Dealing With Life... Maybe isn't so bad...?
Chapter One ~ The Problem Starts...
Every day was the same for her. The poor mare hasn’t been happy in what seems like forever to her, although the last time she was wasn’t too far away; sent spiraling into an even deeper depression, losing the only one she needed in her life… Now she wanders the streets alone, crying silently to herself, dripping blood from her legs, caked blood found where her hind legs meet her body, her wings dragging wherever she travels, unable to find the strength to lift them for any purpose. Her horn was never lit unless it was to hold the knife she uses. The poor dear is an outcast, isolated from everybody else; she looks around at everybody else, yearning for another little feeling of happiness.
She lies alone at night, crying herself to sleep, sending silent prayers for something happy in her life. She curls up in a ball every night, before falling asleep; she’s nobody to keep her warm anymore, she’s lost the one that was near and dear to her. She closes her eyes, letting the last of her tears roll down her cheek onto the floor, letting sleep overwhelm her.

The sun shines brightly through the windows of the building, providing a better view of the room: a faded cream-coloured room, a single bedframe huddles the corner of the room, the dark brown-painted closet door on its last hinges, and in the corner opposite the bed's corner, the floor has been stained with blood, with the colour ranging from dark brown to bright red. Getting up from her rest, Sharp looks towards the bloody corner, then looking at her cuts: many short cuts along her inner thighs, along with many scars accompanying them. Slowly rising, Sharp struggles in standing, her hind legs sore from the abuse. Once up, she stretches her wings, yawns, and hobbles shakily towards the entrance of her room, turning right out of her room, and into the main room: a once pretty living space, before the rain had gotten through the roof, leaking slowly onto the furniture and the walls, the paint peeling from the wall, casting an "abandoned" sort of look. Heh... The room looks abandoned... Fitting for what's happened... thought Sharp, wincing.
The silence is broken by a soft creak, the front entrance door slowly opening, Velvet letting herself in the house. "Hey... I... I heard what happened between you two... I'm sorry about what's happened, but don't worry dear, I still love you," Velvet states slowly, as she walks over to Sharp and sits herself down in front of Sharp. ...I feel so bad now, I completely forgot about Velvet! "It's... It's alright dear... I've still got you, and that's all that matters now," Sharp replies, leaning in closer to Velvet, tears rolling down her cheeks. Velvet smiles slightly, giving Sharp a light kiss on the cheek. "Come on, I think I know someone who may be able to help with your..." Velvet's voice trails off as she looks down towards Sharp's hind legs, seeing the stained blood in her white fur, a frown growing on Velvet's face. Velvet pushes Sharp back, urging her to lie down in her room. "You... Need to rest, d-dear... You've lost quite a bit of blood," Velvet nods towards her bloodstained legs, "I'll stay here with you for a bit, okay? Just rest for a bit, we'll visit Pinkie tomorrow." Annoyed with the request, Sharp gives an unhappy whine, but eventually gives in, hesitant to go into her own room. "Could we lie somewhere else," Sharp asks quickly, trying to keep Velvet from seeing the bloodstained corner of her room. Velvet, ignoring the question pushes open the door, and nudges Sharp inside, Sharp hesitantly walking in, sitting hunched over in the center of the room. Velvet, unimpressed by the performance Sharp is giving her now, lies on the bed and invites Sharp to lie with her. Giving in, Sharp lies next to her and closes her eyes, trying to forget what's happened, knowing that she'll never forget.

The shadows grow longer as the sun stoops lower in the sky, allowing the moon to take it's place. Velvet is no longer in the room with Sharp, but is looking up at the sky, opposite of where the sun sinks, awaiting the moon's arrival. Sharp had fallen asleep, and there was a note from Velvet to Sharp on the bed for when she wakes. Velvet, taking a last glance in the direction of Sharp's room, leaves, flying over the Everfree Forest to get to town.
By the time Sharp wakes, the sun has set completely, and the moon has risen high in the sky, casting short, subtle shadows. Noticing that Velvet is no longer with her, Sharp looks around the room, hyperventilating, worrying that she may have been left a second time. Finding the note left for her, she hesitates to read it, but she picks it up anyways, and looks at the front, "To - Sharpie, the best, most beautiful mare I've ever met." Feeling her worries fade, she opens the note. "Dear Sharpie, I am sorry about leaving you alone, but I needed to talk to Pinkie about something. Hopefully we'll have something planned by the time you read this message, but if not, oh well. Meet us at Sugarcube Corner, we'll be on the second story, waiting. Love you dear, see you soon! XXOO -Velvet"

Chapter Two ~ The Surprise.
Sharp smiles warmly, loving the feeling of knowing she isn't being left, and starts heading out the house. She looks up at the moon, noticing the moon seems much brighter than before. She looks towards the street that twists and turns around the Everfree Forest, giving it a quizzical glance. Although this may be the safest route, it would take the longest. And plus--who's to know it's the safest? Sharp, deciding to avoid the road, goes through the Everfree Forest, weaving between the trees, and avoiding the ditches. Skipping happily through the forest, Sharp forgets to pay attention to her surroundings, and not on her own thoughts: Oh, I wonder what they have planned? It could be anything! Maybe it's a cake? Oh, or even a new article of clothing? I'd love a new dress! Maybe it's from-- She trips on a fallen log, falling into the den of a half-wolf, the occupant of the den growling at Sharp. Sharp, getting her bearings, looks cautiously at the half-wolf, backing up slowly, trying to apologize. "O-Oh... I'm so... Sorry, mister... Or miss..." Please don't hurt me... Please let me get out of here alive... "I didn't mean to fall into here..."
"Be more careful next time," the half-wolf growls, looking a bit more relaxed with Sharp, loping over to her to lick the scratches. "...Did... You...?" "Yes, little one. I was able to communicate with you, It's something I can do with all, 'tis a gift given to me from my birth." Sounds more like a curse... Sharp reaches the edge of the den, nodding at the half-wolf, "Thank you mister..." "Wolf. Call me Wolf." "...Okay then. Have fun!" Sharp starts skipping again, watching out for more fallen logs, or anything she could trip on.

She finally reaches the edge of the forest, getting a strange feeling, but she shrugs it off. Probably nothing, she thinks to herself, trying to keep herself calm. Aimlessly wandering through Ponyville, she looks for Sugarcube Corner, dreading the emptyness of the dirt roads, wishing for at least one other individual in sight. The shadows cast by the moon doesn't make the area any less creepy... Slowly, Sharp walks towards Sugarcube Corner, trying to ignore the feeling of dread rising up in her belly. Come on, Sharpie. It's most likely nothing, just probably from being alone out here in this... Isolated... Dirt road... Behind Sharp, a twig snaps, and she quickly dashes to the building, turning to look behind her, seeing nothing. Scorning herself, she turns back around to be greeted by a pair of yellowish eyes. "Hello again, dear."
"O-Oh! W-Wolf, hi! I didn't... Know you were there, I'm sorry. Don't sneak up like that, though!" Wolf lowered his head in shame, softly whining. "I'm sorry, please forgive me. I didn't mean to startle you." "Oh, Wolf, it's okay," explains Sharp, as she cuddles Wolf. "Hey, I'm heading to Sugarcube Corner, would you like to come with me? If they are startled by your presence, I'll explain to them that you don't mean to hurt them. Or you could, doesn't matter." Turning her head to the entrance, she urges Wolf to make a decision. "Thank you for the offer, you said we were going to... 'Sugarcube Corner,'" Wolf asked, tilting his head quizzically. "Yes, yes! Come with me! It'll be fun...? Maybe, iunno. I'm actually supposed to meet my girlfriend there, she and Pinkie planned a surprise for me they said," Sharp replies, looking excitedly to the front door of the building.
The door opens quickly, yet quietly, as to make sure not to disturb anybody. Sharp and Wolf both walk in, Sharp closing the door behind them, and heading for the stairs. "...The place smells sweet, yet there is a faint smell of..." Wolf's voice trails off as he sniffs the air more, Sharp hurrying to the stairs. "Hey, wait! You don't know what's--" Wolf is cut off by Sharp, "Nonsense, I know exactly what's up here! It's Pinkie and Velvet!" Bolting up the stairs, Sharp finds Pinkie's door and opens it, shocked.
