A young woman growing up in Chicago has discovered she has powers. Powers that by all laws of nature should not exist. Powers to open up rifts to another world that let's her move between distances in almost no time. However, power as most know, is never freely given or without consequences.

This woman has been receiving visions of another world when she travels and is losing memories when she does. This world is clearly alien in nature featuring strange creatures and odd architecture, so why does she feel like she's seen it before?
