As time went on, The light of the Sun and Moon seemed to dwindle one faithful day, when the Everfree Monsters swarmed Equestria's frontiers from all sides as the guides of the Ponykind dissapeared in their darkest hour, the Ponies still fought on and managed to survive the onslaught, now it's time for the Champions of Harmony, to regroup even after this incident split them up and save Equestria one last time, the story starts with Twilight Sparkle, alone in the darkness, tormented by memories of happier times, missing her mentor, her friends but still forced to fight forward, for a hope to restore Equestria to what it was once before the Invasion, the Tide turns everytime a Pony decides to head back into the fray.
