The Worst Story You'll Ever Read
Once upon a time, in the land of Equestria, there existed two alicorns. And no, we’re not talking about Celestia, or Luna, or Twilight, or Cadance, or Flurry Heart… Damn, there are a few too many alicorns, no? Anyway, no, we’re talking about two different alicorns. Misty Skies and Origin Point.
These two alicorns were the worst OCs in the history of the My Little Pony fandom. For starters, they were alicorns. But worse than that. Misty and Origin both had dark color pallettes. Misty had a black coat, and a black mane and tail, except the mane and tail had red highlights in them. Origin was neon green with a black mane and tail, both of which had bright purple tips. They also had traumatic upbringings. Oh yeah, we’re going there. They were abused as foals, and went through hardcore teenage phases, rebelling against society. And now they are both supreme edgelords of ponies who hate everything and everyone around them. Which is why they’re perfect for each other.
When these two abominations of characters first met, well, it was love at first sight. Misty wasn’t like the other mares. She was shy, dark, and mysterious. And Origin wasn’t like the other stallions. He was.. Shy, dark, and mysterious. Misty knew how to kill a pony in copious amounts of ways, and had a large scar above her left eye from a fight she got into a while back that she will never tell you about because it triggers bad memories. And Origin was the cutest damn pigeon anypony had ever seen. Cute, yet dangerous and edgy as well.
Anyway, both ponies knew that fate had brought them to this point, since they both had a dream the other night in which a dark figure told them about this meeting. And right from the start, they were the happiest couple you’d ever seen. Frolicking through meadows, drinking milkshakes at diners, watching silly bad romantic movies together. All that gay shit. Misty and Origin were the happiest they’d ever been. Things were finally starting to look up….
….for about three days. On the fourth day, Origin tripped over a rock and fatally injured himself. You see, Origin had fought in the war - yes, that war - and had severely injured his knee. He survived, but the doctors told him that he could never trip and fall on that knee or he would die. And, blinded by happiness, that is exactly what poor Origin did. Tripped on a rock and died.
In his final moments, Origin coughed, and leaned in close to Misty’s ear to tell her one final message:
“I will always love you… ma petite baguette..”
And then he died. And Misty became so depressed that she died as well.
