The moon was full and the air was still. All was silent. A tapping sound broke the silence as the filly jerked her head around. It smelled like raw flesh. Fresh blood. There was no escape, though... The alicorn's comforted her, laying a hoof over her shoulders. Growls erupted the stillness, knowing that its over. A faint cloping vibrated the stillness of nothing. A lighted red light appeared behind the figure, blood dripping from its jaws.
Taking a run, the two leaped into the light, ground blood-covered. The filly's hooves sank in the slightest, bones floating about. The alicorn's gagged, coughing heavily. She turned to her pegasus friend who was in pure shock.
"It'll be over soon," she whispered, nuzzling the fur of the filly. She purred just a bit, trotting through the blood again. No a sound, but the sound of hooves stepping over rotten bones. Light flashed as she whispered back.
"No." She said with a sob. "It.... Is not over," she says again. Taking a hoof, she whipped the figure before her, crunching following. Blood splashed onto the two, Twilight, who coughed. The filly grasped her in a bear hug.
"I never would have made this far without you..." she says. Twilight sighs.
"Be prepared for the night of the living, Fluttershy. And if I don't make it... Tell them all,"
