The killer 'Midnight Butcher' was notorious for being not only the first killer in a thousand years but the most brutal and intelligent one.

The killer was known to kidnap foals at night after killing their father and mother's with a meat cleaver in brutal and deadly ways. However, when the killer fails to kill Sweetie Belle but successfully captures her daughter and husband she teams up with her old friends, Apple Bloom and Scootaloo to find the killer and save her daughter.
