"Twilight Sparkle! I, Trixie the Great and Powerful, have come for you! Today we duel!" Trixie yells outside of the castle library, waiting for Twilight to come down.
Twilight rolls her eyes and walks down the stairs, stopping at the doorway. "What do you want now, Tri-" Twilight lets out a cry of shock as she's lifted in the air, Trixie's horn glowing a bright blue.
"Silence, Twilight Sparkle. I am in charge now. Move aside." Trixie moves Twilight aside with her magic and walks into the library, Twilight still held in a blue bubble.
"What are you going to do, Trixie? Princess Celestia won't let you get away with this, whatever it is!"
Trixie chuckles, settling herself down on the library's floor, her back legs spread wide. "Silly little Twilight, Princess Celestia has no power over me. Or what I'm about to do to you." With that said, she concentrates hard, moving Twilight effortlessly towards her, the alicorn struggling fruitlessly.
"Trixie, put me down! This is a very stupid idea whatever it is you're planning!"
"Oh no, my darling Twilight Sparkle, it is a very good idea. Now close your mouth."
Twilight's eyes widen as she's pulled towards Trixie's wide open vagina, still trying to get out of the glowing ball of magic she's trapped in. No, no, no, no.
"Don't worry your little head, Twilight. You'll be just fine after a little rearranging." Trixie grits her teeth as she uses her magic to slowly ease Twilight's still struggling body inside her. "First the back hooves and your cute little tail then your Cutie Mark - hope you enjoyed the last look of it - then your wings - oh Mama's gonna love getting those - and finally the rest of you. Get cozy, my soon-to-be-little filly."
Twilight lets out a muffled cry as she watches her body slide inside Trixie's gaping vagina until all she can see is the slick pink flesh and then nothing but blackness. Twilight squirms in displeasure as she feels her body shrinking and the baby fat bubbling up on her limbs. She sobs quietly as her Cutie Mark fades away, leaving nothing but a blank flank. She squeezes her eyes shut as ripples begin to rock her fleshy prison and she feel the muscles pushing her outwards over and over.
Trixie groans and pushes until a sopping wet infant-sized Twilight slips outside. Trixie smiles over the newborn foal, admiring her tiny hooves and miniature wings and itty-bitty horn.
"There we go. Mama Trixie's all ready to take care of her new baby Twilight. And you look so cute with your little wings," Trixie murmurs, beaming and nuzzling at the new foal.
Twilight glares at the unicorn and Trixie just chuckles, nudging her towards Trixie's dripping teats.
"That glare doesn't affect me, little one. Now then, it's time for someone to eat their first meal so they can grow great and powerful like their Mama."
Twilight finds she doesn't have much choice in going places as Trixie's quite able to overpower the little filly. She reluctantly opens her mouth and some of the sweet creamy liquid falls inside.
Trixie smiles down as the hungry foal latches onto a nipple and greedily begins nursing.
"Mmm, there's Mama's good baby girl."
Eventually the warm milk, combined with the stress of the day, sends Twilight nestling against Trixie's chest and falling asleep. Trixie hums and rubs the little filly's back, smiling down at her.
"Yes, you'll be Mama Trixie's sweet little foal, doomed to spend the rest of your days in diapers." She leans down and nuzzles Twilight's muzzle gently, pressing a soft lick to her nose. "Nothing but warm Mama's milk in your tummy. And you'll love every minute of it," Trixie finishes, placing the deeply asleep Twilight in her crib.

Twilight stirs and rubs her eyes with her hooves, sitting up on a plush surface. Bars? Where am I? She glances around her, taking in the soft pastel colors and light-colored wood furniture. This looks like a nursery? Twilight hums and attempts to stand on her legs but she falls over almost immediately, landing with a soft thump on a very padded surface. She sniffles, tears already welling up in her eyes at the shock. She presses a hoof to her backside, recoiling in shock at the smooth padded surface. Is this a diaper? What's going on? She starts to cry, big tears dripping down her face as her crying rises in pitch until it just sounds like the tortured wail of an infant.
Hoofbeats sound as the door opens and Trixie rushes in, heading to the crib and lowering the bar via magic. Trixie coos and dips her head down to kiss the newborn's forehead. "Shh, Twilight, don't fuss. Mama's here, Mama's here now." Trixie barely has to concentrate before her horn's glowing and Twilight finds herself floating in the air and then carefully balanced between Trixie's enormous blue wings.
Twilight gapes at the sight, her former rival's wings seem to go on forever and she reaches out a hoof to gently stroke the feathers. The little alicorn shifts around, feeling Trixie walk over to the changing table and levitate Twilight onto the lightly padded surface.
"Mm, there we go, little one. Let's get you out of that old diaper, huh?" Trixie hums and pulls back the wet diaper, cooing as Twilight squirms on the table. "Aww, my little Twily. You'll be fine." She swiftly pulls out the soiled diaper and tosses it in the trash, wiping Twilight and then sliding a fresh thick diaper underneath the foal. Trixie leans over and blows onto Twilight's belly, smiling as the infant filly lets out a babyish laugh. "There we go. A nice clean diaper for Mama Trixie's baby."
Twilight opens her mouth and starts. "Trixie, this is very unbecoming. I am a Princess and how dare you treat me like this. Turn me back to normal immediately."
Trixie laughs. "And a 'mababa' to you too, sweetie."
Twilight's mouth drops open in shock and she starts to sob.
Trixie coos softly and carries the newborn over to a cozy corner loaded with pillows and a nice plush rug. She lays down on it, gently placing Twilight between her legs and guiding the shellshocked foal towards her engorged teats. "Mmm, Mama knows the best way to cheer up little foals is to give them a nice full tummy of milk. Go on, Twilight, drink up."
Twilight fusses and squirms, trying in vain to avoid Trixie's hoof. She shakes her head, glaring at the bigger alicorn.
Trixie sighs and levitates Twilight against her, humming softly as she maneuvers the infant to press right against a swollen teat. "Looks like Mama's going to have to do this the hard way, huh, sweetie-pie?" She eases Twilight's mouth over a nipple and squeezes the flesh with a hoof, smirking as Twilight's eyes widen when a rush of milk floods into her mouth. "There we go, baby. Mama knew that'd make you feel better. C'mon then, keep drinking. A full tummy and a nice nap with Mama'll make her cranky little Twily feel much better."
Twilight reluctantly swallows the milk, struggling in vain to stop drinking but her infantile instincts overcome her and she begins nursing steadily.
Trixie sighs happily as a large wing wraps around Twilight, keeping the foal contained and cozy. "Do you know the best part about all of this, my darling little Twily?"
Twilight looks up at her around a nipple, still nursing solidly, and shakes her head.
Trixie cradles Twilight with a wing and gently strokes her mane with a hoof.
"The best part, little one, is that, thanks to my new magic and that yummy milk you're drinking, you'll be my sweet darling foal. Forever."
Twilight squirms and struggles, milk dripping out of her mouth, trying to escape but Trixie's hoof holds fast.
"Oh, I know, darling, I know but don't you worry. Mama Trixie's gonna take such good care of you that you won't even miss your old life as a Princess."
With her other hoof, Trixie presses down on the teat Twilight's currently attached to, releasing even more milk into her mouth.
"Drink it all up, baby."
Twilight silently sobs, tears rolling down her cheeks, even as she's forced to continue swallowing the milk. She continues to sob as Trixie coos softly at her, the blue adult alicorn's horn glowing softly. Twilight finally manages to tear her mouth away from the nipple and tries to speak, slowly saying despite sniffling every so often. "Trixie, I want you to turn me back. Equestria can't- I need to be out there and Celestia-"
Trixie laughs out loud, wiping away Twilight's tears with a gentle hoof. "My sweet little Twilight Sparkle. Celestia has no need of your services; you're just a newborn foal. Whatever could you do to help?"
"I I'm the Element of Magic! The Princess of Friendship! I'm not your little foal!"
Trixie smiles down at Twilight, still chuckling. "Oh, my dear little one. Celestia and Luna love their new niece very much but they both know who the actual Princess of Friendship is and it's not Mama Trixie's darling itty-bitty Twily. Let me show you who is." Trixie raises her head and levitates over an achingly familiar crown and places it on her own head.
Twilight gapes at Trixie, shaking her head fiercely. "No, no, no, no, no," she babbles. "This is a nightmare and I'm gonna wake up soon and everything'll be back to normal."
Trixie sighs, placing the crown back with a quick swish of her horn, and pulls Twilight against a teat, tickling the infant's mouth with a nipple. "There, there, little one. Just nurse and everything'll be all right."
Twilight lets out a muffled whine as milk gushes into her mouth and she swallows it down, still trying to talk even with a torrent of milk. Eventually she gives up and succumbs, steadily suckling Trixie's teats, little hooves squeezing the soft flesh. Her eyes close as the warm milk and the shock of the day eventually lull the little filly to sleep.
Trixie smiles down at her and lets out a yawn herself, using her magic to gently rearrange Twilight into a more comfortable position as Trixie wraps a wing around her napping newborn and settles down for a nap herself.

New Beginnings
There's a bang at the door and Trixie stirs, just awake enough to hear the clamor of young voices.
"Applejack, c'mon! I wanna see Trixie's new baby!" Apple Bloom says loudly.
"Hold on, sugarcube, they might be nappin'. Let me check. Trixie?" Applejack calls out, gently rapping the door with a hoof.
"Mmm, come on in, girls. I'm awake, at least." Trixie smiles as Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo tumble into the room, all three fillies dashing over to coo at the baby.
"Oh, Trixie, she's adorable! Lookit her little wings!" Scootaloo says. "Can she fly yet?"
Trixie laughs, pressing a quick kiss to Twilight's horn. "No, she can't fly just yet; she was only born yesterday."
Rarity peers down and smiles at the squirming filly. "Hello, little Twilight. It's so good to finally meet you."
Twilight's eyes widen and she waves her front hooves around. "Rarity no, we've met before! You were one of my best friends! Please, I know you can hear me! Applejack, help me!"
Rainbow Dash laughs, gently pressing a hoof to Twilight's nose. "Jeez, Trixie, she's definitely your foal. Listen to that babbling."
Twilight sniffles, a tear dripping down her face. "No, Rainbow Dash! Not you too!" She turns around, spotting Fluttershy and cries out. "Fluttershy! I know you can understand. You're always so good with young creatures. Please please help me."
Fluttershy smiles at her and glances towards Trixie. "Oh Trixie, you don't mind if I hold her, do you?"
"Oh, no, I don't mind. Go right ahead."
Twilight blinks as Fluttershy picks her up, the yellow pegasus cooing excitedly. "Oh gosh, Trixie! She's so adorable! Hello, little Twilight, you are just the most adorable little foal ever, yes you are!"
Twilight huffs a little at the excessive cooing and squirms, trying to get comfortable when she feels her tail-hole flutter and then she lets out a whine as rank mushy poop flows out of her rear, coating her cheeks with the mess. The little filly starts to bawl as her bladder empties as well.
Fluttershy looks down and sniffs. "Oh my, um Trixie, I believe Twilight's had an accident?"
The Cutie Mark Crusaders gasp and squeal in displeasure. "Ew!" they say in unison and dash out of the room.
Applejack and Rarity laugh. "Poor things."
Trixie laughs as well, gently taking Twilight out of Fluttershy's hooves and laying her on a changing mat, the foal still wailing. "Shh, shh, Twily, Mama's here and she's gonna get you all clean. But first, Mama's got your favorite paci for you," Trixie murmurs, levitating over a bright purple pacifier with a big pink six-pointed star surrounded by smaller white stars.
Twilight stops wailing abruptly and stares open-mouthed at the pacifier. "That's, that's my Cutie Mark! What? Why?"
Trixie beams down at Twilight, shoving the pacifier into Twilight's open mouth, and whispers into her ear. "My very special somepony told me I should, at least, give you back your Cutie Mark and gave me the idea. She has such lovely ideas, don't you think, little Twily?"
Twilight shakes her head, whimpering around the pacifier.
Trixie coos and turns her head, addressing her friends. "Poor dear, she's not used to so many other ponies being around. Do you all mind?"
"Oh no, dear, we don't mind. Sweetie Belle was the same way when she was born. Come on, girls," Rarity responds, leading the rest of the ponies out of the room.
Trixie hums and unsnaps Twilight's onesie, using her magic to pull the sagging diaper away from Twilight. "There we go, little one. Mama's gonna get you nice and clean. And she's got you a fancy new onesie for dinner tonight!"
Twilight's eyes widen and she starts to squirm, trying in vain to escape, but Trixie chuckles and winds her magic around the struggling foal. "Ah, ah, Twily. You're too little to fly; you'd just fall off and hurt yourself. And Mama doesn't want her baby hurt. Now shhh, just keep sucking your pacifier. This'll be over soon." Trixie magically pulls the onesie off, leaving Twilight naked on the changing table. "A nice clean thick diaper for Mama's messy little foal." Trixie smiles down at her and begins wiping her foal's filthy downstairs. "There we go! All done!"
Twilight whines around the pacifier, waving her little front hooves in the air. "Mmm-Trix-Mama!" she cries out, blushing as the infantile address flows out of her mouth.
Trixie laughs and leans in to give Twilight a quick kiss on her forehead. "Yes, Twily, Mama's here. She's just going to put you in a diaper for now since our debut dinner's not quite ready and Mama Trixie doesn't want her little foal's fancy onesie to get dirty." She finishes giving Twilight a dusting of foal-powder and pulls up the tapes, leaving Twilight wearing nothing but her diaper. "All right, little one, let's get some of Mama's milk in your tummy so you're not fussy during her grown-up dinner." Trixie magics Twilight onto her back, walking them over to the plush corner.
Trixie sighs happily as she settles Twilight between her hind legs, her milk-engorged teats pressing against the little filly's face. "C'mon, my little Twily, Mama knows you're a hungry little foal."
Twilight fusses and squirms, trying desperately to avoid her fate but she fails. Trixie manages to slip a dripping nipple into her foal's mouth, her little lips latching on as the milk starts to flow.
"There we go, Twily, sweetheart. Mama knew you were hungry."
Twilight whines, a thin drip of milk falling out of her mouth as she continues to involuntarily nurse from Trixie.
"That's Mama Trixie's good girl. We don't want you all fussy-wussy when you meet the Princesses and your Aunt and Uncle. Oh and your cousin, of course. She's very excited to have a baby in the family." Trixie chuckles and rubs Twilight's back, holding the now squirming foal against her. "Shh, shh, settle down, baby girl. Just keep nursing; let's get that little tummy full and pudgy just like Mama likes it."
Twilight whimpers but dutifully continues nursing, mind swirling with humiliation at having Princess Celestia see her like this. What will the Princess say when she sees me? She'll be so displeased. And Shining Armor! And Cadence and Flurryheart! She was just born!
Once Twilight's drained both teats, Trixie gently pulls the foal off and rubs her back with a hoof, laughing softly as the infant lets out a huge belch. "There's a good girl. Bet that felt better. huh? Don't be embarrassed, little Twily, babies can't control anything. Now then, Mama Trixie's gonna get you into your special onesie for the dinner."
Twilight watches as Trixie levitates a onesie over, the garment's fabric looking very familiar. Twilight's mouth drops open. “Dat-that’s your cape!”
Trixie beams and ruffles the filly’s mane. “Good girl! Mama doesn’t do her magic shows anymore and she figured her precious little filly deserved a special outfit. Let’s get you dressed.” Trixie guides Twilight into the onesie until the little filly’s wrapped mane to tail in stars, her diaper making an obvious bulge. Trixie plops Twilight onto her back and together the two set off to the dinner.
“Oh, Twily, sweetheart, you’re gonna love meeting your aunts and uncle. They’re so excited to have a baby again in the family; Flurryheart’s old enough that she’s due to get her Cutie Mark anytime now!”
Twilight whimpers and buries her face into the back of Trixie’s neck.
“Trixie’s here! And she brought the baby!” Flurryheart squeals and Twilight lifts her head, staring in shock.
She’s so big! And she can talk? No, no, no, this is--this is impossible. I'm gonna wake up soon because this is all just a weird dream that's probably Discord's fault.
Trixie chuckles and magics Twilight off her back and into a high-chair, the rest of the royal family gathering around her excitedly.
Cadence coos down at Twilight. "Oh, Trixie, she's just darling. I remember when Flurry was that small! And she's an alicorn too!"
Twilight opens her mouth and starts to speak. "Cadence, oh, Cadence. Please, please, I know you of all ponies have to understand me. Help me! Tri-Mama turned me into a foal! And she's an alicorn somehow! Pwease you have to help me!"
Cadence chuckles and ruffles Twilight's mane. "Goodness, she's very vocal, isn't she? Reminds me of you when you were her age, Trixie."
Twilight starts to sniffle, turning towards Shining Armor in desperation. "Shining Armor! I know you have to recognize me! I'm your most favorite little sister! Please, please, pwease...."
Shining Armor beams down at the newborn foal, gently bumping her nose with a hoof. "Hey there little one. You already running your Mama ragged like Flurry Heart did to us?"
Trixie laughs, placing a kiss against Twilight's forelock. "No, Shining, she's much more well-behaved."
Flurry Heart huffs and squeezes her way into see the baby. "I was too! I was a good foal. Hi baby Twily! I'm your Aunt Flurry! When do I get to babysit her, Trixie?"
"Hold on there, Flurry. Twilight's still too little to be away from me yet."
"Aww."
Twilight sniffles more, a couple fat tears rolling down her cheeks as she listens to her former family discuss her and she hiccoughs softly, already getting overwhelmed at the thought of all she's now missed.
Trixie glances over and hums, magicking Twilight's high chair closer to her. "There, there, Twilight, Mama's here if you need some cuddling. And she's got your pacifier right here." She easily eases Twilight's Cutie Mark-bearing pacifier into her newborn filly's mouth, smiling as the infant instinctively starts to suckle, quieting down until the only sounds are the rhythmic suckling and the adult ponies chatting away.
