Equestia is in open War, and Canterlot is suddenly under siege by a Changeling Swarm! As their foes are closing in from every direction, the Princesses are left with only one choice. Celestia had Twilight use an ancient spellbook, from a time when her mother was a filly. Out of the twenty beings they could summon, they choose a 'Son of the Forge'... Can he save their Kingdom? Or will it fall to the enemies of that now lay siege to their peaceful kingdom? The outcome, is shrouded in mysteries, and only a single entity truly knows how it will end.
