The Familiar

School Days Part 2

Azrael POV

To say that the class and the teacher were shocked when we entered the room would be putting it lightly. They looked like they were on the verge of screaming bloody murder until Luna calmed them down, telling them I was her familiar and I wasn't a threat. Most of them calmed down after she said that and we attended the class. It was as boring as you'd think. However it was fun helping Luna take her test, apparently in this school, your familiars could help you with anything you ask them to do, and I meet anything with no repercussions. I'm guessing they didn't count on familiars who know how to multiply and divide. That's not to say the other students were as happy as us though, must be feeling pretty jealous that not only is Luna's familiar sentient and intelligent, buunique one at that. After seeing the kind of familiars on campus I can safely say that I'm not impressed, while there are some cool ones out there, most were just cats, dogs, and generally animals you'd see in a pet store. Kind of sad when you think about it. After class ended and Luna getting the only perfect score in the class,(try to guess why) we went to the cafeteria to get some Lunch. Unfortunately, upon arrival we were greated by who I can only describe as the generic bully and her band of mindless zombies.

"So after so long without a familiar, this is it? This is the best a princess can get? A hairless monky with wierd clothes." she said in a condescending tone, making her small army of idiots laugh like she made the funniest joke ever. The fact that she's openly insulting one of the two daughters of the queen with no thought in her mind that this will bite her in the ass later on astounds me to no end. I mean seriously, it's like some cosmic force out there is trying so hard to make them look and sound as stupid and neadlessly cruel for no reason.

Meanwhile

2nd POV

Inside the throne room of a large castle in the sky, sits a strange being on a ruby quartz throne. It wore a long grey coat with it's hood up, the inside of which was colored red, grey pants and dark red boots. It's skin was snow white and taking the place of a face was a large red question mark. It was laying nonchalantly on the throne with it's head and legs resting on the two arm rests while playing a PSP before suddenly stoping and looking up, gaining the attention of the guards lining the walls of the room.

"Ah... Ah....ACHOOOOOOOOOOO!!!The sheer power of the sneeze blew away all the guards towards the end of the room and destroyed all the windows.

" Sorry about that." It apologized, gaining a round of pained groans from the guards. "Strange, I felt like someone was talking about me for a second there. Must have been a new comment...nah. No one ever writes new comments. It then returned back to it's former position and continued it's game while one of the guards slowly got back up. He looked at his fellow guards before sighing, "We don't get paid enough for this shit," he didn't expect to get a response though.

"I don't pay you at all!", the guard sighed again before waking up the other guards. It's going to be a long day and he is not suffering it alone.

Back on Equis

Azrael POV

Meh, probably just bad luck. Turning back to the scene In front of me, I saw Luna was real close to blowing her top. Not that I'd blame her though, these little shits are starting to give me a migraine. I was about to vaporize the lot of them when Luna suddenly hugged me again.

"How dare you say that to Azrael!? He is the kindest person I've met, other than my mother and sister!" Luna shouted in anger.

"Whatever, what can he do anyway? Stand there and look weird?" she said...by the way is that racist? I think that's racist.

Luna actually smirked at that, "He can do many things, in fact I can say he's as strong as my mother, if not stronger." not to stroke my own ego right now, but she's right, if I fought Stella seriously without holding back she'd be dead. Even if she went into that "dark mode" or whatever it's called.

The bully just laughed at that, "This thing? As strong as Queen Stella? Prove it."

"Well, he did single handedly defeat the griffon and dragon armies, and he did fight my mother and win." Luna said with pride, making everyone in the cafeteria including the bully to stare at me with disbelief.

"Wait...you mean that he's the one everyone's talking about? "The protector of Canterlot" that stopped all the recent attacks? Impossible! How could this thing possibly do that?! I bet he couldn't eve- hey!" I cut her off when I Lifted her in the air with my telekinesis.

"Anything else you'd like to add smart ass?", she just looked at me shocked.

"How do you know my name?!"...I really have no comment on that one.

"Your name is Smart Ass?"

"Yeah, got a problem with that?" She said annoyed.

...

...

I promptly dropped her on her ass (pun unintended) and started laughing my ass off. "Your name is Smart Ass, and your making fun of us?" I laughed for a few more moments before stopping and giving her a serious face that made her flinch. I grabbed a fork out of my clothes (don't ask) and used my powers to mold it to look like Smart Ass...hehehe. "See this?" She nods. "This is you if you follow your name and leave like a smart little girl. Now this." I then shot a blast out of my eyes directly on the small figure's head making it explode and leave a trail of smoke. This made her and the entire cafeteria look at me with a look of fear. "Is you if you don't get out of our way." She then instantly stepped aside allowing us to pass. Before I passed her however I gave her one last stern look, "If I see or hear you make fun of Luna again, I'm going to make sure there's nothing left of you. Got me?" Instead of answering, she just fainted.

Now most would think that it's wrong to scare a little girl this bad, to those people I say if you want something to stop make it happen instead of letting it go on. Making my way back to Luna, I saw her smiling so hard I was worried her face would split in half. "You seem happy." I said to her.

"That was so cool! You were like "This is you", and she was like...ahem...sorry." Can I just say how adorable that was. Without any warning she hugs me Again.Not that I'm complaining though. When we broke away I was barely able to see her blush before she turned around to get her food tray. I chuckled a bit, maybe school won't be so bad after all.
