Night One, A Total Fright
It was a bright spring morning in Ponyville. The birds chirped a peaceful melody and the wind brushed the leaves of trees, which floated gracefully to the dirt roads. Twilight, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy went out for a light trot around the town, as the chipper pink party pony spotted something.
"Hey guys, look! A PIZZA PARLOR! Can we go, pleeeeeeeeaaaaasseee? I'll pay!" she asked, bouncing off into the distance, the others flying above her. They approached the front door, a well polished, glass door with brick walls and a sign that read: Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Rainbow, right after reading the title, gasped.
"OMIGOSH, guys, do you know where we are?! Remember that video game I got on my I pad?" Rainbow asked, taking out a flat, white object from her saddle bag. She turned it on, brushing her hoof against the screen, hitting an icon for a game named: Five Nights at Freddy's 3. Twilight put a hoof to her chin, then shook her head.
"Maybe it's the company that published the game. If it was anypony else that did, wouldn't that be copyright?" Twilight asked herself, Rainbow grinning happily. She pushed open the front doors, then flew inside without haste. She stood at the counter, watching the cashier polish the register before her. She then turned around to the cyan mare staring up at her, then smiled.
"Oh, my apologize. What may I get for you?" she asked, putting down the handkerchief in her hoof. Rainbow grinned, looking at the menu, reading the contents carefully. She read something that caught her attention.
"Uh, yeah, I'll take an extra large triple cheese pizza here, please. My friends should be coming any minute now," Rainbow said. As if on cue, the three trotted behind her. The cashier flashed a friendly smile, writing down the order on a note pad which lay in one hoof.
After a fair twenty minutes, the pizza came to the table, and Pinkie tossed the waiter some bits. She licked her lips eagerly, digging into the two slices of pizza on her plate. Fluttershy winced, turning to her own pizza, nibbling away.
A drop of cheese flew across the circular table, splatting on Rainbow's mane. She growled, blowing a raspberry at her, then put a half slice of pizza into her mouth. The cheese dripped onto her tongue, a warm sensation trickling down to her throat. She savored the pizza, surprised how hypnotizing it was.
The poor pegasus was holding back and couldn't bare it any longer. Her muzzle scrunched up, then she opened her mouth and gasped. Air ran into her mouth, rushing to her stomach, lungs, and even places that was clearly impossible. Her chest puffed out as she sang:
"LET IT GO, LET IT GO, CAN'T HOLD IT BACK ANYMORE!!!" Twilight's ears bolted upright as she screamed.
"Rainbow, NO!" Twilight hollered, but it was too late.
*SPLASH!* Pizza cheese flew in every direction, and some hit the sparkling clean register, and smothered the thing in pure gooey cheese. Customers ran out, as she cashier pulled off her uniform yelling , "I QUIT!"
The floor was covered with Pinkie's drool and pepperoni, while everything was literally cheese. Twilight and Fluttershy exchanged glances, eyes wide as saucers, and jaws dropped. The manager stepped out, wiping off cheese and pepperoni off his expensive uniform. Unfortunately, it stained. He gave a look to the four, then to two certain ponies who smiled nervously.
"What... have you done to my parlor?! Now my watch pony quit, and now what?" He said, grunting. Pinkie and Rainbow stared to the floor, shyly. The looked at his expression, a mix of anger but sympathy. He lay a bill on the table, then trotted to the washroom to get himself clean.
Looking at the bill, Rainbow nearly died. She read it over to make sure that she was reading it right, then gasped. The bill.... was the amount of money she had saved up in her whole life time, doubled!
"N-ninety-seven thousand-d b-bits?!" Rainbow exclaimed, waving her hooves frantically.
"This... can't be happening!" Rainbow started braking down as Twilight pat her back with a hoof. She looked at the tear-stained table, then imagined how much money a damaged wood table would cost. Too much for the filly to bare, that is.
Pinkie then pointed to a sign strapped the the windows, the front facing the outside. She swung open the door, trotting outside to read the sign. The manager had gone through the backdoor and put up a "Help Wanted" sign. Pinkie screamed, bouncing up and down, hooves tucked under her as she landed. She galloped back inside, a usual big smile on her face, but bigger.
"Hey, girls guess what I found!"
Twilight's horn lit, as the girls found their own seats. Rainbow held Tank close to her chest, as she fell asleep. Pinkie's hooves just tapped the floor like a professional tap-dancer, a 'clip, clop' sound bouncing about the room. Fluttershy sat by the phone, waiting for it to ring.
*"Hello, hello? Uh, I wanted to record a message for you to help you get settled in on your first night. Um, I actually worked in that office before you. I'm finishing up my last week now, as a matter of fact. So, I know it can be a bit overwhelming, but I'm here to tell you there's nothing to worry about. Uh, you'll do fine.*
Rainbow rolled her eyes the snickered a bit. Twilight nudged her shoulder, the Pinkie started giggling uncontrollably. Fluttershy continued listening to the call as the phone colt continued.
*So, let's just focus on getting you through your first week. Okay?
Uh, let's see, first there's an introductory greeting from the company that I'm supposed to read. Uh, it's kind of a legal thing, you know. Um, "Welcome to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. A magical place for kids and grown-ups alike, where fantasy and fun come to life.*
Rainbow now folded her hooves and grumbled.
"Hmph, legal buffs. This job is easy A." Rainbow boasted, but her nasty atitude dropped as she listened to the rest of the phone message.
*Fazbear Entertainment is not responsible for damage to property or person. Upon discovering that damage or death has occurred, a missing person report will be filed within 90 days, or as soon property and premises have been thoroughly cleaned and bleached, and the carpets have been replaced."
"GAH! Seriously, is that even LEGAL?!" Rainbow hollered, Twilight's fur nearly turning white.
"I-It's not! Well, actually we had the right to disagree to have the job, so I guess it is. We accepted danger. How did we not get told this BEFORE we signed in!" Twilight screaamed, the quieted as a thumping sound echoed down the hallway.
*Blah blah blah, now that might sound bad, I know, but there's really nothing to worry about. Uh, the animatronic characters here do get a bit quirky at night, but do I blame them? No. If I were forced to sing those same stupid songs for twenty years and I never got a bath? I'd probably be a bit irritable at night too. So, remember, these characters hold a special place in the hearts of children and we need to show them a little respect, right? Okay.*
Fluttershy smiled, head in her hooves.
"Oh, it doesn't sound too bad. They don't sound dangerous- I mean they're just-"
*So, just be aware, the characters do tend to wander a bit. Uh, they're left in some kind of free roaming mode at night. Uh...Something about their servos locking up if they get turned off for too long. Uh, they used to be allowed to walk around during the day too. But then there was The Bite of '87. Yeah. I-It's amazing that the human body can live without the frontal lobe, you know?
Uh, now concerning your safety, the only real risk to you as a night watchman here, if any, is the fact that these characters, uh, if they happen to see you after hours probably won't recognize you as a person. They'll p-most likely see you as a metal endoskeleton without its costume on. Now since that's against the rules here at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, they'll probably try to...forcefully stuff you inside a Freddy Fazbear suit. Um, now, that wouldn't be so bad if the suits themselves weren't filled with crossbeams, wires, and animatronic devices, especially around the facial area. So, you could imagine how having your head forcefully pressed inside one of those could cause a bit of discomfort...and death. Uh, the only parts of you that would likely see the light of day again would be your eyeballs and teeth when they pop out the front of the mask, heh.*
Fluttershy shuddered,"O-Or they're just plain dangerous..." she said under her breath. Pinkie seemed to Pop, as she put a confused hoof on her head, eyes bouncing all around getting ready to faint.
*Y-Yeah, they don't tell you these things when you sign up. But hey, first day should be a breeze. I'll chat with you tomorrow. Uh, check those cameras, and remember to close the doors only if absolutely necessary. Gotta conserve power. Alright, good night.*
The phone beeped and the light on it went off. Twilight stared at a camera before her, turning it on. She checked the Cafeteria first, seeing a figure stand in front on the camera, menacingly. The princess leaped back, right into Fluttershy's hooves, as the two stumbled over. Rainbow shivered, eyeing the camera.
"Uh, nothing's there. What the hay is gotten you so worked up?" Rainbow asked, turning off the camera. Fluttershy winced, as she got off the floor, dusting dirt off her hooves. Twilight checked the ssame camera again, seeing nothing there but tables and hats. Shaking her head, she sighed.
"Oh, I guess it's all in my head. It's scientifically impossible for any robotic object to move so quickly, to add. I might need a moment to chill." Twilight sat next to Pinkie who was munching on a green frosted cupcake. Twilight pressed the light button, seeing nothing there. She trotted slowly to the next door, pressing the light for that door. Nothing there, either. She gave a sigh of relief, then turned back on the camera. Rainbow gasped in fright as her hoof pointed to a figure with a bib reading "Let's Eat!" The four shrieked, turning off the camera.
"Shy, would you mind checking the power usage level, please?" Twilight asked as the yellow pegsus trotted to the front of the extremely small room. She turned on the camera once again, seeing the level was at 77%.
"Girls, you might want to lower it down a bit. We're at 77% and counting!" Shy said, trying to keep in her fear. Her eyes were like pin points, but only blue, as she grabbed an emergency flashlight out Pinkie's mane.
"What? Already? We've been here for only two hours! We'll never make it!" Rainbow yelped, fainting onto the cold, hard floor. Twilight returned to checking lights, as Pinkie tried waking the uncontious pegasus. Twilight stared closely at the stage area, three figures, one missing. She gulped.
"Uh, girls, we got a probLAAHHHH!" The alicorn screamed, as a face pressed against he camera lense. Turning it off, she panted, and Rainbow jolted up.
"What's it? Did you find Chica? Where's she?" Rainbow asked, getting to her hooves.
"I-I.. I'm sorry... I didn't pay much attention to her. I've been watching Bonnie just now. Chica just came to the glass and I panicked." Twilight admitted, hanging her head.
"Hey, Twi! It's 5:37 already!" Pinkie shouted, her happy, chipper mood returning. She flicked on one of the lights for the door, a face pressed there.
"Hello....." It said. Pinkie giggled, waving her hoof.
"Hi! I'm Pinkie Pie, what's yours?" Pinkie asked, the yellow thing disappearing the second Pinkie looked away.
"Aw, where'd you go?" Pinkie asked flicking the switch to open the door. Before it closed back, the party pony snuck out of the security room, out in the hallway. She giggled a bit, covering her muzzle with a free hoof, one that wasn't on the floor.
"Hey, friend, where are you?" Pinkie called, whispering in a sing-song tone. She trotted down the hallway into the cafeteria. Only tables, hats, and cakes. She smiled, taking a slice of cake, and stuffing it in her needy mouth. She hummed at the delectable taste of blueberry frosting took over.
"Hi!" a voice called, echoing down the room. Pinkie looked up from the cake, smiling. She licked frosting off her mouth then went through the lines of tables that made up the cafeteria. Pinkie giggled again, hoof covering her mouth.
"Let's play!" the voice said, echoing again, this time even farther down the hall. Pinkie finally found the door that lead to the backstage, and went through. Props, signs, and unused decorations littered the floor.
"Ooh, ooh! How about Hide and Seek? Let's play!" Pinkie cheered, searching in cabinets and floorboards. The earth pony had the time of her life, while her friends suffered misery just a few hallways away from their friend.
Twilight looked at each room frantically, as Rainbow and Shy continuously checked power levels. Nodding her head, she pointed a hoof to the backstage camera.
"She's... there! Somepony get her! Okay, here's the plan. Rainbow, you stay here and check the cameras and power, Okay?"
"I'm on it!" The mare said, saluting. The power, now on 14% was blinking, but Rainbow took control.
"Shy, take these and I'll instruct you on n where Pinkie's headed. It shouldn't be too hard to get her back," Twilight said, handing the shy filly a walkie-talkie.
"B-B-But, why me? Why not Rainbow Dash or you! You guys are much braver than me..." she mumbled, hanging her head. Twilight lay a hoof on her shoulder, smiling.
"Fluttershy, listen her. I have faith in you. You can do Anything you put your mind to," Twilight said, the filly brightening up. She nodded and headed out the left door. Twilight turned to Rainbow.
"I'll monitor the cameras, Dash. Just please watch that power meter, got it?"
"Aw, Twi, I said I would already!"
Fluttershy trotted, her head down the whole time, though it's not safe to walk with your head down in a place like this, which the yellow filly soon realized. Her stomach growled, as she spotted some cake. Taking a lick, she then headed to the center of the cafeteria. The walkie-talkie buzzed, as static came. Fluttershy adjusted the antennae, pressing the 'Speak' button.
"Hey, Shy, it's me. Pinkie's in the backstage hallway, so just keep going, then make a left." Twilight said before she turned off her own walkie-talkie. She did as told, when a voice echoed.
"Friend........ hehehe!" A voice called. Fluttershy zoomed into the room, airborne, then landed in the center of the backstage hallway. She turned the object on her hoof onto 'Speak' again.
"W-What now? It's getting really scary in h-here..." Shy asked.
"Look, uh... I don't mean to frighten you, but look behind you.... NOW," The walkie cut off in an instant as she turned around.
"HI!"
"AHH!
"AHH!"
"Ahh....? The yellow mare looked up at Pinkie resting in Chica's shoulders. She let the pony down, walking away into the dark. Pinkie giggled once more as a bell rang followed by a 'YAY!' sound effect. They two danced in happiness, holding hooves, then made their way back to the security room.
"Woah, you two were REALLY brave out there! I.... Wow!" Twilight said, amused. Pinkie and Fluttershy exchanged glances, then hugged each other. With a courageous expression, Twilight asked:
"Ready for night two, everypony?" And the answer came as expected.
"Oh yeah!"
*FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S..... OH...*

Previously on FNAF EPISODE ONE.....
"Hey guys, guess what I found!" Pinkie hollered. The quartet apply for a temporary job at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, the job not being what they hoped for. Now night two has come, but... it's actually not that horrific...
Twilight stretched her back in an arch. She yawned and then flew out the castle, a few miles toward the Pizza Parlor. Her friends waited outside with the manager who smiled and waved, as the lavender alicorn landed. He had on his new uniform, a little improved, the logo on the back. He was of course, an earth pony who owned Freddy's Pizza.
"Well done, my friends. There's a special message toninght from my phone colt I hired about a year ago. He's still workin' here, yes, but that's not important."
"Uhh.... then WHAT do you have to say, exactly? I barely got any rest this morning, and Twilight overslept to 2:04!" Rainbow complained, yawning. The manager rolled his eyes.
"I don't think I got your names. Mine is Clock Twist. Yours?" He asked.
"Uh, I'm.... Fluttershy..."
"My name is Twilight Sparkle,"
"I'm Rainbow Dash! Hey, why's this place called FREDDY'S Pizza?"
"Oh, my sister's dog was named Freddy. He... got run over by a carriage not too long ago. When I came up with this place, Thunder and I named it after him," He stated, motioning towards the sign.
That night, the phone rang.... again.
*Uhh, Hello? Hello? Uh, well, if you're hearing this and you made it to day two, uh, congrats! I-I won't talk quite as long this time since Freddy and his friends tend to become more active as the week progresses. Uhh, it might be a good idea to peek at those cameras while I talk just to make sure everyone's in their proper place.*
"Wait. They got an animatronic named after that dog, too?" Rainbow questioned. She knocked herself in the head with a hoof, then listened.
*You know...
Uh... Interestingly enough, Freddy himself doesn't come off stage very often. I heard he becomes a lot more active in the dark though, so, hey, I guess that's one more reason not to run out of power, right? I-I also want to emphasize the importance of using your door lights. There are blind spots in your camera views, and those blind spots happen to be right outside of your doors. So if-if you can’t find something, or someone, on your cameras, be sure to check the door lights. Uh, you might only have a few seconds to react... Uh, not that you would be in any danger, of course. *
Twilight growled. Pinkie stared, "He's lying, isn't he?"
*'m not implying that. Also, check on the curtain in Pirate Cove from time to time. The character in there seems unique in that he becomes more active if the cameras remain off for long periods of time. I guess he doesn't like being watched. I don't know. Anyway, I'm sure you have everything under control! Uh, talk to you soon.*
"Yeppers, he is," Rainbow mumbled. She threw her arms up and growled.
"Oh, fancy! Now we have to check the Pirate Cove! I didn't even know they even had bathrooms!" Rainbow yelled, Fluttershy covering her ears.
*5:57*
Twilight's eyes closed as she knocked out, snoring away. Pinkie fell asleep, too just as Fluttershy collapsed. Rainbow was left behind... all alone. She went out the door, trotting down the hallway.
"H-Helloe? Anypony.. there?" Rainbow asked nervously, hearing a voice not too far away.
"Hey, back off you metal head!" The voice said. It was a little robotic, but Rainbow decided to find out. Suddenly, something metal and cold grabbed her back.
"AHH! LET ME GO! SOMEPONY, HELP!" Rainbow called, feeling something be forced onto her head. Rainbow started balling once she knew what was being forced on her. A Freddy Fazbear suit thing... Rainbow kicked and punched, as a brown blur went over her head. It knocked down Bonnie, who had been pulling her wings off.
The thing turned around, eyes glowing. Rainbow was in total fear, but the thing came closer to her, putting a metal hoof on her head. It smiled.
"Pony?" It asked, sitting next to Rainbow. She nodded, then the thing dragged her into a room with bright lights.
To Rainbow's shock, it was half pony, half animatronic. Rainbow stared at it, metal body, but of a pony.
"What's your n-name?" It- no, she asked. Rainbow shuddered, trying to force out the words.
"Uh.. R-Rainbow Da-dash.. W-what's yours?" Rainbow asked, her body shaking.
"I am Thunder Myth, I... don't really do much, I just hide in this little room. It's not often I see a real pony," she said, feeling Rainbow's fur and mane. Thunder was a brown mare with wings and some white streaks in her mane. Her cutie mark... nothing. She was a full grown pony, with no cutie mark. She shyly looked down, her eyes locked on the tiles.
"Nop-pony needs me outside. They never l-let me," Thunder Myth said. Her voice was the slightest bit robotic, but only near the end of words. Tears leaked from her eyes as electric shocked her, but she didn't seem to be injured at all.
"When I was a filly, I worked here as security. I've done it for three years, success every time. One day, I earned my cutie mark, a lightning bolt with two black stars. I was good at shocking ponies who tried hurting or threatening me. I had no control over it, which is why this whole problem started. I was doing fine at my job that day, but was busy admiring my new cutie mark. I forgot to turn off the camera and lights, and the power went out. I had a little lamp in the desk, so I could see. Suddenly Freddy jumped behind me, stuffing my in a suit. I zapped myself with lightning at the same moment, and I was alive. But... not in a suit, no. This 'suit' got magically attracted to me, making the metal a part of me."
The door opened, Twilight, Pinkie, and Shy there, smiling.
"Hey, Dashie, we finally found you.... AHHHHH RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!" Pinkie screamed, her hooves moving cheetah-fast, but not going anywhere. Thunder then smiled and stood before them all.

Newcomers to play with us
