High Rise is a in a business, if you were to ask him he would tell you that it's 'his business', but he's what's known as a "Flash Card". The Flash Cards are a lucrative group of the slickest, most talented, and most sly gamblers from Las Pegasus and exist as little more than a rumor, but High Rise knows the reality behind it all - the game is the way forward, you have to play to get anywhere, and play well if you want to get anywhere good. It's too bad that he is not always right.
