Pinkie Pie walked up to Fluttershy's cottage, her hooves quietly clopping against the dirt road. When she approached the door and knocked, she didn't get the normal greeting of the fluttery pegasus, but instead, the door creaked open and a petrified teal eye peeked out, but after seeing a confused pink earth pony, she opened the door more easily. "Oh, hey Pinkie! Come on in." Fluttershy said guesting inside.
"Hey Fluttershy." Pinkie started slowly."You seem a bit, troubled. Is something wrong?" Although Pinkie's voice had its cheerful element, she still showed she was concerned.
"Oh..It's nothing. If I told you, you would think I was crazy!" Fluttershy said sadly, looking down at the wooden floor, her left hoof slowly swayed back and forth across it.
"Fluttershy, you're talking to Pinkie Pie, you can tell me anything!" Pinkie responded with a comforting tone, wanting Fluttershy to understand what she said was true, as she put a hoof around her, looking into her friend's worried gaze.
"Okay, Pinkie Promise you'll believe me?"
"Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye." Pinkie said sweetly, retracting her hoof as she lead Fluttershy to the moss-green colored couch, in the back of the room.
"I think I...I think I'm being...st-stalked." Fluttershy stuttered, tears beginning to form in her eyes, which held a terrified expression. Pinkie's mouth dropped open.
"Wha-what? But..." Pinkie's voice trailed to a halt, as she too formed a horrified expression.
"What's wrong Pinkie?" Fluttershy asked, wondering what her friend was thinking about.
"Me too."
"What?"
"Me too." Pinkie repeated, swallowing the lump that had formed in her throat.
"You're being stalked too?!" Fluttershy realized, and no longer looked like she wanted to curl up in a corner, but as if AJ had just told her she was going into the fashion biz.
"Yeah, ever since you scared us on Nightmare Night, I have always felt as if somepony was, watching me." Pinkie said as she bit her lip, staggering over the last two words.
"Me too! Have you told anypony else?" Fluttershy asked.
"I tried telling Twilight about it, but she thought I was crazy! She even said that I was 'just having one of those days'. I don't even know what she means by that, and I would think my friend would know when I'm being serious!" Pinkie complained. She was clearly angry at the response that Twilight had given her just days earlier."But, I know now I CAN'T be nuts if somepony else is having the same problem!"
"I know what you mean." Fluttershy responded." Rarity gave me a similar answer, she told me it was all in my head." Fluttershy said, giving a short smile for about two seconds at her coincidence with the pink mare.
"Well, what SHOULD we do?" Pinkie asked, wide eyed in terror.
"Well.."Fluttershy paused, tapping her hoof against her chin, pondering in thought."Obviously none of our friends believe us, at least, the ponies we've talked to so far haven't, so we need to work to solve the problem on our own. In case anypony else we tell thinks we're insane."
"But how?"Pinkie said looking down in embarrassment before speaking,"I know I usually have all the ideas, but in this case, I'm clueless!" She said, holding a slight blush when she looked up at her friend again. She had even regained a small grin.
"We need to protect each other, and our friends, at all cost! We don't know if our stalker is hostile or not, and until we do, we have to remain vigilant!" Fluttershy said, holding a scary serious face.
"Okay, and we should still continue to try and persuade our friends that our stalker is real, and to try and get them to help us find their identity. At least, assuming it's the same mare or colt!" Pinkie said, her expression changing as she thought of the fact they could be dealing with two trackers instead of one.
"Well, I guess we should get to work!" Fluttershy said, and the two mares, cautiously, headed to Ponyville.

As the two mares walked through town, they ran into one of their closest friends, Rainbow Dash. "Hey you two! What's happening?!" She said in her normal raspy tone.
"Uhh.." Fluttershy started, looking worriedly at Pinkie Pie.
"Come on guys, you can tell me." Rainbow said, sharing in the worry, but for a different reason.
"Just, watch your back! Come on Flutters!" Pinkie said, grabbing the yellow pegasus as they flew down the road.

"Fluttershy, I think it would be best if you lived here for a while!" Pinkie said as she paced back and forth in front of her bed, in which Fluttershy was sitting on.
"Pinkie, what are you talking about? We've only encountered our stalkers separately! On top of that, we haven't seen hide or tail of suspicion since we got together!" Fluttershy explained.
"I know I know! But I am not crazy! Haven't you seen the horror films?"
"Explain please?"
"Fluttershy! In all the movies the stalker lives in the woods, and you live on the edge of the Everfree Forest!" After a moment of thought, Fluttershy comprehended what Pinkie was saying.
"Alright...But what about my animals?"
"We can go there during the day and tend to them, and you can sleep here at night."
"Oh, why not?"
"Yay! Okay, now let's turn this old bed into a bunk, then let the Cakes know!"
"Okay." And the two were off to work.
