Fluttershy's Peanut Butter
Fluttershy snatched a box of Apple-Jack's from the cabinet, top shelf. She poured the contents into the white glass bowl before her. Smiling, she dunked a spoon into it, as the radio played. She set a bar of chocolate next to her cereal, half opened, a small bite into it. The pegasus frowned, tapping her chin with a furry yellow hoof.
"Oh my, I forgot the best part!" she said, trotting to the fridge. She opened the fridgerator, cold air rushing out in a smoke-like form. She picked out a bag of bread with her teeth, and a jar of peanut butter. She also set some jelly on the table and a plastic knife. Grinning, she heard a loud grumbling sound.
"I must be more hungry than I thought! I better wash my hooves first," Fluttershy reminded herself, heading for the bathroom. She turned on the pipe, warm water blasting through, splashing her in the face. She ran off, hiding under the bed in her bedroom, trembling. She calmed herself, starting towards the bathroom once again. Lowering the power of the water, she washed her hooves with vanilla scented soap, then dried them with a towel.
She headed back for the kitchen, then smiled, sitting on the stool. She lay out two slices of bread, and sipped a glass of milk afterwards. She spread the jelly with the knife, then sprinkled some cinnamon onto it. The mare then reached for the peanut butter. Wait..... I think I narrated wrong... uh, where's the peanut butter....?
"AHH! The talking invisible voice is right!!! WHERE'S MY PEANUT BUTTER?!" Fluttershy stormed out of the kitchen, busting open the front door. She screamed, and in a fit of rage, pounced onto a passerby, pinning them to the road.
"WHERE'S MY PEANUT BUTTER?!" she yelled, the pony trying to wriggle out of her grip. She whimpered, then using her magic, she lifted the yellow filly off her chest. Literally. She shook her head, shaking in fear.
"I-I don't have it! I swear!" she said, running off into the distance, accidentally banging into a hot dog stand. Fluttershy's expression softened into a confused look, her mane swishing to one side.
"Oh," was all she said before galloping to her next victim.
Rainbow Dash hummed as she flipped the page of the Daring Doo book on her bed. A knock came from the door, as the speedy pegasus zipped downstairs to answer. She slowly opened it, frowning a bit. Nopony was there. She tilted her head, and back away a bit. Slowly closing it back, she heard a crash come from upstairs. Rainbow slammed the door, galloping upstairs, a knife in her jaw.
She tip-toed- er, (wait, ponies don't have toes) upstairs, opening her bedroom door. Something moved under her sheets, as Rainbow lifted the sharp object, as Fluttershy emerged from the bed covers. Rainbow dropped the knife, and sighed.
"Phew. Flutters, you scared the life out of me! Why didn't you use the front door?" Rainbow questioned, watching in horror as the shy filly's face went into full rage mode. She leaped onto her cyan friend, her breathing heavy and hard.
"WHERE'S..... MY.... PEANUT BUTTER?!?!" Fluttershy growled, her voice booming. Rainbow winced at the noise, and pushed her off with ease.
"Where's YOUR dignity?" Rainbow stated, shoving the mare out her house.
A stack of books lifted off the shelf, landing next to the alicorn who was presently reading a novel. She sniffed the air, of Spike's pizza baking in the oven. Twilight sighed, going back to her reading. Suddenly something hit the glass window. Turning, was Fluttershy's body smacked against the glass, tongue sticking out. Twilight rolled her eyes, opening the window.
Fluttershy landed on her flank, then with her hooves, she grasped Twilight's wings in a firm hold, pushing her against the wall.
"WHERE'S MY PEANUT BUTTER!!" Fluttershy screamed in Twilight's face, which seemed to have no effect. Then it brightened, as she teleported out of Shy's grip, smiling.
"If it's peanut butter you want," Twilight said, teleporting the two to the kitchen. She opened the cabinet, showing three shelves of pure peanut butter.
'We've got crunchy, creamy... artificial..." Twilight said, raising an eyebrow. Shy shook her head, stomping out of the castle doors. Twilight sighed.
"Well, it was an attempt."
Fluttershy arrived at Sweet Apple Acres, her stomach still growling. She licked her lips as she smelled something. Peanut butter. Fresh, Juicy, galore. She smirked, as her wings flapped, sending her into the air. She soon arrived at the barn door, banging her hoof on it. Apple Jack burst open the door, anger on her face.
"Pinkie, ah told ya! I don't got- oh, hey sugarcube, didn't see ya there? How may ah help-" Apple was cut off by Fluttershy who wrapped her hooves around her neck in a strong lock. She growled again, this time, loud enough to shake the barn.
"WHERE DA FLUFF IS MY PEANUT BUTTER?!?!" Fluttershy yelled, Apple's ears flying back. With her earth-pony strength, she easily shoved off the raging Fluttershy grasping her with a hoof. Apple tilted her stetson and sighed.
"Well, just a minute ago, ah saw Derpy Hooves with yer jar of butter-nut.. whatever. Now, ah got a card game to win, so please, leave me be!" Apple said, slamming the door. With a sly smile, Fluttershy chuckled creepily.
"Derpy Hooves..."
The cross-eyed mare smiled as she delivered her final package, and headed off the Carousel Boutique. Tossing down her bags at the door, she went inside, picking up that dress she ordered earlier. In front of her were the Cutie Mark Crusaders (with their marks) who were complimenting each other's dresses. Derpy smiled as Rarity called her.
"Hey, Rare, just picking up my dress! Is it ready?" Derpy asked as Fluttershy came inside.
Fluttershy's hooves clopped against the floor, Rarity turning in her direction.
"Pardon me, Fluttershy, but... are you.... feeling... okay?" Rarity got an answer, though not how she expected it.
"Derpy," was all she said, in a raspy, angered voice. Rarity rolled her eyes, pointing to the pegasus in the dressing room, who was coming out. Fluttershy's eyes turned to fire as she screamed like a cat in water, tumbling onto Derpy.
"YOU TOOK MY EXTRA CRUNCHY!" Fluttershy yelled as Derpy shivered, a confused look crossing her face.
"Who took you whaty-what?" Derpy asked, taking out a note pad and pen. Shy rolled her eyes hard, still fire.
"You-TOOK-MY-PEANUT BUTTER!" Fluttershy roared, Derpy writing down each word. She dotted it, then smiled.
"Oh, you mean this! I just washed it!" Derpy stated proudly, the peanut butter jar with Fluttershy's faded name on the back. Shy grasped it in a hug, smiling.
"YAY!" she said, her voice barely audible.
The next morning, Fluttershy woke up, Angel Bunny laying on her bed. She smiled at the white bunny who snored slightly. Checking the clock, she read: 4:37.
"Hmm, Angel must have just had his morning snack." Shy said, half asleep. a smell floated to her muzzle, as she grinned.
"Mmm, peanut butter." she mumbled, then her eyes popped open, grabbing up the sleeping bunny in her hooves. A stain of brown with nuts covered Angel's mouth, as Shy's eye twitched. She then let out a loud, ear deafening cry that woke up the whole town.
