The White Phosphor attack is a reference to the mission in Spec ops:The line

The SPAS 12 shotgun Adrian gets is a reference to the same weapon used in Ravenholm, Half Life 2, Gordon Freeman.
The D50 is another Watch_Dogs reference.
The energy management segment in the beginning is a reference to the IndstrialCraft mod for Minecraft
