nothing to do with he finds a side of himself that he thought was long dead. Finding himself in enemy captivity his only salvation lies with a shadow that lurks in the dark corners of his cell promising him retribution on those who let him die. Who is this shadow, and what does it want from him? But possibly the biggest question is; will he agree to its dark promises?
