A new Beginning

Ponyville General Hospital, Two days later

The Morning Breeze coming through the window of the hospital of Ponyville , for a couple of days , the stranger stallion Princess Twilight Sparkle and the Elements of Harmony Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie had brought to the hospital was on observation, however, the poor soul had not yet regained consciousness, the other girls , as told by the princess of friendship, were standing guard at the hospital, hoping that the unknown stallion would wake up.

"Ugh , I'm bored " Rainbow Dash said , tucking the feathers of his wings in place , as had been unable to preen in the morning as it should because the stranger had priority over anything else , as Twilight had said, also she said that the cards and deck of the unknown stallion found in the Everfree forest were valid, but none of the experts she consulted could give her a satisfactory answer about the cards except that the cards give a weird energy signal. Rainbow wanted to play against the strange , those strange cards promise a very interesting fight, and the reckless athlete was bored of winning almost all the duels that other duelists in Ponyville had to offer her.

"Hopefully he wakes up today," murmured the athlete, "everyone knows that hospitals give me the chills, moreover, I know these cards are powerful," she continued talking alone, putting her hand on the deck of the stranger in the bed across the room.

"Hello dashie!" a cheerful voice interrupted the thoughts of the athlete, while giving her a little scare .

"By Celestia , Pinkie , do not do that! " the athlete said, putting a hand on her chest , trying to calm her galloping heart , "I still remember the incident with Mr. Eisenflower, "she said angrily without thinking, narrowing her eyes, while her free hand was pointing at the party girl; Suddenly, Rainbow Dash realized she had made a mistake by making that comment, because the Ponyville Party Animal suddenly began to sob loudly, her blue eyes full of tears and her mane fully deflated.

" I did not want to give Mr. Eisenflower a heart attack, Dash, just wanted to give him a gift for his birthday. " Pinkie said between sobs , "besides, he forgave me for that little accident. " the girl continued, he tears rolling down her cheeks, unbeknown to her, dash rolled her eyes, muttering something by the lines of “yeah, little.”

"Damn , sorry Pinkie , you know I'm no good to keep my mouth shut ," Dash said, smiling apologetically , " Anyway ... " any other comment was lost when both ponies heard a grunt of pain coming from the bed back of the room .

The mysterious stranger had finally awakened.

??? First Person PoV

I woke up on a hard bed, the thin sheets and the smell of disinfectant telling me I was in a hospital, my head was spinning as I tried to focus my eyes on objects or people around me, after a couple of minutes , the first thing in which I could focus was the hand in front of my face, my skin now had a whitish tone, and when I touched my hand with the other, I could feel a thin coat, also I noticed the fur being thicker on my forearms , and if I had to guess, this coat was all over my body, the second thing I could register was the smell , granted, the smells of the hospital were predominant , but my nose right now I was really sensitive, but when I finally focused my eyesight, I noticed that now my face was a little more elongated , almost like the snout of an animal, if I had to guess , I'd say a horse.

"Hello Mr. unknown, " a voice said directly to my right, startling me and making me turn my head toward its source, noticing for the first time the other occupants of the room , a couple of strange girls also with features similar to mine, the first one was supported against the wall, her dark clothes emphasizing her blue coat and her hair (mane?) was of all colors of the rainbow , she was wearing pretty loose cargo pants, a belt and a tank top, she also had a vest and a bulky device on her left arm, and her wings they were fluttering nervously…

Wait a second… wings?

Ok what the hell ?, or is this a hallucination or seriously somehow I ended or high, or dead, at that moment I began to panic .

"Hey , Mr. unknown, are you okay ?" Twisting my head toward the direction of the voice, my eyes focused on the other girl, her pink coat obscured by the darker pink of her mane, she was dressed in jeans and a yellow shirt with a patterned balloons  upfront, the same device of the other girl, but this time on the right arm.

"Uh ..." I said , 'God!, good start, moron', I told myself mentally , " this is going to sound strange, ladies, but where I am ?, and who are you? "

"We are the girls who rescued you from the forest" the blue girl began to explain, standing up, dragging a chair and sitting near my bed, with a slightly bored voice , as if I had to explain to a small child, " And my name is Rainbow Dash, and her, " she continued, pointing his thumb toward the other girl behind her, "she is Pinkie Pie."

At that moment , my brain decided in a rather subtle way to remember a certain program for young children that was causing furor in my country , in addition to a fairly large community spread throughout the world, wincing in pain, head on mi hands, I weakly nodded, before the information settled in.

"Wait just a sec" I said, raising my hand, palm out, " by any chance, you have some friends called Rarity , Applejack , Fluttershy and Twilight Sparkle ? I asked, tilting my head slightly to one side.

A moment of silence accompanied my question , suddenly , Pinkie was on top of me, with a look of wonder and eyes open wide.

"Oh my gosh," she exclaimed, " you know us, how is that possible, if we do not know you , indeed, I was going to ask if you like parties and mhfmhmmhf " anything she was going to tell me was lost, because Rainbow 's hand covering the mouth of the girl with pink fur.

"Ok, Mr.unknown," she began , with a chilling voice , staring at me , "no more games, who you are, or even better," she continued, smiling in a sinister way," I want to know how much you actually know about us, but before nothing..." she continued , raising her hand, fearing the worst, I closed my eyes, bracing myself for some blow or worse.
