Chapter 6: Coltfriend

"Mom, we're home," Silver said as she walked inside her house with her new Coltfriend, Quartz.

"We're? Who else is here?" Rainbow asked flying into the room they were in.

"Hello Mrs.Skies, I'm Quartz, Silver's Coltfriend," Quartz said politely.

"Please, just call me Rainbow," Rainbow said,"And, uh, how are you here? Only pegasi can walk on clouds."

"Galaxy cast a cloud-walking spell on me that lasts for a hour and a half," Quartz replied.

"Really? I'll make sure to watch the time," Soarin said glaring at Quartz.

"Dad, stop," Silver told her dad.

"Yeah, Soarin, Dad was the same way with you and you didn't like it. Plus he's Rarity's son, I trust him," Rainbow told her husband pushing him into the next room to give her daughter and her Coltfriend some privacy, knowing what it felt like when she was dating Soarin.

"Ok, your right, with both points, so as long as he doesn't hurt her I'm okay with it," Soarin responded to his wife, actually meaning it.
