The first time we recorded one of these attacks, it was in Manehatten. Given the amount of crime in that city, nopony thought anything of it. I just wish I would have considered sooner... Alas, I could not have known.

Darkness traced around the hilltops that eclipsed Manehatten's western border. The depth of the sea and the natural barriers of the land offered a faux sensation of safety. The locals of Manehatten had long known to be careful when it was dark and stick only to the well lit main streets. Although violent crime was admittedly quite rare, the greatest concern was that you might never make it home that night due to the obnoxious con-ponies that lurked around every nook and cranny. Attempting to avoid them or get away with brief conversations was simply futile.
Luck graced for the young mare visiting from Baltimare, she was well aware of all this and had hired a carriage to take her to her hotel. She had thought herself well prepared and smart, but had been unable to foresee the twin accidents on both streets leading to her hotel. She had given a grumpy sigh and paid for her carriage, clambering out and resolving to duck through an alleyway. It was dark alleyway, the kind that you would tell your friends to perhaps avoid.
However, it also appeared to be devoid of salespony, who perhaps had fled the place due to the police on either side of the block at the carriage accidents. Taking a shortcut for the back door of the hotel, the mare smartly put one hoof in front of the other as she set out for the safety of her room.
She slid a magical rock against the door's keyhole, and then pushed the door open and stepped inside. The door greeted her with a magical voice that welcomed her back to the hotel.
"Welcome back to the Glory Hotel, Miss Primrose!" The magical voice chimed. Primrose bobbed her head in the direction of the voice as she set off up flights of stairs, heading for the very top floor. She was so pleased with the inevitable outcome of her business trip that she had taken the penthouse floor.
Opening the door to her home, Primrose tossed off her scarf and flourished around the room, opening up a glass door and practically dancing outside. Tonight had been a good night for Primrose, the new owner of three boutiques in Manehatten. She had recently heard tell of some upstart from Ponyville named Rarity, and she did not intend to abandon her business empire to this country bumpkin.
Primrose's euphoria cracked as she turned around suddenly. It had just been a brief flash, but she had seen the lights in her penthouse go out. Blinking a few times, she trotted inside and inspected a nearby lamp. Twisting the knob a few times was not enough to turn it on, but by the moonlight she witnessed a movement. She was not alone in her home. She knew she had seen the outline of something yellow with a flicking bright tail.
"Who's there!? Leave at once, or I will call the guards!" Primrose screeched. She had no path to fly away, and no horn to light, but she was not going to be taken unawares by some Pegasus breaking into her quarters. No! She would never allow this—
Primrose felt the breath knocked out of her as she smacked her head on the ground, sending her tumbling into the penthouse dust. Before she was able to voice her alarm, Primrose felt a pony jump on top of her. Bright crimson rings stared down at her in a curious manner. She could see the pony tilt their head—It was considering it's prey, no doubt.
"You-- are to release me now!" Primrose's voice cracked as she tried to struggle away from the pony. Despite the softness of her attacker's eyes, they had a vice-like grip that offered no room for mercy or movement.
"Primrose?" The mare's voice was soft and shy, marking her an enigma for the victim. Primrose had expected a gravelly voice, the kind that accompanied those monsters you read about in the neo-noir novels.
"Y-yes!" Primrose squeaked, feeling a fresh wave of fear run through her body as something brushed against her cheek. It was ivory no doubt, yet surely her attacker would not have taken an ivory cane of sorts with them? So far any features she had been able to make our juxtaposed what she had anticipated.
Primrose saw the eyes slip away from her view as the pony leaned back, stepping to the left and keeping the ivory tip pressed into her cheek. Even in the nigh total darkness of the room, she could make out radiance of those alluring rose rings. They possessed an otherworldly luminescence, keeping them bright and visible without refracting any light onto nearby structures.
"What do you want of me? I have money—anything you want, just please, do not hurt me!" Primrose pleaded, her dark eyes tracing those rings of her attacker.
"Hurt you?" Her attacker giggled as if she had heard a funny tea time joke. "Miss Primrose, I won't be hurting you."
Primrose opened her mouth to protest, but suddenly bit her tongue. She felt a pressure on her leg, parting it away from her body as hot breath staggered over her thigh. They were small, warm breaths that could have belonged to a filly, peaceful and pure yet alluring with the charm of those blood-red rings.
The first lick came suddenly. The warm organ was tingling and soft, tracing wet saliva across Primrose's lips. She could feel the millions of tiny follicles exploring the fur that normally concealed her warm parts. Her attacker drew in a cool breath between her teeth, savoring her first state of Primrose like a fine rum.
"P-please, I haven't done anything to deserve this!" Primrose began to sob as a few more licks assailed her, each time pushing a little deeper. To her it was a blade slicing deeper and deeper, cutting it's way into gentle and precious flesh that could do naught more than give way to it's wet and slippery invader.
"Oh, haven't you?" Primrose winced as she felt the words dance across her thigh. She could feel another ivory poker running along her leg now, carefully inspecting it. The eyes shifted now, almost disappearing for a moment as they settled between her legs. The mare, her attacker, gave two more long licks, tracing from the tip of Primrose's tail all the way into her mare lips.
The second lick however, did not leave the precious flesh alone. No, it stayed inside, beginning to worm it's way against the sweet liqueur. Any essence missed would be a terrible waste, and the attacker was not one to drop precious cordial.
The snake pressed deeper and deeper inside, tasting sweet mare cordial and savoring every moment of it. Primrose fought back a moan that turned into a shriek as she felt two more ivory pokers along both sides of her lips.
"Auhhah!" Primrose felt tears touch her eyes as she instinctively winked not her eyes but her more sensitive bits at her attacker. Primrose knew her breaths were ragged and scared, a contrast to those of her attacker who seemed to be be growing more and more alive. Primrose watched as the ivory pokers drew away from her. The four daggers gleamed in the moonlight, glinting gloriously around the twin crimson orbs.
For the first time, Primrose could truthfully describe her assailant. She was a soft furred and light coated mare with a gentle face twisted by some otherworldly force. Her mane hung along he neck in a ragged manner like some horrifying vagabond who could afford shampoo but simply did not care. The creature's tail flicked behind her, illustrating long bony wings that spread out like two hands of death, leathery webbing gripping each finger to the other.
Primrose's heart had been filled with ice, chilling her veins and freezing her down to the core. Truly, this was naught but a nightmare sprung to life, crawling from the darkest corners of a mad mare's mind. Primrose's heart stopped as the vampire grinned at her, revealing rows of sharp teeth. The creature was horrible and frightening but moved with the grace of a swan on water. Primrose could only breathe against the other mare's lips as they kissed. Once more the tongue pressed into her, pressuring her upper lips and parting them as they tasted her teeth and began to nip at cheeks and throat.
This bat creature, this horrible vampire, had what seemed to be an impossibly long tongue. Truly no pony could have a long forked tongue that would invade any nearby lips, and yet here was the evidence. A bloody feral right before Primrose, insisting on tasting every bit of her she could reasonably touch.
Their kiss parted and Primrose let out a long sigh, her eyes swaying against gaze of the vampire. Although her mouth was open she could not scream. No, no part of her body would allow her to call for help, for her mind felt clouded with a stupor from that alluring gaze.
Once more the vampire assaulted Primrose's lower lips, now sucking and lunging. Primrose let out a squeak as her cervix was tapped, sharp teeth pressed against the front of her tender flesh. Surely the bat could go no deeper?
Primrose was validated as the bat pulled back, content to circle around and collect as much cordial as she could for her tongue. Primrose closed her eyes, feeling the dark woe as she realized her end was near. Her heart was against those teeth as she exhaled, closing her eyes as her body gripped the ground.
The vampire, for her part, spared no pleasure as she drank the nectar spilling forth from her victim. It was a bittersweet taste, for it meant that their time together was almost done. It was a euphoric feeling, one that she would not doubt nostalgically remember on a night where she found no prey. However, that night was not this night. Rising up to her full height, the vampire leaned over Primrose, brushing her neck gently and smiling with long rows of sharpened teeth.
"W-Who are you?" Primrose grasped for words, still lost in the ecstasy of her orgasm.
"You may call me the reaper, Miss Primrose—for tonight, that is my job." Fluttershy leaned down and nuzzled the mare's cheek, never letting her sharpened smile fade as she continued, "Please-- take me outside. Let me teach you how to fly."
Primrose obeyed in spite of herself. This vampire was too alluring, too perfect. Rising to her hooves shakily, Primrose moaned as she felt the night pony lay on her back, pointing forward at the railing of the penthouse. Primrose beamed as she stepped forward, the clip clop of her hooves never dying in her ears as she stepped over the railing and flew.
"Miss Primrose, I am not going to hurt you. I'm going to kill you!"
Of course earth ponies could not fly, and to make sure there were no loose ends, Fluttershy leaned down and made a quick gesture with her hoof. Primrose's neck gave a sharp snap before she fell earthbound, her body guided to what could only be a fitting destiny. Those who try to keep other ponies in the dirt should inevitably end in the dirt themselves. Fluttershy flew a quick loop, letting out a sharp skee into the darkness before taking off. She had tasted fresh nectar, and now she was going to find an appropriate cosmopolitan to polish the night.
The next morning Fluttershy and Rarity took the first train back to Ponyville, both of their heads buried inside the Manehatten Daily.
"Murder, Murder!" The headline screamed. Despite her suspicious, Fluttershy was none the wiser of her previous nights' escapade.
