Author's Note
Rewatching Filli Vanilli got me hooked on this ship. She gets quite overbearing at times, but Rarity's fussing over Big Mac such as readjusting his tie all hints at a comfortable familiarity, even taking him out all the way to Zecora for a check-up, and there are a few visual bits that stuck out to me such as Rarity looking sideways at Big Mac with one eye closed. I tried to translate those character dynamics here, where Rarity is the talker, but it's definitely not a one-sided relationship, and they're both playful, such as with their pet names.
That said, I attempted to stay away from any 'Big' Mac or 'Little' Mac jokes. It was difficult 
. Then when I went to create a synopsis I ended up using those exact jokes I refrained from making in the story 
I was this close to making a Clifford the Big Red Dog joke 
The working title was 'RariMac', then when I tried to come up with one I tried to make an Apple and Marshmallow pastry joke, and somehow ended up with that instead.
