Prologue Leaving behind a broken homeworld.
Outside of the shattered collapsed city, a former peaceful ruler boy named Leon Parker, has been running and hiding from a corrupted tyrant's army of more than 3 years.  Every time of get a short break, it's always those soldiers that kept following him in every path and had to got into combat if necessary.  Luckily he was able to get those tracking beacons off of him now that they have lost sight of his signal.  It was now safe for him to go in quietly into every town and city, but he did learn to go undercover to not get spotted.  By the time no other people has followed him out by a lighthouse, he went by there to catch some breaths from a long journey.
"At this rate, I'll be capture for sure and I don't see any other places to hide now." Leon said while bandaging up his wounds.
"I sure hope that my sister was able to escape as well, not like I did any better."
'Don't ever give up my son, you must get back up and fight for the land and people you care about so much.'
Leon paused from finishing up his wounds.  He looked around to see anybody, but not one person has been seen.
"Not to self Leon: Never drink out with strange buddies that give you drinks to hear voices."
'Since when have you been like this when you turned 18 and drank your first night out booze?' The voice chucked.
"I know that voice... is it you father?" Leon said tilting his head looking up in the night sky.
'Hello there my son, it has been too long since the accident back then.  You have become so strong the last time I've seen you.'
"...How is this possible?"
'I am part of the living magic that resides within my family, thanks to both the princesses.'
Duly noted in Leon's part, he forgotten the princesses would learn about that quickly since they did visited Earth.
"Never would have wondered they could do that."
"Believe me my son, I was also surprised and shocked too of learning from them."
Leon was real happy to hear his father again, but he held down his head with tears from a painful memory.
'I know that you miss them too my son, they never would have done that in their own lives to take control in power.'
"That's just it father, I don't know of what to do on bringing them back from their corrupted powers."
'It could be too late to save them, but maybe there is a better way of stopping 'The Marked Ones'.'
Leon's father spirit has opened up both hands turning them by the shores.  Using both his mind and a part of magic, he is able to create a new light that Leon had to cover up his eyes.  Once the bright light has fated, he opened up his eyes to see a portal right in front of him.  He was in awe that his father is able to do that, but not even once to see him do that of any other powerful magic spells.
"What is on the other side?"
'It's something when mother Earth has not expected in a million years, a new peaceful world home to ancient magic.'
"An ancient magic, I thought there wasn't any of them existed in the first place."
'The princesses did told me about them before being locked up from the tyrant's magic staff.  It is a place that even she cannot get into easily, this world is protected by a barrier.  It was a last resort from both mother and father.'
"Mother and father... they sound very familiar in a book.  Are they also alicorns like the princesses?"
'That is correct, but since their passing away, two alicorn sisters has now rule over Equestria to protect their subject.  They are the only alicorns to exist there.  Now they are in trouble as new enemies arise to either capture or kill them in Canterlot.'
"I'll be able to learn more about Equestria and the two sisters... so then, what should I do now?"
'I do not know my son, that is for you to decide on your own.  Do not worry though, on other side of the portal, you may find what you've been able to be looking for in the first place.  I'm sure that it will come to you should it ever be visible to 'only' you.'
"What would happen if I do enter this new world, what about my sister dad?"
'Not to worry my son, your sister will also join you later on to help and look out for you if something happens.'
Leon had to think for a moment, should he keep running or go in to a new world of finding an answer.  He didn't want to believe that there is another world to save his world.  For about a few minutes, he made a decision to have a better life.
"I'll do it dad, it could help me learn more about more magic and everything else, probably learn more about good things too."
'Excellent my son, but there one thing to remind you of before your journey awaits.  When six locks are on your back, each one can be opened to help out six friends you make.  As each lock is opened up, your true self will be opened by the magic of friendship.'
"You mean these shaped pieces of circles on my back?"
'Indeed... it is the same one I got back then and it was very magical.'
"Thank you dad, I'll be sure to come back to save my world."
'Just remember my son, you don't have to fight alone.  Your new friends will fight alongside you.'
Leon nodded his and turned to the portal before him.  Stepping up closer before entering, lights flared up behind him and guns were ready to be fired.  He glanced up behind his head to see a couple of squadrons of both human and pony.  Both of them had their guns and magic ready in front of Leon.  Now one of the humans had taken a few steps forward and had his speaker on.
(Leon Parker, you are under arrest on multiple charges.  Surrender now and our leader will let you live this time.)
"Sorry captain, I'm not going to be a new toy for her hand in power.  She won't be following me this time.  If you were to see her again, send this message to her:  Does these letters F O mean anything to you?"
That was the last message Leon gave to the soldiers as he quickly made it to the portal and vanished.
(Reaper Delta Team to HQ... the prince has escaped to an unknown portal.  Should we proceed to chase after him?)
(... That will not be necessary captain, I'll deal with the boy later.)
(But ma'am if he was to come back now, he will be coming for you.  Maybe we should of just-)
(That won't a problem, my agent is already in Equestria and will deal with him.  Now get back to HQ, I have a new visitor.)
(... Yes ma'am, Reaper Delta Team out.)
Meanwhile in Equestria, near Ponyville on a rainy night...
A portal has opened up and Leon landed in the grass while the portal vanished.  Opening his eyes up slowly, he sees a peaceful ground with no pollution, dead skeletons, or even rotten skies.  Just an ordinary field with a nice night to see the first time.
"This is nothing I've ever suspected like this before back in a normal school.  At least the rain is nice to feel, not like it's a bad thing to me, but maybe this isn't so bad after all." Leon murmured to himself.
While enjoy some moments outside in this new land, he didn't notice the damaged pain on his side from a torn up bandage.
'Dammit... I forgot again to patch it up before going in the portal.' He thought when collapsing in the grass to see a lot of blood.
Closing his eyes from all that running around on Earth, Leon could only hear multiple voices nearby.  He couldn't make out of who it is, but the voices sounded like fear or worried while they're touching him.  He flinches a bit from the wounds, but those touches felt kind of soft and fluffy to him.  It was hard to tell of who it is, but he had to say something to these voices.
"H-help... m-me... p-please...!" He quietly said trying to speak up, but has been troubled to talk more.
Coughing up blood from his mouth, it's hard to talk and breath.  He somehow felt arms holding or pulling him up off the ground and it was still hard to see of where these voices are taking him.  He thinks that these voices sound girly and he smells their perfumes.
"T-thank you..." He murmured before going to sleep from getting tired of walking.
"Hang in there whoever you are, we're almost there in Ponyville Hospital."
