Spike pulls me into his arms. I can feel his warm breath on my face it smells like mint and brimstone. He leans in and whispers "I love you twilight" against my cheek I smile and put my hand on his warm, scaly cheek. I look deep into his emerald green eyes. He gave me on of his half smiles and then leaned to me again. He closed his eyes he is inches from me.
"Twilight!"
I jerked strait up to see my sister in-law leaning over me. She smiled "you where daydreaming again." I nodded "yes I was, I'm sorry Cadence what where saying?"
"I was telling you that you can go home soon and see your boyfriend or Spike" She giggled as my cheeks trend a dark shade of red. She shoved me over with her shoulder on to the bed we were sitting on.
I have been at with my brother and sister in-law for four weeks helping them out because Cadence and Shining are having a baby. That's right I'm going to be an aunt. Yay!
I giggled as I sat up. We both sat there and gigged. But Cadence stopped suddenly and rubbed her very pregnant belly I could see pain in her eyes. I reached over and put my small hand over her bigger one. "Cadence are you ok? Are you sure I should go home today?" Cadence laughed "Yes you should go home." It sounded like a demand "You have been here for almost a month and your the princess of friendship so your friends and spike need you to come home."
I nodded "Yes they do I miss them to but its not really the same all my friends are married and I fell like I'll never find the right some pony for me." Cadence smiled at me "It seems to me that you'll never find the right some pony." I looked at her in surprise and confusion. Cadence giggled "Maybe not a special stallion but a special drake." My face turned a darker shade of purple. Cadence put a hand on my shoulder. I looked up into Cadence's happy face tears came to my eyes I have no idea were they came from "Cadence is it wrong to love some one who is just like your brother?"
Cadence gave me a surprised look "Twilight there's nothing wrong with you falling in love and I should know I am the princess of love." I smiled, nodded and wiped away my tears. "Thank you Cass" I give her a big hug. It was a little awkward around Cadence's large belly. But I felt the baby kick. My face lit up "I wonder what I'll look like when I'm pregnant" Cadence giggled "You'll probably be bigger then me." I snickered.
Cadence got up I scrambled to help her. When Cadence and I where standing Cadence put a hand on my shoulder she was going to say something but just then my big brother came in and smiled at the both of us "How are my beautiful wife and baby sis." Cadence and I giggle as Shining came over and gave us both a large hug. Shining looked at me" Twily your train leaves in an hour so you better be ready." I smiled "don't worry daddy I will." I teas, Shining snickered. Cadence Laughed "come on you two lets go get breakfast before it gets cold." Shining and I nodded and fallowed the largely pregnant lady to the castle cafeteria. We got our breakfast and sat down at one of the many tables. All three of us eat and talked.
Then it was time for me to go home I had all my bags packed. I said bye to my big brother and sister-in-law then got on the train. I found a window seat. The train pulled out of the station next stop Pony Ville. I watched the pony's and city's flash by then the conductor announced that we where in Pony Ville my heart leaped in my chest. Spike was so close I mean my coltfrend.
Big Mac, The Heart crusher
I appeared in my room in my castle with a flash of magic. "Spike?" I called. Spike came running up the stairs then through open my door and nearly trampled me in a hug. I laughed and hugged him back. Spike is two heads taller then me. "I missed you." Spike whispered into my hair. I smiled but before I could say any thing spike pulled away and looked down at me " your coltfriend has been bugging me for the last two weeks I think you should go see him before he drives me up the wall." Spike gave me a goofy grin. I smiled and rolled my eyes. "Ok Spike I'll go but don't wait up for me ok?" I gave Spike a playful shove. He laughed "OK your majesty your wish is my command." I snickered. I walked past Spike and slapped him playfully on the arm then ran to and out the front door and flew away before Spike could catch me. I flew all the way to Sweet Apple Acres.
I landed next to the big red barn almost the same color as Big Mac's fur. I walked around the barn and ran right into AJ. There was an explosion of apples, and we both fell on our rumps and the apple bucket fell over my head. The orange mare shook her self "Twilight?!" Applejack sounded confused and supriesed but scrambled to her feet and pulled the bucket off my head. I shook my self and smiled up at her "Hey AJ how are you?" Then I looked around at all the spilt apples "I think I should help you clean up your apples sorry I ran into you" Applejack smiled and helped me up "that's all right Twi I'm glad your home my kids have missed you since yall been gone so long." I smiled even wider "I missed them too are they here?" I asked looking around. AJ smiled "ya there here alright but I think you can see them after you see Big Mac. That is why you came here right?" I smiled and nodded "yes it is I almost completely forgot what I was doing here but first I'm going to help you pick up the apples" Applejack smiled "you are not Ah take care of the apples Ah think it would be better for the both of us Big Mac's been moping around for the last two weeks" Applejack came behind me and pushed me at the apple trees "Big Mac's in the back. Now go!" AJ gave me one finle shove I started giggling and ran to the back of the orchard I stopped behind a large apple tree.
Big Mac was bucking apples I stood there and watched him he had no shirt on and I could see all the muscles in his chest and back he was the hottest male in all of Pony Vill except Spike that is. My face terns red as I think of Spike. Then I hear Big Mac wisper my name under his breath then I hid thinking that he saw me I hered him walking to the tree I was hiding behind. I stared to panic but then I herd him just slump to the ground and leand back against the tree then his breth slowed and he fell asleep. I peeked around the tree and looked at his hansome face. I crawled around the tree and in to his lap and snuggled in to warm chest. I Listened to his heart beat and his slow and steady breaths. I closed my eyes I must have fallen asleep because the next thing I knew I woke to some one stroking my hair and the sun setting I looked up to see two green eyes starring back at me. I sat up my face a dark shade of purple. Big Mac smiled "You look very pretty in this sun set" I looked down at the ground as my face grew hotter "Thank you Big Mac." I felt a large hand under my chin. Big Mac lifted my chin so I was looking in to his face. I smiled " Hey Big Mac what was that thing you wanted to tell me?" Big Mac smiled and stud up "come with me and I'll show you." He offered a hand to me and I took it and he helped me to my feet. Then we stated walking to the main barn.
When we got to the barn Big Mac told me to close my eyes I did and he picked me up and carried me up to the loft. He opened a door to a large room and closed the door behind him then he walked to the middle of the room and put me on a bed. My heart start beating hard in my chest "You can open your eyes now" Big Mac told me in his deep southern voice. I did and a small gasp exsaped my lips the room was gorges it was white with red and gold highlights. "It's beautiful I love it." Big Mac frowned as he sat down next to me I was confused by the frown but I didn't say anything. There was a couple seconds of silents between us then Big Mac finally spoke "Twilight I don't know how to say this but I met another mare and I asked her out and we have been dating for almost three months and the reason I havent told you is because I didn't know how then you left to be with you brother and his wife so I couldn't tell you then so I'm telling you now because I don't feel the same way I did when we started dating and you've got all your princess things to do to." Big Mac stoped talking and his words hit my heart like a ton of bricks and crushed it to powder I stud up from the bed so fast I got light headed. I ran from the room without even looking at Big Mac then ran down the stairs and out of the barn I pasted AJ I think she tried to stop me but I just kept running I ran all the way back to the castle I opened one side of the double doors the walked inside and slammed the door behined me. Then I ran to my room and closed the door then through myself on my bed. I began sobbing.
(Were now going to see Spikes point of view. I'll be switching back and forth from Spike to Twilight every once and a wile)
I herd the door slam and I almost fell off the lader I was standing on to sort the books on the shelf then I saw Twilight run to her bed room I tried to call out to her but she was gone. I got off the lader and whent to her door I was about to nock but then I her heart wrenching sobs. I don't think I have ever heard her sob that hard before well there was one once after she got her heart broke when a colt she liked kissed another filly infrunt of her. Twilights sobs tore at my heart I so much wanted to go in and holed her and tell her every thing would be ok but I didn't know that. So I went to the kitchen and put on some water for tea for both Twilght and I.
