The peace in Equestria has been shattered. Those of the ponies that did not seek refuge in sky city of Cloudsdale have all been enslaved by a bloodthirsty race of immortal humanoids who call themselves the kholanari tribe.

With our magic suppressed by their powerful shamans, and our fighters too scared to even dare challenge the barbarians that are more than twice their size, the only hope ponykind still has of survival lies in an old legend we had heard some of the guards whispering about.
