Who am I?

One drop.

That's how I came to be.

I'm not like other ponies.

I'm immortal.

I'm a normal Pegasus,

but I'm immortal.

I fell.

I fell from the sky.

I am a star.

A drop of star,

I hit the ground,

And that was the day I was born.

I learned later that was the day one of our great rulers was imprisoned in the moon.

So I chose darkness.

Im not evil,

But I would embrace the dark.

I respect the sun,

But I hail before the moon.

The moon.

The night.

The time when I can gaze up to the heavens,

And see where I came from.

My home.

The stars.

One day I hope to fly up into the moons embrace,

Go home.

Not towards the light,

But away from it.

When our precious leader was brought back, I knew.

I chose.

I want to be like her.

Not a nightmare,

But a dream.

A hope.

A wish.
