There she is, sitting at her usual table with her pegasi gal pals. Her beautiful turquoise skin really matches her complexion, and her lighting hair sparks her personality.
No wonder she's named Lightning Dust, she represents her own name.
When there's me, Roseluck.
You take one good look at me and you can't even tell what the hell my name is.
I only chat with the Doctor, Derpy and Fluttershy, who are the only ponies who know my name. Everypony else are always looking at me and they think my name is Amber Rose.
Isn't amber yellow? It's yellow right?
Do I look fucking yellow to you?
Even the fucking goddess of friendship doesn't know my name, but she knows my neighbor Carrot Top.
I may be quiet and invisible, but I'm not that dense. I mean, really!
As I was saying, I'm now sitting behind a bush,~~stalking~~ spying on my crush, Lightning Dust.
Yes yes I know, she's a bitch because of what she did at the Wonderbolt Academy.
Don't ask how I know that.
But it doesn't matter. I've seen her since then and I think she's the most sexiest pegasus I've ever seen.
C’mon now, we all have our bitchy moments right?
I mean, even my good friend Fluttershy can be a real bitch sometimes.
I don't understand it, but it's true.
But as I said before, I'm sitting here, looking at the most gorgeous, sexiest, beautiful mare ever to be spotted.
I wasn't a fillyfooler until she came into my life. If I could say it to her face, I'd say that she is the only mare I'll ever love.
You know what, I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna go tell this mare how I feel so I can no longer feel this feeling of wanting to be kissed.
So I can kiss her so much it hurts. One day, we're gonna be sitting in a car at night, in the dark, and I'm gonna be on top of her, kissing the fuck out of her
And maybe I'll-
“Hey! You should hang out with us.”
My ears shot up. Is that Lightning Dust, calling me?
“Hey, you! Uh, guys I don't think she can hear me.”
She? She….really IS talking to me!
I turn to face Lightning Dust, as she returns my stare.
She looks dead at me. “Uh, are you death?”
HOLY BALLS! LIGHTNING IS TALKING TO ME!
And….she asked ME to hang with her.
I pointed to myself, to make sure I wasn't making any assumptions.
And she nodded in response.
“Roseluck c’mon!”
S-s-she….knows my name? SHE KNOWS MY NAME!
But how? We don't even talk to each other, I just know her name by hearing it from other ponies.
I don't understand-
“Rose, are you just gonna sit there like a bum, or are you gonna come over here and hang with us?”
Whelp, I better not screw this up like I've done all the other times.
“U-uhh, I'm coming!” I stuttered, not knowing how to answer.
As I make my way up to her table, I spot two other pegasi as well.
One has a dark gray coat, and twilight colored eyes. Judging by his appearance, it's Thunderlane.
The other one was a mare with a purple coat, white and blue spiky hair.
Cloudchaser.
I finally arrived the table, sitting on the short mushroom seat closest to Lightning Dust. Of course I did it on purpose, I wouldn't mind sitting next to her.
So close, I can hear her breathe.
“So Roseluck, what were you doing over there in that bush?” she asked.
I froze up. Oh nothing, I was just spying on you because I've had a crush on you and I want to fuck you in a car one day.
I'm not gonna say that, I'd lose my small connection with her that I have gained.
I mean, we shop at the same stores, her cloud house is above my cottage, and for some strange reason, she knows my name.
I CANNOT lose that!
“Oh, I was just roaming around and writing a poem.”
Cloudchaser became confused. “What were you doing writing a book in the bushes?”
“The bushes are my writing spot. It's where I go to get peace since ponies around here are busy and stuff.”
Lightning laughed softly. “I know that's right. Sometimes I try to relax and have some alone time, but it never turns out right in Cloudsdale. So I come to Ponyville.”
So that's why she is here at this restaurant everyday, to get space from all the pegasi up in Cloudsdale.
Man, we are more alike than I ever knew.
“Well being alone is boring!” Thunderlane replied to break the short silence. “I'd rather be close to all the mares, with or without wings.”
He put one hoof around Cloudchaser, who gushed like a little girl.
“Oh Thunder, stop.” she teased.
From the corner of my eye, I could tell that Lightning looked as confused as I did.
“Uh, are you two dating or something?” she asked.
“Yeah, we didn't wanna tell ya though….well, at least I didn't.” Cloudchaser replied, giving Thunderlane a soft, playful glare.
He shrugged his shoulders. “What? Can't help it.”
Lightning Dust sighed. “All of my friends seem to be getting in relationships lately.”
“Well Lightning, I'm sure there's a lucky mare out there waiting for ya!” Cloudchaser encouraged.
Wait, mare?
That's when Thunderlane eyed me with a devious smirk. “Maybe Roseluck is your lucky mare.”
My eyes widened. “W-whaaaa?”
I turned to Lightning Dust, looking at her speechless expression, even a little blush.
“C’mon now guys, Rose here is just my neighbor and friend.”
Beat.
“Besides, I'm sure that she doesn't even roll that way.”
Beat. Fucking beat.
“Plus, she might have a coltfriend judging by her looks.”
Celestia, why do you hate me so?
Lightning doesn't even know how bad I just wanna to just tackle her in a bed and suck her dry like a vampire fruit bat does to apples.
I WANT TO FUCK YOU.
And I don't have the balls to say it.
Thunder starts chuckling. “I dunno Lightning. If I didn't know any better, I'd say that the real reason she was in those bushes was because she was stalking you.”
I laughed, loudly and awkwardly.
“HA! HA, OH THUNDERLANE YOU ARE FUCKING HILARIOUS!” I laughed, beating the table.
Celestia christ, I feel like crying.
I felt a soft touch on my shoulder.
“Yo Rose, it was just a joke calm down.” Lightning reassured me.
Oh ho ho ho, MY FEELINGS ARE NOT A JOKE!
I wanna stroke your mane and hear you moan while I-
“Well it's getting late guys, the sun is setting ya know.” Cloudchaser replied.
“Yeah, we'll catch you later. See ya Dust!”
Both Thunderlane and Cloudchaser returned to the skies of Cloudsdale, leaving both me and Lightning Dust at the table.
She stood up as she sighed, smiling softly at me. “Well, we better head home.”
I blushed. “Yeah, we should.”
On the road, me and Lightning caught up on a few things.
Like, what pisses us off the most, our birthdays, and what we do on a daily basis.
However, I refuse to tell her how I feel. That's just not happening.
But I do know that she's a fillyfooler, so Celestia doesn't hate me I guess.
“So umm, Lightning how do you know my name? I mean the only ponies who know who I am are Derpy and the Doctor.”
“I should be asking you the same thing.”
I froze. Oh, I know your name by stalking your name by stalking you and hearing your name from other ponies.
“U-uhh, I asked you first.”
She chuckled softly. “Ok, ok. Well remember that town's party at city hall last weekend?”
I nodded. “Yeah, why?”
“Well, when I was dancing, I noticed a familiar earth pony who seemed all alone. I wanted to help her out by dancing with her in return. Then afterwards, I learned her name and that she lived below me.”
The Town's party, how could I forget.
She saw me at the table all alone since Doctor didn't like parties, and wherever the Doctor is, Derpy follows. And since Fluttershy wasn't a social butterfly, she didn't attend it either.
But that's not the day I fell in love with her. It was months ago actually when Lightning caught my attention. The Town's party actually was one of my favorite moments.
Though, it seems like a blur to me.
“Rooosse? Rooosseluuuck….” I heard Lightning Dust called to catch my attention.
“Huh? Oh, what's up?”
“Are you not gonna answer my question?”
I was so busy daydreaming, I wasn't even listening.
“What question?”
She laughed. That seems to be a habit of hers whenever I reply dumbly.
“I asked you: How'd you know my name?”
Oh.
Oh.
That question. I'm sure there's another reasonable response I can give her.
Oh, I just have been stalking you with my good ol’ eyes.
Beat.
Well, I talk to ponies who know you and I asked them about you.
Hell no.
There was this guy, who knew this guy, who knew this guy, who knew this guy, who knew this guy, who knew this guy, who knew this guy, who knew this guy's cousin….
“Uh well, sometimes I see you with your friends a lot and they say your name. See I have super hearing.”
“Heh, well whenever I say something, it's like you dose off.”
Yeah because I dream of fucking you in a..
“Well I like to daydream a lot.”
“Ha, I can tell.”
Dear sun goddess who rules over us all, if this is a dream, don't wake me up. And if you do, I will kill your subjects.
We both finally made it up to our house. Mine, which was at the bottom and Lightning’s high cloud house.
“Whelp, this is my stop.” Lightning flew up to her house, poking her head out the window.
She eyed me down from below. “Hey, you're cool, we should hang out sometime.”
I couldn't stop staring up at her. Those eyes, her hair, her coat.
Just her personality is bedazzling.
“Well uh, we'll see.”
But that's when Lightning flew down to my side. She was so close to me, our noses touched.
“I'm serious Rose, I want you.”
My eyes widened.
And before I could reply, she pressed her lips against mine. The soft, warm, tenderness of her lips gave me light and hope that I couldn't explain.
She flew down to my side just so she could embrace me. When her hooves wrapped around my sides, I felt a warm shiver up my spine as I grew hornier and hornier by the minute.
Those hormones sure do kick up quickly.
“Rooose…” she mumbled, while devouring my lips.
“Hmmm.....?”
“Rooose…get off the floor.”
I pulled away. “What?”
I opened my eyes to spot a butter cream pegasus staring at me.
“Rose, get off the ground!”
It was, a dream?
I fucking knew it.
“Ugh, what happened?”
“Well,” the pegasus replied softly. “I asked you if you could go in the restaurant and ask the colt for our menus, but when I went looking for you, I found you by these bushes sleep.”
I arose quickly. “Wait, what?! Where's Lighting Dust?”
Fluttershy sighed. “She left an hour ago.”
NOOO, my dream! My FUCKING dream!
Those soft lips of hers, it was a dream that felt so real!
I cried. “Why didn't you tell me that she was here? You know how I feel about her.”
“I was going to when you returned, but by no surprise, I found you in the bushes that was closest to her table, sound asleep. I've been calling you this whole time.”
Curses. Just great.
Justfuckinggreat.
I should've know that it was just a dream, Lightning wouldn't know a fucked up pony like me.
“I need a pillow.”
Fluttershy patted my shoulder. “Come on Rose, it's getting late. Let's take you home.”
And with that, Fluttershy managed to drag me all the way home after another fucked up day.
Author's Note
Hello guys! So this time I thought maybe I could write a story about my favorite background pony.
And after reading the book "Anatomy of A Misfit" I gained a little inspiration to make a new story and make Roseluck a sarcastic asshole who ~~stalks~~ spies on her crush.
And yes, I called her diary entries log dates because I have a feeling that she'd remind me of a little green dorito of mine.
(Also, about fucking someone in a car, that was a little joke of mine.
Ponies can't drive cars now people.)
