“Again you seek me out, fearless creature? Why do constantly travel through such hazards to seek me out?” The creature spoke from darkest part of the cavern. It’s yellow cat-like eyes gleamed from the rays of light that shimmered through cracks in the dirt above it. It’s lumbering mass moved closer to the entrance as small gouts of flame illuminated it’s form as the soft sounds of tumbling crystals fell around it, it’s long serpentine neck stretched out of the entrance of the cave to regard the pony standing in the opening.
The white furred earth pony with a cutie mark of a black breezie gazed up at the dragon with a grin, he used a hoof to adjust his glasses and wipe his the long braid of black hair from his mane. “I’m far from fearless, I’m quite cowardly but my job and my calling keeps me from just leaving you alone, Miss Winter.”
“Please Dr. Care, Call me by my first name, Eternal. You’ve come by my home so many times.” Eternal winter said stepping out of the cavern to reveal her entire body, her body was pure white scales with small icicles hanging from her belly which bulged out giving her the appearance of being very overweight. Soft steam bellowed along her underside as she yawned tiredly, she blew a small ring of frost as her large teeth the size of Dr. Care’s legs gleamed in the sunlight.
“Then you could call me by my first name as well, Wildlife.” Dr. Care said before slinging the satchel on his shoulder off of his body and picking out a glowing white stone. “You’ve been naughty, Eternal, my last diagnosis was for you too keep active and not sleep for longer than a day. As long as the icicles on your belly have gotten I know you’ve been asleep at least a week.” He dropped the large stone in front of her. “Eat this.”
Eternal Winter looked over the stone with a grimace before picking it up and placing it in her mouth. “Tastes like a changeling’s that been rolling around in the filth of a chimera.” She said before biting down, the stone exploded into animated suds that scoured her entire mouth clean quickly before sliding down her throat with a soft hiss. “I retract that statement, It’s worse… Why do you make me do this, Fearless- Erm… Wildlife?”
“Because you are going to be a mother soon and while your pregnant your body heals slower, your teeth don’t grow back and you live surrounded by creatures that are stupid enough to pick a fight with a dragon.” Wildlife said with a frown, “Speaking of which, I’m going to ask you a question… Are you preying on Changeling’s again?”
“Yes…” Eternal said calmly, “Is that a problem?” She asked while shifting slightly so that she blocked her cavern a little more with her bulk.
“Truthfully no, as a doctor of pretty much every species but my own, I can’t really judge the predatory species of Equestria.” Wildlife let out a painfully slow sigh, “But I’m going to ask a small favor, could you not eat any more of them till next winter? Right now the local hive is down to thirty members and they have seventy eggs.”
“Changling’s prey on ponies and anything capable of feeling love. Doesn’t me having a crunchy snack means more ponies live a little longer?” Eternal chuckled while looking down at Dr. Care as her sickle shaped claw gently scratched under her belly to remove the icicles.
“Possibly but if I started thinking like that I would want to remove everything in everfree forest, including dragons and I like all of you.” Wildlife said while putting on rubbery coverings for his hooves, “I’m going to do a quick check of your body, do I have your consent?” Dr. Care asked softly while keeping a completely professional pokerface.
“You do. Should I turned around or are you going to just walk to the back.” Eternal winter said quickly but the pony was already out of sight as he walked under the seventy yard long dragon, she craned her head down to make sure he was behind her before lowering her body and spreading her legs.
Dr.Care scanned the cavern, millions of bits worth of gold and treasures sat piled against the far wall. To the side was a changeling that buzzed softly, it’s wings were missing and it’s horn was snapped off at the base. Dr.Care pitied the poor creature but he turned to the rear of the dragon and watched as she slowly lifted her tail. He stepped closer while pressing his hooves against the scales beneath her tail, he felt the strong muscles as he slowly slid his hooves down before coming to a small split of skin.
Dr.Care gently pressed a hoof against the split, he continued to apply pressure until his hoof sank into the slit before he did the same with the other hoof. He slowly parted his hooves as he was hit by the unnatural warmth of Eternal’s femininity, only the scales on her body produced the chilling effect that caused her to be surrounded in a perpetual fog. He gently felt around her inner walls for lump or any deformity, he could feel her labored breathing with each movement of his hooves.
“Is everything fine, Eternal?” Dr. Care asked while continuing to move his hooves through the velvety folds of the dragon, once he finished his check he pulled out his hooves with a wet slurp of her juices.
“Just check a little deeper… something felt off.” Eternal Winter said with a husky growl at the end of her words.
Dr.Care sighed for a moment and pressed his hooves back in while leaning forward to reach deeper into the do a check, each one of his movements were exaggerated to give as much pleasure to the dragon as he could with their massive size difference. He felt her shudder slightly with a slight hiss before warm liquid dripped out of her entrance as she relaxed, he pulled back his hooves as the strong smell of aroused dragon covered his body. “I think you are fine, remember you need to move around and keep active. Lay off the changelings, try to keep the food mostly meat with only a few gems here and there. Can we do that, Eternal Winter?”
“Yes Doctor. Thank you… Shall I give you the usual payment of a few scales and a gem?” Eternal asked while she stepped out of her cavern into the sunlight. “It’s always a pleasure when you come visit. I’m so glad that I haven’t eaten you.” She said with a chuckle as she stretched her long wings which dribbled water like rain as the sun hit them.
Wildlife looked to the broken changeling laying prone in the cave, “I was thinking of a different payment this time, I’ll take half the normal scales and no gems if you allow me to take that changeling instead.” Wildlife Care felt small as the dragon turned to regard him, she looked at the changeling with a curious expression before lowering her head only inches away from his body.
“A wingless, hornless changeling in exchange for a check up. I’m fine with that. The mean old doctor says that I’m not supposed to eat them for a while anyway.” Eternal grumbled in a joking manner before stepping out of the way. “Though I would like you to consider coming more often, I do miss those delicate hooves of yours.”
“Yeah. I’m sure but I’m so busy that I don’t have much time to just come up here so often. Maybe if you lived a little closer instead of in the middle of swamp, I might not have to worry about being murdered just trying to give you a check up.” Dr. Care chuckled before slipping a pink stone into the changeling’s mouth before giving him a strong whack in the jaw to crunch the stone.
Both of them watched as the changeling body started to shimmer with with magical energy before he winked out of existence. “Thank you for your time, Winter. I’m going to head out while I still have day light on my side.” He said while walking under her and back out into the bright noonday sun.
“Good Bye, Doctor.” Eternal Winter said before sealing the entrance of her cave with ice as she started on her own walk.
Wildlife waved her off as he walked his way through the swamps and hostile terrain till he reached his cottage outside of the Everfree Forest. A light golden mare with pink hair approached him, she had her eyes downcast while a rabbit rode on her back.
“H-Hello, Mr. Care, I-It’s the first of the month and rent is d-due.” She said with a blush as she looked down. “I don’t want to bother you but you haven’t paid in two months.”
“Oh? Sorry, Ms. Fluttershy. I’ve been on a work trip, would it be ok if I paid you in gems I haven’t been to town yet to cash in my gems for bits.” Wildlife admitted.
“Y-yes. It’s no worries.” Fluttershy said in hushed tones as she followed him to his door, he quickly unlocked the door and there was a Changeling laying on the floor in a heap. She gasped before stepping back out of the doorway. “I should get the guards…”
“Don’t. I’m begging you, this poor creature was about to be eaten by a dragon and I don’t think the guard would be nicer to him than the dragon was.” Wildlife said quickly as the mare paused before regarding him with suspicion.
“Why do you have a changeling, did you find him in the mines? Is Chrysalis back?” Fluttershy said as her eyes widened into a stare that chilled Wildlife to the bone, the normally benign mare was one of the few things that could scare him that wasn’t honestly dangerous.
“I’ve lied about what I do for a living, I’m not a miner, hiker, archaeologist or anything like that. I’m a veterinarian… of magical creatures and this changeling is my patient.” He admitting against his will, her withering gazed softened as he confessed.
“Ok, Bring rent to me when it’s done, Mr.Care.” Fluttershy said before stepping out of the cottage leaving Wildlife feeling confused. It was illegal to harbor Changelings this close to the city and the punishment was particularly brutal.
Soon as Fluttershy shut the door Wildlife was hit hard enough in his side that he was knocked against his bookshelf. Standing over him was the changeling, it glared down at him with an unblinking gaze.
“Is what you said true? Are you going to help me? Will those armored ponies come to attack me again?” The creature said as it wobbled on shaky legs, even with it’s pupil-less eyes there was a spark of fear and desperation.
“It’s true but if you hit me like that again, I will have to defend myself and that means more work for me trying to mend your broken legs without magic.” Wildlife said while standing up slightly, he gazed over the changeling and noticed that his eyes were pink instead of the blue that were common in the Chrysalis’ hive. The stallions eyes widened even more as the Changeling bowed to him with a low hissing noise.
“I apologize for my rudeness, My Queen.” The Changeling said softly.
“I’m male and I’m certainly not a changeling… Now get on the table so I can see what I can do about your wounds.” He watched at the changeling got on the table while staring at him.
“Ok. Could you attempt to change into me? I would like to see how much of your magic is damaged.” Dr. Care said while pulling a few stone out of his bag. He placed them near the changeling as pink magic enveloped around the changeling, Dr. Care blushed a bit as he started at the Changeling which had turned into a female earth pony with his same colors but she had engorged teats that dripped small beads of milk. The strong scent of an excited mare hit him like a slap as he coughed to regain his composure.
“Again, I assure you that I am not female. Please could you take this seriously, I can’t treat you for any internal injuries if I can’t tell where you are hurt.” Dr.Care grumbled before the changeling reverted back to normal state.
“I’m being serious my queen… If you want me to turn male then bring the mare back here. I can’t really change into you perfectly.” The changeling said while staring him in the eyes.
“Finnne… What hive are you from, what is your name, who is your queen? I assume Chrysalis but something tells me you aren’t normal.” Dr. Care said while pressing his hooves against the strong chitin, he noticed that the legs of the changeling lacked the hole-like structures that allowed Chrysalis brood to adjust their weight and strike opponent's faster.
“I don’t know what hive I was born from, when I hatched I was alone in dark hole near a big castle. When I came close I was attacked by ponies in golden armor, I ran away before they could kill me. I was picked up by a zebra that couldn’t stop rhyming, she allowed me to feed on her before letting me loose into Everfree. My name is…” The changeling sighed, “Don’t laugh my Queen but my name is Gutter Grime.”
“I won’t laugh, if anything I find you pitiful at worse and intriguing at best.” Doctor Care said before leaning over the Changeling’s mouth. “You seem a little on the frail side, can I trust you to feed off of me without knocking me unconscious?”
“Yes, my queen.” Gutter Grime said before rolling off the table and approaching the doctor, it opened it’s mouth as it’s teeth started to retract into it’s upper and lower jaw. The tongue of the creature lolled out with soft nubs that dotted the organ all the way to the back of the creatures throat.
Doctor Care stepped back feeling confused and afraid as Gutter Grime approached him, he was confused about what it was doing but the curiosity was the thing that made him want to do this kind of work. Fear gripped his chest as he backed up slightly with each step of the changeling, “I don’t know any changeling that does that while feeding… Are you a changeling?”
Gutter Grime let out a soft gurgle that seemed like it was chuckling, it reared back on it’s hind legs before tapping the table. It paused as if waiting for something, Doctor Care got the message and got on the table before laying down while keeping his gaze on the Changeling-thing.
Gutter Grime smiled before it placed it’s mouth against Doctor Care’s belly, it trailed it’s mouth down slowly until it reached the other males crotch. Gutter took the flaccid length into it’s maw, it began to suckle as it started to drain the pony gently, it closed it’s eye as he started to nurse on the rapidly hardening shaft.
Wildlife started to pant from the treatment every part that the saliva touched made him feel extra sensitive, he didn’t feel like he was being drained of love or happiness. If anything he felt connected to the creature bringing him so much pleasure, he opened his legs to allow the creature greater access to his body. He felt the long tongue slide under his shaft before slathering around his sack, he felt the sensual grace that the organ gave to his sack.
Gutter Grime started to hum around the member enjoying pleasure as it tasted its ‘queen’s’ nectar. It started to feast harder as it tasted the salty sweet fluid that dripped from the tip, the soft gasps of pleasure from Wildlife only spurred the changeling on. Gutter Grime’s eyes started to glow as it felt the warmth of pleasure that emanated from it newly chosen queen, with a sudden pop the changeling felt the earth pony’s flare before feeling more seed slowly dripping as it bobbed it head on the full length.
Wildlife started to feel like his body was getting tired as he only wanted to loose himself in the pleasure, Gutter Grime leaned back to remove the cock from its maw. Wildlife sighed looking at the pink colored saliva that trailed from Gutter’s maw as it started to change it’s mouth back into the fang-filled normal changeling maw.
“What did you take from me? I don’t feel listless like the normal symptoms of the changeling feeding.” Wildlife asked while looking at his crotch as the pink fluid made even the breeze from his window feel like a hot mare’s tongue on his shaft.
“I took magic and well…” Gutter Grime looked away as if the poster on the wall of Celestia recruiting more farmers was the most interesting thing in the world.
“Don’t well me, I need to know what to expect if I’m going to care for you.” Dr.Care said sternly.
“Don’t be upset with me, my queen.” Gutter Grime said while lowering it’s head and bowing in front of Wildlife.
“Okaaay… you’ve called me Queen and you are holding back information. Spill or get out, I can’t help you if you are going to stay silent.” Wildlife bellowed to the bowing Changeling.
“Sorry, My Qu-… Sorry Sir. When I feed on ponies they become tired but they also… well they also become more addicted to my feedings long as I get the pink inside their mouths. I’ve only done it once so I don’t know what happens after a long time of feeding.” Gutter Grime said while keeping it’s muzzle to the floor. “I call you Queen because that’s the name of Changeling’s leaders or so I’ve been taught by a zebra of all creatures.” Gutter Grime laughed with its muzzle pressed against the wooden flow.
“I’m not your leader, Gutter Grime… I just saved you because I have a soft spot for everything.” Wildlife said truthfully.
“I have no home, my only friend is a zebra that travels so much that I only see them once every year if I stay in one spot. I’m willing to do anything for a home! I’ll work, I’ll cook, I’m your drone and I owe you my life. I’ve got nothing else to give or offer, please your the only pony that hasn’t shot magic at me or attacked me on sight. PLEASE.” Gutter Grime begged the doctor.
Wildlife sighed while pacing around the bug-like equine, he considered the creature and thought about the benefits and consequences of the pony. Changelings were pretty much considered a threat and harboring one too close to the towns and villages was a crime but he live far enough away that it shouldn’t be a problem. He was curious on the strange orphaned creature, he could use an assistant and changeling don’t eat much physical food.
“I’m willing to give it shot but understand the following : If you are going to call me queen then treat me with the respect that title comes with. No eating without my permission, No fighting without my permission, you will study every book I have here and you will learn what I do until you are as skilled as I am. You will be disguised the entire time that you are within pony borders.” Wildlife Care said while looking under the tail of Gutter Grime to get ideal of what gender the creature was, all of Chrysalis drones were males but what he gazed upon was simply the black puckered anus of an equine.
“What gender are you? you don’t even have a vestigial genitalia common to Changelings.” Wildlife sighed before noticing that most of the wounds on the changeling had already developed a thin layer of chitin, two small bud were already growing in the spot where wings would normally be on a changeling.
“Around you, I guess that I’m female…” Gutter Grime said before pink magic coated it’s body at it became black furred and white maned pegasus female, with large pendulous teats that wobble slightly with each breath. “Can I rest, Sir… healing took a lot out of me.”
Wildlife watched as the rump that he was starting at now had a sweet smelling and inviting looking vagina that made him question his ethics. “That’s probably for the best before I lose what little professionalism, I have. Tomorrow if you are up too it, I have a few errands to run in everfree forest. There is a Diamond Dog that has been requesting my aid for several days and I finally got to the point where I could understand the messages.” He pointed a hoof to a chunk of rock near a freshly repaired window.
“Okay. Thank you for allowing me a chance to be a part of your hive, I will work hard to-” Gutter Grime flopped to the ground before dozing off on the spot.
“Well… I pray that narcolepsy isn’t common in this species, I will designate this creature patient zero.” He said opening up a folder on his desk and gripping pen in his mouth. He calmly took notes of the creature that was snoring on his operating room floor and the updates for Eternal Winter, as he finished he tossed a blanket over the sleeping mare that managed to keep it’s… well her form.
Wildlife walked to his bedroom on weary hooves, he hated traveling through the Everfree Forest in the summer. He flopped down on the soft cushions of his mattress before closing his eyes and drifting off to sleep.
