Applebloom's Dream Come True
Applejack was writing on her desk. But she was not writing a letter to Princess Celestia, rather she was writing to an old friend-Rara.
Dear Rara,
My sister bought your new album. I've taken a listen to it once or twice, and I must say it's a very good listen. Applebloom's still ecstatic about you. Honesty I'm a little jealous by it. So how's show biz going? I heard it's very difficult, with the paparazzi and all. Maybe we should meet in person again. It's been a while since that concert. Speaking of, how's that Svengallop doing? I know I antagonized him before but I don't wish any ill will towards him. I hope your new manger is a bit kinder and less demanding, though.

Applejack came downstairs and prepared breakfast for the family along with Big Mac. They were having blueberry pancakes. After breakfast was made, Applebloom came down and immediately ran towards Applejack, completely ignoring her nicely prepared breakfast.
"Did you write to her yet? Huh? Huh? Did ya?"
"Ah wrote the letter already. Just need to send it." Those were not the best choice of words.
"WHAT?! You need to send it now!"
"Applebloom, calm down! I'll mail it after breakfast."
She stuck to her word and mailed the letter after breakfast. She was feeling kind of droopy, considering Applebloom was pestering her all morning. After she delivered the mail, she went about to her usual chores.
When she got home, she discovered Applebloom setting up a banner. It said:
WELCOME TO OUR HUMBLE HOME COUNTESS COLORATURA
Applejack was slightly annoyed by this. "Applebloom?! What the hay is goin' on here! She aint comin' for a visit yet!" Applebloom was disappointed with this news. "So you didn't ask her to come over?"
"I did, but mail just doesn't reach the recipient like magic!"
It had been two weeks since the letter was sent. Applejack knew Rara probably had a lot to do, being a pop star and all. Applebloom, however, wasn't so calm about it.
"WHAT IF SHE DIDN'T GET IT?! WILL YOU HAVE TO WRITE ANOTHER ONE?! WHAT IF SHE FORGOT ABOUT US?! SHE PROBABLY DOESN'T REMEMBER WE EXIST!!!"
"Applebloom, stop! She's a famous pop star. Probably got a lot of stuff to handle."
Applebloom sighed, "Yeah. You're right. I shouldn't get so-..."
Right at that moment, the doorbell rang. "MAIL!" shouted the mailmare. Applejack opened the door and saw Derpy. "Hey, Applejack! Mail from Countess Coloratura!"
"COUNTESS COLORATURA!" shouted Applebloom. She stole the letter and ran inside. "Well! Of all the-!" Derpy quickly stopped her. "Hey, she's just excited! After all it IS Countess Coloratura." Applejack just sighed and went inside. "Thank you kindly, Derpy." She closed the door. After that, Applebloom came rushing over squealing.
"APPLEJACK! READ THIS!" Applebloom handed over the letter.
Dear AJ,
I'm doing quite fine. The paparazzi has become an issue, though. They can be really annoying sometimes. But I just tend to ignore them. Svengallop is doing just fine. He got a job as manager of Suri Polomare (a match made in heaven if you ask me). My new manager is very humble and caring. He gives me all the creative freedom I want, and gives most of my earnings from tours to charity. He wants to remain anonymous, however. He's a bit shy and not ready to be in the public eye yet. Speaking of tours, I'm coming to Ponyville for a concert next week. Maybe you and I could meet at Fast Fry's Fast Food Restaurant. It's my favorite.

"Wow." She looked at Applebloom. She already knew what she was going to ask. "Yes. I'll get tickets to the concert." But Applebloom was going to ask something else. "Can I tag along?"
"What?" Applejack asked.
"Can I come to that dinner date? Please? Pretty please? Pretty please with a cherry on top?!" Applebloom was on her knees at this point. Applejack thought about it at first. It didn't take her long to come up with an answer.
"Ah see no reason why not."
It took Applebloom five minutes to calm down. During which she screamed, sang, broke into dance, and hugged anything that moved.
"And Applebloom?" She leaned into Applebloom's ear. "I think you might wanna put up that banner now."
"APPLEBLOOM!" shouted Applejack. "We're gonna be late for the concert!"
Applebloom came down the stairs with a freakish amount of make up on. "Ya like it? Ah figured ah would make a good impression on Countess Coloratura!" Applejack was disgusted. Where did she even get the makeup?, she thought. "Applebloom! Get that makeup off NOW! You look like you just got run over and had a major allergic react-!!!" She stopped after Granny Smith gave her a haunting gaze.
"Just get that makeup off now!" she scolded. Applebloom went up the stairs and foulmouthed her sister in the process.
"Guess they don't call her the Element of Honesty for nothin'"
She looked in the mirrior and...
"LAND SAKES! Ah look hideous!!! This won't give Countess Coloratura a good first impression! It'll give her nightmares!" She got off the makeup as quick as she could and ran downstairs. The two sisters then took their stroll to the concert.
"Hey, Applebloom."
"What?"
"Ah got somethin' else you might wanna see." Applejack went through her sack and pulled out two silver colored tickets.
"What are those?"
"Look at the text."

FREE TO USE AT CONCERT OF ATTENDENCE
All Applebloom could do was squeal. For the rest of the stroll. For 10... whole... minutes... Even Applejack got out her earplugs. She finally saw something that might be able to shut her up.
"Hey, Applebloom! We're here! The concert! And look. We get to go in the front row!" Applebloom squealed even more. At this point, Applejack couldn't take anymore. She covered the filly's mouth faster than an antelope running from a two-headed crocodile (yes... even I can make country-isms now).
"Applebloom?"
Applebloom just stared at her so innocently. It almost made her feel guilty for covering her mouth.
"Ah think ah and all the other ponies would appreciate it if y'all stopped squealing now."
